Uh, I don't think they were wearing their seat belts, but that's after the backup. >> Okay. >> Check on that. But, I just want to get her in cuffs. I need to serve her with some paperwork. She's probably at this time uh hidden whatever she might have. I need to run, uh, run the 2026 tab. It expired in 2025, so I'll just go up, get her out. If you could just watch the two guys in the back. >> Yep. Okay. Hey Melissa, go and come out for me real quick so I can talk to you. What's that? You got a warrant still. You haven't taken care of your warrant. I got to serve you some more paperwork, too, so come on out. What's up? Federal police, just so you don't >> I got to break the window or something? >> Go ahead and open the door for me. You guys just keep your hands visible, okay? What's the delay here? >> Um I don't understand why you're >> Okay, I explained it to you. I I don't feel the need to explain it again, okay? If you don't come out, you're going to be arrested for obstruction and go to jail. You have a warrant for your arrest. >> Yes, sir. >> I'm planning on giving you a court date >> Yes, sir. >> on that warrant, a new court date. I don't plan on taking you to jail. I need to serve you with some paperwork for your drug case, okay? >> Okay. >> And then you'll be released. If this continues, you're this close to going to jail for obstruction of law enforcement. That's where we're at. >> And this is the last time I'm going to tell you. >> What is the delay? What is going on here? >> I don't feel very safe. >> Okay, you're under arrest for obstruction now. >> What am I obstructing? >> You're not coming out of the vehicle. I'm giving you lawful orders. You have a warrant for your arrest. We're going to break this window. Do you need me to break the window? Then come out. Driver, roll down this window partway. Just >> Yeah, it's in the >> Yeah, that's that's fine. Turn the car on. Do not turn over the engine. A car of three are my witnesses. And my body worn camera is a witness. >> A witness to what? That I said I don't feel safe? >> That you obstructed law enforcement. >> How did I obstruct you, sir? Are you okay? >> Should be. All she had to do was get out of the car. All she was going to be given was a new court date. That is literally it. >> Yeah. >> And she had to make this difficult. >> We have one in custody here for obstruction. I got a cut on my hand taking her into custody. I I don't think I need fire at this time. If you just want to search her while I'm here. We'll get her in the car. Do you have any weapons on you? >> No, I'm not sure what I have. >> Okay. We're just going to search Search you, okay? I'm just back my hand. Back my hand again. That was really dumb, Melissa. >> I I have >> Absolutely no Okay, you apologize. Do you want to let me know about it? >> I'm sorry. >> Okay, cuz when we get to jail, cuz we're booking you on obstruction at this point, uh if you find something else, it's it's a problem, okay? >> I don't have nothing. >> Okay. Do the other side same way, back of my hand again. Okay. We'll put them back in the car. Okay. >> Can you dust off the dress? >> I I don't feel comfortable doing that just because of the situation. Do you Do you need medical for anything? Okay. I don't actually have a whole lot. >> I got napkins. I just want to take a picture of it before >> Yeah, good. >> before I clean it. He's trying to get the two back seat guys, you know what I'm saying, about their seat belts. >> Did you get pictures of the cars yet? >> No, I haven't. >> Where are you from? >> Mexico. >> Yeah. >> Mexico. >> Mexico? Okay, how about like did you live anywhere else? Where did you live before? >> In Vegas. >> What's that? >> Vegas, Nevada. >> In Vegas? Okay. Have you been arrested before? Huh? >> Not here. >> Not here, where? >> Vegas. >> In Vegas for what? >> Reckless driving. >> Okay, reckless driving? Go ahead and translate to him. Both of them. We Do we have the other guy identified older? >> No. >> Okay. I haven't tried though. I've only been trying on this one. They both have no seat belt on. Go ahead and let them know that we have a little machine that we will take their fingerprints. We need an identification at this point though. Do you have an ID, sir? In your wallet? >> I lost my wallet. >> Where's your wallet at? >> I lost You lost >> Yeah. >> Oh, I'll take your name you. >> Yeah. Do you have Do you have your driver's license handy? >> Yeah, you have to. >> Where? Oh, Ellis has it. >> Yeah, but why everybody has to be like >> So, because they weren't wearing seat belts, we have to identify them. And because they were not getting a re >> ticket like for >> It is a ticket, but in order for us to ticket someone, we have to get what's called a hard ID on someone. >> Oh. >> So, because they're not wearing seat belt, that's an infraction, and now we need their names. Is there a reason why we're not getting >> No, cuz I think it's too much cuz I I'm the one I have to be investigated like >> So, we we're That's and we're and we're and we are working on that. Hi. I need to get bandaged here. >> Yeah, what they're saying. >> Fires are out, yeah? >> Yeah, so traffic stop, problem house. >> Like they squatters getting evicted. >> Front seat female passenger, I arrested her last week. She had 116 fentanyl pills, powder of fentanyl, and seized >> $1,600 in cash. >> Mhm. >> I had a updated seizure form I just happened to have in my car if I run into her again, which I did today. She's got a federal way warrant for VVOL last 1,500. There's four in the car. >> Is that the warrant that was catch and release? >> Yes. Yes, exactly. And my plan was to catch and release her, take her into custody first, serve her with the seizure form, and then give her a new court date. >> Okay. >> I mean, it's too much. I mean, I I'm the one I'm driving. >> Yeah, yeah. And they He's >> she got arrested. >> She got arrested because she had a warrant for her arrest, and all we were going to do was give her a new court date, and she refused to get out of the car for us. And because she refused to get out of the car, she was arrested for obstruction. >> And everybody like now we are getting investigated. I mean, >> Well, they're they're being investigated cuz we need to know who they are because they weren't wearing seat belts. We know who you are, and you are the driver. >> What are we going to end up doing with her? >> So, I'm going to book her on obstruction and on on her warrant. >> On >> Yeah, and serve her with this updated seizure paperwork. Um, King County Sheriff is actually currently scheduling the physical eviction, which I'm going to help out with, too. They just basically infiltrated this vacant rental house that's owned by Invitation Homes. So, neighbors started complaining about it. Came to me. >> So, what's the status on the remaining people? >> So, uh the driver still needs an infraction. We're trying to ID the two rear males. >> You want her to see the pictures of your game? >> We're going to have this the other pa- passenger cuz he's not providing a ID. >> How many are in the car right now? >> Three. Yeah, three. Have the Hey Alberto, have the Federal Way Police ever contacted you before? >> No. >> No? How about Kent Police? No? And you used to live on 260 in Pac? >> I used to live there. >> Okay. And you're arrested in Vegas, correct? >> Yeah. >> Okay. What year were you arrested? >> By the Federal Way Police. >> Huh? >> Before he came here. >> Before What When was that? >> The last one is correct. >> John, will you step out? >> He said that the he he got pulled over at the 240. >> Okay. >> But they came >> We're We're going to have him step out of the car, okay? Do you have any weapons on you? >> No weapons. >> There's a knife. >> There is? >> Right hand. And the scissors on the floor. Just keep your hands visible for us. Which is 1 second, okay? >> Mhm. >> Just hang out right here with him. And do you speak English at all? >> A little bit. >> Little. Okay, okay. Hang out right here with him. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Yep. >> Uh picture didn't it match? Uh no, the the his did, the back passenger. The back driver >> Okay. >> provided a name, but it's not coming back yet. >> Yeah. >> Hollingsworth, is this guy clear? >> He's clear. >> Okay. He If he wants to leave on foot, he can. If he wants to stay and wait, that's okay, too. >> It's going to be two part. First person going to be Oceans. Second person going to be out of >> Your subject has a three. First one is a confirmed out of King County Sheriff's for 15,000 unlawful possession of a firearm in the second. Angel Osuna Orfero, 720 of '98. White male, 5' 8", brown hair, and brown eyes. >> Stand up. You're being detained. >> Let's keep We'll just keep him here. >> Yep. I knew he was lying. >> Um we bring him back to Yes, I'll take >> Okay, now you can stand up. >> Stand up. >> Okay, just walk around to the back of the car. >> I copy. >> Would you try to confirm the King County unlawful possession? >> Okay. >> Hey, you're just being detained right now, okay? >> I don't understand. >> Okay, just hang out right here. Uh hey Clark, did you already ask to confirm? >> Yeah, they're working on it. >> You need number three? >> Yeah, we got it. >> Has he been patted at all? >> Yeah, we patted him. >> Okay, good. We'll get it. >> Okay. >> You know what's funny? He looks like the guy that fled from me. >> Yeah? >> How can you lie about your name, man? You lied about your name. >> Alberto my name. >> No, it's not. It's Angel. >> I say Alberto. >> No. You're going to be booked on obstruction of law enforcement and on your uh driving warrant. >> This is all I wanted to do. >> Give you a new court date on your driving warrant and update this form, and you would have been gone. I just I don't know I I just don't understand people sometimes. It It's just like cooperate, things go a lot smoother. If you don't agree with something, that's what court's for. And sometimes the defendant wins. What's that? >> I didn't post bail for the old warrant. >> Yeah, yeah. >> The woman was charged with obstruction and booked on her warrant. The man who provided a false identity was also charged with obstruction and booked on his warrant. The driver was cited for driving without insurance, while the other passenger was cleared and released.
