They say money can't buy class. These Karens proved it can't buy common sense either. Here are five cases when entitled rich Kairens think they can't be arrested. Number five, entitled driver learns that she's not above the law. In our first video, an officer in Northport, Florida, pulled over a vehicle linked to a suspended license. Here's the traffic stop that followed. >> Hi. >> How you doing? I'm Sergeant Mario. >> Oh, I actually know you. Yeah. >> You came when my mom passed away, you can came help. Thank you. >> Yeah. I'm sorry about that. So, did you switch insurance recently? >> Insurance >> on your car? >> Did you miss a payment or something? So, what they're telling me is that your license is suspended. >> Okay. How come it to be suspended? >> Yeah. A lot of times what it shows me is a financial responsibility suspension. So, a lot of times what it shows me is that it'll happen a lot when people switch insurance or miss insurance payments. If you do that, your insurance will lapse. They'll, >> you know, I'm sick and tired because they play with me with uh every month's up down up down up down and sending this information is because today in uh internet it's a big mess. I'm driving safe. I'm watching how I'm driving. Nobody could suspend. It's not a law. If you're >> if you have if you have >> like >> if you have you're required to have motor vehicle liability insurance in the state of Florida. >> Show me the law. >> I will gladly show you the law. >> Show me the law. >> If if you don't have insurance, that's also a crime. You can go to jail. It's not a crime. >> Yes, it is. >> No, it's not a crime. >> Ma'am, I'm not going to argue with them. It's the law. >> It's Show me the law. >> I will gladly show you the law. >> Show me the law. I have a written law about that. >> Okay. and I'm letting you know that it is a crime. I'll be right back with you. We're not doing this. >> I just wrote her the 116 trailer and carry >> liability insurance cuz I'm a nice guy. >> That's the impression though. That's not mandatory court date. >> I know. >> Still unwilling to listen, the woman challenges the officer's claims. With that, the officer starts collecting all the facts he needs to back it up, including the toe. Whether the woman would finally listen or not, however, is another story. >> All right, ma'am. Uh, so not only did I print you out the statute that covers that you're required to carry motor vehicle liability insurance, I carry I printed you out everyone and I printed you out why your license is suspended and why you're being issued citations. I also need to explain to you that you're not able to drive this vehicle and there's a seiz tag order on your car that I have to take. >> You know what? It's a state firearm agency over there. Who made that law? artificial intelligence >> or civilians and like >> ma'am this is the law. I'm not going to argue with you about it. >> What I need you to do is call for a ride. You cannot move this car from where it is right now. >> You don't have motor vehicle liability insurance. >> Stop telling me this awful thing. They know how many people driving without insurance. So my question is right now now you suspend their license. So, who have state light riding with suspended license? >> Yes. You're currently driving while your license is suspended. >> You cannot suspend my license. >> All right. Well, if you have a problem with it, >> yes, but you can take these to court and argue that with the judge, and I'm sure it's not going to go your way. >> If this is artificial intelligence, print you this. >> No, I printed. >> You're supposed to put your brain. Okay. >> Listen. This is what Listen. This is what's going to happen. I have to take your tag. I have to turn it into DMV. No. And you're not going to move this car. This car an inch. I will take you to jail. Do you understand? >> No, you cannot. >> I guarantee you I will. >> I'm going to ask Siri right now. >> So, what you're going to do is call for a ride because not only >> Yes, you are. Because I >> But it's an awful thing to do that to people. Okay. This is why you follow the law and do what you're supposed to do. >> Because we we building gold America like this. >> This has been a law for a long time. >> Okay. >> Okay. I'm not lying. >> Right now, the officer just wants her to step out, sign the paperwork, and talk through her options. But once again, it's clear she has no intention of cooperating. >> No, let's go together. Let's drive together. You are not moving this car from this spot. >> All right. I need you to get out of the car. [Music] >> Ma'am, get out of the Hey, I'm going to put this down. Then she's getting out of the car. >> Hold on. >> Just listen to me. Just roll down the window for a second. >> I'm here as well, but like this window. Like this. >> Okay. So, here's the deal. If you have any issues with anything, all right, don't make it criminal. So far, everything is civil. >> Let me finish. I'm not. >> You're not a criminal. As of right now, you're not. Ma'am, >> listen to me for a second. Let me explain something to you. >> Here's the here's the issue. Right now, it's everything civil that can go in the court and be done with it. But if you refuse for lawful orders the sergeant is give you and you refuse to listen to his orders, you can get charged for obstruction which is a criminal matter. I don't want you to get criminal charges >> to stay on my side because >> I am staying on >> I didn't suspend it. Ma'am, you need to step out of car. You're going to get pulled out of the car. Step out of car, ma'am. Ma'am, this is a lawful order. You need to This is a lawful order. >> You're going to get arrested for obstruction. If you don't step out of the car, >> I'm not playing. >> Ma'am, if you don't step out of a car, you are going to get arrested for obstruction. >> You understand that, >> ma'am? You don't want that. Ma'am, please step out of the car. >> Ma'am, it's very simple. You're going to go to jail if you don't step out. >> At this point, the officers know she's not stepping out on her own, but enough is enough. They're ready to act. >> Ma'am, open your door, please. >> You're going to go to jail if you don't step out in the car, and you're going to get a window busted out. Okay, >> ma'am. You need to step out of a car, please. That's simple. I don't want you to get criminal charges. >> Open the door. >> You good? Send it. [Music] >> Wow. This is complete stupid protection. >> Get out of the car. Out of the car. >> Look at this. Get out of the car. Look at this, guys. Look at this. This is America. >> Wow. Get out of the car. >> Wow. >> Get out of the car, guys. >> Wow. This is America. Golden America. Watch. Every church, people. Golden America. We're building. >> You did this to yourself. This could have been real simple. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> 44. I have a white female. 105. >> You're going to answer for your actions >> before Trump. Before Mr. Trump, you're going to answer for your actions. >> I can't do it. >> You're going to answer for your actions before Mr. Trump. You heard me? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> I have my belongings in my car. Okay. My driver license. >> I don't care. I'll type if somebody wants to transport. >> I'll do it. >> Let's walk. We're walking. >> You I have my belongings in my car. >> You going to answer for >> ma'am? You made something that was really simple. very difficult today. >> You're going to answer before. >> Just like that, the situation takes a turn for the worse, bringing heavier consequences for the woman who still continues to resist at every chance >> for this kind of patience. >> Okay, I will be very disappointed. >> Step out of car. >> I can't my leg not >> turning around and come this way. >> I can't. My left leg not moving at all. >> 1050. >> Okay. Do you want me to fix this or no? >> Yes. I'm covered, please, because I'm losing my hand. >> Yes. So, you need to step out. I can't do that. However, as you'll see, that's easier said than done. >> You all right, man? >> Hi, sir. >> You need an ambulance? I heard you got pretty messed up. >> You want to press charge or anything like that? >> No, ma'am. >> All right. >> H. >> She's very respectful. When they ignored orders to leave and started getting disrespectful, the security officer was forced to have the authorities involved. [Applause] >> Do you need anything else? >> Put that down. Cuz I can see the sign that says no swimming and no fishing. All right. >> Not listen to lawful commands from a police officer is an issue. I told them to get out of the water multiple times. >> You're not talking about me, correct? >> No, I'm I'm I'm forming you cuz you're you're the one giving us information back. All right. >> I was just wondering. Yes, sir. So, I'm giving you information so you know what's going on. >> All right. So, >> told him to get out multiple times. He is detained right now. That does not mean he's arrested, but he is detained. That's why he has custom. >> Just like you're in police. >> He's in our He's in our custody. But that doesn't mean he may or may not. >> Okay. Depending on how this situation >> goes. Yes, sir. >> Okay. Yes, sir. >> What should have been a simple background check is already becoming difficult. The teens aren't making it easy. Just notice I >> I promise you I give you my real name. >> Listen List List List List List List List List List List. When we know the state, we just put the state in as well. >> Okay, officer. I I like Is there any way Can we go back to my house so I can show you my name? >> I'm not Why would I lie about I mean I don't want to argue with an officer. >> I'm not saying you are. I'm saying this officer said it was not going to come back. He thinks you're giving him a fake name, which is a weapon. >> I know. I understand that. That's why I wouldn't. Can I write it down for him? Like >> Well, I'll see you when this officer then. >> All right. Well, I I'll tell you what. >> We'll do it nice and slow with me. >> I advise you not to give me the round. >> I didn't pick the wrong. >> No, no, no, no. I don't need I don't need arguments anymore. >> So, I'm going to get down onto your level and I'm going to do it nice and slow. Okay. >> Okay. All right. T >> Y >> Y >> L L E R. >> First name, correct? >> Yes, sir. >> All right. What's your last name? At this point, it's clear that they're stalling and they plan to drag this out as long as possible. >> What's the date of birth? >> Oh, officer, my parents are divorced, so my address, it might be listed under my dad's house. >> The address don't matter. >> Okay. >> The date of birth. >> 2006. >> Okay. >> All right. You said there's nothing in this bag besides the knife and the tool box I should be aware of, right? Can I look through it? H. >> Is that a yes? >> I'm not saying no, but guess I can look in anyways. >> So, this is where your knife would be in here. Sure. >> See it right there? Right. >> How do you guys get in this uh marina? Did you walk or take it? Did you drive here? >> Bikes. Bikes. >> Yeah. >> You guys are both over 18. >> Yes, sir. >> Oh. Oh. So, you guys are adults? just it >> makes it easier for us. >> So, let's kind of go over what happened today. >> Yeah. Yeah. You want to scoot over? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> So, this gentleman that works for the city told you not to get get out of the water. Correct. We're not the fish here. Correct. >> Yes, sir. >> We're out of the water. All right. Right here. >> Fish here. They're like, "Oh, we're going to jump on the water." You can't do anything about that. >> We just We It's I understand why that isn't good, but he hooked into the biggest fish of his life. And I understand I understand it's not an excuse to not listen to the an authority figure. >> He kept trying to defend what they did, but the officer had had enough. They ignored every warning and continued pushing the limits. >> Okay. So, let's fast forward when I arrived. >> Yes, sir. I am a police officer. >> Yes, sir. >> Right. >> Yes, sir. >> You can see my badge. You can see my taser. You can see my gun. >> Yeah. It it hand on hand. Right. There's my vehicle. >> I told you guys to get out. You actually got out. >> You stayed in cuz you got the fish, >> right? >> I get it, right? You have a big fish on your >> You probably never caught a fish like that before, right? >> You do. You most people wait their whole life. >> So, this is what I need you to do. I need you to stop talking when I'm talking to him. >> Okay. You keep interrupting and that bugs me. >> Okay. >> Right. >> So, you got the fish. You I know you heard me get out. I didn't just say it once. I said it twice. And then my colleague comes. I get you have this fish, right? When it comes to the fishing laws, that's FWC. That's why we en routed them to come here. cuz I don't even know if you're allowed to even have that on at one of these places. I don't know. But not listening to a lawful command from a police officer is an issue. Okay. You could have told him to hold on to the pole while you climbed up and got out of the water. >> So I I could have caught it from up here. >> You could have for a little bit. >> I thought being in the water would be like >> Being in the water isn't your saving grace. That's actually what's getting you guys more in trouble. You can't go in the water, right? This area, this whole area, even that even those docks over there, there's there's signs. There's everything. >> How would we know? >> And there's there's little signs that says no fishing and no swimming everywhere. >> So, that's what I know and that's what will happen. Correct. >> Correct. All right. >> Everything is on hold until the background check comes through. Only then will officers decide how to proceed. >> So, are you both locals down here or >> No, I'm from Atlanta. >> Okay. >> Del Beach. Where you both stand right now? >> Uh, Truman Annex. >> Truman annex. >> Yeah. >> Are your parents military? >> Military? >> Yes, sir. >> My dad was in the National Guard. >> Okay. >> Why do you have to be in the military there? >> No, cuz Truman Annex is over by Truman base, so sometimes I get the two mixed up. >> No, it's just >> All right. Are you who are you staying with then if you guys are a red German annex? >> Who are we staying with? >> Yeah. >> Our parents and family. >> Your parents and family. >> All right. How long are you guys planning on being in town? >> Till Sunday. >> Till Sunday. >> Sunday morning. And you guys knew each other before this? >> Yeah, we're cousins. >> Okay. >> So, at this moment, we're waiting for FWC to come. You made a statement about flesh being on your own. That's about correct. >> All right. Yes, sir. What was that statement again? It's all the reason why you can't release it. >> No, you can't. You're not allowed to take them out unless it's in. >> No. Well, usually fish on the you know the pier down there like anywhere that's we've just been trying to go back anywhere that's like everywhere we go to verify what you said about the fish They told me they were 17. >> We did not tell you they were 17. >> Well, he said two 17year-old kids from >> While officers focus on closing things out, a man hanging around the area catches their attention. >> Uh, basically I live here. >> Uh-huh. >> And I'm assuming most of us are oranges from the state. >> Uh-huh. It's like a metaphorical way of saying it >> of like saying like you were born in Florida, >> right? >> Okay. >> Um just trying to pass out some more. >> Uh listen, uh when we're done here, we'll probably take them. But for right now, >> it's an active investigation. >> Yes, it's an active investigation. And the fact that you keep coming around is making me and my partners a little uneasy because we don't know who you are, what you're doing, and what if you have any relation to the boys. Okay. >> No, not at all. Uh it's simple as we're all from the state. >> I know >> they're young. They're our future. >> Okay, I understand that. However, for right now, if you could just keep your distance. >> Yes, ma'am. >> It would be much appreciated. >> Yes, ma'am. >> Thank you. >> Small. >> What you say? We have small rods. >> 100 48 out. >> How long were you fighting for a lot? You guys just probably talk to people like you are just kings and this you guys don't even That's why we confused from >> I'm from Atlanta but what about like my stuff >> the other one I After everything, officers decided to charge both individuals with trespassing after warning. Number one, man thought he could end the night with one more drink. Instead, it ended with handcuffs. Our last case takes us to Indian River County, Florida, where officers are dispatched to a restaurant after a man allegedly caused trouble, ignored the staff, and refused to leave. Here's how it unfolded. >> Porch out here right now, but he came to the restaurant. He's s sleeping on the table. He's got a black guy. He acts like he's been drinking. And I asked him to leave cuz he was in disturbing our guest. And he come off and just sat there and didn't get up. So then he finally got up and came out here. He's been out here the whole time. Okay. You want to press? >> Yeah, definitely. I don't want him to sit down here. Okay. >> How we doing, sir? How you doing, sir? What's up, bro? What's going on? >> So, so we good. What's going on with you in the store today? [Applause] >> What do you say? We want to get out of here. What do you say? >> No. What's going on with you in the store? Why are we arguing? >> Okay. No, not at all. Just not at all. Just I'm ready. We're ready to go. That >> your good push. >> Huh? >> Good push. Okay. >> Hey, >> you wanted me my um manager wanted me to tell you that he was already dressed for public today? >> Okay. >> You what? >> What are you talking about? >> Pay attention to me. I I I'm I'm >> Is your license suspended? I mean, there's >> Well, I can't drive, ma'am. >> I don't know who you're getting loud with, but it's not going to be me. You understand that? >> It's a simple question. >> I'm trying to figure out how you're going to get out of here. >> Both officers are simply trying to confirm his identity, but the suspect chooses to make the situation more complicated than it needs to be. >> Cuz obviously, you're way too intoxicated to walk down the street. You're going to walk on a truck. Not that's not the key at all, bro. >> Okay. >> That's not the problem at all, bro. There. >> That's a credit card. >> I know. Okay. Okay. No. >> I ask you a question. >> Why are we causing disturbance inside of the restaurant? I'm running ass all these stupid ass one all these guys. >> It's clear that the man's intoxication is clouding his judgment and preventing him from understanding that all he needs to do to avoid further trouble is leave. >> I'm I'm actually the nicest guy in this whole.
