spray. Spray. >> I was in a car accident previously. So, >> the bumper was always there. >> Yes, the bumper was kind of like that before. >> But your bumper was always on on that side of 34, >> too. Black Dodge. >> What's up everybody? In today's video, we have a drunk woman who causes a crash at almost double the legal limit and tries to pull a fast one on the officers. But first, I want to show you one of the craziest body cams I've ever seen. We have shoplifterss who put everything on the line and decide to bare mace an officer to facilitate their escape. Without further ado, let's get started. >> What are you doing? >> What do you mean, what am I doing? Come here. >> Come here. Hold on. >> Come here. Turn around. >> What are you doing to me? >> Central. I have one detained. Unassociated. >> What the hell do you think you're doing? >> I'm getting him in court. >> [ __ ] >> You keep on hitting it. >> Well, at least they're on top of it. >> You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can be used against you in court. You have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford one, we'll be appointed to you at no charge. >> You have the right to stop answer my any questions at any time. You also have the right to attorney preser any question. Do you understand your rights? >> Understand your right? Yes. [clears throat] As long as you understand, please. >> I'm glad someone told the police. She's inside our place. >> Who? Their mom. >> Yeah, she's in there. There she is. But when I told her he was dragging him by his neck, she went, "Oh, is he?" >> I'm not getting arrested. >> Why do you think, sir? >> I don't know. I spank him, but I mean, >> no, you did not spank him. Everything's on body cam. Is that your mom? >> Yes. >> Is that your husband >> that has a broken arm >> that has a broken that has a broken arm? Is that your husband? >> Uh-huh. Well, a friend. We're done. >> Oh, well, he's probably going to go to jail today. >> So, I mean, what happened exactly? >> Uh, I saw him punching that guy multiple times. And I'm not talking about disappoint. I'm talking about punching multiple times. We tried telling him kept on doing it to you. >> Yeah, it was um it's going to be child abuse. >> Okay. >> All right. Um which will probably lead to other issues, but um on his side of things. >> Uh-huh. >> Uh has he been acting up today or what? >> Um because he wasn't listening because he was running in and out of the aisles and he basically told Well, he said, "Well, you're going to have to come get me if you want me to stop." And then finally once he did get him, I guess, >> look, I'm all for I'm all for punishment of kids who act up, >> but what he was doing was not is not right. It's not it's not within the laws. All right. U we can go back to your car if you want. >> All right. So, I don't know if I believe her story that she wasn't aware that this was happening because the little boy said, "We've been trying to tell you." So, yeah, her story is pretty suspicious, but believe it or not, this has nothing to do with the main event. This is just something that the officer observed while he was at the location because they are waiting for these shoplifterss to get out of the store and he just happened to see this. >> Is there anyone else 108 that can come to TJ Maxx? There's three suspects and just one me right now. >> 250. I'll help out if you need to. I'm right here. We got this guy in in custody. So, >> okay. If if they're concealing things inside the store, we can detain them. >> Okay. But unless >> as soon as they walk out with the merchandise, one had a black duff that is ours that has a TJ Maxx tag on it, unless they have a magnet, but is a black d. >> Central, can you generate a second call at the same address for child abuse, >> and that's the call that we'll have one in custody on. Those are the other two. There's another >> Is that them? >> 250. We sure that's not them. >> She's saying that's them, but they don't have any merchandise. They dropped it inside the store. >> Tim for >> the one the Browns carrying the bag. >> We can't stop them. >> They're the ones. Come over here. >> [ __ ] [ __ ] SPRAY. SPRAY. GODAMN. Black Dodge Stratus. Flee in the scene. >> ASSAULT ON OFFICER. [screaming] ASSAULT ON OFFICER. >> SERGEANT. I'M HERE WITH YOU. I GOT YOU. >> I got you. >> Damn it. >> Assault on water. >> I got water in my car. [ __ ] Where's your car? [laughter] [cough and clears throat] >> Yes. >> It's not a charger. >> It's an Avenger. It's >> not a charger. [clears throat] >> Tag on the back. I got water. I got water. I got water. Give me one. Seems >> secure. What the [ __ ] >> Yeah. So, in 4 years of watching body cam videos, I have never seen anything like this. I feel bad for the guy. It looks like this is a career criminal. This is what she does. And she was just waiting an ambush so that she could do this and get away with the loot. Now, I'm going to play it back again in slow motion because it happens so quick. You might have missed it. But here it is. In the name of Jesus, touch right now. Touch right now. Touch right now. >> I've got some paper. >> Did you get sprayed? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> You back up. Here's some water. [cough] >> Do you have any rags or paper towel in your car? >> Yeah, I got a I got a shitload of towels. Let me go. I'll be right back. >> What's Oh, y'all work there? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Thanks. I got a little water. >> Appreciate it. >> Thank you. >> I can't breathe. >> God do it. >> Yeah. >> You want to give me a 47 or something so we can get >> I think we got one. I think we got one over here. Yeah, we got one over here right now. top. >> Oh, that's nasty. >> Yeah, that dragger. >> Avenger. Newer little small kind. >> Those old beat up tag though. >> Yeah, then I think that's I said that was one of that was at the mall was all beat all up and [ __ ] >> Well, it was the same one. >> Okay. Yeah. >> Take care of him. I'm going to go get camera. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> One of them pepper sprayed our sergeant. >> Okay. Um I have a a officer here, the one that responded to the call. Um the one of the girls that left when they left here, one of the officers that was on a different call, she pepper sprayed him. [cough] >> I think Beverage seen her seen him leave out of here. >> Yeah, there's an offic. >> I've never been sprayed that bad. Yeah, it's really bad that he got pepper- sprrayed, but he should consider himself lucky because that lady really got the jump on him. If she had a gun or if her intention was to kill him, she might have been able to pull it off. So, yeah, lucky that it was only pepper spray because at the end of the night, he'll be perfectly fine. He'll be fully recovered. It could have been a lot worse. >> Yeah, good. It look like a damn host pipe. Like a damn garden. >> They had it. [ __ ] >> girl in the camo and black hat. >> She pulled. >> So I come from the shoplifting call. >> Yeah. >> I see a guy his kid with a full-on punch, which makes sure that kid gets ID. It's the black young black male, frilly hair. >> He's the victim. Uh the full-on punch child abuse. I saw it, witnessed it twice. I see the the girls come out. They looked familiar. They match this. They match the description. I see them going towards that Avenger. Perfect description from Academy Sports where they stole felony amount. I go up say, "Hey, come here." At that point, she pulls it, sprays it. Luckily, it was a begging a gun. Oh, I almost drew my gun, but I [ __ ] >> So, I was already on the floor watching. >> That's what hurts. He's able to talk a little bit more now. >> Yeah. I've heard they've been using like bear spray and [ __ ] like that. So, >> the one in Nashville, I think, did it? Greenwood. >> Uhhuh. >> Green Hills or something. >> Yes. Yeah. So, this is the three of them. Okay. This is the one that I have on camera concealing. That's the one I called on. Uh, they walked out without anything. There was another female that was already in the store that I was watching. She was the one that was wearing the tan that I was telling you about with the tan purse and I said, "I know she has something. I just can't stop her because I don't have her own concealment." But that's them right there. She I think she looked pregnant when she came out. >> Did they actually get anything or is it just the one in the tan that >> You got the merchandise back though, right? >> I did. That's the That's what they were cons. Yes. So, when we were here the other day, they sold a bunch of 40 Nike like 30 sets of like >> 74 yards. Yeah. >> Um, but I'm just I just saw that tag. I was like 2T. Okay. Still in the kids clothes. >> Yep. >> All right. So, here's the thing. She got charged with felony theft as well as felony battery on Leo with a weapon. And she was sentenced to 230 days in jail. But that sentence has nothing to do with this incident. For this incident, she was able to get that charge of assaulting the cop dismissed and she only got probation. I'm sure he was thrilled to hear that the judge dismissed this charge when she unloaded the bear mace on him. But anyways, at least she'll be out of society for 230 days. Now, let's move on to the next body cam. We have a drunk woman who got into a very serious crash and she's trying to play it off like nothing is wrong. Take a look at this. Yankee5 mammoth Papa. Give me a reback. >> Are you all right? What happened? Are you okay? >> Yeah. My airbag just went off automatically. I don't know why. >> Okay. >> I was driving fine. They just >> Okay. >> exploded. I don't really 2011 Honda 724 Ruby Arena 24y old female cross negative storm. >> I didn't hit anything and they just went off out of nowhere. >> Okay. >> Driving perfectly fine. >> Okay. Where? Where are you coming from? >> Belmont. >> Okay. Are you injured? >> No, I'm perfectly fine. They just kind of went off and I was kind of >> You in the car by yourself? >> Yeah. >> Okay. And you're not hurt? >> It just kind of went off out of nowhere and I honestly didn't know what happened. >> Okay. You're not hurt? >> No. >> Okay. >> Personally fine. >> Okay. >> Notification. We just got an automated message that owner of an iPhone was involved in a crash there. >> I didn't hit anything. They kind of just blew up. >> Let me uh get a 17 for that vehicle. Heavy front end damage. >> The car was kind of just >> 17 for heavy front end damage to >> not hurt. >> No, there was just no car nearby and it kind of just blew up and I was like, I don't really know what to do. And I tried to pull it to the side and the car just wouldn't like move. Okay. >> It's really weird. Yeah, that's pretty weird. I think you hit that guardrail over there. >> I didn't hit anything from what I know of. >> Well, you definitely hit the guardrail. >> Okay. >> Where are you coming from in Balmar? >> My sisters up here. >> Negative. All right. Don't just just don't touch the car. Don't touch the car cuz you're not going to be able to move it. It's It's inoperable right now. It's leaking fluid all over the place and you got heavy damage. >> So, she's trying to make it look like those airbags just magically deployed and then caused the crash. But obviously, what's happened is that she's too drunk. She got into a crash and then the airbags deployed. And how can the officers prove that? Well, that's because there's part of her bumper on the guard rail. And even though she's completely busted, she is still not changing her story. >> Back here to the back of your car. >> There was um >> here just just stand over here to the back of your car. >> There was stand over here near the back of your car. Okay. >> Um there was um what is it? A leak with the fluid in my car. >> Okay. >> But they said no worries to worry about it. So um instantly. So I was like going to wait like a week or so. So I I guess >> Okay. Well, you see that you hit something now, right? You can see all all the damage over here. >> That hit was there from a deer before. I was a car accident previously. So, >> the bumper was always there. >> Yes, the bumper was kind of like that before. >> But your bumper was always on on that side of 34, >> too. >> Not that I know of. So, this crack was here before. >> Okay. >> I was in accident about probably 3 weeks ago. >> Okay. >> So, >> hey, just bring up here where it's dry and level. clear all the area and start doing. >> Do you have any So, listen, here's the deal. >> Yes. >> I want to test you uh do field sobriety tests on you. >> Yes. >> Make sure that you weren't drinking tonight. >> Have you had anything to drink tonight? >> No. >> No. No alcohol. >> Probably about like probably over 5 years. 5 hours ago. Sorry. >> 5 hours ago. What did you have then? >> Um a site or two. Okay. >> One or two serve sides. >> Yeah. >> Okay. What flavor gave me? Probably a half and half. I don't know. >> Okay. All right. They have at the bar. >> Okay. >> It was like a while ago. Probably about 8:00 p.m. >> Nothing else. Just that. >> Nope. That's it. >> Isn't it crazy how within seconds her answer went from she didn't drink any alcohol whatsoever to she hasn't drank in 5 years to oh yeah, she actually had two but it was 6 hours ago. Talk about having shifty answers. Obviously, the cop will know that she's lying because she can't even keep her story straight for 10 seconds. >> Ma'am. >> Yes, sir. >> Where are you coming from? >> New Jersey. >> Okay. Did you have anything to drink? Maybe >> she drinks around 8:00 p.m. >> At 8:00 p.m. >> Yep. >> Okay. What time What time is it now? >> No. No. Don't. >> Watch. So, probably past midnight at this point. >> Okay. >> I'll be honest. >> Okay. Because I can be honest with you, ma'am. While I'm standing next to you, >> Yes. I can smell an amount of alcohol. >> I literally only had two drinks. That's all I had. Two snurfides. That's about it. >> When was that? >> Around 8:00 p.m. with my sister. Literally right after work. >> Okay. >> I got to work at 7:00. Got to the bar probably before 8:00. Had two drinks. That's about it. >> Okay. Do Do you have anything on you, ma'am? Anything whatsoever? >> No. >> Okay. >> My wallet's in the car if anything. >> Okay. Listen, just turn around for me and face that way. Chand behind your back, ma'am. >> Yeah, of course, sir. going to be placed under arrest for DWI. 84 56 75 is a 49 450 1041 female for 450 215 just leave her here with us and then you bring your car here so you don't walk all the way to your car. All right. Just hang here with that. All right. Yeah, of course. >> Where's Where's your insurance? Is it in the console? >> Uh yeah, the right. >> Did he grab it? >> Yes, of course. Of course. >> Of course. >> And then where's uh where's your wallet? >> It should be in the >> just right here. I don't want you to slip on. I was >> going to say the Coach bag. The blue bag. >> Where's that? >> I mean brown bag. >> Okay. >> Just just come back over here. I said I don't want you walking through. >> I don't think it's in the >> 457. >> So now they had more than enough evidence to arrest her and they brought her to the police station. And usually these suspects, they don't want to do the breath test, but she had a brief moment of clarity and she did it and she was at almost double the legal limit. So, they charge her with DUI, improper lane change, careless driving, and reckless driving. So, that's it for the video. Thank you so much for watching. I hope you guys enjoyed the show.
