the phone their phone never one said a name never one said anything the daughter then goes and calls me from C and made oh you up whatever okay hung up it is what it is this morning the mother callused my job to try to get me in trouble with my boss which how can you get me in trouble at my work like I never threatened you I never did any of that whatever next you know they pull up here she comes to the door I didn't even recognize who it was because I sit behind this glass so I come I'm like what do you want open the door when I opened the door her daughter tried to attack her and the daughter try to attack me so the daughter stands like this on the door and the mom's pulling look at my elbow so as I'm pulling the door the mom gets it and slams The El my the door on my elbow my coworker that was here Misty she was a witness she'll tell you what she's seen and it's just been an ongoing thing so they thought they were going to try me at my job is what they thought because they know that I'm here and they know I have restrictions so that's what that stems from okay and uh and I want to press charges against them and they think because who they are they're entitled of stuff you're not going to come on my job and you're not going to assault me on my job and get away with it it's not happening now Erica and her mother recount their version of events leading up to the because public is not allowed to come inside yeah and there's a sign right there I know but when I came here I didn't know that okay but I knocked on the door because there's got to be somebody you could talk to you know so um she rambled on to me I rambled off to her she told me to meet me meet her at my dad's house so she could beat beat my and I said oh go ahead and hide behind the door then she's doing this all why she's at work and what happened after she went inside I don't know the lady has it on film it went too quick and um and I said all right then I'm calling the cops that's when I called you all because I wanted to speak to the editor because she's going to my daughter's job she's calling my daughter why at that point you called the cops because I wanted to see if we um if I could get her if it's cyberbullying if somebody could talk to her and get her to stop I don't this is where the mother's account and the other party's statement begin to differ I need some help here been on going no my daughter's being bullied on the internet and I can't I didn't know she worked for front door for one okay I didn't know she worked the front door okay well like I said we have a the most bizarre family disputes you'll see on May 28th 2024 officers responded to our residents following a heated altercation listen as the complainant explains what led to the call all right so what happened okay so we had just got got back from um getting Church chicken so um we just had pulled up so I had went in the house and put the food on the counter which is game was on the counter I guess and I guess this game got a couple problems of if you touch the cord or something it cut off whatever so I guess the BX touched the coure or whatever which his game she be on the kitchen table anyway but that happened so that's when he went outside and we ask my mom about money when she going to give him his money because he need buy a new game because his cord cuz people keep touching his cord and all that stuff and then he was like is it food there mind you he SE me go in there with the food and seen the food on the counter so now he's basically just going out there to bother her about nothing basically so that's when um I had went back I had came outside when that happened and then I had went back in the house and then um that's when he was like oh I'm going to beat your daughter like I did last time and then I guess to repeating what I was saying when he was last time make so got your no no that's uh and then that's when um oh that's when he thought oh you're not going to never get your baby back and I'll beat your just keep threatening me basically just keep making threats so that's when I had got the chicken from my house and brought it to the car room my mama was at so Mom was like um why did you bring chicken out here and all that stuff I was like because he he going put his hands on me and all that stuff so that's when um me and him was just having a little back and forth he was talking about oh you ain't PID for and I was like oh you not going to be just threat me that you going to put your hands on me so that's when Mom's like well just go get him go in the Box give him a cup these chicken so he can get out my face so as I was doing that he was standing on this side and I was on the other side of the car yeah to Summit up the woman claims that she and her brother got into an argument over chicken ultimately the same chicken she bought for him ended up being thrown back at her so um I was going in the bag in a piece of chicken I mean about three piece of chicken so I guess I wasn't doing it fast enough whatever so he went around to where I was at and he snatched the bag out my hand made all chicken go on the ground and then I guess you see that the chicken fell on the ground so he start picking up all the chicken off the ground and throwing at me throwing it at her car inside her car and then as I was going in the house to go get my phone K said to call you all and that's when he start do wrong what do you want us to do I don't know he don't he don't he can't keep putting his hands on somebody cuz he going to keep thinking that's okay okay my mom probably ain't going to want him to go to jail but that's you don't do that when you I mean I agree but you guys can handle it yourselves or like are you going to press charges and go to court if that's where it goes you want topress charges on your brother and him go to jail wanted to last time I wanted to do that that because he put his hands on me with beating me with stuff making bite marks on me and all that stuff he okay but today I don't I don't know because if I do that the mom going be talking about get mad trying to put me out and doing all officer takes the opportunity to ask the man what caused the dispute trust me you'll be baffled by the reason behind the call watch your knee all right I'm going to read your rights okay you have the right to remain silent anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law you have the right to talk to a lawyer and to have him or her present with you while you're being questioned if you cannot afford to hire a lawyer one will be appointed to represent you you can decide at any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements to understand your rights all right what happened with the chicken long story short before um before uh all the stuff started I was on the game she put food on my game we got an argument over where was your game on the counter okay cuz I don't have no where to put it but uh what kind of game Xbox but she put it on my cord we got an argument over it she brought the chicken outside I supposed to get some chicken I haven't got any yet and I told my mom like multiple times can you just pass me the chicken before I go in there and take the chicken like the bag do in the chicken and um she was handing me out um pizza chicken already I didn't um want that chicken I want the other type of chicken and she grab um I was trying to take the bag she wouldn't let me get the bag I wasn't snatching the bag I was trying to get the bag she was like yanking away from me then we had a yank over it and she purposely threw it on the ground that's when I got mad cuz there's no more food to eat and I threw the chicken at her all right CU that's all I did to her so you threw the chicken at her yeah you throwing rocks at her afterwards no I didn't hit her no rocks just only chicken two pieza of chicken two pieces there was chicken all over the ground when we came out here CU it fell all in the ground I only threw two outou her okay where did it hit her her arm her arm and I missed the second one even the suspect can't deny the absurdity of the situation getting taken into custody over chicken uhhuh uh I heard you made statements that you don't want to go to jail cuz it's it's over chicken over me suspect was booked in processed for battery number one mother acts like a child in front of the police while on patrol officers spotted a blue Kia speeding at 106 mph in a 45 mph Zone the driver eventually stopped at an elementary school where officers confronted her watching Watch What Happens next four kids there's only two seats they're doing over 100 on the bridge she's not want to riday any um 1015 I was trying to go the route that he was also allowing those kids to not be in seats and stuff yeah um how old are the kids they're all elementary age um I don't know if they I don't think told me slow down and he put his seat belt on right right cuz I was scaring him but I'm in try court and I have jail time over my head start at 8 like there's 20 days suspended over my head so I can't relate oh so they they're they're monitoring you for that yeah okay but I wasn't like we waser going while waiting for the school resource officer to process the woman's information another officer questions her anyhow we'll just wait to see what he has to say but I I wouldn't wor about it too much my mom works for the school dude I'm not here to hurt nobody no no we're not saying you are just just you know the officer doesn't know your background history and you know he's going to treat everything the way it is but and then when you got think about it when you're in an unmarked car you just think somebody riding your yeah I understand you you don't think like okay I'm speeding somebody here's here's a rule of thing when that happens don't worry about them worry about what you're doing we yeah cuz you're the one going to get pulled over but you see what I'm saying if you worri about them then you're not worried about what so I did move over and he moved behind me so I was like what the right right well you were heading to the school and you know I was here anyway so next time just you know if you have any suspicions of anybody doing anything and you got kids in the car just you know I mean you were heading here anyway would be here so you could you know or just call 911 or something like that you know if that's the case you know let let let them be the bad guy and not you you know what I mean as far as speed Florida State sh yeah that's all you in a white truck people do it all the time with the cell phones you know they call was so dark you couldn't see I was like what is that who is that I understand totally understand say that somebody with tent is behind me and he's on my moved over like three times right right sit down right now well you guys just wait a out here yeah she's uh she's being monitored for uh treny warning and if she don't get her kids on to school on time then she like they it's a mark on her and they take her kids so that's why she was yeah well you know that that's the situation why he got he got behind her and he thought that she thought that he was tailgating her and following her so that's why she spit up a little bit one to get up here and two she didn't know if he was police or not so because he got dark tnder windshield and he was right on her car huh I thought I thought he was in the UC car yeah yeah he's playing yeah yeah so now the school resource officer engages with the woman and her emotions quickly intensify especially when the officer requests her companion's ID all right all right see how hard that was he was in the car when all this was going on I'm glad I'm glad he did that black man and you are aggravating you did not ask me for my information you're an under this is your information right so I already got your information about my information for my car what do what does this race have anything to do with this at all why are you bothering him he is a passenger in my car I could have K this man then I need to get his ID so that we can save him no you don't you need kidnapped him he did nothing wrong he has no he might be a victim he has no control over what I'm doing he might be a victim I am in trouble that's all me and you we're talking leave him alone he did nothing he's an adult right I can talk perfectly legal adult I have no problem with him exactly so leave him alone what's up we'll take the before the woman is transported to the station the officer asks about who will take care of her children in the meantime but her response is nothing short of shocking he's your boyfriend are you okay with him taking custody of your child you want DF to come get your child man get your shrimp away from me got for you you want DCF come get away from me oh you you think DF going to come get my baby from her daddy that's her dad yes yes yes is that's that's her stepdad yes yes is that's who she called dead he's fine okay you ain't got better get out my face you I'm not
