We got a call saying there's a white male walking around the property. Nobody should be there. He's walking around and he's supposedly bleeding. The caller is not home. She just wants us to >> just 104 station 1023. >> We've already got an officer on scene. Um, so >> so nobody's supposed to live here? >> Contact. >> I think she wants us to go in and check make sure nobody's squatting. Um, and then um, >> have you already walked around? >> I walked over here. I thought I was hearing somebody hollering for us down there, but it was a church event. And then my radio stopped picking up, but heard a door. Yeah. And I heard a door blow open. I don't think it was anybody, but I don't know. Then I was just going to wait. >> Yeah, that was smart. >> Clear it together, but I I don't know. I can't I made announcements on my radio and hollered out. >> Hey, >> here. I must have been >> Show your hands, >> man. Come on out, brother. >> Come on. I mean, >> that is Josh, but he said they're not he's not supposed to be here. >> Okay. So, this could potentially be some kind of civil deal. >> Well, look, we got to unpack this for a minute, but bottom line, we got somebody saying they own the property and they're saying nobody's supposed to be here. But you're saying you own the property? >> Yeah. My my that's that's my cousin Josh and that's my uncle Richard. >> So where you where you living at right now? Where you staying? Are you staying with your uncle Richard? >> Uh no. I just came into town. >> I'll talk to Kathy. >> She's still on the phone. >> Yeah. You just came into town today and then you walked here. >> Yeah. Uh Ca Katherine Smith is my sister. >> Yes. So that's what she said. Uh let me see your hand again, man. >> Sir, you need stitches, man. That's uh it's pretty bad. It's not bleeding anymore, but you're going to need stitches. Are you sure you don't want medics? >> It's up to you. I can't force you, but that's going to I mean, if you don't get that taken care of, that's that's going to get infected and get pretty bad. >> Ca Katherine Smith is my sister. >> Yes. Yeah. And Katherine said that you're not supposed to be here. >> Where are you living at now? Were you staying here last night? Yeah, but I came in like like like maybe 8:00 last night. >> Okay. >> And >> I'll leave. I I >> Well, just just hang tight. We're going to figure it out. We're going to figure it out. Look, as of right now, nothing's come up to the part that anybody's in trouble, nobody's going to jail, nothing like that. We're not We haven't got to that point. We're just trying to figure everything out. So, so just hang out and we'll figure out what's going on and we'll we'll we'll make a decision on what to do. >> I'm sorry. >> It's You're good. You're good. You're fine. You're okay. You're okay. >> Do you need to sit down? Would you like to Would you like to prop here? Prop up against this. I don't want you to fall over. You're okay. >> There you go. I'm trying to figure out >> your sister is telling me she owns all this and says nobody's supposed to be living here, >> right? >> Who owns it? >> No, I mean she she owns it. >> Yeah, I know. I was just saying what he was going to say. >> Okay, my bad. >> No, you're fine. >> We when we when we did the the the thing, >> does she want him trespassed? >> She still I told her to stay on the line so we could ask her more. I guess ask her that and ask her is there anywhere >> as far as him what she said she hadn't seen him in a couple years is what she's saying. >> How did you cut it? That's a pretty bad cut, man. >> No, I was I was just out here right here. >> You just fell or hit it on something, >> right? >> Okay. >> It was all right. I talked to her. Um, man, she's telling me she owns all this property free and clear. Okay. Is what she's saying. I don't know. She said there's no contention over who owns it. She don't want you here. She don't want you to come back. >> Is it trespass? >> Yeah, that's what she's saying. What she she's not here to really do the >> in person, but we can tell. I mean, she don't want him to come back. >> Did you get her information? >> So, no, I'm still going to get it. But, um, we're going to get her info and do a report, man. And that's all I can tell you for now. Do you have a plan? Where are you going to? >> I was actually heading up to Jacksonville. >> Okay. >> I look, this is just a suggestion. you you the the cut on your thumb's pretty dog on bad. >> It's going to get infected and it's going to get bad. >> They'll take you to Aniston, get some stitches put in it >> and you're already halfway there. It'll be less money to pay for a lift heading north. The wind just blew the door. >> So, do you want me to get medics to come check you out? >> Get you need >> if if it's okay. >> Yeah, there's no problem with that. Do you want me to get medics to come look at it >> if if medicine come out? >> Absolutely. not here because I I I was Hey, and in the meantime, you need to get >> 735. Kevin, you have RA in route. >> You need to go get it. >> Individuals got a cut on the sand. He's going to need stitches. >> You got to leave the property either way. So, >> but medics are on the way. Okay. So, we're going to hang out here until they get here. So, so you're good to go. >> Stuff. >> You have a lot of stuff. [snorts] >> Just your stuff. Whatever you brought, just your stuff. [snorts] >> Drink a few beers last night. >> Yeah. >> Hey, I'm going to walk around. I'm going to walk around and check the house if you want to stay with him. >> Want to check everything before you said? >> Yes. Yeah, >> that's what it >> Hey, >> 1026 got broken glass. [snorts] Hey, do me a favor real quick. Drop those rags. >> Drop those rags. Put them on the ground real quick. All right, turn around and put your hands behind your back. Put your hands together. You're not under rest this time. You're just being detained. Okay, hold that on. All right, sit down. Let me go take a >> Somebody got in. >> Let me go take a better look at it. We got medics on the way because he's got a really bad cut on his hand that he's going to need stitches for. If I had [snorts] to guess, that cut is from the broken glass that just found on the back of the house. Um, [snorts] it's his the reporting person. She owns the house. Supposedly, this is his brother from Pennsylvania's come down. Um, I guess didn't have anywhere to sleep. So, we've got broken glass on the house, and it's probably where the cut on his hand come from. We got a couple broken panes. Yep. How about that? [snorts] [snorts] Got more blood here on the [snorts] curtain as well. >> What you got? >> Yeah. >> What's going on, man? >> How you doing, sir? >> Got a pretty bad cut on her hand. believe he's going to need some stitches on that one. >> What happened? >> I was none of this was me. >> Okay. Did you get cut with a knife or what? >> No, I was I was walking around. >> Glass window pane. >> Glass. Okay. Yeah. Get it wrapped up for you. >> Oxford, please. >> Anybody in the house, make yourself known. >> Oxford PD. Anybody in the house? I got you. >> Oxford Police Department. Anybody in the house? [snorts] >> All right. We got several open doors. I'm going to clear right if you want to hold left. >> Oxford PD. >> Just hold it. I got a kitchen. >> Police department. >> All right, we're clear. You >> good? Yep. [snorts] Moving forward. >> Yep. >> Oxford PD. Anybody in the house? Make yourself known. >> Yep, I got you. >> I police department. Small room clear. All right, we got several open doors here. [snorts] Come around on me. We'll pie through and then we'll figure out what we're going to do. Go ahead. You got it. PD, anybody in? Go ahead. police. Anybody in here? Looks clear. Looks clear. >> Okay. Show me the Was it back in here? >> Yeah, in the living room. There's two window panes broken. There's one in here. And then you can see >> he made entry through there. You can see there's blood on the curtain and there's blood all on the porch. He definitely >> he definitely I don't know if he came all the way through, but Is there a brick back there? >> Yeah, there's a brick. >> Yeah. >> [snorts] >> All right. So, um I arrived second on scene. Officer Tombs was first. Uh he walked around the property and didn't see anybody. There's a a camper. He called out. Nobody answered. He waited till a second officer until I got on scene to uh further investigate. Got on scene, walked up to the camper, a male stepped out. He said that, you know, years ago he's been in the house multiple times. It's it's his was his mother's house who is now deceased. spoke with the possible property owner um on the phone. She lives out of state and she's saying the house is in probate, but the house is possibly in probate. She possibly owns it. We don't really know at this point. Um the rear of the house, the window was broken. Two windows were broken. Looks like a brick was uh was thrown through the window. There was a brick inside, some blood on the outside of the house. We don't we don't think he actually made entry into the house. We just think he threw a brick. So, right now what we have is criminal mischief. Um, but with us not knowing who actually owns the property and who the victim is actually going to be at this time, until we can further until we can figure that point out, we're going to just do a report. We get that part figured out, uh, they'll be able to come sign once we got him identified. He went to the hospital because he had that that cut on his hand. He's going to need some stitches on that. Uh, right now we're headed to a call, I guess. Uh, it's at one of our hotels. I guess somebody saw one of the guests walking through uh the parking lot nude and is supposedly now holding the door closed so they can't get out until they get dressed. So we're going to pull up here and see what's going on. It's probably around the corner. 7 6 8 10 23. >> Uh yeah. What's going on? >> I think he's dressed. I don't know. >> Okay. >> Thank y'all. Man, he's back here naked. He's gone. But I kept him in here till y'all got here. I'm kicking him out, but there ain't no way he's safe to drive. >> Okay. >> Ain't no way >> because I mean there was kids and everything else out here. >> Yeah. Come on. >> Oxford, please, buddy. >> Know what he's got in there? >> Come on. >> You okay if I open it? >> Yeah. Come on. >> Yeah. >> Can you put some clothes on, bud? What are you doing? >> Do you have any clothes? Yeah, he I checked his drinks. >> Can I see your hands, buddy? >> Yeah. >> Show me both your hands, buddy. >> Show me both of your hands, buddy. Both your hands. Let me see the other one. Okay. Do you have clothes? >> I do. >> Where are they? >> They are in the bathroom. >> Is there anybody else in here? >> No, sir. >> Okay. You mind if I uh walk in? >> No, sir. >> Okay, >> right here. >> Is that okay? >> Did you drink today, buddy? >> Yes, sir. Is it okay? Uh, you you should uh >> Where are your clothes, man? >> Where are your clothes, buddy? >> Right here. >> What are you doing? >> Right there. >> Just sit there. >> Yes, sir. >> Do you have any other clothes? >> No, sir. >> Those ones are soaking wet. Yes, sir. Right here. >> I don't. >> What's your name? >> Okay, just stop doing that. What's your name? >> Yes, sir. >> Right here. >> What is your name? >> Christopher. Trying to see. >> Can you try to get him dressed? He's got some clothes on the floor in the bathroom in there. He's booty cheeks naked. You see that, too? What was it say to me? He's >> He's booty cheeks naked, buddy. He's got clothes in the bathroom, but >> Far, you probably want to go get his clothes. He's really drunk. >> Hey, um, >> they're in there. I'll grab him if you can just sit in here with him getting dressed. Heat. Heat. Put him on. >> Yep. >> I I don't know what they're want to do with him. He said he's kicking him out, but he's obviously drank too much to be able to drive. So, >> I didn't I didn't really talk to the personnel, except he told me they were kicking him out. >> I haven't asked him. He's He can barely even answer questions. >> I keep asking his name. They just kept saying, "Yeah, here it is." And then would bend over in the, you know. Yeah. >> So, uh, right now he is highly intoxicated. Um, he is completely naked. I grabbed his clothes. They're helping him get dressed. Um, from the very brief that I talked to the personnel, they want him gone. Um, he's obviously too intoxicated to drive. Uh, so we're going to try to see where to go from there. see if maybe he wants medics or if he has somebody that might be able to come and pick him up. >> Okay, then don't trust me. >> Which ar >> Hey, what's going on? >> Put these on. Let's go. Hey, >> I need to go now. What's going on, please? cuz I'm freaking out. >> Put your pants on, buddy. >> Hey, hey, hey, ma'am. >> Put your pants on, bud. >> Hey, sir. Can I please know what's going on? >> By the right of the ninth amendment of the 38th >> I I promise you I will go to states. >> Okay, if you stop talking, he's trying to tell you. >> All right, deal. >> I got called. >> All right, so uh >> Are you sure you want to do this? We got called because you were walking outside. >> Absolutely not. Because I would never absolutely never. >> Absolutely not. >> With a wallet and all that. That's his name. >> Why would I walk? >> I don't know. >> Put your pants on. I'll put them on for you. >> Put them on for >> They say come out. That's crazy. Last. >> Yes, sir. >> Yes, sir. How can I help you? You know what? Uh, he got off and then somebody else came back, but then I had other guys coming. So, >> I've got the cameras on, but he come in with a wallet and all that. That's his name, address, ID number. I don't know where it went between this, but he was fully clothed when he checked. >> He's definitely not anymore. >> They said he come out naked. So >> 769. >> Where your shoes at? You have shoes? >> Yes, sir. Right there. Where you possibly place? think we would uh possibly think we would have shoes. >> I was trying to have a good time with the good night. >> I was trying to have a good time with the African. >> I don't know how what else you don't even care. >> That don't even make sense. >> That don't even make sense. What you want to do? >> I don't even What you want to do? >> Did they say anything about >> He's right. He's right there. If you want to talk to him, that's personel right there outside the door. >> I was trying to make love. >> Here's the guy's information. >> Put your other shoe on. >> Is that okay? Is that okay? So, he did [snorts] have both those pillows like on top of him, like in front of him. So, I don't know if he put something under him or what, but >> I don't think he did, but >> do what? >> I'd rather just go to sleep and go to wake and shrike us up nerd fight. Please God, a promise shell. Yo, man. 150 yard. >> You know where your wallet is, man? >> Yes, sir. >> Where is it? >> Exactly. >> Where is it at? >> Here's the thing, sir. Thank you, sir. >> Sir. Are you sure? Like I I Now you're [clears throat and snorts] >> Now you're going to jail. >> Yeah, now you're going to jail for sure. >> Yo, I'm positive. >> Stand up. >> I can't breathe. I can't breathe. I can't breathe. >> You're talking. You can breathe. >> I can't breathe. >> Hold on. I don't >> Can y'all just 22 with us at the jail if you don't mind? >> Yep. Uh, we took handcuffs off of him cuz he was being cooperative. Um, soon as we did that, he stood up, started making threats, saying he was going to beat us. Uh we don't tolerate that. So uh he's going to go to jail tonight.
