on February 14th 2023 at 11:35 p.m. officers were dispatched to a home in Georgia to respond to a domestic incident hey ma'am super quick guy that did this to you is he still here yeah he he's in the house in the house gotcha um do you know what room he's uh I dress in the front room when I walked out the door he I guess he locked the door got but you know me just getting off um I work at Pizza Hut so my boss you know she's 65 and she's like a grandmother so you know today was Valentine's Day so it was like she brought me some roses on last night and it was like appreciation gift or whatever so I BR it in the house you know before I went to work today so I get home and I asked him I said so where is the Roses you know and he was like I didn't buy him I said it doesn't matter you know what I'm saying I said I said it was a gift from my boss you know and it was a you know she's 65 she's like a grandmother I just lost my grandmother you know so after that you know I'm walking you know um walking towards like the bedroom and then he pushed me to the wall and he kept falling me and then next thing you know I turned around like try to push him you know then turn around he started just boxing me you know my li so real quick now uh does see have any fire I do but it's have access to it well yeah I mean no problem yeah I mean it was like a previous relationship that I had to get one and it just that you know I never used it you know just but I also brought it for yeah dud just real quick uh this officer right here he's going to get your name and information for you and what's uh your boyfriend's name Gerald Gerald yeah okay give us one second came flowers stuff out the house knockit down so I just go leave she going to call the cops okay cuz I didn't want I'm not getting in trouble for her sure it's not worth going to jail for her so she said she going to call the cops and I'm going to jail like I say you said she attacked you any marks onbody no she just she just pun in the back of the head and kicked me okay you see what I'm saying so that why I told her I'm not going to ja just place she was already packing the leaves I saying just go ahead and go now did she live here yeah she was St with me but like you see I Stu will pack you know what I'm saying but like I told her I'm not going if I look at the back of your head no it's not in the back of the head she said is swollen and big um how did that happen you have to talk to her about that I didn't hear her look get my hand no bruises nothing she's she's bleeding and I was wondering if there's kind of some other explanation for that she was sitting in that car for a minute before she call yall I mean I don't know like I said if you can check me whatever you know what I'm saying you can look at the house one thing show you the inside the house there's no sign of the SC only thing I did was when she hit me in the back of the head and kicked me I pushed off me don't get me wrong okay and then when she went to go the Holland about she not uh she not Malica she not talk my my exgirlfriend okay she not none of them to jail but like I say if you look at the house one thing you got the house right down is when she thought she when she walk door okay got quick let's slow this down for a second where did this occur which room I can show you before showing me just let me know what happened uh it's like I said when she came in she came in from work she came in from work I was sit in my chair watching TV okay she said where's my flower I said it's outside in the backyard I said it's in the trash she said well you didn't ble flower I said I know I didn't ble fler that's why I did not in my house I was not the aggressive on anything she was you know what I'm saying I didn't like I said I have no bruises on me and then you're doing good right where you said they were outside what happened next okay we went outside she went back she start holling going to ramp page so I went back and said look you already got your stuff halfway packed just go ahead and and that's what she jumped on so she was already packing the Le her stuff and pack you know saying I just I can I notic that when you know earlier the day I seen boxers I need to see the bruis cuz I know I didn't I didn't hit her I just pushed her off me you're right-handed sir yeah I'm right-handed see you're right-handed okay don't mind me I'm sorry I'm just has he ever done this to you before can I see your hands man when you said she started hollering out back about the flowers or whatever what led to her punching you or boxing you on the head and then kicking you no said was just a a screech a she was screaming at me you did she f i don't buy I didn't buy her nothing I I'm not allowed to th I said well I said you're right I ain't buy you nothing she attacked me you know what I'm saying I don't mean I want to see the bruis on her face I know I didn't hit her did she randomly just like hit you in the back of the head and kick you out of nowhere no we was I was standing in the hallway at the back room mm and she was screaming at me and she just flew out the other room pushed me against the door I pushed on the bed and she kicked me pushed me in the back of my head so I said look you got to go I'm not fighting with you that's only thing I mean seriously I have you look my right there's no bruises on me I mean the thing is I I can say I I didn't escalate anything I haven't say anything to the woman you know what I'm saying so here's the deal she has some pretty significant and Incredibly visible injuries right now that's you so uh here in a moment but just based on the evidence that we have right now you're going to be placed under arrest for a domes battery a phone we can get you a phone call I'll get your cell phone whatever you need I can bring it with you but for now do you mind to place your hand behind your back please oh yeah I got you can I get my house get my keys we'll take care of that for you we can get your keys and get your cell phone everything yeah you're cooperating I'm want to kind of like turn your wrist just so this isn't going to be painful okay try to make this as comfortable you've been cool and Cooperative Cooperative with us tonight so I appr can I see the BR I know I didn't hit her absolutely I don't want to mess up your shoulder so we're getting um prior to my relationship that I was going to something prior to like this but he was you know so he was a big supporter you know and helped me through everything and you know we fell in love and then next thing you know you know I didn't have nobody else like far family wise and we end up you know living together and then we end up moving over here in the house together how long you'all been
