for repeat offenders it was only a matter of time before shoplifting turned into an arrest here are five instances when serial shoplifters get there caught in the act number five 19-year-old repeats the same mistake on October 6th 2023 officers were called to a liquor store regarding a 19-year-old known for repeated shoplifting upon arrival the manager presented surveillance footage capturing the suspect her vehicle and a detailed description it wasn't long before officers located her here's what happened next down the window okay roll down this window too how you doing I'm Deputy Sheriff John's with the mark come on this side or no what why oh I mean okay I'm deputy sheriff johns with the mark County Sheriff Office okay uh where are you coming from um total one total one yeah okay um here let's can you cut off the car for me yeah okay uh uh can you step out yeah do you have your license with you no sir okay can you step out for me go ahead lean up against the car I'm just going to put you in handcuff just to detain you you don't have anything on you no am I able to call my girlfriend uh not right now don't hold off on calling anybody can you take your phone out of your pocket yeah okay like I said you're just being detained you're not under arrest um you don't have anything else on you no okay go ahead and turn around all right like that where do I go oh I'm going put you in the back of my car young what's your name NAA a NAA NAA NAA my name is Danny okay we're here investigating a theft okay at Total Wine all right the details might not be straightened out but I'm trying to be as transparent as possible we're not here f for uh depending on what Total Wine says I mean did you make any purchases there no can I search the car um but do you have to I'm just asking you if you get me PR to oh you don't want me searching uh where were you you were coming from totalan you said yeah I just came from Stewart my house okay all right so when you say that you went to Total Wine and then you're on your way yeah I didn't get out the car though oh in the parking lot of Total Wine unaware that the store has video evidence of her theft the suspect continues to deny every accusation and outright refuses a search of her car so you did not go in the store today no so you did not go in the store today no so it shouldn't be video we got a call about somebody possibly stealing uh some merchandise from total Total Wine your vehicle matches is it today um they didn't take anything today but they have video from another day uh your vehicle match the description so that's why I pulled you over so just hang tight there's no bottles of tequila or anything up in there I appreciate you being a front vehic Co we're just trying to straight some out I'm just scared I've never been arrested or anything no I believe yeah so they had video I I wasn't able to get it but he said he does have video of the suspect from yeah if you can to see if the video matches with the suspect now in custody an officer returns to the store to review the surveillance footage and gather more details from the store employees Danny um figure out the female today do you know about that yes sir the black female yes sir do you have video her today yes sir is that her Q up yeah I'm working on it as we speak okay this is not from today's interaction yet this is the interaction I had with her on Wednesday so she was in here today yes sir she was just in here attempting to steal had something in her possession and I guess my team was too aggressive here you're going to see her stealing uh when we move to this camera you'll see her go ahead I'll the video speed for yeah I show you today's interaction I'm just trying to confirm that's who we got stopped yes sir I have a license and some other stuff so that camera that's all you're going to see she had already taken a few items off the shelf here you're going to see concealment so you see bottle start going into her bag uhhuh now in regards to what you're asking for today Alpha 4 1055 Alpha 2 I personally went outside this is the interaction I was trying not to make it too obvious paron me not very good at this but this is the her coming in the vehicle that should be the vehicle you have stopped and I got a shot of the plate so you see she goes in reverse out of the parking lot Hey sir you with Alpha to morning 104 that's her in the store today apparently she put some some bottles in her post the the staff here confronted her and I guess she dited it see play number there at the end taking a all the other day they video of that did you they have that temp for I'll I'll get today's video and then see what they got in the archives you have open cases in the past for her we had an interaction on Wednesday you guys want to I mean this is basically death do you want to PR the employee confirms that this isn't the first time the suspect has been caught stealing however this time they decided enough was enough and called the police Sor we have to best I know she was in here yeah we have a yeah I mean tempted she was putting them in her putting them in her purse and then where did where did she put after I think she ditched someone she was outside the building I'm not sure I haven't been able to finish her today what she's wearing 100% And she was put them in her Pur and like I said here's the interaction I had outside with her I was trying to follow I don't know what she did so she kind of beat me to the car and then I was trying to go around and get a license shot and you'll see her reverse out but I was trying to get the most footage if you guys give me some time I can that's all right try to see let me ask you this how do we know she doesn't have a in I don't know I haven't been able to that's what I'm saying though but we see her putting the in the bag yes I have concealment right here if you want to take a look okay just let me let me explain to you guys I know you have your policies and stuff in the State of Florida anybody who attempts to to uh deprive you of your property so like go through the store and they put it in their purse they walk around the store they got it hidden that's the okay they do not have to leave the store they don't have to pass All Points of sale that's still a theft because they're depriving you of your property at that moment they're obiously they're trying to hide it right conceal them yeah so that's a fact so at this point we have our on video putting those few bottles in our bag right we don't know where those bags are no or bottles are the the there was another incident prior today yes yes sir okay what day was that uh Tuesday was it reported yes sir I have a case number here okay and how much was that about $2300 yes despite employees repeatedly telling her to leave and stop stealing surveillance footage confirms that the woman visited the store three times determined to continue her thefts any other incidents that you know one more was it recorded no sir no okay not that one sir was on the 22nd of September we didn't cuz we didn't catch concealment she interacted with somebody somebody thought it was funny this when you have concealment yes sir just have the one on Tuesday what did you have concealment you walk out yes sir a different vehicle I will say that she that day was on a black camera what sign okay 100% her 100% you saw went back and looked at it on video did you interaction with her we did she came in team member of mine greeted her off her you service if she wanted to sample something so she went into the aisle and I had another team member from a far Watcher and the person kept I told him not to go in the aisle I wanted her to steal but he kept poking his head can you show me real quick on the video today where she um sure give me a second so I can work on so you want me to get the information from the case that open uh we'll refer that information back to that Deputy we'll give her he can follow up with that with a warrant but then today I want to get um I want to see what she did with the purse with one officer still at the store reviewing evidence the officer with a suspect begins questioning her this time she appears ready to tell the truth sure do you have a do you have a license with you no no sir you don't have a license is the car registered to you no it's my girlfriend okay what's your name na can I be honest sure wait let me let me read you something first having these rights of mine you say you want to talk to me right yeah okay like I said you're not under arrest you're just being detained we're just in backf finding mode right now so what's going on um I did take from Total mind one time okay when was that um a couple then it looks like uh Reposado Patron tequila see the size this uh the the patron is 200 M oh 750 m and the daily on is 750 m oh hey there's another one oh she has two okay I'm going to take a picture yeah I'll all right get the toe going yeah I I got it you already ordered it I'll get it right now okay I'll do the to you am I going to be able to call my girlfriend uh when you get to the jail um vehicle but since we have to search the vehicle to tow it and we found the alcohol yeah so uh you're going to be going to jail for that today and then uh you can uh call your girlfriend when you get to the jail okay um do you know how long that's going to take uh no that's something you got to ask to jail um depending on how much those bottles cost I don't know how much it is MD meanor or felony yeah so that's my okay I'm the owner of that vehicle right there right now it's being told so you have to get it from the you have to get it from the uh the the toll lot because she didn't give us permission to search it so we told it um at incident to search uh we found St sing merchandise from uh uh Total Wine so you'll have to get your vehicle from whatever tow shop is going to uh she's the owner of the vehicle owner that huh I'm the owner of that vehicle even if we even if we found that stuff after we uh search after okay can I leave the vehicle I'm they register oh yeah okay do whatever you want to you got license she's been very Cooperative yeah she's calm cool she's what what's what's going on with her what she doing she doesn't I you can talk to her I can't I did she said she doesn't know why yeah I can't get her to open up whatever she tells you do she have a drinking problem no I don't oh sh you got my there you go thank if anything she's probably really going through something um I said she doesn't open up is she doing it for like the thrill or I wouldn't say a thrill if anything she's almost she said she want to talk to you real quick she she's home she's lost she doesn't open up given her cooperation officers allow the suspect a moment to speak with her partner meanwhile other officers returned to the liquor store to hand back the stolen items and complete the necessary documentation she has been into mental [Music] um it sounds like these are the three from today okay from to yes me yeah she said she said she only stole one from the other day the other [Music] off cuz they wasn't sure if she wed out with it or not but they didn't have to here so what did you how did you guys get this uh it was in the purse get that uh we were going to tow the vehicle so when we were doing the inventory to tow saw those in the vehicle is this one oh that match up with those three huh match up with those three [Music] okay she's not the she might have more stuff that's not the bag she came in with yes she might have dumped she both time she's come in with a burgundy back okay so if you don't have like Maron color B yeah that was in the car but it was it was empty um so it looks like it's 8091 so that's going to be misdemeanor and then you're under 21 right so that's going to be another charge cuz possession of alcohol by minor4 hours the 19-year-old was ultimately charged with petty theft and possession of alcohol by a minor number four shoplifting Duo planned the theft together but only one got arrested on October 28th 2023 officers were dispatched to an Apple store after a man and a woman attempted to steal merchandise upon arrival officers spoke with employees and obtained descriptions of the suspects they later located them within the shopping complex but both took off running watch his authorities take down the female suspect I'm running I'm scared I'm just scared what happened I didn't even know nothing was going on [Music] cheesec here I don't even have enough merchandise okay is only just um sit all the way on your butt and cross your feet [Applause] thanks can I can you where are they at right over there you dropped them when you were running I mean you clearly saw a police officer running out yeah so I stayed and I'm like know I'm going to run cuz I was scared I didn't know what was going on so like I'm going run too come on don't don't play that you saw your boy run I ran right why you running that's what I was trying to figure out to I'm like why you running okay from from him you sure you have ID on it no what's your name I knew it was I knew it was merchandise in there I'm like what you running for what's your name Alexi Alexis Alexis yes spell for me a l e x i [Applause] s what was the deal re so she was with the other guy they both ran out together and then she dipped on her or like what yeah I didn't see the initial part I just saw her running and these two okay I don't know where say in a car I heard a car and I thought the guy jumped in the car and took off yeah cuz you were chasing W with the male suspect getting away officers focus on interrogating the female suspect yeah he did which way did it go on all I saw was it hit right here and then I turned around and went for her I wasn't touching no car Alexis yeah um okay so I don't know what what they asked you but I'm I'm here for a shop with you okay there's before uh you guys you read it right yeah okay so they read your Miranda rice so you know what that means and all that stuff right right okay so I'm going to ask you about why we initially got this position right I can't even tell you to be hon so before you say anything else we have a uh there's video surveillance okay there's a whole bunch of witnesses saying things happened okay yeah I was in there yes I'm okay so I'm I'm letting you know so I'm going to ask you everything that I already know but I have to ask you okay so if you say didn't happen or you tell me what didn't happen it's going to look back against you okay so obviously we're here for some in the Apple Store they said that uh you and someone else took some keyboards okay tell me what happened just be honest with me um we was in the store and um he was looking at the keyboards and he asked me for the bag and he put the keyboards in the bag and we left out okay and oh who you know he was putting stuff in the you know he was going to buy them or you going to take them I didn't know what he was going to do exactly but you walked out with him no oh yeah I walked out with him okay so you know they were still on that right okay and then fast forward a little bit the suspects set their sights on the magic keyboards on display at the store making off with nearly $1,000 worth of accessories this guy says hey hey stop Bo of police he was running after he was going after him yes I seen him going after him and then that's when I ran and then why did you run cuz he ran and I knew he had been merched and I knew I was possibly in trouble too yeah mostly but you're not allow to do that with the if the police tell you to stop you got to stop okay yes you know have to Crime with itself right MH okay well you're we now if you were yeah I see him when he was running after him I he wasn't direct specifically talking to me like hey stop I see him going after him you know and then when I got right here he the one of the guys right here when I was running he told me to stop yes he did okay so I understand you gave a you gave him a phone number for uh your boy yeah other guy yes whoever that guy was he didn't care about he left you for left you for the Sharks oh wow what did they say right didn't he yeah just me where's he at he I I saw that BMW book it out of here so fast me too they basically waved at you as they as they drove away it's crazy that's what I'm saying I'm so can you give us anything to help uh put all the blame on someone else and not you yeah it address like to his house okay in an effort to get the woman to cooperate officers pointed out that her accomplice had left her behind despite their efforts the male suspect was never located I'll just hang on one second all right let make a phone call all right and you saw her pass All Points of sale right well I was sitting at that table observing the session I saw him for sure grab them hand them to her and see that they were working together so I could easily identify what she was wearing she had maroon purse in the video we just saw we confirm that they're going her purse right okay and then you did you see your pass all point to sale when uh initially out the door yeah okay that's it yeah that's I had to meet the the elements of a shoplift no no no yeah they walked out went to the right to the Starbucks all right real quick before we head over there y let me read off this card all right all right um can you just raise your right hand for me real quick you saw me swear to the statement you're about to give is the truth the whole truth nothing but the truth H be God yeah awesome put your hand down and uh so what happened today real quick yeah so um I was sitting at one of the tables in the back um observe then black gentleman uh grab a bunch of keyboards the magic keyboards off the shelf and then hand them to a black female suspect U to put inside of her purse and then from there observe them leave the store exit to the right and that's when I contacted police okay um can you describe the the black male for me I guess yeah the black male was um wearing a gray hat um a gray tight shirt um black like athletic type pants um and wearing also like surgical mask okay and you describe the black female for sorry a black female was in a black hoodie um and she was carrying like a maroon bag or purse that was big enough to hold all the keyboards Tak all right having obtained the employees sworn statement officers now Circle back to questioning the female suspect that concludes uh the recorded sworn statement at 1648 here to both of you and that's when he took off and you took off no I didn't no I'm serious I we we all made eye contact you looked at him he looked at you you both looked at me and he took off and you took off yeah I see okay so but why would you take off you you just said it you know you're not supposed to run for the police yeah I know so if you knew you didn't do anything wrong you saw me I'm in a full uniform I pulled up in a car correct it wasn't a regular unmarked car like like just some random car right it says police on the side you saw me get out you you see I'm in a uniform right what would possess you to want to run when you know you're not supposed to run you're right I should have stop okay and I told you told you both stop come here say come here to both of you cuz you guys were right next to each other okay so when I said stop come here what would possess you then to run because you were scared CU well because you knew you did something wrong I knew I was with someone who did something wrong but you knew you you you were helping them do something wrong right you handed them a bag you walked out the store you knew threw the stuff in the bag those are your own words you you just told him that okay I'm sorry I'm I'm I'm sorry that you're sorry but sorry don't change change what happen so look I'm going just let you know I'll annotate it in my report that you are Cooperative you provided a possible phone number for him and we'll supplementally document if we make contact with this guy but you are going to go to jail tonight for resisting without violence okay you're not allowed to run or evade the police okay I know you're sorry and I'll put that in my report as well that you were apologetic and Cooperative we are going to go to jail okay yeah the officer makes it clear what's at stake for stealing $1,000 in merchandise but she appears convinced that pleading will get her off the hook right and it's I'm going to talk to that officer over there you you might also catch the grand theft charge for stealing the keyboards cuz you sto him you're just as guilty as he was for the video footage and the um and the the witnesses so you're going to catch a felony and and a misdemeanor potentially potentially you're going to catch a misdemeanor today okay I I didn't look nobody but yourself brought you here and helped him okay yes I get it okay well that's something you're going to have to discuss with yourself and and make peace with yourself on I don't control your actions and I'm not going to sit here and tell you what you did was okay cuz you obviously know it wasn't so we appreciate you being cooperative but I don't change what happened okay okay hey you know this person walking up yeah that's my girlfriend okay you got to stay over there you got to stay over there I can't no you can't you can't come over here you got to stand over there can I speak to the sergeant what's going all okay she's under arrest for resisting and possibly Grand Theft she assisted someone and stealing a bunch of stuff from Apple so right now she's detained you got to go over there can't come over can't talk to her she's detained right now she's detained right now well she she's under arrest for resisting for resisting for resisting she ran from the police she ran from the police we chased her through the park all right so look look we we reviewed the the video cam footage okay all that's going to be documented in both my report and officer Martell's report but you are going to get charged with Grand Theft as well okay cuz you you did take property there's video footage of you taking property and putting into AAG for now the woman tries to downplay her invol M claiming she didn't technically steal since she never concealed anything the officer however shuts her down fast that that constitutes a shoplift so you're telling me video footage is wrong I didn't take it you're telling me the video footage that we watched or he watched doesn't show you taking property and putting it into a bag no I didn't take nothing I didn't take it and put it in the bag what did we say honesty is the best policy cuz it I'm being honest with you like hon well I guess the video for the show's different I didn't put nothing in my if you feel that that's the truth and the video footage is lying you'll have your time in court I'm say the footage see me picking up something y'all y'all robbed Apple okay you stole stuff from Apple that's probably one of the most secure stores because they're a tech company they have cameras everywhere I'm saying I touch the merchant okay well then then you'll have an opportunity to refute that in court all right you are going to catch the charge for grand theft and for resisting without violence all right it is what it is I understand you're a nursing student I I wish there was something else we could do but again you got to understand we didn't force you to come here and do anything illegal we're doing our job the same way if you were a nursing student you would have to do your job okay so I'm being on you okay well and and you it seems like you've been fairly honest for the most part with us you know you admitted that you shouldn't have ran you admitted that you knew you should have stopped you admitted that you guys did something wrong and you were assisting him I mean ultimately that be up to a judge to impose whatever kind of um you know whatever he's going to impose on you as far as um some kind of discipline all right so in a minute what's going to happen is I'm going to have a female it's just policy we have to have you searched it's I don't think you're hiding any you know guns bombs alligators anything crazy on you but it's policy we have to do it and then um after that you're going to get transported to our station you're going to get um where where I'm going to do all my paperwork and then you'll get booked up at County and ultimately they'll determine if you're going to get Bond when you're going to get out all that stuff okay it's it's it's the resisting is a misdemeanor and the Grand Theft is a property crime so it's possible you might be able to post some kind of bailor bond all right the officer now lays a harsh reality check at the woman just understand like this could have been a lot worse over what over what some keyboards y taking some keyboards you're right keyboards you're going to you could potentially throw your whole career over for some keyboards what do y'all need multiple keyboards for y'all got a tech company you're growing no come on you know you got to think you got to understand your actions have consequences and for you to come to a city to try and commit crime that that don't look right right you know you're trying to do something good and be a nursing student that's commendable but you got to understand y'all can't be doing stuff like that you know if I want keyboards I got to go work hard and then buy them I don't get to walk into a store and take them you know you're not a bad person it don't seem like that might bad judgment is what it seems like all right you'll get a chance to talk to a judge and have you ever done have you ever been arrested before yes okay for what um for um a grand the I was with somebody but her I you learn the first time I did that's the thing how long ago was this Grand how old are you now 28 28 so this was a while ago yes all right in the end the officer offers a moment of understanding before transporting the woman to the station I don't I don't say anything personal you don't seem like a bad person it seems like you made a mistake right it's okay look I'm more mad at the other guy cuz he almost hit me with the car over some keyboards okay I'm not mad at you you made a mistake I know you were upset I'm more upset with the other guy cuz he almost hit me with this car that would have been over what $1,000 in keyboards you're going to run someone over right you know so so I'm not mad at you you made a mistake I understand that and I I will document that in my report you are Cooperative you're extremely polite you know whether or not you because you were quote unquote scared or because you knew you did something wrong I shouldn't have you shouldn't have Ram okay it's a lot easier just work with us right we're not here to arrest people right right see same way I've talked to you like I I I think we both treated you with quite up respect you know and there's no reason for us not to okay you're polite to us I'm going to treat you with the same level of respect all right so unfortunately I can't really do much about the charges because we don't have control over the the retail theft cuz we're not the victim and unfortunately I'm going to hit you with the resistance okay because it's just I wish you wouldn't have ran but look like I said the Jail's going to set Bond potentially I won't don't quote me on it because I don't have any control but you still you stay calm cool and collected and respectful to me I promise you I'll stay the same and and I'll answer whatever questions you have I'll ask whatever questions you have to the right people and we'll just go from there okay all right sound about right right the woman was later charged with resisting arrest and Grand Theft number three elderly woman shoplifting streak ends with arrest on September 19th 2023 officers responded to a department store for an active shoplifting incident here's what unfolded when they arrived that's what we're talking about all right so Shane officer Burns I began watching her hair okay there's a whole list in times of every time she took something okay had these bags in there concealing it in her thing okay then I spent a bunch of time in a fitting room for an hour and a half before she went upstairs though she took that off the card discarded the card in the trash and then took the so that showed her intent from the beginning already but so her then she took the rest of this put in her car went out to was going to go out to her car she exit the store her claim is that she was going to her car to get her wallet but what I'm trying to explain to you is you can try and tell me that all this you walked out with by accident but fact that you discarded the card she put these three things in a Macy's bag yeah yeah I've got she did it all under the camera so it's whose bag is that yours that's hers that's from here no that's her her bag okay but I took a picture of all this so there's stuff in the bag too no that's her bra okay yeah she was trying to UND dresses Okay I was running out to my car to find my phone I still can't sign I know it doesn't got off the elevator she threw the card in the trash okay and had already concealed the necklace in her what did the card have on it like it had a necklace it's B what was on the card like the scanner and the price okay yeah so she just had the the necklace in her purse naked right um then she tolded around upstairs for a little bit tried on some dresses finally went back downstairs where she concealed a few more men's clothing items inside the bag um and then she worked her way out to the South entrance and exited without making any attempt to purchase what she had concealed in her bag did you watch this um on camera or on the floor both both in real time in real time okay all right so you can't come on mirand Mall property at all okay if you come on Mall property in the next 18 months you're subject to arrest okay and that's on video the officer informs the woman that she's officially banned from the store for 2 years new she's clearly not happy to hear the her being told that cuz they always come back and like I didn't know that you're on video and you've been you've been what do you mean Mall property Mall property so anywhere in the mall not just Nordstrom the entire like the you know how there's a Ring Road around the mall you can't come anywhere within that how do I get my gown for the wedding that I was call and have somebody bring it to you you have to have somebody else pick it up for you she was in the midst of altering it I she wasn't because you haven't finished the transaction no I came down get my phone and she was waiting going to call her you mean should I no you're under arrest you can call somebody when you get down to the jail you're going to jail there's no way you no it's a felony amount you have to go to jail you are now enter or remain on any premises belonging to Nord for a period of 2 years you understand um anyes that's the whole mall for two years no the mall is 18 months all these stores of nordstom for two years that includes the W the suspect is officially banned and if she ignores that warning she'll be walking straight into another charge that we have facial recognition you know how I took a picture of you so now it's going to go in the computer and the minute you step foot inside any door belonging to Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack where is the rack it's over on Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard so in case you go I'm just telling you then our computers start blinking your picture comes up and it tells us exactly where and when you enter and then you'll be arrested for unlawful um violation of this order so be unlawful entry okay what you'll be prosecuted for sign right there this is the referral for prosecu and I'll explain the highlighted portion so basically here this is your name and you've been detained by Nordstrom asset protection employee for shoplifting we're referring this matter to the police for prosecution additionally according to state law we have the right to file a civil lawsuit against you to recover damages you will receive a notice of civil demand offering you the opportunity to pay us an amount of Damages specified by state law in exchange for our issuance of a written release from all civil liability if you choose not to pay us the damages set forth in the notice of civil demand we will retain our right to recover those damages by filing a civil lawsuit against you or pursuing any other remedies allowed under law remember this is civil that's criminal so this is something totally different all right this just tells you about the again don't come back to trespass all right what you need to do is you need to call this phone number that I highlighted on there between three and five business days after today's date and speak with a representative from just two empty hangers got all right and then they also had empty hangers and lingerie and our manager showed like when they were walking out I had the empty hangers and they were bold enough to just of all right I just don't grab random stuff that's the first thing look you're being cooperative with us and we appreciate that but at the end of the day you understand you're the one walking with the purse you're the one holding the purse when we see you it's hard for us to differentiate that from being somebody else's purse right so um all right this is what's going to happen all right for you seizing does she have history seizur that you know okay that's your actual sister all right in the sun is no fun at all without sunscreen and besides the r there's something else you can you guys want to do guess if we need to take her to the houseal you take her to house a little bit is she in your custody she's not under arrest right now we in yeah but medical health is more important than well I mean take ambulance in your custody if somebody wants to go with us I mean I don't think the county wants to pay for Mr oh we ain't paying for it no her cash that she got here about you said she was I'm saying do need for oh no we recovered that so Char um I think we may sign additional warrants for her but her medical care is more important than her going to jail right now for a misdemeanor shoplifting charge so do you have a hospital that she uses has Regional both on them the paramedics deem that the suspect is all right but she's not willing to stand the paramedics op to wheel her out of the store in a Stretcher oh man don't leave that did she say she's having any sugar issues no I think we just have her flag as a known diabetic or something like that for us like just a blood sugar issue I'm not sure I wasn't here when they initially called for EMS though I don't remember what they said over the radio okay blood sugar is you there I don't know I got her look back up I thought I thought might she over I think she uses type well she's known to us to use stuff like that some help yes please we can do uh two of us grab arms two of us grab legs can probably all right make this a little bit easier got you uh I get you some what's all right we gross we glov so I tell you put them on duty GE that's true no not going to do anything in the car when you're over here the gloves aren't doing you no good in the car when you're here well shop you never know could have being in a shootout you got to render a to your partner I I wouldn't take I wouldn't take the time to glove up to help you though my it takes some effort but officers and paramedics managed to get the suspect onto the stretcher I wouldn't wear gloves for an officer some some officers me some officers I to wear make a conditional offer of prosecution nether needs to be yes we are or no we're not yeah so have you found out if she no but she lied about who she was she already has warrant for her arrest she went back there delivered it to she Wasing back I think regardless of her history youall need to make a a policy or procedure saying if their shoplifting we're going to prosecute if not then we're going to have the will get out and it's it's it's hard for us as law enforcement to place someone under arrest to take over their freedom when it's uncertain whether CVS wants to prosecute so we're willing to do all the work and help you guys out it's just we just need to know up front Stu was that's because I think the other officer you had offered her uh a card to get some help she said I told her I was going to give her a card but yeah things change I mean if she's willing to get help that's a different story but she didn't want to tell so yeah all right and uh we'll get some warrant
