battery on an officer number four entitled woman thinks she's Above the Law Officers responded to a report of a physical altercation at a Sam's Club the incident allegedly started when the suspect was bumped into by another woman who ref refus to quote unquote use proper manners to apologize the situation quickly escalated watch the backup officer's perspective as the scene unfolds iting you guys yeah and I'm waiting for her to proceed with her family and I walked over and got my bread got you okay and then she came up to you she have said excuse me and then slapped you yes and then you pushed your will and she was going to do it if I didn't push her away from me yeah all now I will admit when I pushed her away I do have long nails it caught her in the lip happens but I did not close I can't close this because of my nails right but I just you got to protect yourself okay um all right and then the gentleman jumped in and that was the end of it pretty much yes okay and then they made her go away and then she made a statement going out out the door that she would meet me out here in the parking lot and that was in the bre aisle correct no this was when she was checked out no when lot now I'm sorry but I wouldn't have held back then I would have defended myself but there's a baby involved with her statement on record the officer now inquires whether the woman wants to press charges judging by the details I think we both can guess her decision and are you wanting to pursue charges against her for the battery yes I do all right have you met this lady before never just a physically engaging with the security guard you captur the whole pretty much the whole thing so you see him like walk over to his vehicle I guess addressing the whatever which you can't really see but it ends up happening in the middle of the parking lot I don't know you know what obviously what said but I put and he attacks the security yeah I mean basically there he sees them you see the security coming to be apparently that was the story's over there continuing their exchange of words and you know what he's saying he says come on I'll kick your ass took our securitys throws stff pushes and then they go the car you don't see anything from there other than the shirt being pulled off so he didn't take his shirt off you can see so he's here on a boat he's captain of two boats two boats and how often is he here so like after the once he leaves sells off he doesn't sell off oh he says something about the 31st well they do trips the officer returns to the victim seeking details about the incident and asking if he wants to pursue legal action you want to pess charges on this guy yeah okay cuz I mean it's like my dad said I'm getting paid enough for someone to put their hands on me yeah on February 5th 2024 officers in Ohio responded to a local bar in response to a call about a woman refusing to leave the premises weird that he called the costum this oh okay you come here a lot to there 2044 parts of the surveillance audio are muted but at this point the officers are simply requesting that the woman's husband or another adult escort her home due to her intoxication however what should be a straightforward situation appears to be beyond the suspect's comprehension let's walk up there my phone died we're going to hang out right here for now he's going to go get your husband no we're going to walk up the street together and go get my husband don't make this more difficult than it needs to be I want to no my phone died so I want to go to the street and wake up my husband I'm trying to do you a courtesy and go get him for you and bring him here we can't I want courtesy we're walking up the street together ma'am you need understand what I'm saying we can't let you walk on your own right now because we're intoxicated state I'm trying to do you a favor by getting your husband and bringing him here so we can release you to him and so you don't have to come with us you had a situation I come here all the time and he exposed him himself to me and I don't think the officers try to deescalate the situation by calmly asking the suspect to wait for someone to escort her home but she chooses to provoke and argue instead they make it clear however that they won't tolerate her lack of cooperation do what you need to do it's weird that you think of women women when a man expose him house to help to you can you lean on the wall for me so you don't fall no you guys are that's fine what's that do husband he'll be fine but that I didn't know what he wanted to do this point you're going to be under arrest for why why for what cuz I asked you to leave multiple times you refuse to leave and I'm I'm leaving I'm leaving I want to go home I want to go home I will still the woman's husband all you know just leave her in the she going to be like just leave stop pulling on your pants well you want to so go for it you're see eventually you're going to see eventually right your wife will want to see just tell you tell your wife that like you guys are being some way to just take it off I I wish you'd let me go home I don't understand what we were trying to give you a courtesy and you keep wrong I did nothing wrong up this Behavior gets to the point where we can't I'm not a women that wants not be touched like just want to go home this you can make a call at the booking window and see if your husband can come get you no I don't want my husband to go I want to fine you guys have nothing better to do so show me and would never like you to come back you were advised of trespassing from this bar if you come back to this bar you will be advised don't care I don't want to do not just do not ever come back I don't like that guy have have a seat in the car do don't have to release her but that's up to you guys it's up to you it's your stop but or your if she's coming now and takes her home I mean I don't really care honestly that you know what I mean I don't know how I don't know how she was she in there then yeah when I pulled up sit there she had no she said she goes here all the time they never trespass her before right no not before I all right get issues then she can go sit in the St she doesn't even need to go in right I just give her the citation right right okay than go the suspect was issued a trespass warning from The Establishment she
