there all right so the reason for the Stop was they had no lights whatsoever so they actually came up on us and I didn't really see them until until uh I was close to them so they're right over here by the gas station I let them know that they should just park over at the gas station and just call somebody and throw them in the back of a truck or something that way um that way they don't have to ride them at night they were asking about riding them on the side of the road but it's still too dark and they have no lights so I just let them know that they need to have somebody come pick them up and uh they're headed to the gas station now looks like and um just let them go with the warning couple kids just out having fun but not doing it right so so we're going to Porter they came in as a domestic um looks like the reporting part is saying that their sons are fighting and apparently they're breaking a bunch of things in the home and threatening to kill each other while they're arguing so I still getting further information reporting party saying apparently they're both mentally unstable I don't recall ever dealing with either of these parties so we are almost arrived a couple minutes away you see see what it is if we get there and it's just the siblings good just the siblings fighting then it 115 is with expired Char if we get there and it's just siblings fighting it's a misdemeanor battery so if neither want to press charges then um won't be anything so um it's different if the siblings sibling versus other uh other relatives is different but sibling on sibling now in our state is only a misdemeanor so misdemeanor to where that we don't have to arrest them it's not domestic anymore so we'll see what we get see what it is when we get there we're about to pull up here in just a minute hello your kids yeah my kids both of them okay I was at work I get a phone call from the one screaming at me that I need to tell my youngest or my youngest son to get the F out of my house and this that and the other and they're put the dog away please she's not violent she doesn't bite but you guys she doesn't know you okay qu in the bedroom now in the room in the room Gwen Stefani oh no lady Gwen over here oh okay yeah so was fighting about just brother those things or uh well my middle one has an issue a health issue where he wets the bed and he did not get up and immediately wash his bedding and my oldest came home from work and wanted to be the boss because that's what he does and he's screaming at him calling him piss boy and little psycho and this that and the other and my 16-year-old reacted by breaking the bedroom door and it is broken in half okay and they just they won't stop it's not just today it is often it is at least a weekly basis and when his parents myself and their dad who were not married but we are cohabitating to try and just survive because it cost a living all that fun anyways it just won't stop I I'm I'm telling being told [ __ ] You by my son and I'm a piece of [ __ ] and this and yes that the one in the red shirt right right there no that's my that's my 16-year-old Jacob 16 yes a big 16-year-old wait till you see the 18-year-old Jason you need to come out here the sheriff's department would like to speak with you I'm about to have a mental breakdown their dad is about to have a mental breakdown because they won't and siblings normally always fight just it goes as far I don't know why I we I escalated this for I can say I am the one to blame because of this but right breaking the door is uncalled for yeah and the things I said it's completely on me why escalated so far I shouldn't have did what I did nor should he did what he have done and it's good that you're conscious of that and you obviously understand that you know you got a little temper and you got to calm down and stuff like that and same thing with him but as good you're conscious of it and you're not just you know still going off stuff I'm in the wrong I can say that I'm completely 100% the wrong because in my mouth it's just I shouldn't have said what I said he shouldn't have reacted the way he did right yeah and I completely understand what the hell like I I know what builts up to it but he most to say it's over a TV right and so yeah you guys let him do what he what Hees you guys are right you guys are both right you if you guys happen to do if you guys did fight you know you guys go like throwing Clowes at each other you guys aren going to go to jail necessarily right because the law changed he he wouldn't be going to jail I'd be the one going to jail he'd be going to the juvenile hall right cuz he's a juvenile still so as the older one you know be taking the consequences of well no you know we we you'd still hold you both accountable for for all that kind of stuff if if it got to if it got to that point obviously juveniles got to go to different places to get handled differently cuz you know juvenile stuff right as an adult obviously you get the worst end of it cuz you're adult it with the people were in there for so exactly it's a regular jail but ultimately you know as older brother as sucky as it is you know you kind of got to be the one to just kind of be the bigger person you know let it be pretty much yeah you know um and I get it you're upset I'd be pissed too I came home and the house smell like piss you know but as the older brother you got to be like you know forget about it yeah you know even if it's so much as taking a you know walking outside real quick just taking some taking some walks or something like that just take a loop before you go back in there and blow up you know that's better cuz in the moment you're going to say whatever you're going to say like you said right you know I got pissed off and I'm just blurred out whatever cuz I'm mad you're going to say whatever you're going to say we don't want that to make anything worse right it's not going to going to help anything cuz everyone's pissed off in the moment cause problems to go further yeah so ultimately the only thing that could the the only options that are going to fix it is stuff that you discuss as a family with your with your mother as like the whole family thing yeah so you know that's going to have to be something that the family has to figure out sit down have talk yeah when everyone's calmed down everyone's chill have we can just all sit there as like have a grown up conversation family as like real life people real like as adults as adult thank yeah and have a gr conversation and figure out hey this is the issues what do we going do to fix it right right what can we do so when we leave here today we're not going to come back here with you getting your ass Beed or or something like that happening cuz I mean obviously that's worst case scenario right that God your pres is enough toare that right for I don't think he's going to stop I think as soon as you all that stuff but ultimately I'm sure I don't know Dave said the same thing but as a family you all got to try to have a conversation like adults and try to figure out what you guys can do cuz like I said we can only mediate too much until it's a crime and then then do our thing from there but you know I just I'm waiting for the day that it is a crime I listen to him tell him he's going to stab him did on the phone today right and he said he said that he's you know he was upset cuz everything he said and he blured out out of anger he knew he said it he knew it was wrong so obviously if that coexists with some other actions that are observed you know that's different story need to go into my bedroom shut the door behind you and lock it don't open it take whatever food that you don't have to cook in there whatever just go in my room and lock the door and stay in there until I get home place so but you know ultimately he is 18 you know so yeah it's it's your house ultimately though you know do with that as you will you know obviously your kid but whatever you feel is the best option you know on your long term as far as your family and all that stuff goes so you know I talked to you about the eviction briefly the eviction process I know you don't want to go that route but it is an option if this gets unable um so the original call we got was for a she was for a domestic and I'm not getting anything back to you have a DAT of birth uh the orinal call was for domestic in progress and um there's two brothers fighting we didn't have much info as we got here was updated to a verbal argument that somebody was breaking stuff in the house and everything turns out that the brothers were just having an argument over an issue between each other one of the brothers got mad one of them was trying to piss him off ended up one of them broke their own door to their bedroom ultim ultimately came down to just it's a parenting issue and an issue with the family one of them's 18 one of them 16 so we diffuse as much as we could and give him some guidance as to how to handle a situation and hopefully that works out and we don't come back here but ultimately nothing we can do at this point there's no crime that was committed just a veral argument between them so we uh left them with some helpful words and we'll see if they call us back other than that though we uh get out of were able to successfully subdue him I don't know exactly how he got the blood I think is when they probably took him down um Deputy Brian didn't even throw a punch at him um but he's being a drunk jerk and now he's facing charges resisting um so now we're just Gathering statements seeing who wants to supress charges and moving from there [Music] I [Music]
