they say a parent's job is to teach their children right from wrong ironically these parents couldn't follow that advice themselves and now they're paying the price here are five instances when insane parents realize they've been caught number five mother goes on a trip with her friend leaving her kids for 3 Days in Ohio officers were dispatched to a residence after receiving reports of three children abandoned for nearly 3 days the mother had reported L traveled to Florida for a friend's lipos suction leaving her 10-year-old daughter responsible for her 7-year-old twin sisters both with special needs watch how officers respond to this alarming case Police Department yeah hi are you okay yeah are your parents home mm-m where are they um my mom's at work okay when your mom's at work you said when's she going to be home hi before we um before we leave for school okay do you have your mom's phone number uh yeah but the computer's did okay she's on the camera she watches she watches right where's she at she's at work where's work at she works she works with um Amazon and my brother is at dayare yeah she she's with my grandma okay can I Ed somebody's an adults phone number just to in contact with them I think iiz it I don't know if she still uses that one well how do you get into contact with your mom when you um on the computer and on the um thing cuz we charged her we charged the computer you did what we could we have a computer um a Macbook and we charge it but it's there right now we just been watching TV and playing around okay can you try to get your mom on the camera we can't we can't make her come on the camera but she can come home when she want like I okay I need to talk to an adult so we got to figure something out charge over there charge over there how long have you guys been home alone only today be honest only today you're we got to call cuz one of your teachers was concerned that you guys have been home alone for a while cuz your mom's out of state out of state M the troubling situation was uncovered after the 10-year-old's teacher alerted the police requesting a welfare check on the children the teacher had initially sought assistance from the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services or JFS but after being declined they escalated the matter to law enforcement oh oh goodness are you okay so my mom she's not out of St no you're all right so no she's not at St I don't want to be home Al home yeah my mom's not out of stay I promise you she's not of stay we we don't really be home okay what time does she normally get home before we she's coming home before we go to school yeah cuz we don't she's coming home before we go toool we don't really have people knock going on our I know I don't want nobody to come in can you try to get her on the computer yes it's charging right now is it plugged in it should turn on right if it's plugged in it's going to take a little bit of make it like charge and stuff okay do you have any relatives in the area like grandparents Aunts Uncles well no but my mom's you don't have the my mom has a friend that lives in over here yes she actually lives in next building um apartment that's the only person do you have that person's phone number no my mom did my mom did yeah yeah so like what do you guys do if you have an emergency who do you call my mom police police you but you don't have your mom's phone number he we do we have it on the laptop and we have my grandma's we have it on we have the have my grandma's she's n no she's 10 years old okay and she she will fight me and she like two months d y was just y just pull my hair and I was in the room over here trying get away from me off it's somebody was on do you have your grand you have your grandma's number yes where does your grandma live she lives on the other side like Cleveland the other side of Cleveland or the other side of West Lake um the other side of reports revealed that the woman's only means of supervision were FaceTime calls and a security camera beyond that no Guardian was assigned to look after the children during her absence dead for a while we just been watching TV and doing anything yeah we just we sometimes when my mom actually I was just actually my mom leave the baby with us and then she sometimes go with her well he has a daycare all week um actually he has to daycare weekends and only a baby it's basically only time she leaves she goes to the store or my mom name is Dom you guys seven seven okay cool um November 9th what grade are you in fourth what grade are you in I supposed to be in fifth my birthday L first grade and well sometimes sometimes um we be having our somebody come over somebody be come over over here this actually the first time in a while that place has been so dog's been on our porch a dog a big dog it's not your dog oh my God so big it look like the Big Red Dog oh really yeah he was big his dog was it oh someone that lives here we get along a lot of people here that's cool but but we do we do we do not have never ever had like people coming up here like trying to steal us never happen never never happen that cuz we live in W not bad so so when we down there we heard something we all actually I hang on a second guys got the making contact with the juveniles they're trying to get in contact with their mother I'm trying to get the store sorted out there's no doll home the Tim right despite the situation the 10-year-old is unwilling to admit that their mother has been away for nearly 3 days and where does she work she works in um I'm don't we but I know she works at somewhere around here yeah and she also does um G Dash okay if she if she if we get hungry we call her yeah we have we we just ate okay well I just woke up from my nap I was a little it's a good day for napping yeah kind of Sayed up late so just your mom work overnight yeah sometimes she she she got a job with she it's like overnight sometimes over sometimes she she could come to work her her hours kind of change a lot yeah yeah and she tries to pick that hours out long so she can get a lot of money yeah cuz we're trying to move right now where you going to move to we're trying to move um back to where family at oh where's that back to other side um oh like where your grandma is or something yeah that's that's where most of our whole that's where the Nana is that's where my disclose next makes the situation even more alarming so that's why I'm here could be I don't know that I don't know they just sent me to check let me tell her no why what she need know what's up Mommy has a gun but she has a license for it yes she never we never she never pulled it out of when I clean my mommy J Jay never um hold the she she did have hold the G but she never pressed the button mom teaches me what to do Mom it'll be one day you don't point it at yourself yeah you'll put it you guys hang on one second so these their three kids are here by themselves one is two or I'm sorry one is 10 years old the other two are 7 years old they're telling me that their mom works for Amazon and she works overnight and that she won't be back until um like right before they go to school in the morning they don't have a way of contacting their mom they can't give me their mom's phone number they said they usually contact the mom through FaceTime they're trying that on their computer now but it's not working the only other person that they can give me a name of is a grandmother who lives I guess on the other side of Cleveland but they don't even have a phone number for her just a random name yeah no I guess a teacher or somebody from the school called in and they were concerned because one of the 7-year-olds reported that the mom is in Texas with their brother and that they've been home alone for like a week the 10-year-old told me that their mom was here last night I don't know if any of it's true unable to reach the children's Mother officers instead contacted their grandmother who soon took them into her care 2 days after the welfare check officers finally located the woman and served her with a warrant here's what happened when they confronted her hello there keep stay where I can see Dominique you are under arrest for the child endangerment of your three children all right can I call my mother right quick no my son is in here put the phone down please my baby is in here put the phone down we're going to take you in there and you're going to get clothes on is that a mirror yes when did you get back in hold on hold on no you haven't you have the right to remain silent anything you can say can and will be used against you Court law you have the right to an attorney you cannot afford an attorney one will be provided for you okay so you said you were here where were you I called you what no you didn't I promise you call your office I've been calling you matter of fact I just called you this morning okay well where were you Thursday night that this is no minor issue now see how she defends her decision to leave her kids unattended I you have a search warrant we have her C do you have a search warrant it's not it's nobody in there you are searching my house and I don't consent to okay okay why are you why are you being so aggressive you don't know aggressive this is not aggressive you is being aggressive you are under arrest for child in danger I understand please get please get what else you need so we can call your mom my kids are allowed to be here by their your s not when you have two special needs kids my kids are not special needs that's why I don't understand why y'all keep saying my kids are special needs they fully aware okay of everything that's going on you can interview them talk to them and everything they irresponsible mother leaves her children in a car for 3 hours in this next case officers rushed to a shopping Center parking lot after a concerned Uber driver called about children left alone in a vehicle see how the situation plays out when the police arrive on the scene little girl she been in here okay one is like an INF part like 45 79 hi by little girl was that's okay uh like the the two are like two how they are were kind of like how they are back the front ones where's Mom at somewhere in donating she been here for a long time she woke up both woke up was W asleep we're um my manager inside trying to find out who's the parent right now okay so we can disconnect them if they're in the middle and get them out here got hey what's your mom's name what's that what's your mom's name what is it Tamisha Tam Tamisha yep she was a new donor too she's been in here for at least two hours she's the new donor with a she had a head wrap on Tuesday was me yes with me and Tuesday I you nobody in the car with them and I asked her I said what's your mom say I'll go get her and then I saw the security guard and I asked him to come outside cuz this is a serious matter and I and I was coming out back and forth with the B threatening me so I just had to come to the neighbor and I I tried calling you and I call the police did you tell them that she had your sister with the B yeah yeah I told them yeah I did and she like beat her up outside and threw her around in the dirt and stuff what did you do nothing nothing he's saying I'm in trouble because she hit me with the backat oh okay yeah so I just ran to the na I tried she said she said um that I'm going to f up your sister if you say anyone anybody you're next that's what I told you on my phone she yeah she smashed my phone with the bag uh yeah so after I said after she said I said you're not going to hit her with that b and then she said what are you going to do about it I said you're not going to hit her with that back and he was complaining about milk and whatnot and um my sister uh I don't she said something to my little brother my little brother ended up hitting her so he uh she was like don't hit me and my mom is more lenient to there's two other little ones in there she's more lenient with those two so she's going to take their side but she going back and forth from my sister telling her why are you still back here I told you to stay with your dad uh she um she then put my sister outside uh I guess they were arguing and she uh went and grabbed them the back right here she went and uh grabbed the metal bat and went outside and chased my sister around and I guess they were talking for a bit and uh it went left or something and they just started fighting and then she started you know putting her in the dirt and then uh she went back inside to grab the metal bat and she told me uh if I if I I'm going to I'm going to go out there and F her up and if you say anything you're next and I said you're not going to hit my sister with that bat and she said what are you going to do about I told her you're not going to hit her hit her with that b you're causing all this drama for nothing you're not going to hit her so then she said you could leave too you can go upstairs and pack all your stuff and uh I'm going in there I'm getting my gathering my stuff I guess she goes back outside to fight my little sister again and um I come back downstairs she come in the door saying uh you both you need to leave d d d you need to leave and uh I said leave for what what did I do what do we even do she said I don't want you and your sister here this is just all drama I just want peace and my sanity as the victim continues recounting the incident responders assess whether he needs to be transported to the hospital and I said uh your sanity this isn't gaining your sanity and uh I said like this isn't right what you're doing and she said mother effort and she went and grabbed the uh bed and told me to get out and I was already on the phone with my dad I just wanted him to hear everything that was going on so you could be my witness and uh you know uh she I tried running over to the couch area and she swung at me and hit me in the back with the backat I tried jumping over the couch she hit me in my arm and in my uh elbow and I ran outside and I was just yelling at her and she uh what I think she tried she tried to grab the it was a BB gun rifle in the corner she tried grabbing it on me and I grabbed it from her and I threw it in the lake and I said um what you're doing isn't right at all to us and my sister was on the phone with my grand and she M the phone and I uh tell her unmute the phone I need to talk to Grammy and as I'm telling her to do this I said unlock the gate please I need to talk to my grandma you got injuries or anything oh yeah let them check you out um just by looking at it tell there's not really much going on if you want to go to the hospital we can take you but I think they're just going to they would just x-ray you and send you back you know I would let you know if I felt that something was off or something was broken okay do you want to go maybe huh you want to go to the hospital fire rescue I don't think it's just major but I got hit at the metal B so okay so we're going to go and we're going to go now ready we'll meet you down there tell me what happened today my son doesn't want to listen mhm that's basically what it boils down to in the nutshell okay he wants to be the man of a house when he's not a man uh and he doesn't like I said he doesn't listen he's very disrespectful he's telling me um what I can and cannot do in regards to him being inside my house M which then I proed to tell him that he was free to go he was just with his father this weekend I told him to stay there him and his sister because they don't listen they were both free to stay there he's up was upset about that mainly he he was more so upset because my my son was bothering him upstairs in the room and they feel as though I baby him and let him get away with stuff so while I was outside on the phone with my mom and my daughter calming her down after you seeing her on the camera throwing bock and stuff like that she was talking to my mom um I guess the boys were upstairs and my son was pulling on his hair or something and he was upset and I came back in he was calling them names saying that he was blah blah blah so I told him to leave him alone and sto name calling him he didn't like that because he felt like I let him get away with everything okay so um he was like in my face which is why I had the bat in my hand and he ran through my living room tossed over a table went through the side um on my couches where this table was and the BB gun is in the corner and he grabbed the BB gun and ran out the door with it she was still outside on the phone with with my mother and I then locked the the gate behind him once he ran out with be M the woman's next statement is shocking as she outright denies the allegation her son made against her and telling her to open the gate and that I I effed up now because I hit him with the bat which I did not what I did with the back was smash my phone which is mine that he was using because he was telling her to come and get the phone and I told him he didn't have a phone and the phone got smashed and then I threw the phone to him outside he still had the BB gun and was cursing the out saying um I gu some something for this guy him about me I don't recall everything so but that's when you hear him saying oh I effed up now I Eed up now I hit him with the back and he was going to call the police and I let him call the police I closed my gate behind him she finished talking to my mom picking up the rest of the rocks that she had thrown out there and we went back in the house I was getting ready to take my son to baseball when my bell rang and you guys were okay so at any point did you strike yourself no whether was your hands or B or anything like that no I struck the phone you could see the phone was smashed up I don't know if he still had it in his in his hand once again the officer presses the suspect about the bruises and marks on her son listen to how she responds so how so did you were you aware of any injuries that your son has no some whatat okay so he's pretty banged up on his back and on his arm can you explain those where those might have come from on his arms and on his back for what I have no idea I don't have any idea either he we would ran through the house and he knocked over the table ran in the corner where the BB gun was I don't know how he's got anything on his arms or on his back it's definitely not for me now what he did outside of the gate I don't even know where he went after he ran off with the B gun he came back a few times couldn't get back in the gate and he left so I didn't know where where he went which is why I went on about my this is getting ready to take my child to baseball practice so I wasn't expecting you guys to show up at at my door yes ma'am so you're saying at no point did you strike him did he strike you he attempted to which is why I grabbed the bat in the first place okay so now the suspect makes yet another shocking claim this time alleging that her son attempted to strike her me the bat was right by the door I grabbed the bat when he came at me how did he how did he come at you how like lunged at me mhm and you were so he was inside of the house inside of the house he was towards the I don't know how to explain that I was standing like facing my back towards the stairs he was picking up shoes that he had thrown all over the floor and I told him to pick up his shoes and he could go this is what the argument was about he didn't have to be there he was free to go so in the process of him picking up the shoes yes I'm still fussing at him and telling him you know he didn't need to be there he's picking on his 8-year-old brother unnecessarily and he then was picking up the shoes um still my daughter was still on the phone with my mom she was coming back inside the house and I don't know what they were saying on it he was yelling or something like old grny C she's always starting drama or something like that and then I went to tell him like shove him out the door I did just shove him out the door and he pushed back when I tried to shove him at the door and then like came at me and I grabbed the back from the door he ran around through the living room I thought you said you never touched him well I didn't I didn't hit him I like nudged him shoved him wasn't forceful he's much bigger than me anyways wasn't forceful I nudged him try to get him out the door MH but I didn't even really push him hard like you know just push him on his shoulder yes ma'am and um he got upset about that and came towards me which is why iend up having the bat in my hand he ran around the sofa knocked the table over in the corner so he could get through the side grab the BB gun out the out of the corner because it's over in the corner behind this chair that's in the corner push that up against the window and ran out the door and then until the end the suspect never admitted to putting her hands on her children came back telling my daughter to open the gate left again because I was standing there still at the gate with the back still but I didn't touch him with the back okay is that all is that all that's it that's it was nothing you didn't let him back in theate I didn't let him back in the house at all I didn't let him back in the gate and I told her not to let him back in the gate and I told her to come in the house and she went and got in the shower and then that's when and and that's when the rest of it happened cuz we were getting ready to leave I was getting ready to take him to baseball all right all right no problem just hang tight for a second the woman was later charged with child abuse number one drunk driving mother crashes her car with her baby in the back seat on July 15th 2023 numerous reports came in about a reckless driver in Flagler County listen as one of the callers explains what they saw I'm just calling in regards to um your call of a reckless driver ouple hours ago oh yeah the girl with the baby he just kept seeing this white Chevy Cruz right I gave the license plate to the 911 operator yeah and she was just like swerving all over the place she almost hit multiple cars she was like driving around people and then getting right back behind them like she just seemed like she was really under the influence and at one point we even got past her and I rolled down my window and I asked her if she was okay and I was like do you need me to call you an Uber and she was like I'm just driving and then I noticed there was a baby in the back seat like in a car seat when officers finally locate the vehicle they find it teetering on the edge of a ditch with half of it hanging in the air watch what happens when they confront the driver I was trying to pull over because I had to change my baby pamper I was trying to change my baby pamper and I don't know I was just trying to pull over to change the Pamper and then I thought this was a side Ro so I can change his pamper and it's not let's wait right here he's checking on him okay where we coming from tonight oh I'm going to my house but I had to P change this okay but I thought this was a side road so I can change this Pap I got you I thought this was a side road cuz I know I got to change this so where you coming from I know you said you were going home but where are you coming from oh my dad D house where' you D at in s oh s okay yeah I I'm trying to move myself cuz I just got a um I live with my mom in um Tampa so I'm going there to go get some stuff and change the C but I thought this was a side world I didn't I never turned on this road but I know he needs it doesn't take long for officers to notice the strong smell of alcohol on the woman is that Mama is that Mama why don't yall I smelled it whenever I talked to her for a minute why don't yall start Fields he's going to take them that's fine um I don't know if we're going to call this crash did she hit anything if she just dipped to the ditch I would I'll sit tight with with the baby you guys you before having her undergo a field sobriety test all right ma'am so we received a call um a few calls about the way you were driving okay and our Corporal was able to pull up behind you and observe some of your driving pattern and along with the driving pattern and then when you pulled over the side of the road I understand we couldn't see in the ditch okay yeah but with yeah but with all that combined okay we are going to ask for you to um participate in some field sobriety exercises just to make sure everything's okay and and we're going to go from there okay all right and you're willing to participate in the field sobriety exercises okay are you wearing glasses or contacts at this time no I'm supposed to wear glasses but you know it's not for driving but I'm supposed to wear glasses not okay the first exercise is the horizontal gazma stagis all right I'm going to check your eyes listen to all my instructions completely the full thing I'm going to demonstrate and then we'll
