[Music] here yeah she's been it's been a lot of talk I had to pull her off in aircraft so I don't know how she's going to act now but she's been Turing the whole time so we'll see rather than cooperate she tries to spin the narrative insisting the officers didn't handle the situation properly all right step out are you going to comply with with you to yes not with you cuz you're a liar no he said he literally the reason he has me arrested right now is why you you you looked at me in my eyeballs I looked at you outside of the plane before I ever went in there you didn't have masks on no can I say something before anybody takes me out so that I can just say what I have to say and then I can say what I have to say and then that's I I will I will do what y'all want me to do because I'm here now no no it's I don't get it doesn't matter about that what matters is that you have an injust officer that's abusing his power and you need to know that Timothy Timothy he hi hi can I can I my mother's a social worker and you're about to like really because I you you made eye contact with me before I ever on that plane you acknowledge the fact that you weren't wearing a mask and then you got on the plane and then you made eye contact to me and then you manipulated the situation no that's what happened like I'm sorry that's what happened so I know the all let me get your temperature at least anybody no yeah take no I'm I'm not not complaining to you guys you all just oh you think he's cute oh yeah I thought he was cute too I thought he was cute too I looked in his eye balls and I please all right I didn't do anything I didn't do anything do you know the meaning of perjury yes perjury can be committed by telling lies or admitting information under oath perjury is a crime in the State of Florida you understand why I've explained to you about perjury yes PR taking the sworn statement I'm going to place you under oath please raise your right hand you swear affirm the statement you're about to give will be the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth can you tell me what happened today on the flame um we were beginning our descent and I was League flag attendant so I was up front there were two flight attendants in the back the flight attendants in the back called up and let me know of a passenger in 30 A and C those are the two in question in regards to them being verbally aggressive to each other I could clearly tell like they were not 100% sober why did you guys decided to call the sheriff's off the flag attendant in the back called me and the forward and requested that we had Leo meet the aircraft did it get to the point where the argument was disturbing the piece of the other there were two passengers across the aisle that said something the flag attendants which made the flag attendants want to actually report this when I conducted the walk through I had one passenger look over at me and then look at them so that's what I assume that she wanted me to pay attention to all right so they basically I'm going to go run through it real quick the two flight attendants are in the back they hear that there is a disturbance going on in the plane they determined that it was the passengers on 30 A and C they get a hold of you and tell you to contact law enforcement because it gets to the point to where it's concerning to them and they believe it's about to become physical they're they're causing a on the plan so you call us so that we could be here by the time that the plane lands in the pagora airport correct correct okay and then the meil is intoxicated and then you said you were unable to assess the female we did she is highly intoxicated right now I hate can you call me husband can I call your H you can call your husband jail okay okay I understand that yes ma'am I have one gu of T yes ma'am okay yes ma'am situation way uncalled for um this is what I need Sergeant okay I'm not supposed to go in this car because he not transer right I'm not transort transport is one of they cars I know y'all call the transport and I don't trust either one riding with either one of them so can you call me another transport car to come on re unfortunately canas yeah camera set up back there where they're going to be watching you is going to be watching them and they have their body cameras on so there's multiple cameras that's going to be in do I know when a body C see what look it's on right now listen this one right now this one right now but their in car uh cameras going to be on as well okay so that's what's happen you one more thing yes ma' can I you to run My Name by your radio no ma'am that's already happening why cuz it's already Happ Sor can I ride with you no ma'am you cannot unfortunately you cannot ride with uh no ma'am I'm not able to do that because there's other things that I have to take care of again there're going to be cameras in this vehicle that that that's going to very unable right now now listen you okay further investigation reveals the woman has an active warrant in Texas related to a 2022 case in which she was indicted two counts of harassment of a public servant and two counts of assault on a police officer this explains her frantic need to stall being sent to the station crack my window back out making me sweat you okay okay but I do have a problem with what's going on you feel me I know for a fact that I'm not supposed to ride in this car you corrected that transport no no no you can ride in this car he's just he's just asking for another transport trans okay yes but yeah 100% you can ride in the back of okay now by okay now by now by they saying it's going to be Federal it's going to be Federal now I was told this by your officer in reference to in reference to me okay the C okay first I was K off the plan okay so the the captain came ask me the captain came and ask me how I was go came ask you what man all right now this ain't got nothing to do this just this in Dad okay can one of yall use cell phone and call my dad I mean you can hold on to the phone I just want him to know I'm about to go to jail going to that's going to be compl completely up to these officers right here that that listen that's it's up to them I'm asking in front of you and have right to say no because they're going to let you call at the jail if you say no to so the way so the reason reason we don't do it is because we don't know what's going on we don't know if someone's trying to set up an ambush or someone I've got a young training officer with me I'm making I'm making sure that we don't do anything like that when we get to the jail they will make sure you have his number they will give you a phone call once they've got your fingerprints and everything in there and you can call them and let them know exactly where you are and what's going to happen from there uh cuz they will explain to you how it's going to work between extra diving back to Texas and here the woman is not done with her endless questions just yet this is the last thing know I got like three more questions for you that's to the but this is the question in front of everybody K they didn't want to do I'm not going to jail yet I got money machine something drink my M no man' you canot do that darissa was later charged with trespassing number two intoxicated woman tries to threaten cops it doesn't end well officers responded to an airport terminal after an intoxicated passenger repeatedly caused a disturbance they find her sitting at a different gate call the cop for me because you know what you're doing all right yeah yes I'm fine what's going on do you want trth well I don't like people to lie to me I don't want to lie to me but if I mean if you don't want to talk to me you don't have to you're we're just checking on you you're all right we're good I went to go check in to my flight I'm just trying to get to my friend I'm trying to get to my friends you like every everybody is like like in C uniform everybody's like so they like lick your freaking Earls you know they like hey you doing she I'm trying not to [Music] disturb hang on however the woman isn't giving straightforward answers I have no idea what you're talking about okay let me what happened down there at 26 what happened down there what just happened is everybody like you're extremely goodl looking so everybody's like walking by you like what happened at 26 was I didn't honestly like I didn't do anything like I was like Hey like I'm trying to go here like and I was like I'm trying to and they were like and I got my front of the phone we're all they're all law enforcement we're all lafor I'm not but all of them are so and then for then to sit there and just like react the way they react the way they did set me off like and I was like okay this what we're doing like so what happened I I wasn't there I don't know they they just called and said that my flight changed so I asked somebody hey like can you tell me I here are you on trishy I'll pay you on Seer just so you know that everybody I say okay so he tries to K me or whatever I like I was like uh my flight changed like that's all I said how much have you had to drink tonight I had two glasses of mine does it matter well yeah does it yeah I to a point can you record this I'm recording I'm not I'm not going to record with your phone but my camera is recording so what I had to drink tonight over I didn't have anything to drink tonight before that happened and then I started drinking after that does that matter when when did this happen because we just got called it happened after one thing is clear the woman is inebriated you have like a time frame [Music] or the time between like my last flights I don't know when that was I know know when so what what's your plan you just going to chill here no my plan is to get on a flight and go to Seattle but yall stop me because you're little hold on I didn't stop you I am such a Min to societ let's get that straight y'all didn't stop you I don't work for the airline I am a police officer with the airport I didn't stop you I don't know what has transpired during your day so I'm just here to make sure you're safe and they're safe and everybody's cool get me to my it sounds like they're not going to fly you yeah because of what I don't know I've been trying to ask you that since I got her that's why I'm trying to ask you the same thing I have nothing the girls got something with me that's cool but what she needs to do is go back to school to figure out like you can't just cuz you hate somebody you can't just stop their flight D that's a whole life that's a whole life she's dealing with oh my God wait your lashes look better than me uh going to stop your flight by she's that type of somebody needs to report her I'm done so let's let's go out down here at 25 just gather up all your stuff so we can exit out 25 we need to figure out who is going to let me in on my flight to Seattle okay they denied you boarding so are you gonna gather your stuff up or not cuz I've been trying to be patient with you and been nice with you the whole time going to ask you why you denied my boarding I didn't deny you boarding like I said I don't work for the airline American Airlines did not doing the officers proceed to inform her that she needs to be off the premises but she continues to stand her ground at this point tell that you're not a ticket it pass so you need to gather your stuff up we're going to exit out 25 now I'm going to advise you once in one on this area is for ticketed passengers if you don't listen to what I'm saying if you don't leave you're subject to trespassing which is interes might D law enforcement congratulations also you wreak of alcohol also you're hammered right now you're Hammer drunk I'm not sitting here but I'm not D I'm ready if you are all right stand up told you to leave don't resist not doing that stand up you're under arrest your hands behind your back or I'll add resisting are you going to continue to resist phone grab my phone I'm not worried about your phone put your hands behind your back right now grab my phone put your hand behind your back see why they didn't board you my phone don't worried about don't resist [Applause] oh my God research that you just did oh my God help help stop oh my God now you just got a salt on piece off that's how a supposedly straightforward encounter led to a full-blown arrest going to try to get her up we don't even have she just kicked me I know we can go out 30 try to run ready yeah stand up stand up yeah just work you're on film whole thing is there's cameras everywhere see that camera right there it's got you kicking me I'm not worried about it whoever's a law enforcement would I'm trying to tell you like I'm trying to just go go on with my life I literally came here to go on with my life and for some reason your officers decided to be like hey let me just attack somebody because I feel like I'm entitled to it I'm think of it I'm like I got people I got Uber out waiting for me like I'm trying to do I'm trying to sit in my best life trying to do you know like she doesn't stop antagonizing the officers but the body cam captures every detail including what led to her arrest and her behavior on route to the station way at the beach and trying to see all these
