What started as a routine traffic stop quickly escalated when the driver refused to exit the vehicle after officers smelled marijuana. >> Yeah. Can you mind just Do you mind just rolling your back window down for me, please? >> Thank you. Cuz we can't see at all in the car. Appreciate it. >> Whose car is it? My boyfriend's car. >> When was the last time you smoked marijuana in the car? >> Okay. Do you have a medical marijuana card? >> No. >> Okay. Is there any marijuana in the car right now? Cuz I can smell it. >> Okay. All right. Just hang tight here with my partner. All right. >> What is that right there? >> Roaches.
