You're going to roll to me. Okay. Roll over me. Three, two, one. [Music] All right, we're going to uh conduct a traffic stop on this vehicle uh for improper tag lights. It doesn't have any. I think there might be one there and it's extremely dim, but it ain't enough to see. I don't even know what uh what if any state this is from. Oh, it looks like an Arkansas one. 756 1039 1039 I don't like that he went past the parking lot. Barryian 78 on a Toyota Corolla Arkansas 28 Alpha Sierra Zulu 71 Victor. Hey, roll your back window down for me, please. Can you roll your back window down? Can you hear me? Mhm. Okay. Who's all in here? My wife. Okay. I can't see through cuz it's so tinted. That's why I was asking you to roll the back window down. Okay. Uh do you have a driver's license? Okay. You have ID card? Something with your name on it? Okay. The reason I'm stopping you is cuz you don't have any tag lights. Okay. Okay. You speak English? No. What's your name? Isaac. Isaac. Mhm. I spell it. S A C. No. O. Oh, C. Uhhuh. Date of birth. When were you born? Okay. Uh, say date of birth in Spanish. Oh, my birthday. Yeah. Is 16. You been drinking? Uh, no. Serveas or anything? Okay. All right. Uno momento. Uh, I questioned if he had been drinking only because he's very slow to respond. Um, a lot of that can be the language barrier that we're dealing with, but he doesn't have any form of identification on him. We're going to try to run him and see. 756 1027 name, date of birth. He's got his wife in there uh in the front seat. I guess she doesn't speak English neither. Um and then he said he's got a kid in the back. I can't see cuz the windows are so dark, but we have a problem understanding whether or not or what I'm saying. So when I asked him to roll the window down, he no compren think you compren some. But see and a problem with a lot of these people that are here illegally is he could have a warrant with us. He could have a warrant with somebody else, but he could also be given 60 different names and we just wouldn't know it. Go ahead. Insurance Good. Okay. Whose vehicle is it? H who owns the car? The Oh, the vehicle. Yeah. Oh, no. No. No. Branded. Okay. Who owns it? Uh two 2001. No. Owner. Do you own it? Does she own it? No, it's in my wife. It's in your wife's name? Mhm. Lorena. Lorena, get your tag lights replaced. Okay. Huh? Tag light. Get it fixed. Okay. Adios. I ain't going to get any further with him. I mean, he's illegal. So, we found his address and then had our dispatch run it to see if uh we could locate any name files, but they weren't able to do so uh with that address. My guess is he's in the country illegally. So trying to identify him is extremely difficult because he's not going to have a driver's license or an ID card through our state. But we just cut him loose with a warning and we'll move on to the next. He didn't appear to be committing any crime at the time. Had his wife and kid with him. So get us another one. Yeah, man. [Music] [Music] [Music] 5 4 3 2 [Applause] 1. Hit it high, break it, and break and rake. We break, break, and bring it down. Every bit of it. So, high, across, and down. You're going to get all of this stuff, but break it, pull it down, and roll out. That way, whoever is going to be your cover. 2007 Hyundai Sonata white in color shows expired 430 of 22. 104. We're going to be 1039 on that vehicle. Going to be Chih Hall and Boozer pulled into a residence. Hey, how are you? Just fine. How are you? Good. Can you put a cigarette out for me so I can talk to you? Yes, sir. Can I just step out since we're in the yard? Yeah, you can step out if you want to. Since you're going to step out, just face the face the car for me. I'm just going to pat you down. Just make sure you ain't got nothing on you. You poke me, stick, and stab me. Just tired as though. Do what? Just tired as I got you. All right, cool deal. All right, so you have an idea of the reason why I stopped you? Uh, probably because either the expired tag Yeah. Out of 20 out of 2022. No, no, no. Sorry. I haven't See how it's a bolt and a nut back there? I don't have any tools. Okay, that's that's mine. That one's expired, too, though. That's why I said expired tag. Okay. All right. I know. I have to get a tag. I've had my kid graduate high school, so I've had just bills out the rear end. I got you. You got uh your license on you? Yes. Right here. Honda works. Self work, ain't it? You on the line? Yeah. Yeah. Door line. Gotcha. All right. If you don't mind sit for me just second. Yeah, no problem. You want my insurance? Uh, I'll run it in the car. Okay. So, I saw this vehicle come by um and ran it, shown it expired out of 2022, and then ran it through our dispatch and they had the same hit. Um, he does have a tag in his back window. I didn't run it, so I'm not sure if it returns to this car, but through our dispatch is still saying that the tag he has on there now expired in 2022. So, Rand's license and his license is showing suspended. So, we're going to go talk to him and see why his license is suspended. All right. Do you know the last time you were stopped? Uh, I hadn't been stopped in a while. I had a ticket uh probably about a month or so ago. I Okay. But I paid it off. What was it for? Uh, I ran through a stop sign. through through what agency? Oxford. Oxford. So, you know you're suspended? No. Yeah. Your license is suspended. How? Why? I don't know. Like I just got stopped maybe like a month or two ago. 7:42. 7:42. Can you t on that date of when the license was suspended? I think it's 11. That's 24. 104. So the 11th of this month, your license got suspended. No reason why it doesn't. None. The only reason I could possibly think of why it's been suspended is that you haven't updated your tag. Maybe that's the only reason that I could figure I can probably get that taken care of tomorrow day. Yeah, you definitely need to get because I mean I saw that one. That one makes me feel a little better cuz it's not it's not 2022. Yeah. No, definitely. So, yeah. I Is this where you live? You live here? I'm staying with some friends right now. With some friends. Okay, cool. And is this your car? Yes. Okay. All right. Go ahead. Did that stop you getting on the interstate? I think it was. Yeah, I knew you looked familiar. You were the one who stopped me last. Yeah, that's the last time you've been stopped. Yeah, it was like a month or two ago. So, did you have that tag on this car? No, it was been sitting right there in the back window. Maybe you had it in the front seat with you and that's the tag I ran when I stopped you. It been right there. It's been right there. Okay. All right. So, you get the tag taken care of tomorrow cuz that's what I was waiting on was payday. So, the tag I mean you're you're only expired like a month out of your tag like obviously but the driving was suspended. So, your license just got suspended like 10 days ago literally. So, I don't know what that's for. Um and obviously you didn't know about it and it being so close. Um I'm just going to give you a verbal warning cuz I know I've stopped you before. I'll get this taken care of tomorrow. I can pull up in my system the last tag I ran and I know because I would have wrote you for expired tag. It being 2022 before I wrote you for running through a stop sign for sure. Yeah. Um but it wasn't it wasn't expired when you me over. No, but I don't remember seeing this tag on there. I don't know what it was, but I know for sure I would have wrote you for an expired tag if I didn't write you for running through a stop sign. But uh anyways, I'm just going to give you a verbal warning, but you need to go as soon as possible and get both of these figured out. I'll get the tag figured out in the morning and I will call them and find out what the heck's going on with my license, cuz that's definitely not right. Yeah. Anyways, all right, man. Have a good night. Get you some sleep. Well, good morning. First call of the day. It's a vehicle unlock. I know. Shocking. We're going to go up here and unlock this car for this person or we're going to we're going to try real hard. So hopefully it works out and get this thing unlocked and get them on about their day. We do a lot of these a lot of these all day every day most shifts. You at least got to do one or two vehicle unlocks, but it's kind of a courtesy something we do for the citizens. We don't charge obviously and try to help them out um and just do what we can do. So we're going to go see if we can unlock this car. Zone one, Oxford disatch. OPD. Hello. Morning. Morning. Did you call about the vehicle being unlocked? Oh, I didn't. My grand see. Let me get my phone. That's probably her on my phone. Is she here? No, she's at work. Okay. Who owns the vehicle? She does. Okay. Is she able to come back and sign the form? Okay. Who needs it unlocked? Does she need it unlocked right now? Well, we ain't got a key to unlock. Can you When she comes back, can she just call us when she gets back home? Let me answer my phone right now. Go ahead. Go ahead. Go ahead. What time she get on? What time are you getting on? Are you listening? Hey, Miss Lindsay, can you hear me? You mind? Hey, uh, whenever you get back home, just call me and I'll be happy to unlock it for you. But you're not here and you got to sign some paperwork. So, I are you just needing it unlocked when you get it or is your or do you need it un are you about to use it or no? Well, well, it's how we have to go. I mean, no, I understand. I just her car. So, so whose car is that though? That's her car. So, she has two cars. Okay. So, you're okay with me unlocking it for her? Yes. Okay. Okay, I can do that. Will you sign for me? Just a little liability form. Sure, please. And I'll give it a shot. Gosh. [Music] It's unlocked. [Music] All right. Well, she's unlocked. You good? I ain't got anywhere turning that off unless it's disabled somehow. Where is the key inside? I don't know where the keys at. Okay. Do you want me to help you look or do you want to look? You got it? Oh, I as long as I'm look. Yes, ma'am. Your driver side door is open. Do you need anything else? All right. Well, y'all have a good day. Okay. Thank you. Yes, ma'am. Are you familiar with what's going on or anything like that? What can you tell us about him? It's been like a while back a bunch some people laced him. So, it's been like we've been trying to just get him some help and stuff and we've been back and forth to RMC back and forth back and forth. They said they didn't have no rooms. They couldn't help him. All of this like it's his mental note. And he don't take no medicine cuz he can't get into a doctor. So he's not diagnosed with anything or anything like that? No. Hey man, listen. Listen, listen listen to me. If you can calm down for a few minutes, we'll get him off of you. Okay. Um from prison time is that PTSD and schizophrenia. That's all I know. But I just want to make sure he's not in any trouble to think he's No. No. Listen. Just calm down. It's going to be okay. Calm down. Okay. Okay. Mom. No, it's No, I'm his fiance. That's right. I don't know where he cut though or what he did. There's no blood on this, but there's like three lacerations on his arm that are pretty deep. You can see the fat coming out of it. It's a mental thing. This is We're trying to get him help. Hopefully, y'all can cuz we want nobody. It takes more than us. Okay. Yes. So, it takes a lot of work on y'all's end. I contacting the county and doing everything. I took him to up back and forth to Highland Health. They're saying it's been a little while since he's had an episode. Yes. Yes. I'm a bipolar schizophrenic and I've been giving him my medicine to help him. And he's been doing great, but like I told him, you can only take my medicine for so long. His mama has tried to get him help. They keep denying her. Mama, where did this happen at? Mama way over at home. He He just It's like y'all It's like I don't know. It's like people in Yes. That's it basically. Like he he's When he's good, y'all, he's good. And when he's not, he's not. And I can't tell you how many times that man has took it upon himself to walk up to RMC himself and ask them to give him some help. Yeah. And he swears no one will help him because they keep denying him. And he's a good guy. On Jesus Christ, on Mother Mary, on Abraham. Okay, hold on. I'm not playing. Yes, please. All right. Can I turn my head right quick? I loosen this. This one's loose. This one has Do you want the cuffs off? I don't know how. Do you want his cuffs off? I' I've dealt with him several times. He's never gave me issues. I mean, it's definitely a mental a mental problem. Yes. And I keep telling people that and he's so called. Got all these damn friends, but y'all are not his friends. Y'all not calling and checking on him, seeing if he's okay or nothing. This man is going through it in real life. I keep telling people soon is real. I can't tell you how many times a 35 year old man tried to kill himself cuz he want nobody help him. Right here. Nice. Uh-huh. They're really wet. I just ain't too long left him, y'all. And he kept saying, he said, "Man, I'm not feeling myself. I'm not feeling myself." Well, I'm going to get us something to eat and I'll be back in a few minutes. And it's literally that's how long it takes for him to snap. And it's crazy because he got so many people who say they poor him. They not. Yeah. It's with mom. Yeah. Girlfriend. Girlfriend. Okay. Girl. Oh. You got enough know that's what it's going to take. Can I get his wallet? He wants it and he wanted you to keep that. Okay. Okay. There you go. You want to look at it? He he going to RMC? Will I be able to to come up and see him? Like not right now cuz I know they got to do the paperwork cuz I didn't committed up there before. But would I be able to come see him? Like that would be for that would be for the ER to answer for you. Okay. You have to call. Okay. But could you tell him that I love him and I will be up there? Yeah. So, he left the apartment when I pulled up and mom came out and let us know that he just left and Officer Reeves caught him in a midsection street. Uh, we got him detained and medics out to treat his slashes on his wrist that were pretty deep. He's going to get transported to RMC and I'm coming back here to get statements from mom and uh girlfriend. Um so we spoke with mom and girlfriend obviously has a history of mental health. um with his lacerations. The medics uh wrapped it up and took him up to the local hospital in Aniston and we're just going to document the situation to help the family get some mental health um evaluations done on him because of his temperament and anger and incontrollability of his own his own actions and emotions. So, uh, hopefully he can get some help and the family can actually, uh, enjoy him cuz they said that he's a really nice guy up until he, uh, snaps out of it. So, hopefully this will help them.
