But >> she like hit you or run you over. >> No, she she did. I'll show you. This the first one. >> This the first one right here. She did it twice, though. >> They going to get my >> I don't got to hurt you. I don't touch. >> This the first one. >> This is in the driveway. I can go get the heavy rain camera. Then you can see it in that other room. I was trying to turn around while she was running me over, but I would have went under the car cuz she was trying. She got my clothes in the back. I got her on camera stealing my clothes. And on this one too, right here, >> that's her mom over here. She had her mom pull up. I tried to tell her mom like, "You're not going to be able to save her this time." >> You're not going to be able to save her this time. She come over here. The neighbor called the police on her a thousand times. She come out here 3 month, right? >> Yeah. She come here 3 in the morning beeping the horn, disturbing all these neighbors and stuff cuz I don't want to be with you. >> Her ear went out yesterday. It was 95 degrees in her house. This week she ran me over the second time. >> I'm all on the car. Feel me though? >> Okay. I'm going to do I'm still going to get EMS out >> just because he I mean you were you were hit. How old are you, my man? >> I'm 27. >> While they wait for EMS, the man takes the opportunity to explain the [music] events leading up to the incident. >> Damn. Seven. Uh like I got a I got I got a camera set cameras in my house. She stole my clothes at the house. No, she stole like $2,500 clothes. >> Her hair went out in her house yesterday night. I went She called me like my air went out. She got my son. My son. >> So when I went over there, it's 95° in the house and it's humid. So I'm like, she like can we just stay one night? Cuz the maintenance man supposed to come Monday. It's 95 degrees in the house. My son 93 got real bad asthma. do uh breathing treatments every night. >> I'm like, "Cool." She over here, >> she come She come over here. We sitting here chilling. My mom and by the time my mom call me up like, "Hey, can you go to my house and let my dogs out?" They in Virginia. Cool. I tell her like, "All right, I'll be back. I'm about to go let these dogs out for my mom." Mind you, I got cameras in my house. So, I'm not really worried about too much. Are you touching? Cuz if you touch something, I got it recorded. >> Soon as I go to leave. Oh, you going to go see a What does it matter? We not together. I let you come over here because your ear went out. My son got be very treatment. It's 95 degrees in your house. >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, when I come back, I tell her like, you know, I ain't even been trying to argue with you. Tomorrow, Monday, your friend just called you, told you could come over there so y'all don't be arguing. Just go ahead get your stuff and y'all go. You feel me? Woo woo. That's when she turned up. Turned up, stole my clothes, did all that. She parked back there, ran me over back there, come up here, run me over right here. Neighbor seen it. That neighbor seen it. >> Man, what? They got ring camera. That's they got a recording down here. The on down here. I don't got time for that. Send her to jail. Get out of here. Talk about you going to go to jail. I don't got time. I ain't touch you. I don't nothing. Girl, I don't want you. Ain't about to owe restitution. You just stole $3,000 for clothes. I This is my birthday. I just went to sex. Spent over $2,500 up here. I got it all. But I got ring cameras inside the house and outside the house. >> Yeah. She can't hit. >> You heard? Boom. I'm like, it's a big thing on the hood. I'm like, I'm on the hood. She driving up the street. I'm on the hood trying to hang on. Like, you going to really run me over? >> After hearing the complainant's account, officers turned their attention to other witnesses [music] who reportedly saw what happened. >> I didn't run you over. Her mom over time, you jumped in front of the court. I've got a whole video of you. >> Come on now. >> Not fair right now. >> We're going to we're going to try to check cameras. These guys are going to come over here and talk to you. You're probably going to have to give the same statement again. So, >> I mean, she she purposely tried to run over. >> That's the first we've seen of something of that age. It's always been her >> and he didn't you didn't see anything from like him like striking or hitting her or anything. Okay. >> Okay. >> There's a lot of shouting, but she seems to be the instigator. >> Okay. >> It's It's like a almost daily happening with these two, and I don't want him to get in trouble. >> Oh, no. No. I mean, there's video of it. I just want to make sure that like nothing he didn't do anything too hard to provoke that >> he always seems to be trying to avoid it to be honest with you. >> Witnesses in the neighborhood paint one picture of the incident saying the man was trying to walk away from the argument. The woman's mother however remembers things differently. >> My daughter is a victim for him. I'm not the only witness. I'm going to tell you straight out what did I witness? I'm not standing by him. I'm not standing by my daughter. Okay. >> My granddaughter spent the weekend over my house. It was time for me to drop her to her mom. >> Okay. >> So, actually her mom called me and she said, "Please come and get me." You know, he asked me if he wanted he wanted to see his son. And then when she came to let him see his son, he stole her cork key. So, I came straight and I'm like, "What? I told you don't get near him, >> right?" >> She's like, "Mom, he's the father." You know, I don't want my son to be without a father. So, I came in and I saw him. He threw him in front of her when she was trying to leave after she got her corky. He does that so many times. I'm not the only one who seen it. >> I was sitting on my porch. I have him right here. And then he car and refused to let her leave. And then he refused to even give me the car seat so her son could sit in her baby safe. >> He's abusing her. He put stands on her. He's he's just he's treating her like crap in front of that baby. The baby was even afraid to go near him at that point. But yeah, he jumped in front of it and then pulled the you hit me card. And right before you guys got here, he was walking just fine. Wasn't limping at all. >> That's her mom, bro. She literally doing trying to say anything to keep her out of jail. All these people over here keep telling these people like they just seen her hit me with the car twice. You ever talk about jumping in front of the car? >> Yeah, cuz she is off for >> And there's other parties involved, but I'm not sure if they're how they're involved. There's other women. There's other kids, but >> this is the one that always goes nuts. >> No, this is his child. >> She's the baby mama. >> Okay. which is what I gathered. >> Yeah, the other I >> all his statement is a lie. I don't know why he's doing that. I think he's >> walking by here and then he got here the whole wimp started and I'm like you are fine. >> His mom hired someone in Bordage County. She's 35 years old to my daughter to get to her grandson. >> He's trying to hurt my daughter. The woman's mother disputes the allegations, claiming the man is making [music] the incident look worse than it was. With a child connected to the situation, officers [music] know they need to handle the case carefully. >> You want to go to the hospital? >> No. >> Have you sign this form? Says we can't check you out. >> We're choosing not to go to the hospital right now. >> Uh, but I jumped in front of the car though. 911 again later. >> You can upload the videos um from when she was hitting you with the car. Okay, >> I'm going to get that sent over to you right now and then uh just give me one second. >> So, this this all started because you took the son of the fair and then she thought she was cheat she thought you was cheating on her. >> I mean, I I'm on child support so obviously I got rights, right? >> Not necessarily. >> Okay. So, if you do get a hold of her, it would what would be preventing me from getting them just like without CSV? >> With there is no way to give him to you without CSV if you don't go through the courts and establish like paternity rights. >> Um, we cannot legally give anybody that's not the legal guardian, >> okay, >> a child. >> Okay. >> The investigation now shifts to the woman's residence where officers are waiting to hear her version of events. I think there's a voice inside. >> Maintenance. >> Who is it? >> Maintenance. >> Who is it? >> Maintenance. >> Maintenance. >> Maintenance. It's coming for the air. Follow me. >> Hold on one second. Stop. >> It seems the officers finally have the opening they need and they waste little time acting on it. >> What are you doing? >> What's going on? >> How you doing? >> What's your name? >> Yep. >> I'm going to jail. >> Yep. >> For what? He going to jail for it. He was hitting her. WHAT AM I BEING UNDER ARREST FOR YOU GUYS? I >> VIOLENCE. >> HOW IS IT A DOMESTIC? Look at my I'm not breaking out. I'm not breaking out. I HAVE A LAWYER AND EVERYTHING. I UNDERSTAND, BUT MAN, PLEASE. She desperately attempts to justify her actions, but with her child becoming increasingly distressed, the officers work to deescalate the situation. >> Please just listen to me. Like, >> hey, >> my baby. >> I understand. But you screaming, crying like that and them seeing you like that is only going to make it more. >> Yes, sir. But why am I calling you? >> Do me a favor. Take a deep breath. Okay. >> Try to calm yourself down. So when the >> May I please just love my kids, please, and tell my mom what to say. >> I said this processes to everything. Yes, sir. I just don't want to leave. >> Me and Alla, we've been friends since before we both had kids. >> Okay. >> So, we've been friends for like seven, eight years. >> Okay. >> We've been friends for the longest. But she go through this with her baby dad non-stop. >> And it's always the same thing with him. [clears throat] >> Yeah. >> This either he manipulates her. He have her go to his house instead of coming over here. He come. >> So, this is her place. >> This is her place. So, he all I'm not my friend is gullible. I'm not going to lie. She's gullible. So whatever he'll beat her up, punch her in the face, stab her in the face, and then the next day people be like, "Come over." She come over there. He go through her phone. He go through her phone. Now it's a problem. Now he want >> So they got a toxic relationship. >> They got a But he's he always p his hands on her. >> Okay. >> So I be happy. >> Toxic relationship. I understand why Miranda writes >> when you went over to Birkhart. What happened? >> I've been there since for days now. Sir, >> he's been around since day 619 6:20. Between 6 and 6:20. >> We've been napping, me and my son. We went to the fair yesterday. We've been napping all day. Me and him and his father. I woke up, you know, got my son together or whatever. Around 6:00 he left. He said he's going to take his mom's dogs out or something like that. I'm like, >> car did he leave in? >> His car. >> Okay. >> I'm like, okay. You know, I'm calling him. I'm like, you know, where we at? Where you at? We've been here for an hour. you know. Where you at? Where you at? He's ignoring me. He's ignoring me. I'm texting him or whatever. Long story short, I I try to find my keys. My keys are not there. I look in my belongings that I brought. My yellow purse, my brown purse. I'm looking in all of my belongings. >> The woman insists the man is trying to frame her and make her look responsible. And officers take note of her account as part of the investigation. >> I can't find my keys. I call my mom. That's all I have is my phone. And I'm like, "Mom, can you pull up before before he gets tweaky?" Um, he he come back or whatever. He said, "I called the police. I called the police. His sister pulls up in a black jeep." I said, "That's not the police. That's your sister. You're trying to hurt me." I said, "My mom's already here." And then that's when my mom was here. And that's what happened. >> So, how did I put my hands ON HIM, YOU KNOW? He's going to go inform the officers on scene who are handling the call. >> Sir, can you please talk to those neighbors? I beg you. I don't even know those neighbors. I'm begging you. They even told me to please leave. >> You're not listening. >> I need you to I need you to do less talking and more listening. Okay. Yes, sir. >> I understand you're upset. >> Yes, sir. We're talking. Yes, sir. >> I apologize. Yes, sir. He's going to tell the officers what your statement was and your side of the story of what happened. Okay. >> Okay. He's going to inform them of the the potential witnesses. >> Okay. Can you guys talk to them? They were older. >> The investigation at the scene comes to an end after officers speak with the neighbors and the woman's mother. [music] The next stop will be the station. >> I'm going to jail. >> You are going to jail. >> Okay. >> I don't know. >> What car do you want to? He just wanted to talk to me. And >> look, the the car on scene that was over there is going to come talk finish talking to you. Okay. >> The car on scene >> on scene at the >> officers that are doing the investigation. >> But you got I'm confused. Which one was I just talking to? I'm I'm just talking to him like that. Hey, sir. >> So, >> you you just confused me. You just Can you guys unbuckle this so I don't get hurt, please? >> Yeah. Just a secret. >> Um, so you >> the officers that were on scene at your is it your child's father? Okay. The ones that are over there are going to come over and finish speaking with you. >> Okay. For what? >> For their investigation. Okay. >> Okay. >> So, like I said, >> so why would you tell me upstairs we were going to finish the investigation? >> Listen, >> you you kind of lied to me. You know, you you did you >> I did not. >> Okay. Yes, sir. It's okay. >> Right now, you were detained for an investigation. All right. Right now. Listen. >> I'm confused. >> Quit quit interrupting me and I'm going to close the door. I'm trying to explain to you, but every single time I pause to take a breath, you got something to say, and you're interrupting me. All right? I've tried to explain the same thing to you 15 times. I've been interrupted every single time. >> Like, this is crazy. I'M GOING TO JAIL NOW. I I DID NOT touch this man. I did not. And I'm going to jail. It took for my children. I I did not touch this man. >> I'm just going to scream. I'm going to close the door. >> Oh, she I I saw her there. You was there, right? Did you take other people who witness the statement that you deal with? I do appreciate that. >> Yep. So, we got everything there. We don't just make an arrest just to make the arrest. Like, there was enough for us to handcuff her and place her under arrest today. >> You know what? If you guys going to keep doing that, I'm going to do something that you guys not investigating. This is a false arrest. >> It's not. >> Last time you arrested her. >> I'm not going to argue with you. I have >> I'M NOT GOING TO ARGUE EITHER BECAUSE THIS IS NOT RIGHT. >> How many children? SO, JUST >> SHE HAS TWO. >> These two. >> I don't know why you're >> Yes, that's only two. >> Okay. Okay. >> Both the woman's friend and her mother continue defending her, claiming the man is exaggerating the incident to shift the blame. However, the officers have already made their decision. >> MANIPULATING HER BECAUSE OF HER SON. HE WANTED TO get custody of him. >> Yeah. >> HE'S CALLING HER TO SEE HER SON AND THEN HE JUMP OFF THE CAR. HE'S CAUSING THAT PHYSICAL activity or physical like whatever violence. >> You hear me though? >> I'm not listening to saying I was because of what? So just stop talking. >> You just flipped your cup. Stop talking. We're done talking. Your kids are going with CSV and the CSV will figure it out. >> My kids are going with CSV. >> Yes. >> Mom, my kids are going with CSV. Call a lawyer now. >> I call I'm not going with >> How do you know, Kiki? They're not going. >> Mom, >> we're walking. HAVE YOUR MY MOM. >> WATCH OUT. >> THE KIDS ARE GOING TO CSV. BOBBY, the CSV, Bobby. >> The woman was arrested and charged with aggravated vehicular assault. This woman's jealousy pushed her too far. This next case begins on October 16th, 2025 when officers were called to a home following reports of a heated altercation. With multiple people involved in [music] a complicated relationship, investigators have a lot to untangle. >> I can find my glasses. >> No, I'm the officer that I just talked to. >> I literally >> Is this dog nice or like what what are we doing with the dog, >> bro? I need him to stay here for like two days. >> The dog cannot stay here because she's not >> If your dog is not friendly, I need you to have it restraint. >> He's not going to he's the most he's going to do is kind of tell me she wasn't. >> When I talked to you on the phone, did I or did I not ask you literally grabbing my stuff and my ride pulled off because she pulled up. >> But here, didn't I tell you to call us or sheriff's county, the sheriff's department to come out so you guys didn't get into a fight and it was supervised? >> I literally just called y'all. That's the reason y'all are here to help. >> We got called because of a fight, not to help you get your stuff. >> Bro, y'all got called because I was trying to I was trying to leave when she pulled up, but it was too >> But didn't I tell you when I talked to you on the phone when I like just a little bit ago? >> You did. You did. But you're not hearing what I'm saying right But you called us after the fight had started. >> Everything is a mess because she can't hear her. She threw me. Yeah. As you can see, I'm passing. It's a mess. >> Okay. All right. So, what what what's going on? >> I pulled up. She out here. I get out the car gap in her mouth. >> Okay. >> I as you can see when you pulled up, we was have a lot, but I'm sitting in my own space. She got her own space. >> Okay. >> I told her she can't leave the dog here. >> Okay. >> Where are we going? >> This is the room that the dog was in. He literally just You can smell the smell. >> Okay. >> He can't stay here unless you're here. It's too much. It's too much. >> I didn't have time. She was trying to run me over. >> But the you being here in general, I told you if you were coming here to call us. >> I was already here when y'all was on the phone. I didn't have a friend. We could have drove straight here if you would have said, "I'm already here." Cuz I told you. >> I didn't know you. >> Yeah. I told you before you come back here to call us for an escort. >> With conflicting [music] accounts making it difficult to determine what happened, officers decide to speak with the ex-girlfriend first. >> Did anything physical happen when she came over here? >> Who? Lea or the girlfriend? >> The Your girlfriend? >> Lea or the girlfriend? >> Or the ex? My ex. >> Your your Is that your ex? >> That's my ex. >> Okay. Yeah. You're between you like when when you got here and she got here. OH, SHE WAS SHE THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO HIT HER WITH MY CAR. SHE STARTED TAKING OFF RUNNING as soon as I pulled up. >> Okay. >> And she DROPPED HER BAG AND SHE RAN BEHIND THE TREE. That's how she lost her glasses. She trying to say I took her glasses when I was nowhere near her. >> Okay. >> And then HER DOG, YOU SEE HER HER DOG IS EVERYWHERE. SHE DON'T KNOW. I DON'T KNOW what the Well, she when I got here, I politely I said I didn't want her hair. She said she was leaving. I said that's fine. She still had the girl hair. They was all up on the grass and all of that. I'll be like, "Le, don't be here. Why are y'all here? It's too much." >> Cuz now we're going to have to do two different reports because now you guys are saying you got into another fight. >> I just want my glasses. >> Okay. Where are your glasses? Cuz you're wearing them when I was talking on the phone. >> I Yes, I was. Until she got here. Literally, I lost them somewhere. I can't find >> Hi. Oh, don't jump on me. >> All right. So, she she is technically allowed to be here cuz she does have residence. >> That's fine. But don't come in here breaking. >> Yeah. If if you going to be here, be calm and collective. But if if you if you going to be breaking stuff, I just think it's best if you leave the premises, >> even if your name is on the lease. >> Does she have somewhere that she can go tonight? >> She's with the girlfriend. She told the girlfriend to pull off. That's why her car's not here right now. >> Okay. So that So that the other female is >> her girlfriend. Yes, that's her girlfriend. She's going with her, but she can't leave the dog here. The dog's not on the lease. He's not supposed to be here. >> Did you guys get into a physical altercation again after we talked last time? Can you drop me off somewhere? >> Well, that depends on what's going on. And I I can't transport a dog in my car. I don't have a way to transport. >> I wanted to leave him here. He can go to my mom's house tomorrow or the next day when she get off the road. >> Well, we got to figure that out with her as well because you can't just leave the dog. >> While the partner wants to walk away from the situation, officers [music] still have unanswered questions about what prompted the second call. But so there's nothing physical that happened other than what happened earlier. >> I pulled up. The girlfriend was here. I told both of them, excuse my language. I said both leave. No, I'm tired. >> Okay, >> that was that. >> She ran. She I was turning as I was turning around to back up to to her le cuz she was on the grass. So she was lowkey in my way. As I'm going this way, she thought I was trying to hit her. She started taking off running. I don't know what the She started taking off running and the girlfriend just started speeding off. >> Okay. >> When I got here, you said you was going to be gone. wasn't gone. Y'all trying to start a little argument, make it seem like I'm the aggressive one when y'all keep doing >> to make me get aggressive. >> Yeah, >> it's just too much. >> Okay. >> You didn't answer my question. Did you guys, while you were calling to tell us to come back here, did you guys get into another fight? >> Did we get into another fight? >> Yes. Not verbal. Did you guys get into another physical fight since she came back? >> She's trying to hit me with her car. I was running from her. I just want my glasses. I literally just want my glasses. >> All right, you stay in here. >> I'm going to go talk to her. We're probably going to have another officer come in here and talk. >> That's fine. I'm probably going to leave anyways because it's >> that that would be best if if if you're able to leave and she if you guys are able to cool off for the night. >> Yeah, I'm probably that's probably what's going to happen. It's just it's just too much. >> What did she say? Well, it's what the proof shows, too. >> What? She said >> your car is not a weapon. You followed the girl before. And are you going to >> She said I FOLLOW HER AGAIN. >> NO. ARE you going to try to tell me you didn't try to run her over in the neighbor's front yard where the tracks match? >> OKAY, I'M GOING BE HONEST. I did, BUT BEFORE I PULLED UP, Y'ALL CAN'T SEE IT BECAUSE WE DOWN FARTHER. SHE THREW SOMETHING AT MY CAR. >> BUT I'M NOT SAYING THAT'S RIGHT. But she can't you can't even dab in this. >> That could be considered vehicular manslaughter because you tried to with a car. she wants to say and she tried to by throwing a bottle at MY CAR. I COULD HAVE DIED. I COULD HAVE SWERVED. >> It quickly becomes clear that she doesn't fully grasp the seriousness of the allegations or the potential consequences she could face. >> I'm not about to sit here and keep going back. I just want her to leave. The dog can't be here. If the dog be here, it has to be outside cuz I'm falling a pound in the morning. It's just too much. >> It's too much. If she wants to seem like the victim, but she's not the victim when she >> Well, we also can't be trying to hit people with a car. IT'S BOTTLES RIGHT HERE. HER THROWING A BOTTLE AT MY WINDSHIELD. IS THAT NOT IF THAT WOULD HAVE FLEW IN my windshield and hit me, would that not >> That would not have flown through your windshield. >> The window is open. The way she It could have went straight through the window. >> It It wouldn't It wouldn't have. >> But I'm saying though, I could have got hurt. >> You could have. But is Do you have Do you have any Do you have any Cuz she has She has proof that you tried to >> I tell you proof. I just don't want her here. Just tell her to leave. I'm leave. She should just leave. It's just too much. The dog got to be outside. Did not take her glasses when we was in the altercation. That was that. She's not gonna tell y'all the whole truth. So, it's just like >> Well, you you you also were trying to lie to me saying that you didn't try to hit her with a car and then >> at first I wasn't at first. It was kind. BUT HER GIRLFRIEND SAYS I >> But but you were saying that you didn't hit her. You didn't try to hit her with a car. And then and then >> not I wasn't going to actually hit her, but chasing her with the car. You can say that you >> that that's that's >> Yeah, see it sound BAD WHEN YOU SAY YOU CAN SAY THAT BUT trying to actually I was going to hit her. She >> Yeah. Yeah. But you know how it looks. You you understand that's not that's not okay. That's not that's not something that you can be doing cuz that's something you can go to jail for. >> I understand that. And it's crazy. You all can't trespass the other girl when she doesn't have nothing to do with this property. It's because the your ex has still has residency here. So, like we've said before, she >> So, she could just bring anybody in here basically. >> Yes. After gathering the statements and piecing together the events, officers reach a decision and return to the residence to make the arrest. >> 1300. >> Want to have you stand up for me? >> I'm getting arrested for her. >> Yes. >> Okay. Can I just call my mom? >> No. We're going to put this down. my mind in the room. >> Put your hands behind your back. >> She She did stuff to me first. Please. Please, >> ma'am. >> It is going to be no problem. You're going to stay here tonight >> because well, she's going to jail. So, that's up to you. You can find a ride. Do what you got to do. You've got time, okay? Because that is domestic violence. They're trying to run you over there. That's how this is going to go for the night. Okay? If you need to figure things out by the morning, you have the time now, okay? Because you guys, you guys both live here. You have residency. So, if you can't find a ride to get your stuff moved, you can find one by the morning. That's fine. Okay? But that is your call because the house is going to be empty for the night because that's the second time she's tried to use her car to hurt somebody tonight. So, this time she admitted she boldface admitted to me trying to run you over. So, >> she told you? >> Yeah. She admitted to me on body cam that she tried to run you over. So, she's going to jail for domestic violence tonight. Okay. >> Bro, this is crazy. I can't really [ __ ] up. Hey, Siri, call my dukes. >> All right, we're going to come out here. >> Can we please take my phone, please, sir? I haven't been violent. I Please, >> I I I I'll come back in here and get it. But right now, we're going out to [crying] She every time, bro. Can you pull my mom's arm in jail? Because of you. >> No, cuz of you. >> Yeah, it's not your fault. DON'T YOU BELIEVE ME? YOU JUST MESSING WITH ME CUZ YOU OVER HERE. That's crazy. >> You're going to act disorderly if you don't stop yelling, >> bro. I'm serious, bro. Again. I'm really >> We're going to come in front of the cruiser. >> Got to search you. >> The arrest may be underway, but the conversation isn't over. You don't. >> Ma'am, stop talking to her. >> Somebody else, bro. >> Stop talking to her. >> If I tell you again to stop yelling at 2:00 in the morning, I'm going to add disorderly to your charge. >> What are you doing? >> He's got to take that off to check it. >> Ma'am with a bottle. >> You tried to run her over with a car. >> She hit me with a bottle in the back. I have it on camera. >> You already admitted you're trying to run her over with a car. >> Think I just wanted to go home, but I got to get arrested. That's crazy. >> Another tried to hit >> and I have a video of her hitting me with a bottle during that time paper. I thought I came to the back. >> But y'all don't care about that though. Like that's crazy. I'm going to jail again. [laughter] >> Yo, this is crazy. I'm dying. I'm done. I'm dying. >> Did you get struck by the car at all? >> No. >> Okay. Um, are you just going to stay here for the night and try to figure things out in the morning? >> No, I'm probably leave tonight. >> Well, do me a favor because she is going to jail tonight. I don't know how soon they'll have her out depending. >> Yeah, but I'mma have I'mma get all my stuff out of here. >> Okay. If you come back, call us before you come back. Do not come back here without us. >> Okay. >> Okay. I thought I made that clear on the phone. I apologize. I didn't know you were already still here. >> Yeah. >> If I would have known you were if I would have known you were still here, we would have just drove here and handled it then. >> But I didn't know that you were here. Otherwise, we would have handled this a whole lot differently. So, I apologize for that. >> But regardless of fact, >> I'm sorry I even had to call you. >> Don't be sorry. I mean, she I mean, this this is ridiculous. This is the second time tonight she's used her car to try to hurt somebody. So, she's going to jail. >> Before the encounter ends, the officer offers the woman some advice on how to avoid finding herself in a similar situation. Again, >> I will say you got to be careful with your dog. >> Well, him being off the leash like he is because he's a pit. >> He was literally >> I know, but but somebody else could have called or or a neighbor could see him and not know that he's friendly >> and they could shoot him right then and there. >> Okay. And he is very very skinny. So be careful because people could call the animal warden for that. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. I'm not trying to give you a hard time. I'm just trying to give you some heads up. That's all. Okay. >> What all am I getting charged with? Domestic violence. >> Yeah. >> Can I press charges on her? >> No, >> sir. Even though she cracked me in the head with a bottle and I have it on video. This was after she before she hit me after she No, this was before she hit me with the car. before she hit you with the car. >> This was after I tried to hit her. She cracked me in the head with a bottle and she pulled my hair. I'm not lying. >> If she cracked you in the head with a bottle, then why do you have >> Sir, it's broken glass over there. You could even go look. I'm not lying. That's how the glass got broke cuz she hit me in the head with the bottle and she pulled my hair so I can't press charges on her even though she hit me too. The woman continues raising concerns and the officer decides to hear her out and look into what she's claiming. >> Where did you get hit in the head? >> It's glass over there for before I >> Okay, I'm not worried about the glass. I'm worried about where what injuries do you have? >> I'm just acting like she didn't do nothing to me. >> I'm not saying she didn't. >> But that's a second time and I have you on video trying to run her over. >> Sir, that's fine and all. She hit me with the bottle first. When I came over there and I spoke to y'all, I told y'all she hit me in the head with a bottle. >> And you guys both said that you we had different stories at that time. She did not. I swear to God on my phone. She tell my head with the bottle. She pulled my hair off. >> The problem earlier is we had your story versus her story. So, we didn't have enough to to sign on. >> And you came back, you popped through this yard and tried to run her over. That doesn't mean, oh, I get to go home and try to run her over because you're also going to get the suspended charge now because we told you to drive home and park the car and instead you tried to use it to run her down. >> Did y'all listen to what she was saying to me? >> Okay. Have you ever heard the the term sticks and stone? >> I understand that, but I would like to press charges on her. She hit me in the head with a bottle. IT'S GLASS OVER THERE. >> This is what you stated earlier. >> Charges. >> And I told you I told you your story didn't match hers. So, we would do a report because we didn't have enough to sign charges. I have enough to sign on you because you tried to run her over. Ma'am, I watched the video. She jumped out from in front of the car. >> Sir, I love that girl with all my heart. I just I be scared. This is a toxic situation. Trying to scare someone is not good. >> Sir, you're literally She This is my girlfriend of four almost four years. She brought another female to our home. This is our home and you brought another female here. >> How disrespectful that I'm not saying I'm right in this. I'm very wrong. I should have reacted a better way. And that's my fault. I'm I'm going I'm turning 20 on on Monday. >> 20 years old. and were trying to run people over with our car after we were just given a break on driving suspended. >> The investigation ultimately concluded with a woman facing a charge of felonious assault. This woman picked the worst possible reason to attack her partner. This next case begins on November 4th, 2025 when officers were dispatched to a home following reports of a domestic dispute. Here's how the investigation unfolded. >> How you doing, sir? Who else is here with you? >> Her. >> Where's she at? >> Hey, Myers. >> Yeah. >> Come around. >> 45. >> Yeah. 45. I finally got both parties here. >> How you doing, sir? >> What's your name? >> Antonio. >> Antonio, how are you? Okay. >> What happened, Antonio? She's mad cuz I didn't take her to a Mexican restaurant. Try to go take a nap. I work third shift. I try to go take a nap cuz I just took her to appointment at 1:45. She come upstairs following me mad about that. Cut me out all in my face. Warning her, laughing her off. She threw a bottle at me at my head when I was turned to the back. Then uh I threw it back at her. Then she threw it back. And then she threw a bottle of low. >> So she threw a bottle over your head. >> Yeah. >> Where she hit you? >> Like it was like right here or something. >> I was sitting on the bed like this on my phone or something. >> Each side insist the other was responsible for the altercation. And officers now have to determine what actually happened. >> He'd be my I threw a bottle at him. That's it. That's all. That's all it is to it. He gonna say I'm antagonizing him cuz I threw a lotion bottle at him. >> Okay. Um, you say beat your What do you mean? >> Punch me in my face. Try to kick me down the stairs multiple times. Threw me over the bananister. Slap me all all of it. All of all the above. >> Okay. Do you happen to have any injuries? >> I don't know. I'm sorry. Sometimes white hurts. >> My head hurt. My back hurt. >> Would you like paramedics to come take a look at you? >> No. >> Was the child involved in any of this? >> No. >> Okay. Can we step in somewhere with some more light so I can take a look at some of your injuries to see? >> What happened? How'd you get that on there? >> Trying to push her off. She's cracking me up. I I had just seen her, but do you see it? She like hit me in my eye right here. >> So So basically, she got mad at you because you skipped an appointment at >> No, no, I took her to the appointment after the appointment. She wanted me to take her to a mix restaurant, >> but you didn't want to. >> I was trying to go to sleep. I got a headache. >> You were on bed. Once you were on bed in bed? >> Yeah. >> She was >> I was naked. That's why I just got >> Okay. And then you said she basically got mad at you. The first thing that happened was she threw the bottle at you. >> Yes. >> And then you threw it back. She threw it back at you. >> Then threw a lotion bottle. It was a different bottle. >> Did you actually make contact with her when you threw the bottle at her? >> No. I think I missed. >> According to the man, the argument began after he refused to take his wife to a Mexican [music] restaurant. The woman, however, has a very different account. >> Right here. >> Punch me in my face. Punch me. Yes. Punch me in my head. Punch me everywhere. Kick me. Okay. Where else was he? Where else was he punching you at? >> In my face. >> Okay. He said, "But everywhere." >> In my face. In my head, kicking me, slapping me. I don't know where else you want me to show. >> Just in just in the head. >> Yes. >> Okay. Nowhere else. Did he hit you or kick you or anything like that? >> Kick me in my back, in my stomach, everywhere. >> Okay. Are you able to show me this? Cuz I'm just The reason why I'm asking you >> push me over the banister. Banister broke. I fell over my back. >> Okay. I mean, I don't think I'll have any bruises right now, but they'll definitely come later. >> What would you like them? >> I don't know. What is it to do? >> Well, uh, is this your child together? >> Yeah. >> And you guys live together? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Um, what? Let me ask you, what story is he going to give? You going to give a similar story? >> The same thing. I I threw two bottles at I threw a bottle at him and he beat me up. So after that, tell me again how the physical what happened. >> That's how it started and then it just developed from there. She threw the bottle back and forth and then uh she threw the lotion bottle. >> So you pushed her right after she threw the lotion bottle at you? >> Yeah, that's when I stood up. I mean >> what happened after you pushed it? We definitely start fighting. >> Tell me. >> I mean, I'm not going to lie about it. I mean, >> what kind of fighting are you talking about? >> We fought like she >> No, we ain't fighting you. Put your hands on you behind. >> After hearing from everyone involved, officers now have a much clearer picture of what allegedly took place before they arrived. >> I'm sorry. She was yelling, so I couldn't hear you. Like she was having to mix. >> So after you >> guys started fighting tell me >> how that occurred. What kind of fighting are we talking about? >> It like slit slaps and everything like scratches. >> She's scratching you. >> I'm pushing her. She scratched me and then she I uh pulled her like she got them long ass bra she got. I pulled her over. I pulled her over. She fell on the floor. I'm walking away. Go downstairs to the middle floor. Follow me down there. I go back upstairs. Follow me up there. I go downstairs again. She ripped my drawers off. They all tore up in the house. Like literally antagonizing me, following me all over the house. I went in the basement. She yelling down there, following me back upstairs. And I just told her like, "Just call the police. Just call the police." Cuz I already have a warrant like for this. >> You have a warrant already. Is it active? >> Yes. >> All right. Well, just because of what you said, I will put you on. >> Yep. Yeah, you're good. >> I appreciate you praying cuz that's important. >> Is this reference like a like how long how old is this warrant? >> Like March or something. >> Okay. >> Like one of our first fights. >> Gotcha. There's no protection order in place, right? >> I don't know. I mean, I didn't really know until like I had found out because somebody told me. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Well, we'll investigate. We'll investigate this warrant. Um, >> put your shoes on. >> Where's your shoes at? >> Huh? >> There's a whole bunch of shoes right there about >> Officers now moved to detain the man in connection with an alleged domestic violence warrant. And fortunately, he cooperates throughout the process. >> He's saying he's got a DB warrant already. So he's 13 for now. >> Oh, see what's >> I was mad because I cook for him every day. I clean up after him. I do everything he asked me to do and he couldn't even give me no food. >> It's not even about the food. It's about the principle. >> Uh so you guys are arguing and at some point in time you throw two baby bottles out. >> Mhm. >> Okay. This was upstairs. >> Yes. >> Okay. And then uh what happened after you threw the two baby bottles? >> He punched me. >> Okay. >> I was just I just literally took my clothes off to go to bed. I literally only got my drug. >> Okay. >> She come up there yelling. I basically just laughed her off and made her more mad. I guess she just sitting there antagonized me. I'm ignoring her. She threw the drink bottle that I just had got, but I just bought the drink. She threw it at me like back of my head. Tried to restrain myself. So I just threw it back at her. She threw it again and then she threw a different bottle, the lotion bottle. And then uh >> yeah, then I got up then like you know >> before we go any further just because of you having this warrant just because >> uh >> where we're at right now. I will read your Miranda. >> Yeah. >> Um >> yes, I threw it at him first. He threw it at me back. I threw it at him again and he punched me in my face. >> Okay. >> I have these rights in mind. You want to keep talking about what happened? >> Okay. >> So, in this incident, >> just basically you said upstairs you um were naked on the bed. That's when she threw the bottle at you or then you sat up cuz she was arguing and then you sat up. >> No, no. I was sitting down on my phone, dude. Like literally about to be laying down >> and she antagonized me and [ __ ] She threw the bottom. >> Yeah. Yeah. I threw it back, but like I barely hit her. Like it it slid right past her shoulder or whatever. Like probably hit her. >> Both individuals admit the confrontation became physical and officers now work to determine who the primary aggressor was. >> But another that same bottle I then threw the lotion cuz I already knew where it was. She threw the lotion bottle like a little eco lotion. >> She threw that one. That's why I stood up like I could feel like I was getting angry like that. It's only so much. So I sat there and I pushed. She when I pushed her, she was grabbing on me. That's why I got the car on my >> So you pushed her. >> I'm sorry. >> Like I should have >> cuz No, this after she threw the bottles and Okay. >> Okay. So he's kicking you. He's punching you. Anywhere else in your body other than your face and your neck? He was kicking me all over my body. He tried to kick me down the stairs. >> Okay. What do you mean by he tried to kick you? I >> mean, I was coming up the stairs. He was standing on the landing. He kicked me twice. Three times. >> Okay. Where did he kick you at? >> In my stomach, in my chest. >> Okay. Do you have any injuries? >> No. >> Okay. And then did you hit him at all? >> I mean, I tried to, but I mean, he's a grown man. What can I really do? >> What do you mean by you tried to? >> I tried to punch him back. I tried I hit him a couple times. >> Okay. >> I know she's scratching you and you guys are slapping each other like you are slapping her. >> Yeah, sure. I'm not going to lie. >> And then she was she was slapping it. >> Yeah, it was back and forth. >> Did you speak to him at all? >> I did not. >> I did not. No. Um I didn't see any injuries from what she said. Alls I see is this banister broken upstairs and she's got a little white mark on the back side. >> Okay. >> It looks like she ran up against it. >> Okay. [clears throat] Um, I'm going to talk to him real quick. Okay. Where she at? >> All right. >> With the investigation still ongoing, officers decide to handle the matter of the man's warrant before anything else. >> Warrants good. Was it >> Antonio? >> He asked for one his handcuffs to be loosened. Um, >> he has a valid warrant for DB >> strangulation. >> Strangulation. So, if you want to >> I mean, cars. >> So, >> you want to get him to the car first and then >> come on back. >> I'm going to I was going to have him sit down in the car. >> That's fine. I'll put him in the car and then I'll talk to you about it. >> Yeah. Let me look as soon as I find him real quick. >> He's been cool. >> Have a seat. >> Um, what actually? >> You said what? >> Let me let me talk to him real quick. 21. >> So then who hit who? Huh? >> Who hit who? By physically. Yeah, >> I pushed I shoved her then she slapped me. I stopped there. >> Then I left, went downstairs like I told she came down there, started fighting again, went upstairs, >> she followed me up there. She's just antagonizing. >> Okay. And these scratches on your face are from her. >> Yeah. >> Okay. And then where else were you injured? >> My arm. >> Which arm? >> Both of them. >> Both of them. You mind turning that way and I can take a look? >> Antonio, you soing stupid. If you would have just left like I asked you to. All right. Step out of corner. All right. So, face that way for me. I'm going to take these off when I do. That's your uh he's a kid, right? >> All right. Why won't you take the kid? Okay. Take them. >> Take the All right. Antonio here is going to take uh the baby for you. Okay. >> For what? >> He's going to take the baby. >> For what? Will you please hand over the baby? >> No. >> Yes. >> No. >> Yes. >> Why? Why? >> Because I've asked you to take over the baby. >> Why? >> I don't just told him to. >> My son needs to eat. >> The officers have reached their decision and now the woman must face the consequences of what allegedly took [music] place. All right. Go ahead and stand up for me, man. Stand up. >> Taking my son. >> Turn around. Okay, >> man. I don't need to do that. >> Okay, you got to just relax. >> Why is he not going to do that? >> I'll explain that in a second. >> One second. >> That's what I want to do. >> All right. Antonio, grab my phone. >> Watch your step. >> I don't even have no shoes on, bro. >> I'll grab your shoes in a second. Going to this car right here. See? >> Well, based on her story, based on your story, she's the >> primary physical aggressor. Sounds like she began the >> my warrant. >> You don't have a warrant. >> I don't. >> You would be in handcuffs if you had a warrant. I promise you. Okay. >> All right. >> You wanted to take Let me check. >> Oh, yeah. >> We took your word. >> You having a warrant. That's why we put you in handcuffs in the first place. We confirmed you don't have a warrant. >> Stay right there. [ __ ] swatches. He punched me in my face, kicked me, throw me down. >> You threw something at him, right? >> No. >> Okay. So, you admitted you threw something at him multiple times and that you were hitting him back. >> Okay. >> I said I hit him back. What? What? I couldn't even do much. I couldn't even do much. >> Put the shoes on. >> How am I supposed to put my shoes on with no hands? >> You can ask for assistance. So, >> you beat my go at the Valley Library. What? What is this? Can you move that? >> The seat belt. >> With the investigation at the scene complete, officers escort the woman to the patrol [music] car while informing the man that he must also answer for his outstanding warrant. >> This is her phone. Yeah. >> Okay. All right, Antonio. I, you know, we're men here and we got to admit out there. You do have that warm. All right. >> Um, so we got to get that taken care of. Um, you want to put the baby in one of the carriers so we can We're going to push you in handcuffs. We're going to set you down right here. Okay. Just so nothing silly happens. >> You You've been cool. Nope. You're good. Go ahead. Just put them together like you're praying, man. >> Good. >> All right, man. want to go out here into the uh the vehicle. Okay. >> So, just take a seat if you need one >> and then I'll get you back. >> In the end, both parties faced [music] legal consequences. The man was processed on an active warrant for domestic violence strangulation while the woman was charged with domestic violence. [music] This woman's revenge plan against her ex's secretary backfired fast. On July 16th, 2026, police responded to a [music] workplace after allegations that a woman had been trying to extort money from her ex-boyfriend while also making threats [music] against his secretary. Here's what the secretary told investigators. >> So, I'm obviously here to to talk about the message that was sent to John. Reference you, right? >> Yes. Uh John sent to the office member. This is our office number. So she show me what she's send to her team. Sorry. >> Mhm. So yeah, his stream shot this one the picture that this >> Yeah. So do you see at the bottom she's saying you know transfer that or I can her. So my question is would you like to press charges for her act on your life? It's a felony. >> Of course. Actually uh I would like to share a little bit is because when the beginning I just joined she is the one that uh hire somebody and I go through her get this job. >> Do you have a driver's license? >> Yeah. Okay. >> Thank you. >> And uh when I start working the way is she and John personal thing and then something happened and she just blame it's because of me >> when it has nothing to do with you. Right. >> Yeah. And then plus uh that moment she also sent a lot of taxes to me on that last year whatever the time >> is she also mentioned that uh she wanted to that time. >> Yeah. >> And I so I walk into the office to make a report I mean the police station to one time. >> Yeah. Penel park right someone talked to me I mean I can cannot remember the officer first but I don't have the document and I just walk in to make a prepare the report like make a report. >> Right. I understand. And I remember that time that officer also called J to talking and by word warning her do not come in close. >> Do you still live here? >> Yes, I'm stay here right now. In that moment she also keep on I mean she text me Chinese. I'm come from Malaysia and she come from China. I know how to speak language. So she text me too. I mean in that moment because of she I something good. According to the secretary, she's done everything she can to avoid contact with a woman. Even so, she claims the harassment has continued. >> But you have her blocked, right? So, she can't text you. >> Yeah. After that, after I block I blocked her and then I also deleted everything. I didn't keep anything right now with my phone. >> Okay. Well, we're going to arrest her. So >> yeah because uh because if that what she say that is I do share with my colleague Kim before I stay very close to John apartment I mean John house and my >> I know where I know it's all right there >> that is the one thing that is every time I go evening walk I really don't feel comfortable but especially that time even now I also keep on walking and unless I go evening walk so every time when I walk actually honestly my feeling I I keep on alert because I know according to John is she stay nearby there. >> Yes, she does. >> So before this I mean after soal separate with John she stay in according the message she stay in the apartment for our warehouse one time >> and then uh after that I think one two month ago then John told me that she stay nearby some common area >> and then I say do you know what kind of car he driving she driving? I I really honestly I really feel don't I I don't feel safe but I just alert for myself >> and then I try to find out what kind of car she driving so that I can see the car more alert little bit nobody will know what's going like you know I I don't want to say she how >> but I just from my feeling I just so no we're we're going to arrest her for it's a felony written threats to is what the what the charge charge is um so if you want I'll write down the case number. >> Yeah, I'll just write down your name. >> No, I know. Yes. >> Before moving on, the officer explains the next steps to the secretary. >> So, do you able to talk to her again? >> I'm going to talk to her next. I wanted to talk to you first. >> Okay. and make sure that you wanted to press charges which I would highly recommend for obvious reasons because it's not the first time. So that's the case number and you can find >> and um you can find victim's rights information on our website. >> Thank you. >> You're welcome. All right. So >> especially that time I just move I come from St. Louis so I just move here and I find a job here. >> I don't think she's going to come here. I think she's just all talk. But if she does show up here, well, I'm going to go find her now. But if she does show up here, just call 911 and we'll come. >> Yeah. Actually, the time when the officer also told me, I mean, if you see her, I will get not say her, you have to call 911. I mean, early last year, he said if you feel that he want to come close to you, you just call 911. But so far she did not really come to me but she will make me have a pressure >> right makes you feel uneasy I understand. So yeah but yeah so everything's going to be documented under that case number. I'm going to go talk to her now. >> Okay. Thank you so much. >> You're welcome. Any questions or anything? >> So far though. >> Okay. All right. If you do just reach out. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. Thank you so much. >> You're welcome. After making contact over the phone, officers arranged to meet the woman at a local [music] Publix to continue the investigation. >> No. Come on. I'm not waiting all day. Let's go. Let's go. >> I'll keep one minute. I'm just going to continue. >> Yeah. >> She's already playing games. >> Yeah. surprised she showed up. >> But I think she she knew we're going to find her no matter where she goes. You live in one place and you don't have a job living off of someone else's money doing god knows what. And that phone isn't even hers either. He pays for it. It's off the spectrum. So I'm just going to leave it in there. >> Car? >> No. >> She doesn't even have a license. It was cancelled earlier this month. >> Was it? I was getting ready to look her up when you were like >> like on the second or something. Yeah. >> So, she's a good driver. >> Nope. I'm one of them petty people. I was just >> If you act like this, >> that's what you get. Yeah. Playing games. >> Yeah. We're We're not going to do that cuz he has he has the other key. So, if anything, I'm just have him come over here. >> Come pick it up. >> Let's go. >> I don't need you to roll down the window. I need you to come outside so I can talk to you. >> I don't want to go outside. >> Roll down your window. Okay. >> Yeah, sir. I want Hey, Sir, I'm sorry. >> You roll this window up on me, I'mma you up. Do you understand me? Get out of the car now. Get out. Open the door. Get out of the car. >> Step out. >> Get out. We're done playing these things. >> Turn around. >> Turn around. >> Turn around. >> Turn around. >> She's in me. The woman pleads with officers as the reality of the situation sets in, but they remain firm as the investigation [music] moves forward. >> Okay, >> relax. You're playing stupid games. You're going to win stupid prizes. Do you understand? When I ask you to get out of the car, you don't put your finger up and tell me one minute and then sit there for I don't know how long. Turn back around. >> I'm sorry. >> You're not sorry. You're playing games and I'm not stupid. So, we're done with that. Walk over here. >> I'm sorry. Your pods are >> my boyfriend. The police. >> Police. The police. Help on me. Help on me. >> Up. >> Get in the car. >> Get up in the car. >> Help me. Please help me. >> In the end, the woman was charged with driving while her license was suspended or revoked, making written threats and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence. Woman refuses to move on from her ex, then gets arrested. In our final case, officers arrive at a residence after receiving a complaint about a woman allegedly harassing her ex-boyfriend. Here's what [music] the complainant had to say. >> So, yeah. See, even if you zoom in on it, you can't. There is no name right now. But she is not taking L. >> Yeah. >> I mean, I can show you my boxes cuz I had to go buy more. >> And like I said, they ain't cheap. >> Yeah. No, >> they're about to be busted. Hope you have more. >> Okay. Um, do you have any uh screenshots of any of the threats other than that one? >> She's really smart about that stuff. Yeah, she's still over there. >> Yeah. >> Uh DCFS will be called since your kids are home alone. They were with me, so I mean she was talking about uh >> I mean, if not, it's not a big deal. Just But here she is threatening me. Well, keep girls. That's what she does. Every time she was at my house in Toono, and they probably have a report of it. Every single time she was arrested, she claimed that or daughter. >> Okay. But yet she still would bring her around. I mean there's just all I mean this is all from her. Well, this is all from today. 12 3 I mean this is all her 14. No color idea. It's her. But so this is all so 7:31 this morning. That's when it started. 42 I mean just non-stop and then it goes back to her actual personal number. I don't know how that's not harassment. >> It is. It's It's harassment. >> After hearing from the complainant, officers proceed to the woman's residence to get her version of events. >> I am sorry. >> It's all right. That's all right. Can I talk to Crystal real quick? >> I'm sorry. >> Crystal, can I talk to her real quick? >> Yeah. >> Yes. >> Hey, Crystal. I'm Deputy Rasm in the Shahan Sheriff's Office. >> What's going on between you and Garrett over here? >> Stand here. >> He kicked me out yesterday and >> Okay. >> That's it. I came over here to help her dog. >> I I called her and my dog got hit to see if she was over there and saw anything. So, >> okay. No, that's that's fine. But I mean, I know there's >> the I have the screenshots of being taken by you and broken. >> I pay for that. >> I'm not saying you didn't. >> I know. I paid for that. I'm allowed to have that. >> He has my checkbook over there. He's not going to >> Well, technically you're not allowed to have somebody else's prescription medication. So, >> no. No, but he hasn't checkbook that he is. >> But that doesn't mean you can break a law, right? So, and then there's I don't know how many I haven't encountered them yet. All the mis calls on his phone. >> He does this because you want to see all the missed calls on my phone. >> Sure. I'll look at both sides. That's fine. >> That's fine. But he This is what he does when he's in the wrong. >> That's why I'm trying to get your side. You said nothing was happening. >> No, nothing is happening. I don't want nothing to do with him. He still has my stuff. He won't give it back. >> Okay. >> And I came over here to help her dog. >> Okay. >> You can obviously see his back legs. >> I understand. >> I've been over here talking to her. This is what he does. He always calls the cops because he can't >> he can't deal with this. He can't. >> Okay. He thinks I'm psycho crazy. Yeah, I have a background of that. Don't get me wrong. You can look at my track record. >> I don't know. I don't want anything. I'm just trying to figure out what's going on. >> I know. I just This he is what he does. >> Okay. >> He wants me to go to jail >> and he wants he wants you to come back over there. >> Exactly. >> Okay. >> I live there for month. >> Okay. >> And kicked me and my daughter out because he's jealous of my son. The woman denies the complainant's claims and tells officers that she wants no further involvement with him. She then explains the issues between them from her perspective. >> A 19-year-old son. So, yeah, you can you can ask. We have all text messages that we were getting along. >> We were getting along just fine. I moved in his house for a little bit till I found somewhere to move to. He kicked me out. >> Yeah. I took his not going to lie about that obviously, >> but I paid for that medicine. That's his prescription medicine. I paid for it. I have a debit card on file where I paid for it at Myers. >> I'm allowed to have that. >> No, I I get I know I know that legally I'm not. >> Yeah, I get the I get the paid for part, but it's still a prescription medication, so you can't take that. But I get it. That's neither here nor there. >> Sub a controlled substance or whatever. And I know I have over there. So that's control substance. Just stuff like that. He he won't he calls you guys to try to get me in trouble. >> I mean, he also said that today the battery came up missing out of his garage door opener. >> Oh jeez. This is what he does. >> This is what he does. A battery. >> Okay. So, like I said, I'm not I'm not here to take you to jail, okay? But I'm also not the kind of cop that's going to keep doing this over and over again. So, I'm not being I'll tell him the same thing. >> I'll tell him the same thing, but if this is going to continue, then I will. Okay. Mhm. >> So, please do your part to not be calling him a bunch, not be going over there, whatever. Because at this point, I'm tell I'm going to tell both sides since you said that you have calls from him, too. >> Yeah. >> If it continues, I know we and I know a lot of people are using this new law to their advantage that we can't arrest stuff. >> Yeah. >> But if it continues, it becomes stalking. And I can arrest for stalking, and I will. Okay. Just cuz I'm not going to keep coming out here for this stuff. >> I It's ridiculous. But this is what he does. He wants me to go to jail. He He's put me in jail five times. >> Five. >> Wow. >> Because he's a >> Okay. >> And uh I just This is what he wants. And he just I'll call cop. >> The officer listens to her account before making it clear why law enforcement was called and that the investigation will remain objective. >> Go ahead. What do you want me to do? >> Well, that's why I'm saying now. I'm not taking somebody on the first time, but that's why I just go ahead and on on body cam. I'll tell both sides. If it continues, I'll just make the arrest and be done with it. Okay. >> I was like, should I keep on calling the cops on him? >> You know, >> if something's gonna happen, yeah, it's fine. Absolutely. Because otherwise, he it's going to be his word against yours and you're going to go in there and he's going to have all these police reports that show stuff. That's what he does. >> So, if something is happening on your side, then yes, call. Okay. Cuz I, like I said, I'm going to just put it out there now to both sides that if it continues, whichever side continues it, >> I'll just make the arrest and be done. This can't get away. >> Crystal, >> we played last weekend. >> I talked outside for a sec. After warning her to stop contacting her ex-boyfriend, she did it again. Now the officers are back at her residence and the stakes are much higher. >> You're not going to arrest me, are you? >> Well, I don't know. Um, >> is this for an LP? >> It is. >> Yes. I figure that's >> the one from uh Garrett the other night. We talked. >> Yeah. >> And uh >> am I ever going to get my checkbook and my medicine back? >> Well, I don't know. Um he says that he doesn't have it. He does. >> He said that that day you went in there and got all your stuff. >> I didn't get all my stuff. >> Okay. >> But I filed a police report on it. >> Okay. >> So >> that's fine. Um and then that night when I talked to you, I thought we were on the agreement that you weren't going to contact him anymore. >> Well, yeah. >> And that lasted all of about 90 seconds. >> No, it was about a couple hours. >> I cleared the call at 6:46 and at 6:48 I have screenshots of you already trying to contact him. So, we're less than two minutes. >> It's just he does this and then he'll me in two weeks and like, "Oh, I miss you. Come back." I've already had OP me from him. >> Yeah. >> He's afraid that I'm going to get him fired from job or he's going to lose his kids. He comes here and drinks and drives with his kids. Always has beer in his >> Okay. >> So, this is what he does and I'm okay with it. I don't want nothing. Yeah, that's the other thing we had the other night was that you were okay with it and you were just going to be done. If he did call you in two weeks, you were going to say, "Look, I'm not going through this anymore. I don't want this life anymore." >> I knew he was going to do this. This is what does he makes this and then he he's >> with the conversation continuing. The officer explains exactly what the problem is and why it needs to be addressed. He's a piece of >> Well, like I said, the other issue that night we talked, you were going to stop and then less than two minutes you're contacting him and then you contacting him contact him saying that you're an Edger County deputy wanting a statement, but it's actually you so that you're not stopping. >> I know. >> Why did he say you were an Edgar County deputy or that county? >> Because I knew he would answer. I knew he >> Exactly. >> Because I'm the person I want and I'll up. But he doesn't. You don't always You don't always get closure, though. >> I know. But >> you don't You're not always entitled to it. You can want it, but that doesn't mean you get it. >> I know. >> But what what cost is this closure? >> I don't >> You know that it was wrong to say you're a good accounting company. >> I know. >> You know it's wrong to continue to keep contacting him. >> Well, now it is because you you Let's be honest. >> You've already been arrested for stalking in the past, right? >> Yeah. >> So, you know what stalking is, correct? >> But hold on. >> Correct. You know what stalking is, right? >> Yes, I sure do. You feel like what you're doing is considered the statute of stalking? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> To to the point. Yeah. >> Okay. And have you contacted him since this deputy's had contact? >> Yes, I have. >> Okay. Have you sent Have you have you called them a whole bunch of times since? >> No, I wouldn't say a whole bunch of times. >> Have you sent him any videos? >> Yes. >> Okay. What videos have you Let's be honest. We probably know what they are, but let's be honest. What videos have you found? >> I do. I have to say >> I I'd just like you to be honest. >> I am honest. You know, I just said, >> "What kind of videos have you sent?" >> It was a an inappropriate video. Another >> Is it Is it an inappropriate video of your Nether region? >> Yes. Did you see that? >> Yeah. Nether region. >> Why Why would he show you that? That's like >> I don't know that he wanted that. >> No, but that's what he does. That's what he does. He'll me like, "Oh, let's let's let's do this. >> We can issue that in a second if you want. Whatever you want to do." Despite the officer's repeated explanations, the woman continues arguing her case and they decide it's time to bring the conversation to [music] an end. >> I just don't understand why it's he's okay. But if I want to go put OP on him, they want to >> Crystal Crystal, at what point is is this enough? >> I think >> and at what point will we reach a point all of us together where you'll finally decide that no matter what closure be >> Yeah. I just got to stop because it's causing me a whole bunch of trouble. >> Oh, it is. It is. Ever since I met him, >> cuz he can't seem to >> Are you done with him? Yes or no? >> Yes, I What's the point of contacting him? >> It's not now because he just has I don't want >> He's going to issue you this. Okay. >> Yeah, it's fine. But I don't have to go. I'm not going to jail. >> Well, yes, you're going to jail. >> What? You're under arrest? >> No. Let me go. >> You're under arrest. >> Put your hands behind your back. Don't resist. Don't Don't resist. That's another charge. Don't resist. You are a nice person. You're not going to resist. That's not good for you. >> I can't. Don't be chill. >> Don't resist. >> I told you that night if it continued you would. And you said it wasn't continue and you didn't even wait 2 minutes. >> Don't resist. >> Well, I'm begging you. >> You was going to bark for me. >> I'm going to go in and call Ryan or Crystal. Yep. >> I can't. I'm already >> I'm already on probation. Now they're going to see >> I know that's the problem. You're on probation. I gave you a chance to not get arrested because I could have arrested you that night and I didn't because we were on the agreement that it was going to stop. >> Why am I getting arrested tonight? Why can't you just send me that and just let me go? >> Because I already told you that night I will arrest you if this continues. And you said you understood. >> But you said, "Well, the laws changed. You said the laws have changed." >> You're right. I said that you cuz you said that we can't arrest for certain things. I said, "But stalking is still arrestable and if this continues, it is stalking." And I >> Why is he stalking when he was literally still texting me? He can still text me. I have >> And I told you that night. It's on camera. Either side that continues it will be arrested. He has called multiple times and said that you continued it. >> Even as [music] the encounter comes to a close, the woman continues arguing with the officers. >> Can't have this. >> I don't understand why he gets away with >> that is why I gave you the chance to not get arrested the other night. And then that bit me. >> Now I'm gonna call my daughter from jail once again. >> You seen enough? >> So he called you guys and said, "Hey, she sent me a video." And >> he's called me multiple times because you keep contacting him daily. I'll pass her. The investigation ultimately concluded with a woman facing charges of stalking, harassment, a hate crime offense, [music] and impersonating a police officer. In the end, these relationships took a turn that nobody involved probably expected. Let me know your thoughts in the comments and I'll catch you in the next
