So, what happened to your shirt? I It's hot. >> So, we can play these games all day if you want. >> It's not a game. It's very It's not a game. Come back. Come back. >> What you doing? Put your hand behind your back. >> Oh, people. What are you doing? What are you doing? >> That one's going to be a good video. >> Yeah. [laughter] >> What's up, everybody? In today's video, we have three arrests for the price of one. And make sure you watch the video all the way through because the third arrest is completely nuts. We have a Tik Tok lawyer who gets arrested, then files a complaint against the police department and we have the response from the sheriff and also we have an airport arrest as well as a lunatic who slaps a cop in the face. Without further ado, let's get started. >> This is scary. This is 205. >> What's going on? So, I stole something from you guys. >> You what? >> I stole food from gas station. They don't They don't let me to get cigarettes. >> Where did you come from? What do you mean you don't yell? >> I don't know. >> What's your name? >> Shayla. >> Where were you at before you went to Broads? >> At the friend's house. >> How do you spell your name? >> S H J O A S H. >> Can I write it? S H E S E J L A. So, what happened to your shirt? >> I It's hot. >> Okay. Did you leave broadlons without like them discharging you? >> Yeah. Do you have an IV in still? >> No. >> They take that out? >> Yeah. >> All right. Come up here. Just >> got himself up there. Go on a bunch of time. >> Okay. She's just intoxicated. You drunk? >> I don't know if she's drunk or not. >> You're not drunk. >> Okay. Have you been take Have you taken anything? >> Uh they gave me something. They offered me panel, but I said no because I'm on probation. So I don't want any. Okay. >> Do you come from where where do you live at? >> And you got brought to broads? >> Yes. >> By medics or? >> Yeah, by medics. I had some some pain. >> Okay. from your house in West De Mo. >> Yes. 1033. >> How old are you? >> 22. >> Do you live with somebody? >> With my friend. >> With your friend? Okay. >> So, what do you take from the gas station? >> Uh, some blueberry muffins, some sour cream. Not sour cream, sour candy, and I tried to get cigarettes, but I had no idea. So which which gas station? >> Uh at 23. >> So this lady is trying to manipulate the system. She doesn't want to go to the hospital. She wants to go to jail. She thinks she's going to be treated better there. So her strategy is to volunteer that she committed a crime. Now be careful what you wish for in life because it might just happen. >> They're at Pikmin and Emil. How do you say your name? >> Shayla. >> Shayla, what do you need from us today? >> I went to go to jail. >> Why? >> Because I stole something. >> Well, we don't have any report of it. >> Huh? >> You don't have any report? So, I have to go back to Robins. >> Huh? >> I have to go back to Broadlands. >> Oh, I don't know if you have to go back to Broadons, but we're trying to figure out what kind of service you need. We don't have a report from broadlons or from or from Quick Trip saying that you stole something. >> I don't know. >> Why do you want to go back to the jail? >> Because I crossed the line. >> Cuz you don't want to go to the hospital or what? >> No. No hospital. No hospital. I just >> Well, I don't think that jail is probably >> Yeah. Jail's not the best place for you though either right now. >> Okay. Have you talked to Mobile Crisis or any of them? >> No, I left my phone and everything in front. >> Copy. >> Okay. >> Were you just in the ER or where were you at? >> I just went to go home to my parents. >> Shayla, you can have a seat right up here. Have a seat on the bumper right here. Okay. >> Pulling up seat here. >> Huh? >> What's your parents phone number? >> Hey Shayla, what's your parents phone number? >> Uh 515. >> 515. >> I forgot my mom's number. Do you know dad's number? >> Uh, no. So, what was the stomach pain that you were having that took you to the hospital? What they tell you at the hospital? >> Yeah. Okay. So, is that why you took off from the hospital? You cuz you don't want to be No. >> Is it just because you don't want to be committed to broads or >> No, I don't want to go to high school anymore. Okay. I don't want to go to I'm done with [ __ ] hospitals anymore. I'm done with hospitals. I'm done. I'm I'm done. I understand that. Okay, >> man. I got to give her credit when credit is due. She is determined to go to jail because pimp slapping an officer is one sure way to get there real quick. Now, the thing is that the cop knows what she wants to do, but at the end of the day, if you slap an officer in the face, you're going to get your wish. You're going to go to jail, whether you're manipulating the system or not. >> Sorry. Yeah, you just want to go to jail. Well, that's a good way to get there. >> God damn. I'm sorry. That was I'm sorry. >> I'm sorry. >> Have a seat. Jesus. >> I knew I was >> Thanks, GARRETT. >> I JUST HAD THAT FEELING. >> It was hilarious cuz I was thinking to myself, I have a window. I know. She said she's going to slap me through this door. I know it. >> Have a seat. Just sit. >> I know. I'm pretty sure THAT SHOULD BE ONE CAMERAS. >> IT PROBABLY will be. That'll be a good one for DT, >> huh? [laughter] Jail is not the right place for you. >> Okay. >> I understand you're done with the hospitals, but jail is not the right place for you either. Okay. >> I just want some jail food. That's it. >> You know, there's way better ways to get food. There's homeless shelters that you can go to. There is plenty of assistance. >> Somebody can kill me in shelter. >> Do you We've never had a murder in any homeless shelter. Okay. >> And there are way better ways to go about doing this. >> Where's your shirt at? Where'd you take that off at? >> I think the cop is handling this situation pretty well. Even though she just got slapped, she's handling it with a lot of compassion. And I mean, the lady's going to get what she wanted. She wanted to go to jail. She's going to get her wishes granted. Now, is it the right thing for her? Definitely not. But at this point, it's a done deal already. Now, the cops are obviously well aware of body cam channels because she's going to say that this one is going to make one hell of a video. And I agree. It is pretty damn entertaining. >> That was her way to get it. >> She It worked. She's going to jail. >> Did you get boogers or >> Yeah, they're on the They're on your dash. >> Thanks, guys. >> All right. All right. All right. >> Let's see. Yeah. >> How do we put two case numbers on this thing? >> Um, just a comma. >> Did she get you under >> I'm going to have black eye [laughter] for an unknown? >> That one's going to be a good video. >> Yeah. [laughter] I've already I already have requests [snorts] >> cuz I was laughing. I couldn't stop laughing on channel 3. >> So, she got her wishes. She was charged with assault on a police officer. Now, let's move on to the next body cam. We have an incident that happened just a few weeks ago at the Atlanta airport. There was a suspicious male who breached through the TSA checkpoints and then he got slammed to the ground. By the way, I do want to ask you guys a favor if you don't mind. A lot of the body cam channels, including my own, have been getting a lot less views over the last couple weeks. I don't know if it has to do with the AI slob channels who are flooding the market or if it's just a change in the YouTube algorithm. And I never asked this from you guys, but if you don't mind hitting the like and leaving a comment below. And on top of that, if you could check in my playlist to see if maybe there's some videos that you have missed, check if there's some old videos that you want to rewatch, it would really help the channel to stay relevant in the algorithm. Thank you so much in advance and let's get back to the body cam. We're at TTON 19. Don't make this worse. >> No, no, no, no. Don't make this worse. >> Don't touch me. >> Take take your book bag off. >> I know you guys do this all the time. >> Oh, yes. I'm not if that's a Republican state. >> Maybe he's walking back towards Ton 16. Let me see. >> We got other units on TTO Concord. It's T North. So, you probably meet us halfway. >> Hey, how you doing, man? How you doing? >> I'm fly. Yeah. >> Stand by. Stand by. I got to talk to you. >> I don't have nothing on me. I have my laptop. >> I got to talk to you, though. >> Yeah. Talk to me about what? These people are holding me captive. >> I ain't get to say nothing. >> You understand what I'm saying? >> I ain't get to say nothing yet. Stand by, man. >> Stand by. Come back here, man. Come back here, man. Come back. Come back here. >> What you doing? Put your hand behind your back. Put your hand behind your back. Put your other hand back. Put your hand behind. I'm going tell you again. >> Put your hand behind your back, sir. >> Sir, >> what's wrong, bro? Bring me other hand. >> Bring me other hand, man. Back. Listen. >> Bring your other hand back. 30 seconds. Put your ground. Put your hand behind your back. >> Bring your other hand back. >> Thanks. >> Bring your other hand back now. >> I swear, BRO. I SWEAR, BRO. >> 20 seconds. 21. Checking on you. behind your back. >> We're okay. We're just trying to secure now. >> Put it behind your back. >> Lay down. Lay down. Put it behind your back. >> Secure what you as breathe. [laughter] >> All right. I can't breathe. >> Okay. I can't breathe. >> Follow the instructions. You'll be fine. Follow the instructions. >> Put that cuff on. >> Not simple. [laughter] Follow the instructions. >> Put this cuff on. >> Put Put the second one on. Put this. >> I got you. I got you. I got you. Radio. I got you. >> We taking him. >> I'm a university. >> Let's go. >> Bro, huh? That's where where your ID at? >> It's in there. It's in the It's in the clip. >> Put your hand back there in this ID. Let me just take this off. So this guy was identified as Oriua Olan Toba and he's probably Nigerian judging by his last name because Olan is one of the deities in the Yorba tribe and he got charged with avoiding interfering obstruction and simple battery. So yeah, I don't know what his deal was. I don't know why he thought he could bypass TSA, but I'm assuming he'll spend a little bit of time in jail for this. Now, the next video I'm going to show you is absolutely mind-blowingly hilarious. I've never seen anything so funny. And the reason why is because we have the arrest of the Tik Tok lawyer. We have a complaint that was filed against the officer who arrested him. And we have the response from the sheriff, which is just chef's kiss. Take a look at this. >> Hey, you don't open the door. The window don't roll. >> That's fine. >> Okay. Hey. Hey, I'll pull you over cuz your tag lights out. >> Oh, can I see? >> Afterwards, let me get your license, registration, insurance from you. >> Are both tag lights out? >> Yeah. You got nothing back there? >> No [ __ ] >> Yeah. >> Okay. I thought you were somebody coming up. I'm like, what the hell, man? I'm I'm trying to catch this light up here for a left. >> You be slowing down, too. We got a [laughter] little piano. >> You got that license, registration insurance? Uh yeah. What are you doing? >> My hand so I can see my hands. >> Yeah, I appreciate it, man. >> This a code. It's a code. You know what I'm saying? >> Yeah. Well, I'm not a crane. >> I understand. I'm not >> You did say You did say for the registration, right? This is my my insurance. >> And here's my What else did you ask for? >> Your license and then your registration. >> That All right. >> You look at that. [music] And And what else? registration, you said? >> Yep. >> Well, that's on the tag. You're you're talking about the uh the paper thing. >> Yep. >> And there's that. >> Perfect. Where you coming from? [laughter] >> Up the street. >> Up the street. Where at? >> Uh up the street. >> Okay. Up the street. That's it. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> That's I know that's a standard question. I I I work with the sheriff's. I'm going home. Taking my friend home. So that's it. >> Okay. Where's home at? [laughter] >> Home is that way. >> That's too much information. Officer, >> why are you asking? >> Well, I I can tell you straight up. His address on his license better match the home, right? That's a lawful question I can ask you. I'm asking you where you come from, right? Cuz I look at people before I come out with them, right? So, we can play these games all day if you want. >> It's not a game. Law is not a game. >> Well, I'm glad he realizes that it's not a game. But he's not acting like he's taking this very seriously. He almost has like a Matthew McConnA attitude of all right, all right, all right, like you know, nothing can bother him and everything is chill, but it's not the case. This guy thinks that a traffic stop is a joke. And let me just say that he's about to get very closely acquainted with the pavement. >> You're right. It's not a game. So that's why I'm asking you super simple questions right now, like where do you live? Yeah. >> Right. It's not a It's not a crazy question to ask you. >> Well, okay. >> Look at the license. What does it say? Okay, perfect. All right, come back here while I run you real quick. >> Come back where? >> Yep. Step back to my car with me while I run you. >> Sure, I could. But why do you ask? >> I'm telling you, you're going to come back and step >> I know, but why do you ask? >> It's Pennsylvania v, ma'am, so I can make anybody do it. Either you step out or I take you to jail. >> No, wait a minute. Is that constitutional law? >> Yep. >> No, it's not. >> Okay. I'm telling you right now to come back. >> You know what? I don't see him. Can we have the sergeant, please? Can I ask for the sergeant? >> You can call in for one. Well, I'm going to do that because >> That's fine. Everyone's a roadside lawyer, right? Come back here with me real quick. >> Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. >> Roadside lawyer. >> I'm not going to tell you again. Step out and come back to my car. You're going to jail. >> Wow. >> 46 Central. >> I want a sergeant. >> You got a supervisor on duty? >> I do have a supervisor on duty. I'm telling you to exit the vehicle. >> No, I can Can I say something? Officer, >> you absolutely cannot. I've given you every opportunity. Step out the car. I'm coming out. What are you doing? What are you doing? What the hell you doing? >> I told you to come out the car. Did you come out? >> Coming out. What are you doing? >> Turn down. >> What are you doing? >> Easy, man. What are you doing? >> What is going on? >> What are you doing, man? >> 46. That's your own code for I got one on the ground, one in the car. >> All right. Come on, man. I'm I'm not resisting. Hell is going on here. >> Hey, we're just talking here, brother. >> Oh, we're not talking. You're [ __ ] now. >> What are you doing? You're good. You're good. There's one in the passenger seat over there. >> All right, so let's read the complaint. It's unclear who it came from. It might be just a random viewer who saw the body cam or it might be the Tik Tok lawyer, but this is what it said. Dear Sheriff Chitwood, I am writing to formally complain about the conduct of Deputy Stfan Ortiz during a traffic stop on or about March 8th, 2025 in Valuchia County. Body cam footage of this incident, which has been widely circulated online, shows what I consider to be aborant, unnecessary escalation, and excessive force against a cooperative citizen who had already surrendered his license, registration, and proof of insurance as requested. Then a bunch of yada yada yada nonsense. But he says that this behavior is deeply concerning for several reasons. It violates the public's trust in law enforcement and the principles of the US Constitution, including the rights to remain silent and to be free from unreasonable seizures. The deputy's remarks on body cam demonstrate clear contempt and retaliation for the citizen exercising protected rights. As a recipient of officer of the year recognition, Deputy Ortiz should exemplify professionalism, deescalation, and respect for citizens rights, not ego-driven escalation. Now, let's keep watching the body cam, and in just a moment, I'm going to show you what Sheriff Chitwood had to say about this complaint. >> I told him to come out. He didn't want to come out, so that's where we're at. >> I didn't want to come out. I was on my way out. Just pat him down. He doesn't have to be 1012. >> All right, sit up on your butt. >> Okay, >> 46 central. >> One adult male, 10:15. >> Yeah, that's when you step out the car like I [ __ ] told you to. >> Why are you swearing? >> You want to stand up? Yeah. >> Pull your foot in with you. >> Whoa, whoa, whoa. Hold on. Let me stand here. >> Ready? >> Yeah. Let me stand here, brother. >> No, you can clear it. >> All right. >> Come back to my car. >> All right. What is that? What happened there? >> Yeah. Come over to my car. >> Lean against it. >> I didn't see your >> spread your feet. Lean against my car. >> I told him to come out. That's the in segment one. You didn't want to come out the car. So, >> we came out the car. >> You didn't allow me to come out. >> Nope. >> They wanted to play constitutional rights game with me. Like, I don't [ __ ] know them. >> This is This is not a game. I just wanted to know why. Why did you want me to come out and I was on my way out? >> Oh, I told him. No, I'm not. I'm not on here, fellas. >> I'm searching you. I told you you got to call in for that. >> All right. So, the Karen actually had a list of demands. He said, "I respectfully request that the Valuchia County Sheriff's Office conduct a thorough internal investigation into this incident, including a full review of the body cam footage and other available evidence, determine whether Deputies Ortiz's actions constituted excessive force on professional conduct or a violation of department policy or the law, and impose appropriate disciplinary measures if violations are found. and provide me with a written response detailing the findings of the investigation and any actions taken. And this is what the sheriff had to say. Sorry, you cannot file a complaint. You're not a victim, just some [ __ ] with too much time on your hands. Here's some advice. Step away from the idiot box. Go outside, breathe in some fresh air, and let your toes touch the grass. Lastly, I really don't give a [ __ ] about what you think, Sheriff Chitwood. And that is glorious. That is the perfect response to a massive Karen. I'm glad that Sheriff Chitwood is not pussy-footing around criminals and he's not pandering to their emotions. Now, that's it for the video. Like I asked earlier, if you don't mind, watch a couple more videos. Click on any of the links on the screen right now and it'll take you to my playlist. I have pepper spraying, tasing, window smashes. Also, when you see my videos come up on your homepage, do click on them and watch them if you don't mind. And if you don't see my videos in your feed for a couple days in a row, just write Josh Prime in the search bar. It's not that I stop posting. Sometimes YouTube will not suggest my videos to you.
