that with the DMV that's why his plates are suspended so we're not going to site him for all three things we're s him for not having a driver's license and then I'm just checking us see make sure he doesn't have any warrants or anything like that but as long as everything's good I'm going to have him uh call his dad whose car it is and have a license driver come take the the vehicle home so he's not driving without a license all right I'm assuming it's been parked for a while looks like it's been just kind of chilling at Dad's house yeah gotcha okay um so just just so you're aware I like to inform everyone I stop you for three things I'm going give you one for the license okay um but just so your dad's aware the registration alone is enough for us to tell the vehicle we're not I'm not doing it obviously just so you know just in case you get stopped by NP or something like that you know someone else could tellw the car no if it's all right with you I'm just going to park it over come pick his car up and take it back home um but he's a cool dude so let him park it and not Towing it or anything like that and then he gets to walk home and get a ride back to get the vehicle and PC um two gaming consoles which is the Xbox One S and the digital version of the PS5 and I get really stressed with bright lights I'm sorry and um a just TV just a TV that's all I left over and a and he was trying to take my property saying it was his no there's nothing left like Electronics anything like that they said there is electronics those were boxes in the front uh uh this this first uh fence here was right there and I seen their friend they sent their friend over and uh they picked it off up okay all right well we'll go talk to them all right because I'm putting a lock on my gate so they can't come in again okay all righty I'll go talk to him and figure it out I appreciate it thank you thank you and she's saying that everything's been taken off and it was taken off uh in two separate we were not able to get everything there was still two more loes of stuff that should have been that okay well I didn't see any of it there I didn't see anything that would like lead me to believe that she' be withholding it where would I go to press charges since it's a lot of expensive stuff that's Miss I would say that this is becoming a civil issue because it's a he said she [ __ ] okay he said she said she sells she shells Bound by the SE so because it falls under landlord tenant law if she is going to get rid of your property she has to give you due written notice we were not given notice yeah so that falls under landlord's uh you and your mom I would have you itemize everything the values the timelines the whole thing I'm the only one that knows the exact value of what I lost because I paid for it all recently I would do I would do your best but both of you would basically need to go down to the prompt justice court and talk to them um and give them the timeline everything because at this point it could it could have been aband like considered abandoned property in which case it's left on her property and she trashes it you know what I mean so and most of my mail has gone here since then I never got the chance to change it and I I don't know what to do about that since there's no there's no way for me to prove that she took it or sent it back right or it slows down to make sure he's good he goes and then when he comes around he smacks on the the the Northwest curb he he he nips it and almost goes over it and then keeps going hauls ass behind this car and then slows down hauls ass again so I pull him over profusely sweating I say where you coming from so on and so forth being uncooperative but he doesn't want to answer questions whatever I don't care that's fine but then when I tell him to get out of the car so I can do a DUI investigation he says I want to talk to a supervisor what your probable cause I want to talk to a supervisor it's not the way it goes um you know he has two different plates in the car right front play and the back play are two different plates he has a Vegas play front oh they're they're they're already running the vend and that hey did they get back to the return on the VIN yeah they match plates match all plates in the VIN both plates match one of them was was surrendered which one was surrendered one I think you need find out cuz we're going to take whichever plate that is front one is surrender or expired is it to him if it's surrendered then it goes back to d&v we got Towing route Samson do we have to in route can you get one please can you do fictitious plate it's a fix to it it's not fictitious but we're going to seize it we're going to take the car too well it's yeah it's good take was arrested for resisting arrest and DUI Deputy bicho transported him to the night County Detention Center where he's most likely going to have to apply for a telephonic search warrant to obtain his blood once we get the warrant is granted we'll execute the warrant obain a blood sample 17 around so right now we're on route to a possible Pursuit um deputy Ramos is trying to catch up to a vehicle that is failing to yield it is a quad turning West turning West North East sou he's on Corum Valley um he's chasing a quad at this point 17 I'll be on black and jber let's see we're looking for a w um going north Southbound on Barney now one thing you also want to keep in the consideration is our sirens and how fast we're going because typically people won't hear our sir by the time until the time we're like right on their bumper so we got to take that into consideration too we'll just go this waybound on Happy Lane Northbound on Happy Lane Happy northb Happy Lane there he's up there yeah I can see him going to be still Northbound happy so because the fact that he has blue through stop signs and it's more of a risk we're terminating the pursuit um we're going to try to see if we can see him wi so he's we turned off our license sirons we're just at we're bubbling in the area so we're going to see if we can see him up here in the desert um he's on our right side somewhere in that desert so we're going to come up to Basin and see if maybe we can just see him at least but right now because of the fact he blew through the intersection the stop signs at like 70 we terminated because it's a public risk eastbound Charon Park from left and we're back on and do not chase him if we can get in front of him and stop sneaking that's great he's headed through the desert headed towards 372 from Charleston Park Southtown was 372 looks like he's stuck oh [ __ ] yeah he is stuck he's stuck let try to get into him [ __ ] yeah hands on we got a fight oh we got a fight station they're in a fight up here nice got him in [ __ ] [ __ ] in custody [ __ ] yeah good job 17 if he's in custody we can lift the red there you go there's your guy that's your motorcycle your quad cool all right all right so one of our deputies he stopped a vehicle or he tried to attempt to stop a quad um that quad ultimately took off from him and he uh led us on a Pursuit um wech him we got him into custody after he got stuck here in the desert uh while he was trying to get his quad back working again he ended up fighting with the deputies and they were able to take him into custody so as you see back there there's the quad he's in the backup of trol car and that's the end of that call he's going to jail most likely for felony eluding uh for endangering the public and right now they're confirming to see if that quad is in fact stolen or to see if he is in fact uh wanted or why he ran and stuff like that after a Pursuit and going through the desert and everything like that we typically like to inspect our vehicles to make sure they're still up and running make sure we don't have any Flats make sure we don't have any thing that can prevent us from getting to our next call so right now I'm I'm just going to check our vehicle walk around make sure everything's good I can steal some all my brakes um but other than that that's pretty much it what's up cting yeah we got him in custody all right yeah I [ __ ] dude he he ditch you guys yeah he was he was cutting through the desert and everything I was like I heard sirens I was like yo there's never Sirens over by my house unless it's a Pursuit and then I saw him [ __ ] literally cut in front of my house oh really yeah so I ke up on the radio I was like yo yo go over here yeah cuz we originally lost him and then you call you called out on the radio and then we were like okay let's terminate da and then next you know we saw him again then he got stuck in the desert and then he started fighting with deputies so yeah well just [ __ ] jail fingerprint him and [ __ ] yeah he could sit there for two weeks that's fine with us I didn't get into the pursuit this time I know I'm proud of you but we did you you have you helped it continue it makes for good footage for uh season 3 right so all right bud I'm about to go handle this other Shenanigans sounds good bro all right but so our vehicle looks good um it's a little dirty unfortunately you know but that's what happens when we go through the desert so first place we're going to go to after this call is a car wash because she's needed she needs to get a car wash and then that on the phone was uh Deputy Cunningham he's the one who actually over down there when we were in Pursuit with him the quad actually drove through his yard in his backyard so he was able to see that got on the radio and told us exactly where it was and that's how we were able to find him again so that's a good thing it's good teamwork it's good to have you know our deputies who not only work for the Comm work in the community but they also live in the community so in our little small town that helps out a lot all right I'm going to walk right up this uh stairwell here going to head off to the left because he just got the quad and he wanted to test it out and see exactly how it how his quad goes and how fast it goes needless to say he probably needs a faster quad because we caught him but um that's pretty much why he ran which I'm starting to think that maybe he had drugs and he ditched them while we were in The Pursuit with him but that's his reasonings for running from us [Music] you
