California ID card is break I got one more name and dob out of California see what's going on yeah I want to pull them out and see what yeah tons of fireworks going on [Music] [Music] all right I'm gonna have you go ahead and step out for me foreign you mind if I Patcher down real quick all right go ahead and freeze the car for me all right cool all right let's go walk right in front of my truck for me all right go ahead and slide out for me bud all right just go stand up there right in front of my truck yeah if you wanna there's a backseat passenger on this side yeah that's fine [Music] uh no it's registered for somebody I'm gonna see if it's Tim or his parents nothing like that okay hey bud come this way I'm gonna talk to you back here we're gonna walk back to this white truck back here you can put your hands down you can relax all right how do you know those guys they're my friends they're your friends okay close friends yeah okay together grow up together yeah since elementary sir okay um where are you guys coming from so we originally are like in California right but we had uh came here to look at the fireworks oh okay I think we're gonna blow them up here and not over there because I know like it's even worse painful if I cross them like that illegally right saying if you caught me on the freeway with those fireworks then in California yeah okay would have been Wayne but no we were just coming here um we're gonna blow them up in the sand okay uh is there fireworks in the car yes okay are they is that is that why everyone's so nervous yeah okay well they're legal here so that's what that's why we pulled you guys out I can I can read that you guys are being nervous yeah so I didn't know exactly what your uh my friend I told you we're heading home but I was like but you tell them we're heading home so he's gonna have like that mindset of tug we're gonna like toss them you know but that's I just wanted to clarify you know that we're gonna pop them here but not crosstalk oh okay yes sir so is that is there anything else in the car other than the fireworks no just the fireworks okay go ahead and check the trunk can I can I search the vehicle you can search the trunk yeah just the trunk yeah yeah I have just fireworks my work clothes I work at McDonald's and my anti-freeze what part of California I am from the Southern Southern well I'm from Southern Orange County Orange County officer I live in Westminster but I work in uh Santa Ana or John Wayne Airport so there are nervous over fireworks they just buy yeah fireworks you guys got fireworks that's that's is there anything else in the car need to be concerned with I do have consent to search the car so am I going to find anything anything that's going to poke or stick me anything like that nothing all right cool I'll be on a consent search so I did gain consent from the driver to search the vehicle um I did this uh get some deception from them a little nervousness um we sell uh aerial fireworks here in Pahrump which are illegal uh pretty much everywhere else except for here so I feel like that's probably why they're they're nervous they're from California we get a lot of Californians that come here to prom purchase their fireworks and take them back to California which is a crime in California so as long as it's just the fireworks which are completely legal here in the state of Nevada or excuse me within Knight County as long as that's all they have they'll get out here with their speeding ticket and that'll be it okay so those are the fireworks that they're nervous about like I said they're completely legal in that county um but they're not legal in California where these guys are from so that's probably why they're a little nervous all right if the three of you guys want to jump back in you just hang out with me or get some paperwork for you and I'll get you guys out here okay so here's this back here's those two back listen no one has a valid driver's license you guys are hauling ass through town you got fireworks in your car you guys are all young young kids you know slow down pay attention to what you're doing okay and make sure you're doing it safely okay obviously like I said you don't have a license you can stop by a trooper or somebody else it's gonna be a different different story okay slow down pay attention to what you're doing do you have any questions for me all right bud you have a good night travel safely okay all right so uh It ultimately gave these guys a warning they were super Cooperative with us I got a vehicle search out of it I found out why they were being so nervous um I educated them a little bit I told them to slow down and get home safely thank you
