officers were responding to a dispute
between neighbors
that began over trash being piled up in
the alley
and escalated to the point where one
neighbor was accusing the other of
threatening them and their family with
bodily harm
what you're going to see in this video
is that many people are adults by legal
age only
and are unable to carry themselves as
such
this is a common situation that officers
find themselves in
