these people didn't flip desks or smash computers but their actions still left their jobs and their reputations in Ruins here are five instances when employees go on a rampage and got caught on body cam number five UPS worker gets drunk at work and Causes Chaos on December 26 2024 a hectic day at a UPS warehouse spiraled into chaos when an employee got drunk on the job and began acting belligerent here's why unfolded when officers arrived she's just screaming and then she threw this one at me did she hit you yeah just in my stomach do you want to prosecute for that see how it goes basically I've honestly had a very bad several weeks and um you know you guys are men you have okay or whatever I don't know but I'm and they were not as like they thought I was being overreactive so maybe I was maybe I was I don't really know I don't really know how to explain that to you guys before their arrival the woman's boss had attempted to deescalate the situation only for her to resist and retaliate by throwing a beer can at him okay I'm not so you know like so what why are we here today why would they called us because those was weirdos was called you about what honestly I don't even know okay so this is I work here I understand that so tell me this much have you been drinking a night on the job don't okay so you have all right all right so you were drinking on the job obvious so that's probably not suppos to no I didn't work today at all so why are you here well because I was coming to pick my Personnel because I'm having an emotional issue with my own so so you know somebody here and you came to see them and I was hoping to pick them up so you can home with me and I could not but you you you do work here today but you haven't been working no I did not work here today okay but you do work here though in general yes but I been on vacation like the past week and a half all right so you came here you've been drinking a little bit hoping that they would come home from you or with you so no I wasn't hoping Ione to okay that's fine um did you throw something at I feel like you're like kind of being rude and like you're not like I understand what you're saying to me but I'm just trying to get behind why we're here okay so he said that you threw something at him you're here because then why don't last done you're here because and I'm going to go talk to him in a second but I want to hear your side of story first right why you I lit did did you throw something at this gentleman or hit anybody while you're here i% yeah did I I did you threw something at him or you did you hit him too what did you do no I cuss him out okay you didn't hit anybody nothing physical okay might just s here for when questioned the woman adamantly denies being on duty that night or physically harming anyone however officers dig deeper into the case was she drinking this we don't know this was by her back she had this in her hand okay with the backpack if she drank another one we don't know she got a bit P I don't know if she was she drinking do you see her take or drink she was fine all night now she's like I said she's off the rock is she working today she said she's already done okay she said she was uh coming here to see somebody that one of her friends she's gone she already worked all night okay she was ready to punch out and go home okay and she must have went and took something okay what do you think the time frame I got called about 9:30 down there I went around there probably maybe 9 20th okay you said there's an assault that occurred today uh she threw that beer at our boss and hit him with it and then she kind of pushed me here but do you want to prosecute for he says he does but does he that's what he say do you know where he's at now the in the woman's bathroom looking to see if there's can you call him over here when you get a chance that way we can figure out what needs to be done tonight we just we and where did this occur it occurred in our small SW in the back over here over there in the in the back of in the middle of there cameras back there uh we may I don't know I'd have B there may be and I'm guessing nobody needs medical attention or anything like that okay I uh you know they want us our boss his boss wants us to take her for Fitness of Duty there's no way she's getting in a car with us she'll go ballistic hey they want you back to C here so want her for Fitness of Duty is that yeah they wanted to take her for Fitness of Duty where we would take her to a clinic and they do a alcohol test after taking a statement from one of the employees the officer consults the woman's supervisor once again to confirm whether he intends to move forward with pressing charges but there's no way she's going to get in the car with us she's what she was yeah this he in small s you use these labels to make the label to put it on the bag so what she did was she just printed all the blank ones covered this and I just took a picture of it we just found it in the garbage in the women's locker room and it's empty okay so this what she's drinking okay um are you the gentleman that she threw it at she yeah she threw it across the table and hit me right here okay she threw it across the table M like like this or like pushed it pushed it across was it full or was it empty or was it this one this one this is the one that came out take that one that's the one that came out garbage um do you want to prosecute for that matter what what's your um goal in that you just want it out of here or no I'm going to prosecute all right I've already called my bosses like have her arrested for drinking on property all right have have her what arrested for the assault for the assault and drinking on our prop we are a zero tolerance no alcohol it's right there on the policy yep okay all right well we can take her for the assault at the very least I'm not sure what kind of crime drinking on a on a private property would be with you so that would be something on your end but if you want to prosecute for the assault that's something we can do and that's so you're willing to go to court on all that and stuff like that yeah okay perfect do you have a license on you I just this just uh this one's already empty we founded the garbage in her work area so she tried to that's hiso right there she tried to hi do you have any marks or anything on you no she just threw it across the okay and uh this happened back there he wants to know ifas I don't know yes our security has cameras okay well we are we going to be able to view those things so I can I can view that with the supervisor deciding to proceed with pressing charges the officer continues investigating what happened before the arrival do you um want to trespass to or that something you're going to be looking into later I'm going call a security manager right now we're The Operators we just push the packages we call L prevention and security and when did this happen at what time it's uh 9 okay she was around 92 got called back around 9 930 uh 9:33 I mean I called him back there at collect any of this stuff right here I mean I don't know what they're going to do with it huh you have to 9:32 I called is that when all this happened yeah it was pretty much I was down there talking to 9:30 9:30 is when the can was thrown no that was probably after that I called him down there it took him a minute to get there so probably about 9:35 9:35 all right and um how long was she here for when did she her first arrive uh she probably got here we started at 5: so she 500 p.m. or 5 has probably been here since 450 450 p.m. I I'd have to look it up exactly when we could tell but yeah 450 to 5:00 she was on time we started on time she she's got here proba around 450 was working um and then clocked out or was she still on I don't know if she's clocked out yet I don't think she did I think we got Dawn and then this all start so she's working at 450 doing whatever uh when's like the first time that you guys know that she was that there was a problem going not until I got called I'd have to talk to my sup he's the one that called me down there at 9:33 regarding what that she was not something WR okay and um so that she wasn't acting right so like basically he was on the back side I don't know if something was going on a coworker then reveals that the woman had completed her shift but began venting to him just before clocking out it was only minutes later that he found her already intoxicated I went back there she seemed normal and wasn't doing anything that was like I said about 9:20 okay and you were notified at what time again about 930 9:30 is when I got CU I called him at 92 her not acting right yeah and he said that she didn't feel good or something and come back and check and so I went back to her and that's when she was all loopy and what do you mean like was she just like how she she just yeah she's not talking right threatening just in general yeah I mean I could tell she's took something from what she normally acts like so there's definitely something wrong okay her eyes are heavy and she's all I got you all right there's cafetal is there anything of hers here besides that bag and uh he said your supervisor the one I originally saw it he's he's the one that originally called and then so you come back there and then what happens then I just started talking to her and that's when she started saying that she wanted to go home and and I told her you can go you're gone and then I could tell there's something wrong and from there she just verbally got worse and worse and started calling us names I don't trust you I don't like you get away from me some racial slurs sexual SLS all kinds of strange stuff okay not normal and then uh so how did this lead up to the assault huh how did this lead up to the assault well I called my boss back and my boss came up to talk to her and she was already pretty mad at that time and then he took a picture of the the can okay and then he she swung it across and he set it back down she picked the up and thre it at him yeah basically across and did she like pick it up and throw it or did she she kind of like this she just kind of pushed it through it no it was on the table she picked it up and flipped it flipped it okay after compiling statements from all Witnesses the officers move in to handcuff the woman she to go I'm going to collect statements so you guys want to do transport okay so right now you're placed under arrest for assault okay back your arrest for assaulting him you threw a can at him it sounds like you lied to me it sounds like you were working a day is there anything in the bag you're not supposed to have why would it really matter at this plan watch out I didn't tell you to go anywhere how about you how about you just relax for me all right before you make it worse for yourself just go I don't number four babysitter gets drunk before work on April 24th 2024 in Florida officers observed a vehicle struggling to maintain its Lane prompting an immediate traffic stop here's what unfolded when questions directly the primary officer remained calm and patient trying to keep her Cooperative so some forgive me I think we may have disconnected at some point all I was asking is where you had come on April 7th 2023 officers in Oklahoma were dispatched to a McDonald's after receiving a disturbing 911 call around 4:24 p.m. a female caller reported that a man was Furious over an incorrect order and was allegedly holding five people at gunpoint she also informed dispatch that she was hiding inside the restroom officers raced to the scene while the dispatcher kept the woman on the line until 18-year-old Tiara Everett though she falsely introduced herself as Jaa Hammond during the 911 call uh I broke away to come to uh McDonald's over here and reference to U somebody said U they had a hostage in McDonald's over here well came in here um this girl for a job interview so she had a phone I I just got the phone from probably about 5 minutes ago um got the phone from her dispatch couldn't never trace the call said disconnect the phone well I got her phone and call 911 and this the phone that she been calling saying that or somebody got people he hostage in here at McDonald's on Old mug East so she's sitting in here now and I'm going to get ready to call her a PR investigator what y'all thinking me yeah a little bit a little bit or a lot of B yeah so what you talking about huh I just got here for interview I know I go no I'm not doing and then you call y'all and describe myself that's stupid you let anybody use your phone don't nobody use my phone figure out what's wrist put on too tight she was later charged with making a false report of a crime and unlawful conduct during a 911 call number two man tries to steal company car after clocking out a bold theft unfolded at a car rental company on January 24th 2024 when an employee allegedly attempted to steal a company vehicle after finishing his shift management quickly reported the incident earlier today car so where were you supposed to start then I didn't know I didn't want know where it went so I dropped off here and I went back over there and got another car and took it where I had to take it to so you drove it from over there at have your driver's license um I have social do you have an ID or anything yes I do so what time did you come in today I came in at 7 this morning 8 this morning eight you still on or did you get off already I just clocked out okay so earlier earlier today I witnessed this car leave the AIS lot okay Park in this lot he got out of it um he just got off work and said that he had left the car here left the keys in it which the keys were not in it when I looked at it an hour ago okay um got in the car that was locked because I came out and checked there was no keys and the car was locked got in it and we blocked him in before he could take off but okay uh I'm GNA assume y'all want prosecution correct okay he is there a video that we can get of that vehicle coming out here do you guys have that he didn't drive this one out here I didn't give him a chance before detaining the suspect officers take the time to hear both sides of the story from the employer and the accused okay so when you guys blocked that so he drove it from over there at 10:54 this morning parked it here normally we don't F cars okay um he got off work a few minutes ago witnessed him come out to the car okay after I'd already seen him leave the car at like 10:55 this morning he came out and he's telling me that the keys were in it and I asked him what he's doing now and he said he was just getting in the car okay so did so did you witness him get in the car at all okay yep all right yep2 okay so what's going on bud um honestly sir okay I I transport cars earlier when I transported this car when I got out the gate my team had already know so they told me to park the car at PM I just I recently just started working here I didn't know where to park the car I brought it over here who's they you said they told you to who's they it was a guy over there it was guy over there okay give me give me a detailed description all right he he cleans out the cars all I know is he came with to me and said put this car in p and I didn't know where it went so I brought it over here I I've seen someone bring a car over here drop it off cuz they didn't know where it went I left the car here went back over there got another car and went to go do finish doing my job how long you been doing this you talking about this job uhhuh I've been doing it two weeks okay and I have never had to deal with the PM before that's what I'm saying so you said you were already clocked out right I just clocked out you just cled just out so then they told you to get the vehicle after you were out of uh out of work or something no sir so what were you doing what were you trying to do since you had already clocked out I was nothing I'm getting ready to go home the man insists he wasn't attempting to steal the car claiming he simply didn't know where to park officers listen but their reactions make it clear they aren't buying his story you were getting ready to go home yes sir yes sir so why are you getting in this car you you realiz you realize that this story you know you know what a submarine is right sir you know what a submarine is right like goes under the water you know US Navy uses them you know what a screen door is right oh yes sir okay screen your story is like a screen door on a submarine it ain't it ain't making a bit of sense and it ain't holding no water sir I went back over there got another car like I was supposed to and I took it where it had to go what time did they tell you to take it to pm. oh my I dropped this off like around 12 so I would say around 12 in the car been here sir I just got work so an unknown dude white dude black dude Asian Hispanic Hispanic okay so unknown Hispanic dude that you can't give me a description of told you to talk drop it off at PM so who who's your boss what's his name I would say they're my boss okay so who did you ask where PM was cuz when my sergeant tells me something do something that I don't know or go someplace where I don't know I go hey man I go I go hey man you got to I need a little bit of help can you talk to me I'm not sure where to go all that so who did you talk to to get any clarification on that my crew my crew had left so like I said I've seen someone I've seen C I'm I've seen someone do exactly this before so I did it yeah okay all right um by now deputies have already wrapped up their investigation but the man is being detained for more than just this incident tell you what what we're going to do right now face that fence face the fence okay right now you have a warrant for your arrest minimum out of San Antonio we're confirming that so you're not under arrest at this point in time but you are being legally detained okay you have anything on you it's going to poke US stick us stab us blow us up anything like that no sir okay cuz he's going to pat you down real quick yes sir um cuz like I said you real you realize this story makes zero sense that you're telling me I mean just be be honest be a th% off so you're telling me that you're such a good employee that working for the temp company and everything I'm not working with the temp company I work directly with a budget I did okay so you're telling me that you're such a employee that after you clocked out you're going to keep moving cars for them for free no I wasn't mov well you said you were you said you've already clocked out and you were gone for the day and you were coming over to this car this this car has been sitting here since 12 okay but you you told us already you clocked out for the day I and you were coming over here okay all right I'm going to verify something with them sir and we're going to we're going to go from the officer now turns to the rental company's management for further discussion so Cory when he brought the uh car over here was he supposed to bring it over here he wasn't supposed to bring it over here no business for over here how' you get it over without the he drove it he drove it over here parked it locked it and then went did his job with the crew and then after he clocked out he came and got in it we checked the car it was locked window y'all seen the car over here oh yeah we caught it on camera oh y he what key he the key to the car so he got the key from the only key he brought it from drove it over here and parked it earlier today locked it all up then got in the van and did his job when he clocked out he came and got in take to take the car hello Cory how are you sir it's always me how you doing all right so does he work directly for y'all okay to me and so were they informed that they are not allowed to have any Vehicles out here whatsoever okay um so did you find his story to us right now is it he was told to take the car to pm he didn't know where PM was his team already left blah blah blah I mean we all kind of know that story like I told him it holds about as much water as the screen door on a submarine so verifying that y'all are going to press charges all that so if it's here you can definitely say unauthorize use of Motor Vehicles cuz they don't have the permission to park those cars here unless given to by one of y'all correct okay certainly could have asked a supervisor I park and he even admitted to me I said so if you don't know where to park the car who do you ask and he go I ask my leave and I was like yeah um I I I've heard the usual story they told me who's they I don't know what was he going to do with the car now oh he me yeah and I he goes well I already clocked out and I the suspect well tell you what at this point you are under arrest for what's called UV unauthorized use of Motor Vehicle I verified I trust me I know these folks over here I've been on more calls with them than my partner here actually for the time that I've been here that you aren't they they told me that you have been instructed that you are not under any circumstances is to put a vehicle in this lot I was not inst but I I'm not going to argue I have dealt with them I've dealt with them on some pretty unsavory stuff okay I know their word is solid okay so when they tell me that you've been instructed when you were employed that no cars come in this lot unless specifically instructed by one of them that that's UV you were not allowed to drive that vehicle over here or anything like that so that's going to be one arrest charge then we're going to see what that warrant out of San Antonio does so you're going to have the warrant added to your arrest as well okay um go ahead and stand up it in okay well too bad let me let me inform him of that going to be identify information and then we can call the guy see the credit cards were used to it yeah we might have more to it but uh the manager is going to check and see if somebody had a reservation that to okay despite overwhelming evidence the suspect refuses to admit any wrongdoing until the very end all right Cameron all right because you have these things in your pro in your possession right here you you're also going to be charged with fraudulent use or possession of identifying information of identifying information you said that you you found them in the car and all that if you'd have turned them in that have been something different so that's going to be' moving and they have processes that when you find stuff in with five counts of fraudulent use or possession of identifying information number one doctor gets arrested after allegedly harming his wife in this case officers were called to a doctor's office following a disturbing 911 call from a woman who alleged that her husband had tried to harm her when officers arrive the man immediately begins explaining his side of the story there how youall doing okay was there anybody here that witnessed this no only me and him there's somebody out here who's that that's his son his son his son is trying to pick him up because he can't find his KY okay the woman alleges that her husband was searching for his car keys accused her of misplacing them and that the situation escalated into a physical altercation she then makes another serious claim now was there any argument between you and him he's been abusing me he's been abusing me S for a many months now he full night my daughter is the witness many times I never call police to leave this is not right so he's looking for his key and then you tell me you don't have it I tell him many times that you don't have it uhhuh and then he asking again and again and I said even his son called him to pick him up and then he was here he was looking for something and put the thing on my neck and pin me like this I couldn't move okay so was his son here when he did that to you no he just arrived there okay so the son was not here yet but he did that to you no no witness I'm you guys have any cameras in here no Cera No cameras okay so he grabb you on the back of your neck one hand one hand blaming it and finally I found the money so we deposited it but before that he was trying to hit me with a with a with a wood and my daughter I drive I I park in I park in and uh when I went the my my driving area MH with my daughter from the emergency room he has this long long board he's trying to hit me okay cuz he said I have the money after hearing the woman's account the officer reconvenes with his partner to piece together the details from both statements your neck again I'm just going okay I'm not seeing anything there it looks like it's very light I knew there but I was all right I'm going to go have a talk with him you want to stay here okay and here we are so she did so he did play his hand on my shoulder he said that he put his hands his hand on his shoulder I said like I need my stuff back yeah cuz there's a piece of paper that is on the counter that she's working on and that piece of paper is like this like that okay so uh that she he put he pushed her head against uh the table and that's the piece of paper that she was working on sitting right here boom down like that okay so um I I don't see any marks but with that piece of paper like that I mean with it being you know like pushed down pretty sure that her head went down I didn't see any marks anywhere but it could could have been a you know like a gentle hold of her neck like on the back side and then just push down so okay um I'm going to have a talk with him real quick and then we'll go from there looks like we do have something here so yeah son yeah she she just say the same that you know he's thinking that she's cheating with you know his patients and the last time we were here two a couple days ago it was in reference to his wallet um he couldn't find it he thinks that she uh she was um I just I offered to take my dad to work you know since he couldn't find his um car keys um I dropped them off for work and um long so short I think he had I think he had um one of his patients cuz he didn't want my stepmom um to bring him home so he had one of his patients drop them um by the house um I guess again I look for his Kenny and can find it left and realized that he didn't have his um lab code so um I found his lab code I brought him brought it to the office from whatever before I left I talked to my um stepmom and my stepmom was basically telling me that U she wanted me to come pick him up on this afternoon because they're only doing um half a day today and she usually works like all day doing like billing and stuff like that right you know so I was going to pick them up and bring them home before um I left um left town so I'm basically like coming back now to pick them up and when I got here she was telling me that I guess he had either tried to choke her or grab her on her neck or um something like that and I mean that was like maybe 3 to 5 minutes before you guys um got here so I mean I'm so how did you get that information did you get that's what she told me oh that's what she told you yeah when I came in so as this unfolds other officers are actively collecting evidence to include in the report okay they can redact all that uh hip of information I could kind of see it but also just the fact that he said he did that you know you know why would do this and what's going on he saying that he didn't do that so or at least the way she's explaining that it was done you know but I don't know I just got here myself right so because I mean like I said I was telling them that this like I'm here now to take you home you know you can go back and look for your um key if it's misplaced and I think he's saying that she may have taken it like I don't you know I don't know if that's case or not only thing I know is that it's missing let's try to yeah you know had like he had his key in his wallet in his hand before she left you know I didn't witness it but that's what you know she said he had his k um while his him before left so I thought maybe he set it down somewhere or put it somewhere I forgot he put it somewhere whatever so that's okay let's try to see if we can find it and with a man admitting to putting his hands on his wife officers determin Georgia takes it upon itself to prosecute these cases um when it's a matter of family violence in the state of Georgia and we Define that by in this case fact that youall are married and live together um each of those separately are both Family Violence relationships is he going home no he's going to jail right now there any way can just leave the house don't so I see it real quick um again for situations like this if we have probable cause to believe that a family balance offense has occurred we're required to make an arrest and if uh possible um if probable cause exists to to affect that arrest so take a report make an arrest um regardless of whether or not you feel like you want to prosecute or not now later down the road if uh when you're talking to the prosecutors youall may decide something differently the case may not actually get like go to trial or anything like that you all may come to some other kind of resolution but for right now um it's more a safety measure than
