number two woman with suspended license argues with police officer and it doesn't end well officers were on patrol when they spotted a vehicle with a suspended license prompting them to conduct a traffic stop 1263 radio we've pulled into the BP hi I'm officer Tri with the Beach Police Department do you have your driver's license in your insurance card oh why you pulling me over are you the in the spot thought she wasn't going to get towed CU we told her we're Towing in the car so I go up here I'm like what are you doing like give me your keys she refused so I opened the door to get the keys cuz I thought it was and she refused to get them out I told her get out of the car and she wouldn't get out of the car so the female officer informs her colleagues as they prepare to transport the suspect to the station she started resisting and now she's in the back of my cruiser and this was all just going to be a ticket y'all really ain't got nothing else better to do it's really crime out here and you out here arresting me over unpaid ticket in 2022 back to the jail weak going to advise you of your rights right remain silent baby where was my rights when you drugged me out my car where is my rights why you a reading me my rights when you drug me out my car while what's your name if you can a h lawyer won't be appointed to represent you before any question you you wish if you presents The Suspect with a rule four waiver allowing her to wave an immediate court appearance so this form here is the rule for waiver um so what that is is that if you sign this it's saying that you don't want to have a hearing here in Hancock County for a judge here to deem whether or not you need to be extradited to Defiance County to have to deal with your warrant stuff if you don't sign this you sit here until they have a until they can schedule a hearing here for you to ultimately most lik sign it so you want to sit here I would rather sit here okay well this is just going to delay your process okay it'll give me a little extra time for JJ to figure some things out that's what I need and honestly it's triggering me going back to Striker so and I'm close here at this moment this
