RP is um concerned about their friends they want a well Wellness wellness check done um says the mail is old and lives alone no one has heard from the mail and two days every time the RP tries to call just go in the voicemail um son and daughter were supposed to move the gentleman into a facility soon he's possibly in his 90s so he's up there uh nobody has had contact with him in two days that's the last time somebody saw him they attempted to knock on the door go for they attempted to knock on the door today and didn't get any response and they're saying that he doesn't have a car so really he can't drive anywhere there's really nowhere for him to go so we're going to go and check and hopefully everything's okay with them and if everything's okay we'll go ahead and contact the uh reporting party and let them know of our findings um so hopefully our subject is good to go and help healthy and good all right well one thing I like to check with stuff like this is if it's a wellness check they haven't heard from them in a couple days see how their mailboxes looking see if they've came out and they've gotten their mail okay he's got some mail in here not in his name yeah Mr George has been laying here for a little bit well open the door and uh the gentleman was laying in the kitchen deceased from what I can see nothing suspicious about it um looks natural to me so we're going to go ahead and get the process started with the mortuary and paperwork we got to do for the corners office and uh make sure that the decedent is well taken care of so after we noticed the gentleman was deceased in the house we had to get the process started basically what that consists of is we have our death investigation report we do a full investigation make sure there's nothing suspicious about the death whether it's natural uh whether it's a suicide all that stuff so we do our initial death investigation report after that we have to get a hold of the mortuary which comes and then picks up the decedent and we'll take him over to the County Corner's office which we also get a hold of and let them know hey this is what's going on this is what we got sending over to you give them all the information of the decedent we get the public administrator and the public administrator uh goes and seals up the house takes count of everything inside the house so that way they know um if somebody enters a house after the deceased is has left the property and tries to take anything the uh PA will actually sticker up the house and put the non-entry stickers so that way if one of those stickers is broken we know that the property has been tampered with and and somebody's been inside of the property um and after that we just do our report and we send it off to the Clark County coin's office which does their autopsy and is a final determination of whether it was a natural or suicide or uh anything of that nature so once autopsies in they get the results they're able to rule whether it was a natural or a suicide so right now we're going to a welfare check uh RP cannot get in contact with his sister who's 87y old female last time he talked to her was yesterday uh she stated that she had no cooling no AC uh swamp coolers weren't working and her husband is in a rehab facility in somewhere in parump so he's not at home home so right now we're going to go do a welfare check make sure she's all right typically in the summer we're have we have an excessive heat warning so it's pretty hot and for her to not have AC that's pretty big um red flag right there so we're just going to go hopefully she's all right and then go uh check on her and then we'll update the uh the person who called it in to let them know the status and stuff so Sheriff's Office Sheriff's Office uh so right now trying to get in contact with uh uh Barbara I guess she lives here um they said she R she drives a red GMC right now I'm not seeing the GMC here so maybe she's possibly not home but Sheriff's Office so we're ultimately not sure also if she has if uh her husband has the GMC when cuz he's at rehab so right now we're just knocking on the door probably going to call the uh reporting party and see if they can uh give us a phone number for her I'm not seeing anyone on the ground or anything like that in distress so she might possibly not be home right now the RP the reporting party last spoke to her uh yesterday evening so they don't necessarily know what time that is or what time they saw her or talk to her I mean so what we'll do is we'll call the uh is the one that typically checks her swamp cooler so she's probably going to go inside and then probably go talk to them here in a little bit but it's just good to know that she's okay in this heat to do is you're going to say hey you're going to go back up to the clerk say hey this is done Clerk's going to give it to the judge right judge is going to say yes this warrant the TPL okay or no it doesn't warrant the TPO right most likely if what you're telling me is true and I and I believe you it's probably going to get approved okay I can't say for certain but it probably won't right that's up to the judge man that's not up to me and then if he violates the TPO he goes to jail he can't talk to you he can't be within a certain amount of feet from you right if he violates any of those conditions he's going to jail so I'm going to take him out I didn't call him custody yet I didn't know he was being approached by him when he was fly calling around so I thought he was just sitting there [ __ ] going off at us because we didn't come and see him that's why I'm I was agressive I see what you mean see I didn't know he approached he was supposed to be done with he was supposed to running no no they're like like like walking after him so I'm I didn't know I didn't know all right so when we rolled up initially it looks like those gentlemen were engaging in a verbal argument soon to turn physical uh got out and attempted to diffuse a situation but they kept escalating and escalating so that's when you got to start getting loud with them and you know getting them to start realizing like hey if you don't knock it off dude you're going to end up in cuffs right you're going to end up detained until we figure out what the heck is going on uh the gentleman that I was speaking with with that had the black shirt on kind of was all over the place talking about how this whole Feud with them really started um the information I got was it started over some sort of cat that that was stolen from a gentleman uh and he blamed that the cat was stolen on the gentleman with the black shirt and really that's how this Feud started was over a cap from my understanding uh at this point you know we diffused the situation both parties were informed on how to obtain uh temporary protection orders and get this thing squashed for good to where they cannot have any more contact with each other because both of them are saying that this has been an ongoing issue and the cops have been involved numerous times but neither of them have applied for a temporary protection order yet so you know we gave them that information and I'm hoping they go go ahead and do that so we can just stop dealing with these two for good this car all right we're going to stop this car up here we got
