For whatever reason though, he continues making things difficult. >> What What crime are you articulating me or committing? >> Assault. >> Okay, >> I just said that. Okay. He flew flew in reverse and then went up over the curb and down that down the road. >> Was about that height. >> Okay. >> That I didn't even know the vehicle was running. Uh, >> you want to move it up? He wants to get through his head. >> The officers now turned to the towing company employee who was allegedly pepper sprayed by the woman and ask him to explain what happened. >> So, um, I open the gate. >> I left my truck right there where was >> the car attached? >> Uh, no, no, no. I wasn't leaving. I just got here to go to work. Uh, I give me my motorcycle. So, um I was pulling the that white trader over there. You guys arrest her. That's my trailer. Like she parked it right there where that white se is at right now. >> She got in your truck and moved it. >> She got in my truck. She I left it off. No, my bad. Um she reversed it and then drove it right ahead into the into this metal place. And then by then I say that she's moving my truck. I'm already running. She's running back. She passed by me. I clo I close the gate. She drove to the gate. Uh, she hit the gate. I actually >> with your truck. >> No, no, with her car. >> With her car. >> She left my truck over there so she could go with her car. Um, obviously I closed the gate. She hit the gate. She probably hit the gate twice. She open the door. She got over the car. I was like, and let's just cuz I'm right there between the gate and I didn't close the gate all the way. >> Okay. So, how did she get through it when we came? >> Um, it was open. I left the gate the same way you Yeah. Yeah. Cuz I was coming in. You know what I'm saying? >> And so, but she was trying to get her car that's over there. her car was parked right behind the blue Honda that she she got told early. I'm actually the one that pulled her car earlier this morning. Um so she was trying to like steal her car back there. Long story short. >> Okay. Um >> this whole thing is happening. I don't know anything cuz I'm in the third lot over there. So I don't know nobody's here. I don't know. >> So you come So you come through here. >> Thankfully the employee isn't seriously hurt. But the alleged pepper spring isn't the woman's only problem. You got to call from your buddy because they see her in the lot. Back lot. >> Yeah. Yeah. So you got too too much, right? >> Oh, she was over there in the other lot. >> No, no, she was here. >> Oh, she Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Yeah. I know you guys got too lot. But this one. I left my truck right near the gate. >> Okay. >> Cuz like I said, I just I just came back to work. I'm riding my my motorcycle. And like I said, I was putting that white tire you see all the way to the back. >> Yeah. >> I'm putting my motorcycle in there. I don't want any of this happening. >> Right. uh the other co- driver that the one I was here to like he seen in here but he noticed that the the office guy the one with the hat he was seeing the office so he told me that yo he's back here it looks like in love with you and I'm like no I'm from my motorcycle then I there's somebody there so I start walking back I see her driving her car uh the silver she's so >> that was already here >> yeah it was right behind the Honda >> Yep this Uh, she stops right here, ling right here. You can barely see that on the camera. The hotel is still there. When she sees that my truck is there, she runs to my truck. >> Oh, okay. >> She backs it up, hooks it in the scrap metal place. So, while she's doing that, I'm running. I recently broke my leg, so I I run like >> So, I'm like hopping over here. >> As I'm running to the gate, she runs back, >> but I close the gate. >> Yeah. >> So, she she get back in her car. She runs. She hits the gate twice >> with the blue Honda. >> No, with the the >> employee tells officers that he was trying to stop the woman from entering the property when she allegedly pepper sprayed him. >> But I'm I'm standing between the fence and the gate holding like this. >> Yeah. >> So I'm talking here. >> So she opens her driver's side, goes like this, and just she purposely. >> Okay. Um, did you give her I know, stupid. Did you get her permission to get inside your car? No. >> Did you get permission to privacy you? >> You want to press charges for both? >> Yes. >> Okay. Um, did she pay for her car to get removed here? >> She never went to the office from my understanding. >> Okay. >> Um, can you show me which one's her car? >> Uh, it should be. >> Okay. Hey, what's going on, man? Monster Pad OPD. >> Um, your memory from over there. So, >> from where? Oh, back there. >> Oh, yeah. >> Yeah. All right. So, I'm going to just read your rights. Just give me a verbal yes or no. Um, if you don't want to talk to me, you don't have to talk to me. I'm just gonna ask you some questions. However, they it could be incriminating questions. Okay. So, >> now it's the woman's turn to explain herself as the officers ask what brought her to the impound lot and why she decided to take matters into her own hands. >> Zoom in. What What happened? [laughter] >> How did it escalate to this point? You know, >> because I was at apartments moving out. >> You're going where? >> I was at apartment >> moving out my stuff out the apartment like moving out. >> Okay. >> So, I parked the car and back pan open up the trunk and was putting the bags. >> Okay. >> Back and forth. But the bag was on the ground. So, they came and closed the trunk and took the car. >> Okay. >> The maintenance people sitting outside. I said, "Why y'all let them take my car?" They was like, "They weren't supposed to touch your car." So they called the company and was like, "Um, can y'all bring the car back if y'all in the apartment?" They said, "No." So I said, "Okay." So they was like, "Well, you can't get your car because it's a rental car. People, they only get it back." So the rental car people called and was like, "She can get it back. Just let um she allowed to get it back." He told me, "Oh, no. They said you can only get your stuff out." Cuz I called the rental car people. They said, "No." He told us that it's their policy and they not giving >> nobody back the car. But enterprise. I said, "Okay, well, I just need my stuff out the car cuz I packed all my moving stuff in the car before I left." But I packed my money first and close the door and then they took the car. I was like, "Okay, at least I need my money." So when I came here, I don't see nobody. I go to the side right there. I see a man. >> He tell me to get the out his way >> and he's trespassing. I said, "Okay, I don't care. I ain't got time for this." So he um recording me. He got his daughter in the car. So I just walk around him. Okay. >> So I just go over there. I was pressing the button. So I see the my car. So I tried to get my stuff. >> You're pressing what button? >> The key. >> Oh, okay. Okay. Okay. >> So to see if the car was even here. >> Yeah. >> So I see the car was there. So I went over there and it was another man in his um with his car. Another man in his car was blocking the um thing. So I went inside the car and got my bag out. So he came back and was like, "Oh, you moved my car and cut off my car and then ran and then shut me in the gate." >> The woman insists she only came onto the property to retrieve her belongings. And for now, the officers let her explain her side of the story. >> I said, "I was just trying to get my bag." He was like, "Oh, no. Well, you going to go to um you going to go to jail for trespass and all the other side. I just wanted my bag." >> Where were we at? Were you inside already in the lot? >> Yeah. Okay. >> It was the gate was open. >> Okay. Okay. So he was like, "Oh, you going to go to jail for trespassing?" I said, "I just needed my stuff." And I was like, "I already um talked to the people. They said I can just come and get my stuff." He was like, "No, you got to go um through somebody else like I guess the office." And I was like, "Well, I tried to talk to somebody and he told me to get the I really don't want to deal with y'all. I just want to get my stuff." Yeah. >> So he was like, "Well, you're not getting nothing really." So they started slamming the game. >> The bag with the the money in there. Okay. Okay. >> So he like, "You're not getting nothing really. So you can put all the stuff back." So I was like, "Well, I just want my bag." back. He was like, "Well, you got your license registration." I said, "Yes, in the back." So the other man came back that told me to get away. He said, "Don't get for nothing." So I said, "Okay, I'm not going to play this game with y'all. Well, I'm just going to go." So they start closing me the gate. So I m I did mace um the man that was holding me to the gate. Okay. >> The man pulled out a gun and put it in my face and was like, "Get the back." I was like, "Why you got this gun in my face?" >> Yeah. >> He was like, "Oh, because you trespassing." I said, "But why you got a gun in my face?" So he put the gun up. I recorded him. He put the gun up. Then he came and talked to me to the window. He was like, "You didn't have to do all that." I said, "I know I didn't have to do all that, but you didn't have to do all that." >> So you pepper sprayed him and then that's when what you reversed the car back and you guys were trying to discuss like, "Hey, this could have been handled better." >> That's when we show up. >> He put he pulled the gun out on me in my face. I I said, "Why do you have a gun in my face?" And he was like, "Because why you back there?" I said, "But you had a gun in a little girl's face. >> I'm not doing nothing to you." But he put the gun up and he came to the window. He talked to the room. >> Okay. >> He was like, "I couldn't make you." And I was like, "For what? I'm talking to you normal." He was like, "Okay, did you um pay?" I said, "I tried to pay." I gave him the money. I showed show him the money. He's like, "Okay, you just need a slip." I said, "Okay." Customer takes things way too far over a pizza. On January 5th, 2026, officers responded to a restaurant after staff reported that a woman was refusing to leave. Here's what happened when they arrived. >> Um, yeah, I mean, she was uh giving us some issues before and then she left when >> they don't want you in here. >> She just for like 1 second or so. So, I don't know. >> So, what do you guys want us to do then? >> I mean, it'll be ready in like 5 minutes. >> I'm not talking to you. I'm talking to them. >> Okay. Cuz they wanted you gone, but I didn't know you ordered food. >> How? What? >> It's the second time that they called us to get you gone. >> Yeah. Second time. Like, >> whatever you guys want. >> Babe, I want my food. >> Do you guys mind waiting 5 minutes? So, like that's ready. And >> I mean, if you guys don't want her gone, >> you wanted to leave before >> if you guys don't want her gone and she's ordering food, we're going to leave. But if you want her gone, >> we want her gone. But like she already ordered food. That's what I mean. It'll be like 3 minutes. >> But I'm not sure if she's going to leave afterwards. That's what I'm saying. Of course, she didn't want to leave. >> Where did you stay? >> She was >> What does that sound? >> Then you see why she keeps coming back, right? A trespasser prevents her coming back. And if she does come back, you can arrest her and prevent her from coming back again. >> You mind if I call the owner? >> I'm buying a pizza. I know, but here's NO we're not doing this cuz there you can yell no. We ain't doing this right now. We ain't doing this right now. You got it. You order a pizza. Yeah, BUT THEN YOU DON'T CAUSE ME. >> I DON'T CARE. >> You should care. >> No, I shouldn't. >> You should. >> No, cuz you've been nothing but A NOISE. >> NO, YOU AROUND ME. >> EXACTLY. Now you see what's going on. >> No, you got to leave. >> I DON'T MIND LEAVING MY PHONE. >> GOOD. GOOD. >> REALLY? >> YES. >> YEAH. All right. I mean, get your food and get out of it. >> The officers are giving the woman every opportunity to simply leave and put an end to the situation. [music] But she seems far more interested in continuing the argument. >> After you get your food, you're not welcome back in here. Okay? They want you trespassing. They want you trespassing. It's not up to us. It's not up to us. Listen, whatever you say, not welcome to please tell them to leave it on, but it's my business. Okay? >> This isn't your business. It's not up to us. It's up to the owner. This page, but it is, >> it up to the owner. The owner doesn't want you here anymore. >> The owner doesn't want you here anymore. So, if you come back, you'll get arrested. >> Okay? >> So, now we need now we need an ID from you. >> Now, we need your ID. >> What I >> Because we have to trespass you. >> No, you don't. >> Yes, we do. The owner wants to trespass. Now, listen. If you don't give us Yes, because you're being loud to me. Let me talk. Let me talk. Let me talk now. If you fail to give us your ID, then you'll be arrested for obstruction. >> If I had my ID, I would not be here. I'm trying to give me some food I get the >> Okay. Well, we need your ID. We need your information. We need your name. Like, I came back up in here. >> YOU DID COME BACK IN HERE. YOU DID COME BACK IN HERE. >> This is the second time you've been here tonight. So, you have two choices. >> I CAME BACK IN HERE. >> LET ME TALK. >> SHUT THE UP AND LET ME TALK. NO, I'M NOT GOING TO WATCH HIM OUT BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT LISTENING. NO, you're not. You're interrupting us. I'm not You are two choices. Give us your ID or get arrested. >> I just TOLD HIM IF I HAD MY ID, I WOULD NOT BE HERE. ID THEN. NOW THEN WHAT'S YOUR NAME? GIVE US YOUR INFO. They want a trespass. >> No, they don't. >> Yes, they do. >> Yes, they do. >> You act like it's our choice. SHE SAID, "Y I'M NOT GOING ANYWHERE UNTIL I GET MY FAVOR." >> I feel your accommodation. That's not right. >> Okay. We need your driver's license. >> I just said I'm not going ANYWHERE TILL I GET MY PIECE THAT I ORDER. >> WELL, THEY DON'T WANT YOU IN HERE. THEY DON'T HAVE >> THEY JUST TOOK MY ORDER. >> TAKE PAYMENT FOR IT. >> YES. >> Before you guys, bro. You >> mean that stupid, bro? Don't >> I'm laughing at you. >> The staff have had enough and decide to refund the woman rather than serve her. That should have given her another opportunity to leave, but instead her behavior only gets worse. >> All right, here's your refund. >> I WANT MY PIZZA. >> THEY DON'T WANT CIRCULATION. I SPIT ON YOU, BRO. >> YOU HAVE your driver's license. We trespass you. >> You have your driver's license. >> Excuse me. I JUST TOLD I DON'T HAVE MY ID. YOU'RE not >> done. >> We got to get your ID. All right. >> Do you have your address? >> IF I HAD MY DRIVER'S LICENSE, >> CAN I GET YOUR NAME? >> The woman still refuses to give the officers her name. And from here, her behavior only becomes more difficult to deal with. Can I GET YOUR NAME? STUPID. YOU'RE >> NOT GOING NOWHERE. Can I get your name? >> My name, bro. >> Because you trespass. >> That's not That's not English. >> Are you going Are you going to give us your name? >> What you need my name for? What you going to do? Pull up and and then turn like I did. >> If you Okay, here's here's the deal. >> Just let me go cuz I ain't did no crime. >> So, if you don't give us your name, >> what you going to do? You going to >> You're going to be arrested for obstruction. I'm not obstructing anything. >> You are because we're trying to conduct an investigation. You won't let me go. >> You going to give me a ride? You want me to get a ride? Can't get me a ride cuz it's against the law. Even as the encounter comes to an end, the woman continues [music] refusing to follow the officer's instructions. >> Put your foot in. >> Oh, [ __ ] >> Put your foot in. >> Put your foot in. >> You have a double, right? >> You have a double or >> yours? We're going to have to slide around. >> Put your foot in the car. You're going to Are you want to go in another car? Then put her in the car when she slept. Just drag her out. Out of the car. Let's go. >> Easy. I said easy. Get out. >> Get out of the car. >> Get out of the car. Put your foot in. >> A no right here. >> The encounter ultimately ended with a woman facing charges of resisting arrest and trespassing. And that's all for today's cases.
