On April 17th, 2025, [music] an Uber Eats driver called police after claiming a customer refused to provide the PIN code [music] and allegedly let her dog attack him. Here's what happened next. He's upset because he went to basically go give a DoorDash. Her dog ran at him. The kid slammed the door. He slammed the screen door. And doing so, his phone dropped. His phone cracked. And so now it's to the point where uh he thinks he he's uh negative two in America, but he thinks that for him to leave, she has to pay him for the phone. And I said, "That's not how that works." >> Yeah. It's not a criminal damage. I said it's an unfortunate situation. The dog didn't bite him. The dog didn't come out of the house. It's a small dog. Um I don't know why he called >> Why is he got his plate I don't know. But um he was turned around. I told him I was going to tow it. I tried to get him to leave cuz it's just going to be a problem. He hasn't got on the property. He's parked illegally. He's You want me to try to talk to him? It was verb Our goal is really to just turn him to leave, right? >> him to leave, but he's not leaving. So Okay. Um I mean with this plate covered covered up Come come un- come un- uncover your plate, or else it's going to get towed. Okay, well we're going to tow it away. Go then. All right. All right. So to be on a public road, the plate has to be visible at all times. That's the law. So that's why he's uncovering it. He wants to get paid. I think he's going to leave as soon as he gets paid. >> That's a civil issue. She said that she paid through the app. So if there's any type of transaction You're trespassing from 1543. This is your official warning. If you go in her yard or knock on her door, I will come and I will take you to jail. Okay? It would behoove you to leave this situation. You're going to make things way worse. So you're doing that again? >> No. Okay. She lied to him. She provided me the PIN seven times. How come I can't get the PIN seven times? Am I crazy? Am I prostitute? To make sure to say to provide me the PIN seven times without to take it? Am I prostitute? Okay. Tell her I want her to give me the food back. I want to take back to store. I don't have it I don't have a time to accept the food. She said that she reported the payment through the app. I can't screw with you. Okay. I'm going to tell them she said no. Unfortunately, I can't go in there and force her to give her a PIN to you, okay? You got to take that up with Uber. You got to take that up with a civil situation, okay? And then then you can work that out. That's not something we can do. All right. I'll give you this incident number. Before he tows your car, can we just get you to leave the property knowing that you've been trespassed? You cannot come here. And then after he gave it to him, once they give you the PIN, you give them the food and then you leave. Was that interaction on this? I think so, but I have to call my landlord for that.
