a harsh reality check on April 9th 2022 in Sarasota Florida officers on patrol spotted a woman drinking alcohol in public when they approached her to address the violation the situation escalated fast think she was drunk she's just belligerant swearing screaming tried to hit the other lady over here and then they all the four employees stopped her from hitting the other lady another female is the lady here not whose hand did she slap one of these young ladies up here okay and then your wife called my wife did call as I was standing here cuz we didn't want her she called okay um would you say and I'm just asking this legally would you say that you guys were alarmed and disturbed by her actions absolutely okay because she's underr she fought us that's why I'm sweaty right now um so just so following reports of an intoxicated woman causing a disturbance upon arrival the complainant quickly briefs the officers on what led to the call uh Deputy wasan so what happened uh so basically she I guess was walking she came to my RV site sat down at the table um is no no no she's on her side of the RV uhhuh she was carrying a uh beer bottle or some kind of liquor bottle with her do dog she sat down she was slurring her words obviously intoxicated and then she started just saying random stuff and cursing at my wife cursing at me I told her immediately to get up start walking back to her RV site she then started doing loops around the park down on that side that's when I was walking behind her to kind of like tell her to go back to your site uh um I called Joel who's on call tonight to come as a second to witness cuz then she accused me of being a male following her yeah and then and Stephanie works here so she came over she was at our site as well as a female and then we were kind of trying to get her to go back to her site called the security she got on the cart initially with security and she hopped off while it was moving started walking to the beach um sat down there threw the bottle of liquor at our security guard mhm um then finally she was walking around more got back on the cart brought it here we've already had noise complaints and about her cursing randomly at her dogs so she was causing a disturbance on the property yes and earlier today as well okay um so basically I want her trespassed she's obviously intoxicated she can't drive her rig so I don't know where she has to go but she can come back tomorrow when she sobers up and get her stuff and leave but she's not staying here tonight okay so you want to trespass you want to leave you don't want there's no disorderly intoxication number one entitled woman caused the accident then acted like it wasn't her problem on July 31st 2024 officers responded to a multi-vehicle collision in Largo City Florida three cars were involved and at first glance it seemed like just another accident however it wouldn't take long for authorities to realize that this crash was no simple mistake I and I got apologize to her so okay you just tapped her yes all right seat belt was on and everything like that yes sir did you give him everything that he needed registration driver's license insurance but I know I have legal registration so I gave my driv license to her which you have he's got yep my registration that says through January of 2024 I have I'm legal okay you still say 121st yes sir there's that just you in the car yes sir you're good I'm sure he asked you don't need the fire department or anything like that no we're good I do have two k in the car um I just want to make sure that you guys check her I told you her officer that she's smells like alcohol okay she was right in my face right here talking to me and that's all I smell when her was alcohol okay she when she hit me I looked in the roof with the here and I can see her she was like like and like this and it was like Manic and I was like she been part and I was like I didn't I didn't think I was just like on the kid and then I was like she looks at me and she was like kind of scarely close to me and then you can smell it right away okay the woman insists she didn't cause significant damage to the other vehicles involved however by the end of the investigation the crash itself won't be the biggest issue are you good for I'm just going to move behind them until somebody else shows up five them I'm going to get my cruiser to the other side of this road block the road but if that volunteer can swing back out here uh we're going to be down to one westbound Lane arrested for ass the store still so just so I understand the female employee and you had arguing inside male employ there was no there was no argument I just no argument AR there was no argument I said you're going to have to there was between you and the female there no disagreement I'm not an appraiser but your radiator's folded up so I'm going to have the tow truck on the way okay cuz it's not going to be safe for you to drive easiest thing is you take it to Joe's and you send your insurance adjuster down down there okay but you can decide to send it wherever it is you want all right but you're not going to be able to drive here so you want to start they're just worked up okay um but if you want to start making calls so somebody can be in R to come get you unless you want to take a ride with the toe company down to the yard with traffic backing up officers focus on clearing the road and concluding the investigation before turning their attention to the suspect they speak with the other individuals involved in the crash curbside westbound I'm just blocking traffic 480s working something else on the other side of the road your vehicle looks like it could be driven however I'm going to have a toe company come to pick up the Elantra do you want him just take your car too and you have an appraiser meet him at the yard whenever you file the claim or what do you want to have done is so I can let them know sorry I'm yep so I of these officers are going to start grabbing everybody's information to do the report okay now the officer questions the woman to assess whether she's in any condition to be behind the wheel however her response will only escalate the situation further hello H so besides that um what what I'd like to do is just to make sure that there's no impairment issues here uh the other driver mentioned that she believed you're possibly either Under the Influence or or something like that right I take medication what do you take I take uh alol meol I take Xanax I have when you take your Xanax last uh this morning okay coups does that does any medication prohibit you from driving or anything it does my Xanax does but again I do apologize I was looking for so why are you driving if if your Xanax because I was looking for my my landlord I went I drove out of there went by there and was coming back here okay that's all I was doing all right well I'm going to check your eyes make sure that there's any signs of impairment or anything like that if there is we're going to do further testing what happens then you I'll just have to come to my own conclusions and uh determine if I have probable calls to take you to jail so what I like to do first is just hgn just to make sure that um that your eyes are okay and stuff like that so I bad eyes anyways okay that that doesn't affect how hgn works I
