We know it's unsafe to drive a thunderstorm. >> Do you have warrants or something? You have arrest warrants out of somewhere else. Is this your vehicle? >> I'm just trying to protect my constitutional rights. >> And I understand that. But us asking you to identify yourself isn't a violation of your constitutional rights. It is not. So the crime that you're committing right now is refusing to identify yourself. >> No, that's that's what confusion is. >> All right, we're going to go to jail.
