Um, oh, you called? Uh, so what's going on with them? So, the lady in the Afghan coming in and out of here for hours. I've been here since 6 a.m. She's just stealing. She pay for any of her beverages. She stood here a few minutes before I called. drank her drink, made a coffee, did a good walk out in her blankie. I tried to stop her and she just kept going. So, I was going to sit out there and just call us and the other guy in the wheelchair with our pillow. The guy with the wheelchair left. Um, and the woman um we'll we'll go speak to her. All right. What's that? You do you do want to trespass or Okay. Oh, ma'am. Hi. Sorry I didn't catch your information. What's your name? Do you have a name? What's your name? Do you have a name? Yeah. Officer Silva from Sarasota Police Department. Can I see your birth certificate and your social security number? No. Um, are you going to ask me for mine? Ma'am, you're you're you're being uh currently at this time trespassed. You understand that, right? What's What's your name? Can we talk about this? You want to have a conversation with me? Don't put your hands on me. You have no right to. What if I was a What if I was a mute? What if I was death? Wa wa wa. Why are you taking your gloves out? The officers barely get a word in before the woman erupts into a tirade, refusing to let them explain the trespass warning. And from here, her behavior only gets worse. You see how I have to disarm this man right now? I'm just trying to have a conversation. That would be abuse to your court. I'm just trying to have a conversation. You think you can get a head shot from the building behind you? Do you want to try talking to her? Excessive talking is a sign of abuse right now. They just want me to name violentize me. They could never just and they'd actually and I'm still giving you the tools back so you don't Can you stop disrespecting my Why is he not going to rip your face off? Why don't not I have to not worry that my own son is going to go through a psychological traumatic psychotic breakdown? Why would I not think that my own son could gut you to the core and he never be like that or harm you like that in your life? Do you think this is funny? Because I can regulate this as a human being that you're not watching a real human experience and I could you could drain all of you right now and you have weapons on you and my son could still come in here and ravage their cores. What is wrong with you? Are you okay? Are you okay? Do you want to die right now? I'm just trying to have a Would you want to die right now? Would you want to stick a gun so deep in my mothering mouth with my hands locked out on this ground? Are you bill like that? Yeah. You're abusing the out of me and I'm not out of control and I wouldn't need a hospital and I could rearrange your homes. You can't even have them anymore. I told you they're going to give them back. I own them all. Yeah. You okay? Hospital. I don't need to go to the hospital. I don't need to go to the hospital. I need to get real human rest. And if somebody doesn't understand what the is going on right now, how many more times can I do this lens right in front of your face? It's uncertain whether intoxication, mental distress, or both are at play. But what is certain is that the woman's behavior is making things increasingly difficult for officers. You're exterminating my family. Who Who are you talking to? I'm going to talk to you. I You want me to stop talking? Do you want me to stop talking? Because everybody who knows me from the fabric of existence knows if I stop talking, somebody's going to get hurt. If you put your hands on me, I'm going to break your jaw. Are you prepared to shoot me in my face? Cuz if you are, you better come and lock it right down and stick that so deep in my mouth. Dealing all this away. While officers and the EMT assess the situation, a bystander who recognizes the woman approaches to share what they know. Do you think I could have a heart attack right now and my brain and I could be walking dead? You know her name? I don't know her name. I I buy them coffee every morning. She has psychological problems obviously like serious. She doesn't talk. She never speaks. Okay. But she's like totally harmless. Um You don't know her name, first name? No, I don't. She never speaks. She never says a word. Um, I've never spoken to her. I come here every morning. I buy them coffee all the the homeless here. Um, but she's always been like a mute. She doesn't speak. She doesn't say anything. Um, all Yeah, I guess she she's non-threatening and like totally non-threatening. I've never seen her talk. She usually just sits there and kind of bumbles to herself. She's very sure, but she never speaks. We don't know what her baseline is because she never says anything at all. No ID, nothing. I want to take all this with us. Hey, I'm trying not to Hey, you're endangering everybody on this block. You stupid. Everything's okay here. It's not okay. Everything's going to be fine. Go sit down. Listen, this is going to have to be a Yeah, absolutely. Get out of my bed before your face conversation with her. We just relax. At least have him try to calm her down. But now it's this close to phasing her. She's a little wacky. Yeah, she'll be a She'll be a team for sure. Yeah. Yeah. They wanted her trespass. Yeah. Her specifically, uh, the older guy, she didn't really care about I told them worst case scenario, you know, we might have to trespass you. And the guy was like, "Oh, no. I don't want to deal with this." And he just rolled away. It's later revealed that the woman has been frequenting the convenience store for weeks, often seen with other homeless individuals. However, after repeated thefts throughout the past week, store management had enough and called the police. I go inside and then they tell me they want her specifically trespassed for taking candy and food and come over here. Come over here. Thank you. I think she's just a little crazy. Yeah. You know, but she's here every single day. Every morning. That's why I'm here cuz I come here every morning and I see them all here. So I buy them coffee. They always ask um not her but the guys the guys. So she's never asked for anything and I think she's pretty harmless but she's crazy. So I mean anything can happen. Yeah. Appreciate you trying. Yeah. Good effort. Thank you. Thank you. We'll figure it out. Now aware that the woman may be experiencing a medical episode, officers approach her again. Only this time they speak to her in a more measured and cautious manner. You want your bag back? I'm a little worried about you. I've never seen you before. I don't know you, so I'm a little concerned. Are you okay? We can't help you if you don't tell us what's going on. But I do like this version of you better. You're any mileage? Nothing. 30 97. A smile is good. No. Can we help you with anything? Do you understand you can't go back on this property? You do or you don't. I'm pretty sure if you stay here, they're going to call next. So, what are we going to do? Negotiator. I can tell you're upset and frustrated. Uh, do you think we can help you out? Maybe take you to the hospital, get you some food there. Do you want me to take you to the hospital? You would never make it to a hospital. Do you want me to send you to your mother's doorstep in a box, stupid? I'm just trying to help you. Corner to send you to your mother's house in a box. So, I can open this up now and show you how to use that gun, stupid. Some guns in there. The bodies in there. I don't think she likes me. She really doesn't like you. Every time you speak, every time she hates you and then she directs it towards me. I'm like, I'm confused. The woman briefly leaves, but it doesn't take long before she's back at the convenience store. Authorities have been patient, but they know letting her go freely means she'll likely ignore the trespass warning. I thought I was saying the right things, but give me my stuff. You want your stuff? Are you going to shoot me with taser? I mean, you're I mean, you're you're flexing on me right now. I've been trying to have a conversation with you. Jesus Christ. My suggestion is do not force it into where you get at that point. But do not if you're getting close to the street, don't even bother. Yeah, that was I don't care about her attitude and how she is, but I care about us. situation. If I ever call my son talking about food and water and even mine, they accidentally Where is my stuff? With no clear way to detain the woman, officers come up with a plan. One that will catch her completely offguard. You're very like kick. I kick. I kick. Stop. Stop kicking. Get down to the ground. Put your hands behind your back. Put your hands behind your back. Stop kicking. Stop resisting. Put your hands behind your back. Stop. Kick me in the face. enough. They're still abusing and hurting me. Do you see this? They're still hurting me. And I'm not resisting arrest. Stop resisting. They're punching. Stop resisting. Trying to break my phone. Put your hands behind your back. Right now. You got this one. You're going to break my arm. You're actually Stop resisting. You're going to make me George Floyd. What's going on? I can't breathe. I have bone cancer and I'm probably in my lungs. Stop. I'm dehydrated. My bones are leaking. I have bone cancer. My family has been recording. God, listen to me. We have one life. Female. 10:15. Stop resisting. Off. Stop mying. Stop mying. Go ahead. They did this to me already on multiple lenses. She's restrained, but that doesn't mean she's done. As officers attempt to escort her to the squad car, she bites them at every opportunity. All right. I got it. I got it. There you go. Stop. Stop resisting. You're going to So, we're going to die together. They're breaking my balloons. You're burning my vessel in port. I'm already dying. [Applause] You done? Keep it up. That's the seam arm. Stevie is the same. Ow. You're hurting me. You're breaking my shoulder. You're ripping my tail. All right. Are you going to stop resisting? You're breaking my tendons in my shoulder. Are you going to stop resisting? You're already broken. You already broke the tearing. Hold. Stop resisting then. Told you. I didn't even touch you. Stop resisting. My family's going to shoot you in the face. My family's going to shoot me in the face cuz any real cops or any real mother know this is very keep safe and there are real cops. 142. They're all dead. Oh, you're giving me a fake rescue back to my family. They're going to be the cops to show up and shoot me in the face after I entertain you. And they wouldn't had to use me and punch me in my face and break my bones to steal my dehydrate me and starve me and deprive me of medical care that I could never get. You got hit in the basement. No, you actually you actually have family. I'm the family. You got stupid. You just touched all over. I'm out of the community. You can't burn my body. Shortly after, a sergeant arrives, taking over in hopes of finally getting the suspect to cooperate. Hi. Are you okay? I have to ask. I'm the sergeant on duty. Are you okay? If I don't get my back and you don't get these cuffs off of me, your family's going to rearrange your family. Get these cuffs off of me and get mying property right now. Okay. First of all, you're not going to threaten me. I'm not threatening you. I'm telling you this isn't a threat. I've been abused to my core by your fake department right now. You got to be cops. Well, cuz my whole family is the real government. So, I'm confused on what the you're doing. Okay. You have a great day. The sergeant wastes no time entertaining the woman's nonsense. Instead, she directs the officers on how to handle the case. Now, it's battery on a Leo. They can work that out. Um, no, she just threatened me. She just said, "You better get these cuffs off me or your family's going to be gone." So, she looked at us multiple times, too. Yeah, she would not shoot us. Yeah. So, um, anybody else while I'm at it? Victor, so why don't we So, she's the victim. They got a battery on a Leo. What was the original? What was the what was what the trespass? Okay. She was refusing to leave. Yes. All right. So, we watched her bounce from like here to there. We kind of just waited patiently until she sat down over there where her towel is. So, she was refusing to leave. Yeah, that's correct. All right. So, you're going to have to do you can it can all be wishy-washy, right? You didn't say that you wanted to formally trespass or you did um the uh No, the the woman said the complainant said that she wanted All right. So, because you have a victim, you're going to have to do two separate PCAs because she's a victim. It can say the same thing. So, your narrative is going to be the same, but you she's a victim, so you're going to have to battery on a Leo is going to have to be separate. The trespass will be against here. Um, she's got boards in 25 minutes. She doesn't need to be there. I just want to get a picture of her. Yeah. So, are you okay? Swell up a little bit. I can feel it like on the inside. So I I I would probably go to the clinic. And I'm just saying that because you're like swelling. Yeah. Yeah. You look like like you have a big chew in your mouth. And I do not chew. I know. So my husband chewed. So do you feel like you I think maybe in your inner cheek. Yeah. I just spit and I don't see any blood. In the end, the woman was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, and trespassing, failing to leave. That's it for today. Stay safe out there and I'll catch you in the next video.
