on All My Children even on the way to the station the woman refuses to accept reality desperately trying to plead with the officer but at this point it's too late I never beg but I'm I'm begging you going to say yes he said that I was not being um fighting against nothing excuse me can you ask him please the front desk guy said to me yes okay that's fine thank you so much I think I appreciate trying to be rebellious at all the woman was ultimately charged with resisting arrest number two mom tries to threaten a bus driver and learns a hard lesson on September 21st 2023 police were dispatched after a woman was reported to be causing a disturbance on a school bus here's what happened when officers arrived [Music] sorry I'm not a she caught me up here but I'm not who jumped on the bus who's trying to go to jail you are I'm not going to jail you get if you're getting on the bus and you're told to get off the bus and you refuse that's called trespass this being school property you are trying to go to jail ID card please it's in my car go get it go get it I'm giving you a lawful order I'm only going to give to you once you can walk with me no I cannot I'm going to speak to the complaining no oh sorry you're good yes you [Music] good she refused to get out the and I and she jump in okay want to get off the who wants to get off the hey guys it's okay it's okay Hey where's your bu stop her daughter got in trouble the and that's all you got her daughter according to the bus driver the woman approached her aggressively after her daughter alleged she had been threatened here how the woman explains her side of the story it's at my house I didn't bring my is the vehicle registered to you so I've got like 19 kids Balling on the bus right now because of your actions explain it to me that's my child okay she's not more important than the rest of these children on this bus do you want me to explain or do you want to over I'm listening to you cuz I know what rights I have and what rights you do sure I don't think that you do if you're jumping on a school bus and not getting off when you're instructed why she not leaving she's in such a hurry because I'm going to have a conversation with her to see if she wants to press charges no ma'am I've been in route to you for 7 minutes so you've been here longer than that the bus barn manager called and I came from down near nvar School Road to get here 3 minutes no that's I'm not having anybody Scream the way she is screaming at these kids then deal with it through the school I call them they're not answering the phone then drive up she's calling me and telling me that she's getting headaches from that woman screaming I know kids are a pain in the you couldn't pay me enough money to be a bus driver but I'm not going to have her I came up here very very respectfully and I asked her what's the issue what is my daughter doing because she's not always forthcoming with information so I asked her and she said well your daughter's crying immediately yes I get defensive and pissed off because of how she's coming off I'm respectful and asking hey I know she's not always truthful so what is she doing so I can handle her the woman is a black out so tell me at what point you decide it makes sense to jump on the bus yell at her and make children cry and refuse to get off I am while the woman may have had a reason for confronting the driver the way she handled it was inappropriate unfortunately she doesn't seem to comprehend the officer's explanation for why she's facing consequences okay again there are ways to handle it this is not it okay so if the school decides to press charges you very May well may likely go to jail for this I need you to understand I get that they won't answer the phone then drive up there instead of coming up here and upsetting 20 other people's children not every child on that bus lry I just looked at them they're not crying okay I said 19 children did I say every child on the bus can't help if they're overly sensitive well you can help your actions as a grown adult right and that's my child and I will hand it if they would have answered the go to the if you have that number a different number she refused to give it to me we jumping on the school bus acting a fool and not getting off when we're instructed to get off opinionated she's telling me your crying and kids get in trouble2 probably the best driver by FL 92 57759 the driver allegedly only reprimanded the young girl for misbehaving now it's up to the officer to deal with a child's mother who seems although everyone was allowed to leave that day the matter didn't end there after reviewing the school bus surveillance footage authorities determined the woman's actions were inappropriate and later oh can yeah I'm going for ride so what is what is this trespass on the school grounds which is the bus and interrupting a school function by not letting the bus driver leave with the kids in the bus what is that so it's two misdemeanor charges with B the $5,000 which you can herb charge 2500 5 um and you can post a bond of 10% with a cash bonds or if you can pull the whole 5,000 but that's what the total B so how can she be trespassed or charged of trespassing until she has been trespassed um so just I got it's a good question so it doesn't have to be us telling her a trespass warning for 15 minutes she's on video with the school bus driver saying leave my bus leave my bus leave my bus that's plenty of warning so her by refusing to leave not by our order um is that trespass fortunately this time both the woman and her husband are willing to cooperate and listen that's a good question silly is she called me well I seen you guys on my house CER I called her trying to and she wasn't there and I was like well I need to meet you we need to go figure out no problem um Let me let me get my we no hurry let him walk around the truck see the lights whatever we're no hurry so what is the process time all she never been in trouble yeah the booking time depends on how busy the jail is I'd give it an hour or two and she'll be able to call you too um it depends on what's going on at the jail sometimes they're packed and it takes a little bit sometimes I've seen get booked in a half hour so she's going to go with us to the jail um which is right up 87 yeah I know I tried to tell her that I just take her up there so she didn't to do all this you can Free Ride yep um do you have to call a bail bur person I'd have never done that so I don't just yeah you can either post the 5,000 straight up or or 10% with a bondsman to post the rest um but yeah y'all would Google it or call around or whatever you need to do so my kids are pickup so I'm going to have to go pick my kids up or check them out of school so I'm going to go up there de this I mean I don't know if you'd have to check them out what time is their school line 229 some car rider line left out but the house is lo out what's going on so I can you know get a hold of my kids if I need it in the end the woman's charge of interference of school function was dropped and she was instead trespassed from school property number one entitled couple ignores traffic laws then tries to threaten their way out on January 12th 2023 in Florida a collision occurred on on a street where two lanes merge into one here's what happened when officers arrived at the scene he's a little fired up but he was out walking around I guess his door open was kind of just saying he didn't have the kids in the car kind of thing but oh he he was saying he's in straight Lane the right hand lane yeah they were quarter panel coming into the merge and so was slowing down and going behind him they tried speeding up impacted his bumper yeah and then when they were in front of them they were ticked off and then they breake checked them and then that's where got the other impact uh one of those yeah okay so where is my registration and my insurance is right here camera okay where's the D vehicle um so he side s for and we got rear ended by a semi and we're already in the works of that okay and then he smashed into it again which damag this put the freaking Nast cut in our bumper ining you know where the lands merge over there yeah yeah hold on SC so the first point of impact was where right here right here on the side all so where did he h you at first back side swipe okay so when when he side swipes you these guys are Contin in motion forward both of y'all yeah and then we went to go slow down because we're like well we need is insurance he just us right and then so we go to slow down and then boom yeah you hit us 30 40 see buddy it was a hard you have a driver's license no I do not do you have any information that I can get so I can put you on the uh report thank you so much appreciate that yeah of course thank you jail correct driving the couple in the Volkswagen were in the merge lane and despite their car being damaged the driver in the straightaway Lane had the legal right of way they were in the merge lane so you know right there when you put them into the other side you get to merge yeah so they're merging and instead of him slowing down because he's got the point of the front he does have to huh he do have to so if basically if you're heading me and I'm in the straight through Lane M this is my Lane way you have to slow down and go behind me there's no law that says I have to slow down and let you over he has the right to keep going okay so if they merged over and there was connection they're going to they're going to be okay so you're you're in the merge lane you were in the merge lane yeah we are in the merge lane we are getting in between these two vehicles including him and he decided it was a good idea to speed the up and then he totally sideswiped us okay jump up this yeah so even with them jumping in front of them or jumping in front of him hitting the brakes that's unlawful you to brakes you can't jump in front of someone cuz he has to have enough time to know that you're Ming on basically this damage even solidifies that they're at fa you jumped in front of him jammed your brakes he hit you cuz he didn't have enough time that means they probably sped up cut him off which is why she has that first impact by the rear wheel okay that just says that you merged over and you connected which means me you didn't have the room to to come over okay even even though the Lan merges the right lane still belongs to him he has the right away the only time you don't have a right away is when there's a sign that dictates you must do something right if you're in a straight Lane there's nothing that says you have to slow down and let people over even when you put on a blinker a blinker is a request it's not a mandate so just cuz you put your blink I mean I have to let you over gotcha you have to move over when I allow you over and if I'm not allowing you to jump in front of me that means you SL your down and get behind me got which is what more people should do but everybody wants to jump ahead of everybody so that's why you get accents like this so one of the officers now begins questioning the other driver did you just tell me what happened he decides I guess that he doesn't want to merge behind me so he just guns it like I don't know what he expects me to do but he just like you know he's parallel with me and he he just bumps me in the side right and so like I kind of slow down a little and he jumps he gunes and jumps in front of me okay and Slams on his brakes and I rear end him okay he immediately jumps out of the car and like like starts coming at me like here's like he like slam his hand like so the the male half was driving not the female I'm not sure who yeah he was driving okay well yeah I'm pretty yeah well actually no I actually no I'm not sure who driving um quick question so after you guys had the initial impact what happened with the whole slamming on the brakes thing well we had to slow down so that way we could get his insurance information he didn't slam on the brakes we were slowly impact you okay like I almost hit the steering wheel and he almost flew into the dash okay that's how hard it was that's I mean so like how soon did you get in front of him did you guys start slowing down so we didn't go in front of him we were trying to merge over and then he decided to step on the gas like I literally saw his rear end go up okay and he went to go and try and pass us and squish us over and sideswiped us from traffic okay and and you were driving not this gentleman yes sir okay Midnight all right all right hang tight yeah there def going to be a fault okay I just stand by cuz they're they're feet right now I'm going to give you I'm going to give you that portion and I'll take care of him and then we'll we'll move from there okay cuz yeah cuz they look like they're just going to act out yeah I was I was trying to yeah call the police you're fine don't worry about it he if you just want to sit in the car you can turn the car on just shut your door and just Aang tight it'll be a minute yeah I got to feel them they're not going to be happy no they're not they're really really not now the officers continue their paperwork and investigation while deliberating on the next steps in handling the situation she's got Progressive huh she's got Progressive Oh I thought you said she's aggressive I going say yes she is well she was I was like yeah 2 42 hours yes I was want to take picture of you know their car and I'm just afraid that that guy's going to is the other officer still there uh I don't anybody else but he's right here okay see where he's at yes can I get a picture of his insurance you're going to get all that information as soon as I'm done soon as I'm done so let me go ahead and print these out after completing their investigation officers determined that the female driver is at fault for the crash unsurprisingly she's not happy with this decision and this is where things start to take a turn all right Miss re okay Rees Rees I'm sorry so unfortunately you are going to be found at fault for the crash all right I know you're from I give me Georgia generally laws are the same everywhere that's why you can go from here to Florida speed Li signs look the same you know field or yield signs up the same stop signs all that such so in the state of Florida if you're in a merge lane someone's in a straight through Lane they have the right away which means it doesn't matter that he sped up you slow down and you get behind them the fact that you sped up and crossed over we didn't speed up to cross over we were saying the same speed he's what did you say you no so even even if you did you don't do that cuz I will arrest you next word out of your mouth better just be quiet I have freedom of speech no that's a threat that is a threat I tell you what tell you what
