I was literally just told she was driving and then you said you were driving we was parking C the car so you yeah so you were and then she and then she drove the vehicle straight I had to so she so she drove the vehicle though right no we pulled up for me to but she pulled up in while behind the driver's seat in the driver's seat behind the wheel she drove and pulled up for you to pee okay so she was operating but so she was operating the vehicle at one point just but it doesn't it doesn't matter she was still operating the vehicle so what's the problem so I'm I'm taking a home okay she's not driving us home okay but she was driving at one point she stop being petty like can we just go home we just came from Philadelphia to see all well do I just I need her license all right listen I'm number one how a simple night out turned into an arrest on July 14th 2022 officers in New Mexico observed a gray Chevy SUV speeding along nm6 when an officer initiated a traffic stop the driver responded by accelerating further see the chase that followed sh [Music] traic here 22 71 unable to get the vehicle to stop the officer calls off the chase but 5 minutes later the officer encounters the same vehicle vehicle off C Road 68 and house number I believe Mexico State Poli let me see your hands see your hands let me see your hands hey get this vehicle here you and the Jeep stay in the vehicle let me see your hands clear this one here the what began as a simple traffic stop quickly escalated into a much more serious situation to make matters worse the woman's child is there to on her breath yeah but I bet you whoever was running from me driving the car she pulled off Kia drove up there dropped the St kicking you're going to get charged stop I'm going to talk to this uh 41 real quick the officer now speaks with a woman's friend who has of her son to explain the situation and the events leading up to the arrest all right ma'am this are the reason for the stop okay okay so literally 5 minutes ago if that uh I seen this vehicle traveling a high rate of speed yeah I tried to follow her and I couldn't follow her I she was going fast right okay so I activated my lights and siren trying to pull her over to slow her down uh-huh she ran from me okay she went down cuchia turned on to plita Road uhhuh I stopped pursuing okay I turned around she comes back this way right in front of us I recognize it's the same car that's why we're here okay has she been drinking tonight she has was she the only one in the vehicle when you were following her home yes were the kids in the vehicle when you were following her home yes valer faced a long list of charges aggravated fleeing from an officer child abuse aggravated DWI driving uninsured and failing to register her vehicle
