over there on campus from my okay yeah I was over there with my boyfriend he just put gas in my car that's why I'm trying to figure out like if I can get that back to the gas station or whatnot definitely definitely I didn't know he hadn't put it back in there I literally just like drove off cuz he told me was good interesting I feel like cursing him the are you kiding me this has been woman vandalizes home after a failed one night stand officers responded to a neighborhood after a woman vandalized a man's home home following his refusal to give her money for their brief intimate encounter the night before listen as the man recounts what led to the dispute so just start from the beginning what happened okay so um I picked the young lady up last night we had a night out last night so this morning we wake up I'm thinking I'm going to take her home we get into it about the bathroom she cursing me out she F to get out my what was the what was the issue with the bathroom yeah and say I did this and did that I got my cameras you get what I'm saying so I just wanted to separate myself from that so you left your apartment she was still there outside outside the apartment yes sir all right and then what happened so like I said I left you guys I left and she was standing like where you seen her standing at and I came up here so the guy on the phone the officer in asked me do where do I want to meet you guys at I didn't want to be right there y I just came here cuz I was already up this yeah you didn't want the confrontation right so I just came here had here so as I was sitting here waiting for you guys I see her coming up the tracks that's when I called you guys again because I was like pants uh blue jeans pant Green Jacket orange shirt no the man continues to recount what happened while another officer moves to track the female suspect down all right keep going yeah so I know walking up the tracks because on my my on my video she walked the opposite way to the main road she walked back towards the tracks but like I said when I seen her walking up the tracks I immediately called you guys and that's when you know probably 10 minutes that's when you guys put up 10 minutes later but probably like I say she was walking she walked right through here okay only I they got cameras here she walk right through here selling me I told I come to her house and this that the third um what happened at your house to make you guys to make you call us again I called you guys and I was here I seen her here at right but you called back cuz you saw her coming I just seen her coming and I didn't know what was happening I didn't know she by her what made you check your cameras at your house because I left her there okay so what did you see on your cameras I see that she Boke my she Boke my uh window the two rocks okay I seen I only seen one break when I sit and watched it with you guys I seen a break two windows okay how much do you think the windows are her address up too where I pick her up from the pump it is approximately 9:53 a.m. that concludes the center viic an officer in Patrol later tracks the suspect leading to a suspenseful encounter she's criminal mischief and resisting an officer number one trip to Taco Bell ends in arrest police respond to a call at a Taco Bell where a woman reportedly caused a scene and tried to cause harm to other customers um so this lady comes around my car no no this my daughter I'm the one where this lady at and like those two cars right there like they saw everything so what she do so she so the first thing she came around my car she's got a glass of wine and she's screaming and yelling getting in the face of the girl drivethru and I was like we need to calm down she's like you're here which which car is it I'm not sure I don't know if she driving or not I didn't want to go back there and work in the situation what is she wearing she's oh it's shirt you want you want to walk towards these cars I still want to walk back to no you're fine because I want to work and she pushed me and I can push her back to in the driveway right which I don't ever do and I don't cond that but I don't know if she's driving you know what kind of car she was driving no I don't know cuz we don't even know where she came from the white behind it which car this one right here this one the complainant points out the woman responsible for the disturbance and officers calmly order her to step out of her vehicle to ask her about what happened yes sir step out you by your mom yeah I was hey go and step out for me sure you're not in trouble we got to figure out what's going on so go go step over here what happened with these folks no I just asked the people was taking so long taking a long time okay that's it well that's not it because that's not what they're they're telling me that more occurred okay did you get out of your car and walk up to the window I did I got out of my car I walked up the window and okay I've been in a military 30 years understand that I I saw I appreciate your service man and hers as well but she she can't what she did tonight was wrong man I know what she did I all I remember she said I'm going to go talk to people well she she she didn't abide by our lawful commands when we trying to detain her because she's getting I rate uh we're trying to get in her car just for her to cool down she wouldn't get inside man we had a force to push her in so she's being Char resist at this point okay so resist the swordy conduct because talk about said she was yelling and disturbing their business as well as there was an independent witness who doesn't relate not related to the the female that she pushed so she's being charged with with batter as well so that's okay I'm sorry man is what it is okay um once she's out of jail she's not one of this okay it's okay U once she's out of once she's a released from jail you she'll give you a call you can pick her up at cose County Joe car because you wouldn't listen to us and um look how funny this is no it's not funny it is funny it is funny basically I went to the window at Taco Bell and I said you guys are taken forever and then all of a sudden I'm on handcuffs okay I'm she that's all that happened that's illegal she asked for an attorney so I'm not going to right my attorney if you were allowed to give me my phone if I had my hands no you're not I could call him you're not allowing me that you don't have a right to call him right now you have a right to call him once you get to the jail correct I'm not going to jail I didn't do anything what is wrong with you people cuz I could get a taco because I couldn't get a taco so I want is all recorded all right do you got that Mr driver Mr driver you got that I have asked
