with cars that were parked on Scenic going south and there was a police officer on the yeah that was me that was you uhhuh but she was like twirling her hair and then she's like going like not a care we're being honest I am um on the way to pick up on my friend and in cuz like I don't like doing things by myself because I have anxiety so I like people coming on rides with me so I was going to go pick her up so I can go to The Dispensary get what I need and then bring it back home if you want to I can show you my medical card a question do you have a prescription for no have you taken any all right hang tight get some gloves because I believe they're sitting right there in the driver's seat for me it pretty much stay simple to ma'am is your ID in your purse yes it is all right I'll get it here if you were more respectful about it I'm just as the officers begin searching her car the suspect grows argumentative trying to challenge their actions the officers however make it clear they in your car so this is kind of the development that we're going okay so for right now while she's doing her job we're going to give her some space and we're going to go sit at the front of that car and then they got a sidekick Su or whatever it's called yeah um so like yeah do I need to kid that food no I'm just curious I'm talking to you briefly here when I got here I saw your demeanor your actions and all that stuff okay um now when I talk to you even more and I'm looking at some indicators right now okay I'm looking at your pupils I'm looking at your eyes and I think that you might be on the influence of some type of not alcohol but I believe in Nar understand okay um So based off what I'm seeing so far would you be willing to do pill test to dispel my suspicions that you're under the influence of any type of you willing to do that yeah okay do you have any injuries that about head injuries like said have you had any previous concussions not that I medically seek attention for it yes I mean uh medical wise might have had a concussion never have you had concussion with the past say 10 24 hours 10 24 hours uh um uh no after agreeing to take a field sobriety test the woman fails right away leaving the officer's no choice but to search her and place her in handcuffs however the suspect is not making the process easy face the car spread your legs for me face the car you do have the right to remain silent okay anything you say can will be used against you in a court of law uh you have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him present with you before you're being questioned if you cannot afford to hire a lawyer one will be appointed to you represent you before any questioning if you wish okay you can also decide at any time to exercise these rights and not
