All right. So, now we're on our way to another shooting. >> 726 10:39. [music] >> I'm going tell you right now, do not touch. So, you right now, do not touch. [music] >> [music] [music] >> arrived. >> Uh we're going to stop this car in front of us. They passed us. He had his phone in his hand and he's got no plates on his car. So see what's going on with him. South 7 traffic. >> Dandy line unregistered red Honda Civic. Perhaps a timber tag. That's hilarious. That's funny. >> He's a funny guy. >> That's how I got the car. >> He's a funny guy. Uh, stop you for just two reasons. So, you had your phone in your hand when you passed me right there? Obviously, no plates. Do you have a temp tag or anything with the car yet? >> No. >> How long ago did you buy it? >> Uh, about a week ago? >> About a week. Okay. Do you have an insurance card? >> Uh, can I? >> Yeah. >> I don't have any insurance or registration on this car. My friend has it. I can call him real quick. >> Okay. You ever bring your license with you? >> I have my ID. >> I do all that the 30th, bro. I I got everything down. Look, >> you don't got a license, >> huh? >> You don't have a license? >> It's suspended, dude. >> Look, I'm I'm in living free. I'm in the drug court program. I think I see you at the gym sometimes, you know, living free. >> Oh, living free gym. Yeah. >> Like I'm trying to do good, you know, >> trying to get back on track. >> Yeah. >> Okay. For sure. Do you have any paperwork for the vehicle? Like, is there any old paperwork in there that has the VIN number on it? I'm all [ __ ] shaking right now. >> It's all right, Robert. >> I mean, everything's possible. You can check the windows and this is fine. >> Yeah. Can you open the door? Usually the sticker is easier to read. >> Where you headed right now? >> I'm headed to uh my job to get my check so I can get a money order for drug court. I got court today at 10:30. >> Oh, do you? >> Yeah. >> Okay, for sure. >> There you go. >> Where you working at? Just living free stuff or >> Oh, sen. Okay, for sure. >> All right, bro. Yeah, don't stress me. Yeah, just whole traffic things going on. >> I know this is going to probably be getting my licenses driving with no license. I've already got triple for twice. >> Yeah, >> but I was doing it for the up reasons for bad reasons. Now I'm actually doing what I'm supposed to be doing, you know, >> going to court, you know. >> I got you. I got you. I appreciate honesty. So, uh, just give me a minute. Let me log everything real quick. Okay. I'll be right I'll be right back. All right. All right. So, Spain since 2022 went crazy for eBay. I was here for a while. Driving while suspended. Driving while suspending violate restrictions of license. Yeah. No license. No license. No license. No license. No license. >> That is it. A big ticket. >> No. So, I'm saving you some headache and a lot of money. Okay. >> So, I I'm giving you a ticket for not having the insurance cuz that's when the law says I'm required to give you. You have 3 days after a private party, private purchase, sale of a vehicle to get insurance on it. If your friend has insurance that's still active, you can show the court. They'll dismiss the ticket as long it was active today. Okay. I logged in your license suspension as a warning and the vehicle and register as a warning and the hands-free talk text as a warning. All right. I appreciate you trying to get your life back together and everything. I know I see you working over there at the living free gym and all that stuff. You do have to follow the law legally though. So legally, I got to tell you, you cannot drive, right? Um so technically you're not supposed to move the vehicle from this spot, especially because it has no insurance. You don't have a license. Okay, I'm not going to sit here and babysit you or do whatever. You're an adult, so once I leave, however you get the vehicle to where you're going, it'll be on you. You get stopped by someone else. They're liable to to give you the same tickets, tow your car, whatever the case may be, right? Your history with your license. You know, if it's someone else that has, you know, no, you're not trying to get your life back together. You're just out here joy riding or something. Probably tow the car. Could go to jail cuz it's a criminal offense, right? But like I said, I'm going to cut you a break cuz I appreciate your honesty. I know you're trying to do good and you get back everything get everything back together. Okay. So, just a ticket for the insurance. All right. So, it would be 740 if you don't have anything for the for the insurance. Okay. Or if you've never had an insurance ticket in the past, a conviction for no insurance, it could go down to 100 per the law. Okay? However, make sure you get it taken care of by September 8th, 2025, 8:00. If you go past this date, obviously, you know, there's be a warrant for this ticket. Okay? Um, you go online, do all that stuff. Like I said, they'll get with whoever you got the car from. They might still have insurance on it if you just bought it. If it's active, just have them send you the insurance card. You can show it to the court. It'll they'll dismiss that. All right. And uh but you got to get your license fixed. You got to get the uh everything else for the vehicle at least. But at least your license. All right. So, I'm going to take off. Not going to follow you around, but I got to advise you legally. You can't drive without a license. You know what I mean? So, however you do that, do what you do. Any questions for me? >> No, sir. >> Okay. All right, brother. Take care. All right. >> Oh, yeah. Take that sticker off, too. Take that sticker off, too. [laughter] I'm hearing these window sensing off. >> I think it's on the outside, though. >> Huh? >> These on the outside, though. >> Is it? >> I think so. >> Oh, come off. >> All right, bro. >> All right. >> All right. So, we're getting dispatched to warfare check. RP's advising that uh she's a little worried for her sister. Hasn't heard from her a couple days. Supposedly, she's staying with uh her boyfriend. Um, and she tried to reach out to her boyfriend's mom, >> but according to the RP, she's not too forthcoming with really any information involving the RP sister. So, we're going to go ahead and stop by here, see if we can make contact, and uh hopefully get them reunited again and make sure that she's okay. Sheriff's office. Hello, sir. Sheriff's office. Hello. >> We're looking for Isaac and Jessica. >> Huh? >> Isaac. >> Shut up. >> We're looking for Isaac and Jessica. >> I don't know where she is. I don't know where he is either. >> They Okay. When do you know the last time you saw them, sir? >> About 6:30. >> Yeah. >> 6:30 in the afternoon. Yeah. >> Okay. And you were they both together? >> No. >> No. Was it just Isaac? >> Just Isaac. >> Okay. All righty, sir. Yeah. We're looking for Jessica. We're just trying to conduct a welfare check. Her sister wants to make sure that she's okay. So, >> I don't know where in the heck they are. >> Okay. No worries. He didn't say where he was going or anything like that. >> Let me ask her. I don't know. >> Okay. I appreciate that. >> Are they living here or still over? >> Who is it? >> Hello, ma'am. Sheriff's office. >> Is he in the room? I don't know. >> In the room, Daddy. Come out. >> Huh? >> He's in the room. >> Get your ass out here. The police want you. Hey, what's going on, Isaac? What's going on? >> Hey, man. So, the reason we're here is so uh we're just trying to conduct a welfare check on Jessica. Do you know where she's at? >> No. >> Okay. When's the last time you seen her? >> Like three days ago. >> Three days ago. Did she tell you she was going anywhere or something like that? >> No. >> Okay. Where did you see her? >> At our house where she kick me out. >> Oh, okay. Did she kick you out three days ago? >> Yeah. >> What happened there? Okay. Same old stuff basically has been going on. >> But last last thing you know she is over there. >> I don't know where she at. >> Okay. But that's the last place you saw her. >> Yeah. >> And >> she still stays on six more. >> Yeah. >> You have her phone number? >> No. >> Does she have a phone? >> I don't know. >> You don't It's your girl, right? >> My wife, man. >> That's your wife. So you should know she got a phone. >> I don't know her number, bro. You don't know your wife. >> Just trying to make sure she's all right, man. >> Yeah. Otherwise, people are going to keep calling us and we're going to have to keep coming out and disturbing you. >> She ain't over here. I tell you that. I tell you that much. >> Does she have any other family out here? >> No. >> So, according to the well, husband, he hasn't heard from her in three days. doesn't know her number. He's not really forthcoming with much information. He's giving us short answers and not really being too helpful. So, they're known to get into disputes quite often where they kind of do this sort of thing. So, we're going to go check at the her apartment supposedly where he was kicked out 3 days ago and uh see if we can make contact with her there. All righty then. Here we go again. She sheriff's office. >> [music] >> Sheriff's office. Thought I heard somebody in there. TV's on. >> Sheriff's office. >> Hello. Sheriff's office. >> Or Jessica. >> Third case. >> Jessica. Yeah. For what? >> For what? >> Hey. Hey. You're not in trouble or anything. >> Are you sure? >> Yes. I'm positive coming outside. >> You're all right. I got you. No worries. >> Got me shaking it. >> Oh, you're all right. Hey, >> I didn't do nothing. >> You got warrants. >> No. >> Hey, your sister called. She's concerned about you. >> Oh, I know what this is about. Get that camera. Okay, I know what this is about. All right. >> You're You're a star. >> All right. Yeah, you're a star. >> No, it's about my husband. That's what the deal is. And it's hard for me. So, >> how are you keeping in touch with her so she doesn't call us? >> Well, because I don't know her. >> Do you have your phone? >> Well, yeah. >> You don't know her number? >> Yeah, we don't know her number. She hasn't called us. >> I haven't talked to her in a minute. So, that's >> But it's got to be because she's hearing word on the street or something. >> She thought you were freaking dead, man. that she >> What the heck? How's that floating around? Did you make that up? >> I don't know what my husband's out there doing, [laughter] but it's got to be clearly involved with whatever he's got going cuz they're not the first ones to come to me. Everybody's looking for me and I'm fine. >> Okay. >> Did you kick him out finally? >> Pen did that before he got shot. >> When did he get shot? >> A little bit ago. >> Not out here. Out here. Was it reported? The cops came and told me. They came and did a well check on me. They were like, "We just want to make sure you're not shot." I was like, "Why would I be shot?" >> Cuz you do the shooting, huh? >> I did not. But no, I don't know. I'm >> You guys come over here crazy like what? >> Uh >> I thought you guys were him honestly at the door. That's why I was not opening. >> Oh, >> you guys didn't say sheriff's office or nothing. >> Sure did. >> My dad didn't say nothing. He sent him. >> Do you want her to call you? >> Yeah, I she'll get I'll find her tomorrow. All right, Jessica is doing all right. She's fine. I guess there's probably some rumors floating around from who knows where that he got shot and she was possibly in danger. But good thing is they're only rumors. So, I'm going to call the uh sister back, let her know that she's fine. We put eyes on her and that uh she can reach out. Guess she's already got the number, so that's good. So, we're on our way over to a domestic. Uh we frequent this house quite often. Um apparently they're been arguing. One party says that uh one some of the male hit her. Um it's a bunch of yelling in the background according to dispatch. And like I said, we've been here a lot, but you still got to take everything seriously. There was a dude just running right around here. >> I'll be out with Isaac on approaching and tell >> Isaac here. >> What's going on with you and Jessica? >> I got my brother on the phone. He can tell he can tell you I never touch this. >> All right, dog. You You already know. You already know I'm cool with you, >> bro. I was going to work this lift the out. >> I called my brother. He tell you I was on the phone with my brother the whole 9 yard. She got mad at me. My landlord come ain't going to come to help me fix my house there. >> All right. >> I move the out me yet. I got up out of here. I'm tired of this, bro. I smoke ain't no me. I don't know. >> I know. That's why we're good mad. How you doing, D? >> You can breathe now. You're away from it. Got me mad. Hell yeah. I got it. Don't lie on me. You got me out of here. >> Yeah. >> Hell yeah. >> What she saying? What she saying that happened, >> bro? Look. >> Yeah. >> I just did my brother yard. Okay. I'm just going to show you. Yes. Yesterday. >> It's a lot of Give me a second. I just woke up. Okay. >> You good? You good? >> Look. Started right here. Okay. >> No, that's the second. >> Are you cleaning his yard or >> cleaning his yard? >> That's his front yard. >> Okay. >> I cleaned all that out. Make it all nice and neat. >> Look at all this trash. You see what I'm saying? A lot of It's a big ass yard. >> Yeah. >> I stopped right there yesterday. I'm tired, bro. Exhausted >> trying to feed this fat. >> So, I did the yard, right? >> Okay. >> I'm right handing God. I'm on the phone with my brother. My brother asked me, "Bro, you coming over New York?" I said, "Yeah, bro." Around like 9:30, 10:00, my dad come get me. Okay. >> This got a special. You see what I'm saying? >> She got what? >> A special coming up. >> Okay. >> She go to ask my brother. She go to the top of her lungs. You ain't going to help me clean my house. I said, "Help me clean the house. I'm phone my brother. I'm smoking my joint." >> Yeah. >> Leave me alone. Okay. >> Help me clean my house. Divorce. I said we go through this every time. Leave me alone. straight to I go grab my clothes. Okay, >> that's when she jumped in front of me. I told her move out my way since she want to jump. My brother said, "Bro, don't hit her." Turn around. Her dad come stop yelling at my Stop yelling at my daughter. I say you daughter straight. I'm tired. Stop coming at me. Right hand guy. >> Go in there and grab my clothes. >> Okay. >> Say something. Call the cops. I'm telling cops you hit me. My brother say get the up out of there, bro. You want to call your brother for me? I want to hear what it says, >> bro. Bro. Hey, bro. I'm next to the police, cuz they want to know what happened, bro. Can you tell them what happened, bro? Please. I don't want to go to jail, cuz on Cal Valley C next to Shi House, my >> You see me? >> Yeah. Can you Can you let him know this? >> He can come over. >> He said you can come over. You cool as hell, bro. Can you please let him know what happened, bro? >> Thank you. Look, look, look. This [ __ ] got me, bro, bro. >> Not sure. >> Like, look at me, bro. Just up. >> Yeah, I know. >> I got Look at my eyes, bro. >> Oh, there's you, bro. I was I was looking over there. >> Look at the nugget. >> Oh, got you. Oh, okay. >> Good sir. >> What's up? >> How's it going, buddy? >> Pretty good. You heard what's going on on the phone? >> Good. What happened? >> So, >> reporting party is reporting. That was just verbal, not physical. >> All right. >> Yeah. >> Thanks. >> It's my job. >> All right. Well, I don't even I don't even need your story because she's saying that it didn't happen. >> Yeah. SHE LIED ON ME. TAKE HER ASS TO JAIL, MY [ __ ] COME ON. >> We have medic. >> She said it didn't happen. >> With my [ __ ] life, my [ __ ] listen. >> Yeah. >> She said it didn't happen. So we don't have >> but she just called the police so I just [ __ ] hit her. Bro, bro, >> I know. >> You know how >> you need to separate from her, dog. >> You need to >> listen. I said it didn't happen. Let's go continue our day. >> You have a great day off. >> All right. >> You see what I'm saying? Run for my life. >> Yeah. Well, you need to run from me. >> I put my name in the bubble and I'm about to be trying to be a bubble tag. >> Are you going to try? >> Yeah. >> Oh, yeah. I seriously put my I serious how to get away from this. >> You need to get away from her, dog. >> And I really I really put my app in, bro. >> Do it. >> I really did. >> All right. You're good, man. >> Thanks. >> So, it looks like it was just a a verbal argument. They get into these arguments all the time. Um I've never had an issue with uh the male half. He's always been cool, respectful. He gets a little little amped up sometimes, but he's not a very bad guy. Uh we're going to be making a traffic stop on this vehicle um up here near the intersection of Coleman and 78. Vehicle doesn't have a tag displayed on it. 732 >> 732 >> 747 1039 >> 1039 >> pulled into the parking lot of Pelicans it's a dark in color Ford Escape 28 hello >> hey reason why I pul driver cuz you don't have a tag yet. I guess he just bought it probably. >> Yeah, I got the door sale right here. >> Awesome. >> I've got insurance on it. I try to go through the DMV and it was busy. >> Okay. >> And I don't have the title for it. My boss sold me the car and he's trying to get >> When did you go to the DMV? >> Uh I think it was Friday. >> Friday. >> I went up in there trying to get a title application. >> I got you. They caught you on a holiday weekend, too, huh? [snorts] >> You got your insurance with you? >> If you want to pull that up, I can take your driver's license. I'll probably get you out of here quicker. You can take that back, too. One second. Appreciate you, man. Um, you know, you get 20 days from the day you purchase the vehicle to get the tag put on it. So, I think you still got a couple days. >> I got 20 cuz uh I got pulled over. I don't know who it was by. I got pulled over back in action. He said 30. >> 20. >> That's fine. >> 20. I think it's 30 for new vehicle. I'm not 100% sure. I'll be 100% honest with you. I do know 20. That's what the code says. It may change for new vehicles, used vehicles, >> sir. >> I don't know. I know the 20. That's why I always tell people just to be consistent. But um I appreciate you, man. Be safe. Make sure you wear your seat belt. >> So this car up here on our right is following way. They were closer, but even now they're way too close to this truck. Following way too close. The uh Alabama state law reads that you got to be uh 20 ft for every 10 miles hour. So you do the math on it. That's 2 feet for every mile hour. Speed limit on this road is 55. Uh you do 55* 2, so they got to be 110 ft back. Uh they were not for 742 >> right up on the rear of this truck. So we're going to get them stopped and uh >> 0273 273. >> Let them know they need to either slow it down or change in the other lane and go around them. All right. It's a possibility that both of these may pull over together. They may be traveling together. That is a possibility. 726 1039 >> 1039 >> Highway 21 curvy road be on a darken color Lexus. Alba 1028 alpha one hotel 6 hotel bravo >> truck still we're going to back up. >> Hello, ma'am. How are you doing? >> I'm fine. >> I'm officer Yates with the O Police Police Department. Are you traveling with that gentleman that was in front of you? >> Okay. I don't hear you. Are you are you were you traveling with the gentleman that was in front of you? >> Yes. I've been traveling for hours. I'm trying to follow my husband is what I'm doing. >> Yes, ma'am. I got you. >> That truck over there. >> Well, uh reason being >> too fast. >> No. No, ma'am. Uh you're following way too close to him. We need you to back. I get y'all traveling together, but you're following way too close behind him. Okay. >> I don't hear you. >> So, I'm sorry. I'll I'll speak up. Yes, ma'am. So, you wasn't going too fast. I just need you. You were way too close behind him. You were following way too close to him. Okay. If he was to have to hit the brakes for something in front of him, something run out in front of him, you'd straight up rear end him. Okay. >> So, please just while he's going down the road, just back off his butt a little bit. Okay. >> Can you do that for me? >> I can do that. >> Yes, ma'am. I'm going to go talk to him real quick. Okay. Just let him know. >> Thank you. >> How you doing, sir? >> I wasn't stopping you, but uh she Yes, sir. That's what she said. I just told her she was falling way too close to you. Like, she was right up on your butt. If something was to run out in front of you and you had to hit the brakes, she would have brought into the back of you. So, I just told her back off of you a little bit and you'll be good to go. Okay. >> Okay. Thanks. >> All right. Yes, sir. You have a good one. >> Elderly male and female traveling back home together. She's way too close to him. >> Code for falling way too close to him. She probably didn't even realize. >> Uh we just got dispatched to a domestic violence call. Uh the calling party lives with her brother. They're both adults. Uh she advised that brother has been allowed to stay with her and he's refusing to leave and it has escalated to pushing, shoving, and supposedly he's breaking and destroying a bunch of her property. Uh she separated herself from him and she's waiting in the parking lot for our contacts. All right, we'll just park in front of the dumpster. Voila. >> Did you call? >> Yes. >> Okay. What's going on? Um, so I was hauling because so this apartment is technically mine, but I had let my brother um kind of stay here because I was going through a lot. >> And so I went and stayed with my mom for a little bit, but the apartment is still my name. >> Well, so I got I changed from this apartment to the new one. >> Mhm. >> And he's angry. That's not him, >> but he's angry. >> Did he leave? >> Yeah. >> What's he driving? >> He's driving a white master. >> Like a van. >> Yeah. >> 16 to 116. That's going to be him in the van. But so I was packing up my stuff and leaving and I I did not get everything recorded, but I was I was packing up my stuff. He was upset that I like I said, "Okay, I'm taking my washer and dryer because me and my mom are moving to a house to another house and it doesn't have a washer and dryer in it." >> And so I was like, "I'm taking my washer and dryer." Uh, and then like the stuff that's mine that was still here because I was just going to let him stay at the other apartment. Well, he got mad and as I start to like grab the Well, first thing that happened was I grabbed his do-agg and I did his do-aggs that were hanging on my door hook. It was like a really fancy door hook and it was expensive. So, I had grabbed his do-aggs off and I put them on the ground and that was petty. I admit that. But he then snatched my door do he went and snatched the door. He's way taller than me. He snatched the door um to grab the the door hook off and just like rip the door hanger apart. Thank you. like rip the door hanger apart. And so then he was like, "Uh, you want to destroy my stuff? We want to destroy your stuff." Stuff wasn't destroyed. I threw his direct on the ground. >> Okay. >> So then I was like, "I'm trying to grab my washer and dryer because everything in this apartment is all in my name. >> I'm helping him out. I'm a nurse. He's he just got a new job. >> Obviously, I can I can help him out a lot more than he can help me. So I'm helping him out. But he grabbed my washer and dryer and I was like, "You know, we're going to need the washer and dryer at the new house. This apartment has a laundry mat." And he said, "Oh, you're going to take the washer and dryer. You're going to take you're going to try you're just trying to be petty. You're trying to be petty." >> And I would went into the washer and he shoved me out or I went to go grab the washer into the bathroom. He shoved me out and like grabbed me by my back like like this. Was like pushing me out. Pushing me out. I had my mom look at my back. >> That's fine. Or you can run at me. Um, and I like he pushed me out like grab my brush was shoving me out and then um he grabbed my Oh, and then my mom was like, "Destiny, just just just move. Just move. Just move. Just step out the way. Just step out the way." >> Was your mom here? >> My mom was the one who just left cuz she doesn't want to be involved. >> Okay. So, she she doesn't want anything to do with this. No. >> Okay. Was there anyone else here that saw this happen? >> He seen it. All my nieces and nephews seen it, but my nieces and nephews just uh well, two of my nieces just drove with my mom. And then that's my nephew right there. >> Okay. Um, you mentioned that he like broke a hanger or something. >> He broke my door hanger. >> Okay. Do you have that somewhere? >> Um, so this was it was hanging obviously you can tell how it was hanging up on the door >> and he like cuz it was hanging up like this. So he grabbed the door, grabbed the door and he was like like shoving it kind of shoving it into my hip. >> Is it broken or is it just bent? >> I don't know. I didn't even look at it. He took it and threw it out. >> Okay. >> Into this box. So doesn't look broken. >> Okay. Yeah, I think it's just bent. >> I don't know. I like I said, I didn't even look at it cuz he took it uh bent it or whatever, broke it, and threw it down. >> Okay. So, you're in there. You're getting ready to move. You're trying to like get your stuff. You move his do-rags off of the hooks. He gets matty, reaches up, grabs it, and bends it. >> So, Okay. So, I I did take his do-aggs and I like there was like five of them. I took them off and I threw them on the ground. >> Yeah. And then whenever I did that cuz I'm standing right the door is like this. So I took them off and I threw them on the ground and he's taller than me. So he reached across grabbed the door and like started shoving the door and so that the door handle like it hit me and it was like hitting me in my I think I think that's what he was trying to do. It did not hit me but he was trying to like hit me in the hip with it and then >> you said it didn't hit you though. >> No, I don't think so. If it did it didn't hurt so I really don't know. But so then he grabbed the hanger off. This was hanging on the door like this. So then he grabbed he grabbed it off >> and he bent. Yeah. I thought he broke it, but obviously he just bent it and he said, "You want to destroy my stuff? I'm going to destroy yours, too." >> Okay. >> And then the dryer, which if you go up in the apartment, you can see he literally ripped my dryer like all out of the wall. So like the gray spiral thing that goes in I mean you can >> Mhm. >> tore that up. I don't know if my dryer works cuz he started like shoving it whenever he got out here on the cement. I don't know. And this is your brother? >> Mhm. It's my oldest older brother. >> Okay. How long has he been living here for? >> Um, >> well, his name is on the lease. Mine is. Yeah. >> But he's been living here with me >> probably like 2 or 3 months. >> Um, so in regards to like what what is actually broken? The the vent on the dryer. >> The vent on the dryer. I thought that that was broken. That's not really why I was calling. I was calling because he has a very bad temper and he's very quickteered. And so I was calling because he kept on putting his hands on me or shoving me or like he's way taller than me. Like he's 6'3 I would say and over 200 lb. And he kept on like getting my face and saying like you have nothing else here. Get out. Get in. And he was standing like this close. >> Mhm. >> And then um after he shoved me I was like okay. I told him I want to record. I was like if he puts his hands on me one more time I'm calling the police. And so that's the reason why I called because he heard me say that. He knew that >> and he put his hands on me again. >> Okay. And your mom was recording during this? >> I was recording. >> You were recording? Is it on? That's what I'm saying. The dryer got ripped out. >> Is that your brother moving it? >> Mhm. >> Okay. >> Okay. So, at the end, I was trying to grab my washer and that's where I said I got my own washer and then he came by behind me and grab, you know, he seen me started grabbing it, snatched my phone out of my hand and threw it. That I'm not worried about that. Um I'm really I'm not worried about any of the stuff he got broken. I was more so like I told him not to put his hands on me again because he knows he knows that as a nurse I cannot I can't put my hands on him. I cannot get any sort of assault any of that. All that gets reported to the kids state board of nursing. >> So he knows that he can put his hands on me but I can't retaliate. The only thing I can do is follow. >> And when when he was like shoving you it was you would try to grab something and then he would try to get in the way and take over. >> Take take over and then throw it. >> Okay. >> So that like he would try to take over so he could throw it into this door frame. Like all my stuff before they all moved it out, all my stuff was right there thrown. Pans, everything was cluttered in that door frame. >> Okay. Um I believe my partner is with him right now. Destiny, can you just give me one moment? I'm going to make a phone call real quick. Okay. >> What? So are you staying somewhere else for the evening? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Yeah, I can. >> And then he he's still here for a little bit or how's that working with the apartment? So, the apartment's still my name, but what I did was so they they're moving me from this apartment to an apartment that's literally like two doors gap or >> like two buildings down. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Um with him not being on the lease since he's lived here for 2 months. I I can't remove him. Uh the apartment would have to evict him or you guys have to do that. >> Um >> and I don't want them to do that because he has no work. >> Yeah. But you guys do have a way to just stay separately for the evening. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Well, Destiny, that's the case number for you. And then that's my name and badge number. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. Do you need anything else for me, ma'am? >> Um, no. >> Can you get it all by yourself? Oh, >> don't throw your back out. You got it. >> Maybe. >> Almost. >> He's got a man's mentality. Just move everything in one go. It's like when you take all the groceries in at once because you don't want to go back for another trip. >> Yeah. He's a tough like it's dead. >> You got it. >> Thanks a lot. >> Yeah. >> Appreciate it. >> Have a good day, guys. >> You, too. >> So, I went and contacted the calling party and my partner actually initiated a traffic stop on the brother who was leaving when we pulled in. Um, ultimately, it was just a disturbance between siblings. She stated that he put hands on her and he destroyed property. Um, all of the property all the property she showed me wasn't damaged or destroyed. Um, she showed me video clips of their their scuffle and ultimately it was kind of her antagonizing it and then arguing over who's going to move what. Um, just due to the nature they're all going to be separate. She's moving elsewhere so they won't be in contact this evening and neither of them have any warrants. There's no reasons they can't be in contact. So, we're just going to document that we came out here. There's really no clear-cut criminal charge or crime that was committed. It's just a kind of a disorderly conduct. You want to grab your bag and I'll push you up out of the street. You ready? >> You okay? >> Time to go home. Time to go home. >> Where's home at? >> Huh? >> I just Okay. How'd you get here? Here. I don't want you to roll back into the street. I'm going to put your brake on. >> Yeah. >> Teresa, is there anything I can do for you? >> I want to go home. >> Okay. Where where is home for you? in Hutchinson. >> Hutchinson. How did you get to Witchah? >> I don't know. >> You don't know? >> Okay. >> Inut. >> Were you in an ambulance? >> No. >> I didn't know. >> Oh, okay. All right. Cool. >> 34. Show me how contacting a citizen with calm care and retain. >> Do not. >> So, >> he's with me. He's just filming everything I'm doing. Um, can I get your last name? >> Can I read it off your wristband real quick? >> She's saying homes in Hutchinson, but uh uh doesn't know doesn't know how she got here. So, were you guys interacting with her earlier? >> Need a cup of ice water or something? Oh, sure. Appreciate it. Thank you. >> You're welcome. >> Were you guys already working with her or >> Yeah, we were. Okay. >> Um, well, there was a call for her. Uh, she was just at the hospital. >> Okay. >> Um, she's denied any help that we've tried to give her. So, at this point, there's nothing we can do. >> Okay. >> Um, it's like the hospital tried. It's just a morning thing. So, >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> All right. >> Okay. What's that? >> You told me that you were at the hospital. >> Mhm. >> And that you were waiting for the transport, but then you left >> and we tried to go through some options. >> Teresa, how can we help you? >> I'm good now. >> Well, I think what happened when when they got you a bus to go home for a one for 47 was gone in. My understanding is what from what she said that the hospital was going to provide transport >> um >> none of that's clear >> um on our end we can't we can't transport >> right >> the h so >> okay do you guys have anybody that can communicate with the hospital or any other resources that can >> a minute first off I didn't know that >> do you want some water >> no other thing was nice in How how'd the dog get here with you? >> I always tell them with my uh testing drugs. >> Okay. >> So, I have to keep working all the time. >> Okay. Do you guys have any resources or are you aware of anything? >> We we talked about doing an intake and staying on the CU, but we can't allow pets. She doesn't want to give up the pet. >> Sure. than that. >> We were willing to take her try to take her to the winter shelter. The wheelchair won't fit. >> Okay. How long have you been in Witchah? >> Okay. >> I'll send I'll send an email to our hot team and uh see if they can >> Please don't do that. I want to go home. It's been 5 hours. Come on. Please. >> Well, I don't have a way to get you home. I can't drive you to Hutchinson. >> 32 Northeast. Okay. I'm trying to come up with a way to help you. >> 5 hours. 5 hours. It doesn't take 5 hours. But nothing. >> I mean, she does get disability up to like the funds. >> Um I mean, even if it would just if she had the car to go to a bank, >> Yeah. >> just to pay enough for a bus ticket to get there, >> she doesn't have any access to her funds. So why they was just >> when they couldn't and said I don't know what you doing something >> huh >> I like to >> do you at least want to drink it a little bit of it >> here you goddamn Okay. >> And I'm not stupid. >> How hard is it to do a bust? >> Okay. Well, >> she's out of the roadway, so that's half the battle. All right. >> Well, I'm going to get out of here if we don't have anything else we can do for her. So, if you guys need something, holler at us. Okay. >> I appreciate it. >> Thanks. So that's our mobile crisis unit through Comare Mental Health. Um they were working with her earlier trying to find resources for her to make her way back to Hudinson which is about a 50 55minut drive from here. Um but she's semi uncooperative with everything they've tried to do. Um and I guess she got upset with them and and just rolled away from them. Uh and that's where we contacted her. I tried to get her uh help through our homeless outreach team. I'll still send them an email, but uh she was uninterested in any of uh any of that assistance either. So, just went just >> try to keep her safe and out of the street. So, [snorts] >> 143. >> All right. So now we're on our way to another shooting >> 49 traffic. So, it sounds like he got shot in the foot and the shooter is still on scene >> and that they are still shooting. Clear, clear, clear. >> Shooting call is going to be at 217 and we are getting an additional at 214. Going to be an unknown call advising that their brother came in running into the neighborhood and passed out in shot. See anything? I still don't have a description. >> We got broken glass. We got >> What's the apartment number? Where you at? >> No. ALL I KNOW IS I WAS IN THE HOUSE IN THE ROOM LAYING ON MY BED AND ALL I HEARD IS A BUNCH of >> running. [laughter] >> What? Give me a suspect description. We'll be looking for him. >> Stay right there >> for now. Just do see. Can you assist with scene security? >> All right. >> I don't know. >> Is she the only other one in there >> for now? >> Oh my god. >> Is there room for EMS? >> Okay. >> You didn't see anything. kind of saw. >> So when I was there, I just had like gunshots. So safety first. So I went down and then when I got up after the everything was done, they just started going out. >> You're sitting inside your car. I was in here visiting to Compton cuz I came here with my brother getting my daughter's food but she is right here with my son. Was it like an SUV? Was it like a It's not an SUV but I didn't like a car like >> Yeah, but not an SUV. So I was here when I had the first shot cuz the fire shot hit my car. Then I went down like this and then they just the two guys there. I think one of them got hit. I don't know if it's both of them cuz there was two of them back there. >> Two people that were right there. >> There were two people sitted out here. >> Where we at? >> It's going to be this building right here. You're going to go down the stairs and What? >> We got you. Walking around in a circle around this time going down. >> Nothing ever happens. And the two that were sitting up at the front porch, where where did they end up going to? Did they go back into the apartment? >> So when when they when the shots go for it, oh, they went back. >> Okay. >> Yeah. Like that was good for them to go into the >> Did you hear anything that they were saying? Was there any arguments or anything? >> The two of them or those guys >> just in general? No, those are just sitting there just drinking and smoking. >> Oh, this is shooting number two for the night. >> Quick trip one. >> Quick trip one was another one of mine. And then I got this one also. So >> now the victim's coming out now. >> Okay. Just the red one. Be careful. >> You already >> I'm going to be going with this guy to Wesley Maine. >> Okay. >> He's shot in the foot. So, I don't know. One of you guys can help move the tape off of my car. >> Squint in here. >> Where? >> I'm right behind uh >> There's no tape on that side. >> There isn't. Okay. So you can back out. >> Okay. >> Wait a minute, guy. >> What about the other victim? >> He's already been transported. >> GSW to right knee. >> Ryan, we're not talking to friends. We're going to the hospital. >> All right. Well, come on. >> We'll we'll leave him right here for now. We got it. >> We can't We can't pick things up from the scene. So, >> he he just he just threw them down. >> Boy, did he just throw these down? >> Put that in there. >> Yeah. >> Let me see my phone. >> Why are you all riding with us? >> I'll be following in my car. >> Is your daughter okay? >> I've been out here before. I know that you have kids. I got to leave too by the hospital. >> I'm going to pull >> Well, they're going to have to back up >> and then they're going to have to back up. Hey, any officer that's coming in right now, we're trying to get both ambulances out. They're going to have to back up. So, going to need to make some room for everyone. So, the people up there on the on the balcony said that they saw two figures and they went that way. I'm just I'm just hearing what those people say. They It's the lady upstairs. She was inside. She heard the shots, then came out and then saw the two figures. So, she didn't witness everything going on. She saw two people running. She saw after. >> Saw after. >> All right. So, we got a call for a shooting that happened. Uh, another thing that came out at that same time was an unknown call for EMS. Uh, turns out that it was two people that were shot. One of them got shot in the knee. The other one got shot in the foot. Uh, both are doing okay right now. We're going to be following EMS to the hospital where we're going to uh interview them, document everything that's going on between the two of them, find out what what actually happened. Uh there's other officers on scene who are documenting the scene, talking to witnesses. We're calling a lab out right now. They're saying that there's about 25 casings in the uh parking lot >> and we'll see what everyone has to say. Still trying to figure out what exactly is going on. >> 143. >> So, we just finished up at the hospital. Um, from what we know, uh, one male was shot in the foot. The other male was just cut on his knee from the glass. Um, from what we know, they were sitting outside of the apartment building. Uh, someone approached, shot off 20 plus rounds at them. It's a miracle that they were only hit once. Um, but uh we're going to pass the reports off to the investigators and uh hopefully we can get some leads to see what exactly happened over there. [music] Heat. Heat.
