Her battery. >> Now I have to do something. >> Yeah. >> Yeah, we just need to make sure we'll put in a capnography on her nose to make sure she's breathing adequately, but >> [screaming] >> Due to the woman's behavior, EMS placed her on a stretcher, but even then, it took multiple officers and medical personnel to keep the situation under control. >> We can move Are you charging her with that or am I charging >> No, you charge her with that and then I'll just charge her with >> I want to transport her out with her with like 800 >> Okay. >> [screaming] >> We have soft leg restraints that we can use it utilize on the Oh. CAN YOU PROVIDE SOME INSIGHT ON >> YEAH. >> THE WOMAN'S boyfriend [music] may have some answers, so officers take the opportunity to ask what he knows about the situation. >> Are you a family member? >> No, boyfriend. >> Do you know if she suffers from anything, any medication or anything she's on? >> on BPD. So, when she's >> BPD >> I put I mean not bipolar, split personality. >> Okay. >> So, meaning like she's due for her medicine now, so meaning her emotions are like five times stronger than that. >> has her medication with her? >> No, cuz we were supposed to go back home tonight and then she takes her medicine. So, we're >> Do you know the name of the medication? >> I honestly don't. I can find out by her parents, but I don't I don't know what >> Could you? And then you said bipolar >> I mean not bipolar, split personality. She has BPD, split personality, so meaning this isn't her unless you know not >> Bipolar, split personality Just split personality disorder. >> With everything else taken care of, the final [music] step is getting the woman into the waiting ambulance. >> You want a second to ride with them or you think that >> Yeah, we need at least one rider. >> Yeah, she's going to ride with them, but do you want I don't know if you guys want a second or >> I mean, she's pretty secure now. >> Yeah, she's fine. She's a straight shooter. >> Yeah, so that >> By the end of the night, the woman was facing multiple charges, including assault, battery, resisting an officer with violence, battery on a law enforcement officer, and assault on a law enforcement officer. [music] Sneaking into a theme park attraction turns into a bad night. On September 13th, 2025, officers were dispatched to an amusement park after receiving reports of a woman allegedly attempting to gain access to the property unlawfully. Within moments of making contact, [music] officers found themselves chasing the woman through the property. >> STOP. >> STOP. >> STOP. >> I'M SHOOTING. >> STOP. STOP. >> WHY? OKAY, THAT'S A BIG STREET. >> STOP. STOP. Come here. Come here. >> No. Why? Okay, that's a big street. Why should I stop? >> You're running. >> Because they're scaring me. >> big street. >> I wanted to watch it. I stopped to run in the house. They were nice. >> I said stop running. He said stop. >> I said stop. >> I'm here to I'm putting you here. I'm scared. >> What does stop mean? >> Stop. I'm scared. I stripped it. I stripped it. All over the horror house. >> I'm Zardala, okay? >> Hey, stop being a funny. >> Hey, stay away. >> No, okay. Guys, no. That's your That's your fault, though. >> [snorts] >> What was going on? Oh, my >> What's that walking though? Did I interrupt your stop? What am I I just up the stairs? I'm up the stairs? What is this? Stop walking. >> I gave my I gave my keys >> It's not my fault. It's not my fault. >> That's what I'm HERE TO DO. >> IT'S NOT MY FAULT. OKAY, THAT'S SECURITY. I'm sorry so bad. >> The squatting so deep for nothing. >> Yeah, absolutely. You You made it what it is. You made it what it is. >> Despite repeated efforts by officers to calm her down, the woman continues resisting as they try to explain why she's under arrest. >> Sit down. You're not in You're not in Ukraine no more. You're in America. Sit down. Sit down. We ain't falling. >> What charges you want to charge? >> Guys, yeah, you guys are never going to get my time. All right, listen, but I'm I don't I don't want you to talk over me. I just want you to listen. I just want you to listen. I just want you to I'll listen to you afterwards. I'm telling you what's happening right now so that you're not shocked, okay? You may trespass, okay? That was That was all planned. Yes. I'm not going to I'm not going to talk to you. I'm not going to talk over you. I'm trying to explain something to you, okay? You refused to leave your warning back into the park, okay? So, that's trespass after warning. That's it. So, we leave. saw you you were trespassing. And you were trying to walk out. And then you kept on running into an area you're not supposed to be running. So, you're walking pretty fast. So, you're a trespass after warning, okay, and resisting. Okay, these are charges that are being filed against you. You are going to jail. Okay? So, that's where we're at. Now, the third charge is going to be another resisting charge if we can't get an actual ID. You haven't showed me nothing. Stop. Stop comparing that to that. Listen. Listen. You haven't showed me Hey. Hey. Hey. Hey. Listen to me. Listen to me. You haven't showed me nothing. Okay. So, so so I'm just I'm telling you that I'm asking for your ID now. Not that I'm asking Okay. So, you're going to We're I'm going to work with you. But what I'm trying to tell you is if you refuse to give me an ID, it's going to be a third charge, okay? >> The woman is told that her actions could result in further charges, yet she continues arguing that she shouldn't be under arrest at all. >> Stop comparing to them. Okay? >> From what I can gather, and I'll be honest with you, it sounds like a late charge that we we pushed past people that wouldn't take photos. >> I I don't really care what you guys think. I'm I'm asking Yeah, I I understand how you feel. But you are going to You were just going to get escorted out of the park. Yeah, that's that's all that's all that's going to happen. >> [laughter] >> All right. Okay. Okay. We're We're We're past that now. We're past that. Okay, well, you're going to have to wait till tomorrow. So, sit tight for a second, okay? I'm going to explain it to your partner. >> The officer now explains the situation to the woman's companion, making sure she understands why she's being detained. Fortunately, she appears far more willing to listen. >> Hi. >> Hello. >> Hi. >> We are not park security, okay? We are law enforcement, okay? So, this is what's happening, okay? You were You were just going to get trespassed and escorted out of the park. >> Yeah. >> But, since you refused and ran into the park, you're it's called trespass after warning, okay? Which is an arrestable offense. >> Okay. >> So, you're going to get one charge. Resisting is another, for running away from law enforcement when we're telling you to stop, okay? So, that's two charges, guaranteed. Okay, the third charge is going to be another resisting charge if you can't provide an ID. I understand that you have talked to them about an ID. As long as this is accurate, then you won't get that You won't get that third charge. >> Okay, I got you. >> Okay? Any questions? >> Well, we were trying Well, we were trying to do is just go to this house, hold on. >> I understand. I understand. >> Yeah, just hold it, John. Hold it, just hold it, hold on. >> Okay. >> The The thing is, like, all the way you talk about bad people, all we were trying to do is just go to this house, hold on. >> Yeah. >> These people tried to attack our character, to say we were official or whatever. We're not violent people. All we were trying to do is just go on our way. >> Okay. And I I I believe that that happened, okay? But, now that all this happened with us here, it it's it's taken a second turn, okay? >> cuz we were attacked here. We're scared for our lives. >> Okay. >> People were asking our names and all these questions and all these things. We don't know what to do with our lives. >> Well, you're in America, and this is what happens. Look out next time you come here, okay? I don't know how they play in your country or UK, I'm sorry. I don't know how they play in UK. Is that where you're from? United Kingdom? >> Yeah. >> Yeah, I don't know how they play over there, but this is America. We do things different. We drive on a different side of the road. We We do things different out here, okay? Okay. So, with this, you guys are going to be going to jail. They want to press charges, okay? You have to talk to a judge. >> Okay. >> I We're going to have our hands tied at this point, okay? All right. >> [laughter] >> Yeah. >> As officers discuss how they want to move forward, the [music] first woman continues trying to convince another officer that she's done nothing wrong. >> That type it up real quick. Sorry, say I mean they said there was like a some tussle but if they they kind of they pushed somebody. >> Um >> They're not here right now so I'm going to be completely honest with you. Um they're they're getting a trespass. Initially they're getting a trespass because they were pushing a line and then it just escalated to this. So we're This one's cool. Oh, this one he's good. He's good. >> Uh >> She It's up to you >> Cuz she's mad at him about his wife. >> Um As it's up to them if they want to trespass on the property. That I don't know what it would be. >> Uh >> Then you can see him come up to you and you can see him trying to Listen to him but Nothing about me. >> Um >> Any physical contact or pushing or shoving or anything like that so there's there's not a whole lot that we can do cuz there's nothing in the criminal statutes. >> Uh >> I think we're going to trespass. That's up to you. That's up to you guys. >> Over an hour. Yeah, just so you know. >> We're going to get her out. >> Okay. >> And then I guess that I'm and I'll write you a statement. >> Yeah, so as soon as you get the statement saying that you you're trespassing cuz of the shoving Um and that they they decided to run away and ran into area into employee area, you know, not leaving the park. >> Uh >> And then we'll we'll do our part when we we're talking to stop by every person and we'll make the type of thing after that. All right. All right, don't worry, sir. >> Once again, the officer tries to explain the situation and convince the woman to calm down. >> Hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, stop. If you keep moving I'm just going to put you in the car. Okay, the car You're you're I mean it's going to It's going to be you're comfortable in the car than it is sitting in this chair. >> Can I talk to you? >> Yeah, you can talk to me. I'm I just want a conversation. >> Yeah, go ahead. What do you What do you want to talk about? >> How am I going to get out of this situation? >> You have to talk to a judge in the morning. I know, it's hilarious. >> A judge? I can't get the hair off my face at this point. >> You can't get the what? >> The hair off my face. >> Yeah. >> I need to speak to the judge. >> Okay, so next time >> I just showed you my ID. I got a picture of my ID. >> You can't You can't run >> I am. >> You can't run You can't run into the park. All right. Stand up so I can fix these for you. Stand up. >> [laughter] >> My my bun won't stay. Don't have a sport on. I'm not allowed to have a scarf. >> Okay. I didn't I didn't pick this outfit. You want me to fix the cuffs or not? Yeah, you got it. ONE MORE TIME. YOU DID UNTIL THIS ALL TOOK PLACE. But I I have no control. Now we're just going to escort you guys out. That's it. And that's That's That's all that was going to happen. But when you start running into an area you're not supposed to >> Yeah, because my foot slipped. >> Who does that? Is that what you guys do in UK? >> Yeah. >> When When law enforcement comes and gets in front of you and starts talking to you, guys just take off to a different location? Do they Do they allow that? >> For what? >> I'm asking >> Is that what you guys do in uniform? >> Huh? >> You think I'm helping in the deceiving you? >> Yeah. If If somebody I'm I'm going to I'm going to fix it I'm going to fix it for you. >> The time. >> Jesus Christ, ladies. >> Jesus Christ. >> Stand up so I can fix it for you, okay? >> What? I'm free. >> Do you want me to fix it for you? >> As the encounter drags on, the woman only becomes more defiant. >> Lean forward. Lean forward. >> Okay. >> Lean forward cuz I I have to lock it so I don't get any tighter. Stop. Okay, so lean forward so I can Okay, so you can lean forward or I'm going to pick you up. You can you can you can pick. >> You can't Okay. No, I mean, it's on you. They're on you. No, they're not on me. They're on you. What makes you think they're on you? It's true. Huh? Just stay still. That's all you have to do. So so stop moving. So so you you So you know what? >> [laughter] >> You don't have to say it cuz you know. Those are American made. What's up? Yeah, both of them. Yeah, they they want to press charges on both. Okay. So. I'm going to call 41. Uh he's going to He'll use my car, or I'll take him back. Either way, if I take him, he just has to uh take over processing till I come back. Okay. >> The officer is simply trying [music] to confirm the woman's identity, but instead of answering the question, she continues arguing her case. >> You have one just like this somewhere, correct? Not today. You keep saying that, but you didn't show me any of And just go get it. You're asking a question like Can you just Let me answer one at a time. Okay. You just You just asked us a difference, right? You showed this to somebody already, right? You didn't show it to a law enforcement officer. Not to a law enforcement officer. Okay, so now you're talking to You're asking what's the difference. I need you to show me that. Okay, where's your purse now? Where's your uh Okay, you have a phone, correct? >> 100%. >> Okay, is it in your phone? It's in your bag? It's in your bag? Okay. Is it in your phone or your bag? You're doing way too much. Yes, you are. You're being way too extra right now. Yes, you are. Yes, you are. Is your ID in here? Oh, that's right. You got You got something on your lip. I've never showed you? >> You've never showed me. >> You've never showed me. >> In the end, both women were charged with resisting arrest [music] and criminal trespassing. Woman creates a disturbance in the worst possible place. On July 1st, 2024, officers responded [music] to a theme park in Orlando following reports of a physical altercation between guests. Here's how the investigation unfolded. [music] >> Hello, what's going on? I didn't just call. I'm Are you involved in the incident? >> Yeah. Okay, what happened? >> Okay, so we were leaving the restaurant. Okay, um >> What are your any details? >> Yeah, okay. I'm walking towards the front door. My boy's over here. He's my son. >> Sure. >> I'm complaining. And the next thing I know, this woman walks past like this and says, "Excuse me." >> Okay. >> And like I said something back. I was like, "Excuse you." And she was like, "I don't need you to excuse me." >> Right. They didn't say anything. >> And so, like whatever. Walked out. But like I was like, "I don't understand why that just happened." I I don't even understand what we did. So, I'm going to turn around. I walked back up to her. She was in the car. I went back up to her. I said, "Excuse me, can you explain to me what just happened?" Like I just >> Yeah. >> Yeah, exactly. She got right up in my face instantly. Like >> Gut to gut. >> We're all up in my face. >> Go ahead, touch me. Touch me so I can defend myself. Touch me. Touch me. Which I didn't. >> Right. >> I didn't lay a hand on her the entire time. Okay. So >> She was like grinding against you, too. >> Yeah. Like >> against you. >> And I There's also a wall behind me. So I'm literally backed up. >> Okay. So she's just so upset with it and she's asking you to put hands on her. Okay. >> Yes. Completely up in my face. But I did it. And I kind of like squeezed my way out around her to leave again. >> Okay. >> Okay. This time I don't even know what happened, but the next thing I know there was all kinds of chaos behind me. >> Okay. >> And before I knew what would happen, I turned around to see what's going on. And she's grabbing at me everywhere. Like at one point she had me by >> She grabbed your shirt. >> Two hands. >> Okay. >> And then when they came over to break it up, the dude's in between us and she's still holding on to my shirt. >> According to the woman, she wasn't the one who started the confrontation. Now officers are working to determine exactly what [music] happened. >> So you're up against the wall, she's up against you. You say, "Hey, put hands on me." And um you end up squeezing around her. You're exiting, your back is turned, and then you hear commotion, you turn around, and then what is the first thing that happens right after that point? >> I heard grabbing at me. I >> What is that? What is that specifically? What does that mean? >> Her bra >> She grabbed your shirt. >> to my shirt and my neck area. Like I have two necklaces broken. >> Okay. So she ripped off the necklace and ripped off the shirt. >> I just hear snapping of my clothing. And she had it like out to here where I'm like this so that I'm not flashing everyone. >> Right. Like Where you guys from? >> Uh we're local. >> Okay. Do you want to press charges on her? >> I do. >> Okay. Do you have your ID with you? >> I do. >> And then do you need the fire department for anything? Okay. Other than her grabbing your shirt, ripping off the necklaces, and then just the slight redness you have on your neck, what else happened physically? >> Um just this. The broken necklaces, the broken shirt. >> So, shirt, necklaces here, and then the guy got in between you, separated it, and then what happened after that? >> think once he separated us >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> While that interview continues, a second officer turns his attention to the other woman involved in the altercation. >> Here we go. What's going on in here? >> Yes, right here. >> Okay. >> Yes, officer Leo, officer Leo. >> What's going on? >> Mr. law enforcement officer, you have access to the cameras. Check the footage because I'm not going to perjure myself. I will never perjure myself. I'm not talking to you. >> For what? You want to talk? >> You get aggressive? >> Yeah. >> Dismissed. >> No, yeah. What's going on? >> Talking to you. >> What is wrong? >> I was in there enjoying myself. I've been there for how many nights? And someone stole my phone. MAYBE IT'S ONE OF HER PEOPLE THAT >> CUZ YOU >> YOU SHOULD CHECK HER SIGNAL. >> I'm going to get her. What's going on here? >> I'm whispering. I'm whispering. I'm whispering. I'm whispering. I'm whispering. I'm pissed. I'm pissed. I'm supposed to be on vacation. My husband is working, and I KEEP ON GETTING >> SO, YOU WERE INSIDE TRYING TO ENJOY YOURSELF. What happened to get us called out here? >> Someone decided that they have the complexion for protection, bumped into me, and tell me I must tell her excuse me. That's not how it works where I'm from. >> So, somebody bumped into you? >> No, she deliberately bumped into me because she wanted to create a scene, and she wanted me to look like the bad guy. >> happen in here, or did that happen in the park? >> All right in here. But, in first instance, it happened in WITH WHEELCHAIR KAREN? >> [screaming] >> OR IS IT STROLLER? Because I do have children. >> You have children here? >> I'm a daughter, a mother, a wife. I am somebody, somebody, somebody, somebody. >> Okay. You have children here or is it just you? >> The officer is trying to understand her side of the story, but the conversation keeps drifting away from the incident itself. >> My barrister will feel great about this. >> I don't know what a barrister is. >> Google it.
