What began as a routine traffic stop quickly took an unexpected turn. Hello, I'm Deputy here with the Prescott County Sheriff's Department. Just letting you know you're being audio and video recorded. The only reason I pulled you over is you don't have a front plate. Okay. So, that's the only reason I pulled you over. Do you have your license, registration, proof of insurance? >> a license. Why is that? >> can't But I can't get one. Okay. >> don't have one. Do you have any type of identification? >> Yeah. The driver confessed he didn't have a valid license and tried to sweet-talk the deputy with his life story. A few minutes later, the deputies discovered he also had a warrant for domestic violence. He said that this is a a friend of theirs, but he lives in a different house down the street. So. It's Mark. Okay. Um you guys going to get him cleared medically? He said his back hurt from our guy. I'm going to have Joe do a blue team for the use of force tackling him at the door. All right. We'll have him We'll have fire come out. I think he's faking again. Just to cover our ass. And then he had no plate, so I flipped on him, pulled him over, pulled him to the to the gas station. Upon finding out he had a warrant, that's when he put the car in drive, and he came right over here, and I'm like, well, I was in pursuit of a stolen vehicle. Right. Yep. All right. You guys want their IDs, the other folks that are in the house? Yeah, we'll just get to these guys. All right. Okay. This one This one down here at the bottom, David, is the white male in there. There was another guy that I shoved that dipped out through the garage. Okay. Couldn't tell you who that dude is or or what his name was, but He came He came barreling out of the out of the bedroom when Joe tackled that guy on the ground. I just looked up, and I just shoved him into the kitchen as hard as I could. I was like, get the [ __ ] back. And then he just Okay. >> bolted out of the back of the kitchen.
