pulling her pants down and just that's that's pissed. >> So, this quad was abandoned in the middle of the roadway. >> [music] [music] >> You fresh to death, man. You dripped out. 35 anyway. 48. I'm out with them. >> You good? God damn. 48 confirmed he's back in custody. We are 104. Shut everyone down. You >> good? >> Yeah. >> I got her to the jail and she >> she must have slipped her cuffs and she reached out and unlocked the door and took off. >> Okay. >> All right. Thank you guys. >> Man, they don't get >> She really does not want to go to jail. >> I didn't get Lind changed for 3 weeks. Last time I was there. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. Thank you guys. >> We'll uh Yep. I'll follow you to the doors just to >> Can you get the blanket that fell on the ground? At least >> the blanket >> right outside the jail. >> Okay. Well, we'll go look. So, that was a officer who was taking a female to jail. >> Um, she ended up >> slipping her handcuffs. Um, and a lot of times our cages are extremely hot. There's not a lot of air. So, during the summer months, we'll roll down some windows and get some circulation back there for people. Um, so she was able to slip her cuffs, reach through the bars in the cage and open the door from the outside and jump out of the car. So, looked like he was just pulling up to the jail doors when she did that. Um, luckily this officer was able to get her in back into custody. So, we're just going to follow him over and make sure he gets inside the jail doors before uh leaving him with this individual. So, >> hey everyone. [snorts] Thank you so much for watching US Cops on the First Responders YouTube channel. So, responding to a a female calling, she stated that she wanted to report a a missing juvenile. So, the call came out as a lost juvenile. I was able to locate the calling party uh through our systems. Found that she's kind of having a custody issue with her sign significant other. Uh at this point in time, it's not very clear if the child's actually missing. Uh I don't believe the child is going to be missing. Probably be with his father. Uh we're going to go knock on the door and see what she has to report. I saw she made a report yesterday of something similar. So, we'll see what she has to say. >> Waw Police Department. Waw Police Department. 14. Can you try calling our calling party back? See if she'll answer the door for us. >> Waw Police Department. >> Hi, this is Officer Schmidt with the Witchaw Police Department. Can I talk with you? >> No. >> Okay. Are you Kaye? >> No. >> Okay. So, is anyone named Kaye live here? >> Does anyone named Kaye live here? I'm sorry. >> Can you open the door so I can talk to you, please? >> No. >> Okay. >> Did she call 911? >> Did you call 911? >> No. >> No. Has anyone in this apartment called 911? >> Okay, sounds good. Thank you. >> So, we just got dispatched to a psych call. Um what's going on is the calling party's reporting that her friend is hitting herself, that she has some mental health issues going on, and uh she's wanting to uh see if we can assist with uh with calming the situation down or providing resources. Uh one resource that we have uh in Witchah is the ICT teams. Um what those are are it's a officer paired up with um mental health experts that are mobile and they uh go around the city for just these calls uh providing resources, counseling, things like that. Right now they're busy. Um, so we're getting dispatched to uh see if we can uh take care of the situation, but if they free up, then there's potential that they will show up on scene and assist with uh what's going on. What's up, please? >> Hi there. >> Sorry, I'm trying to clean. >> That's okay. What's going on? What's your name? >> Um, my name's Katie. Oh, hey. >> Oh, she's she's fine. I think it's a >> um she's just she's kind of in a psychosis right now. I'm not really sure. I don't know if it's from not taking her medication or what. I don't know. So, >> Okay. >> I asked for ICT teams. I don't know. >> No. Well, they're tied up right now. >> Okay. Yeah. >> Um, she is in her room. Do you want me to have her come up here? I don't know cuz I can't allow I can't say that you guys can come in here. It's not my home. >> Sure. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> What exactly is she doing? >> Um she's hallucinating for sure. >> Okay. >> Um she I was in the bathroom was going to the bathroom and she was talking to someone telling them, "No, I can't leave. I can't leave." >> Sorry, that scared me. >> You're good. >> Oh man, that thing was loud. Okay. Um she was saying like, "No, I can't leave. I can't leave. You can't make me. You can't make me. There's no one in the house but us." >> Okay. Um, but she's been listening like that. She's been in and out of that. >> Does she get medication? >> Yeah. >> Okay. Is she still taking your medication or she stopped? >> I think she stopped. >> Okay. Who does she see? >> I don't know. >> I don't know. Yeah. >> Can we just come in and talk with her real quick? >> Uh, yes. >> Yeah. All right. >> Over here. >> Yeah. She's in that room that's open. >> Okay. So, we just finished up at the uh uh site call. Um the female um is definitely going through uh a mental health episode right now. Um she's not causing any harm to herself. Um she's only destroying her own property and it doesn't look like she's destroying it. More of more so just tossing things around. Um we tried to talk to her about everything. Uh she didn't want to talk. Uh thankfully she's got a really good friend there um who is going to hopefully convince her to go to the hospital. Um maybe she can get through it to her. We tried to offer those resources. She just didn't want to accept it from us. Um I can understand that sometimes but hopefully she gets the help that she needs. Uh, and if anything changes, her friend's going to call us back and uh, we'll come on out and uh, we'll assist with uh, anything that's going on. South 7 >> Leslie Greta 379 Tom 76. >> Huh? Oh, you're good. How you doing? W Justice Sheriff's Office. Uh just stopping you. Two thing you're going 61 and then your brake light. That one's out on the uh passenger side. >> Oh, I didn't know that one. 61 of me too. >> I just got off for work. >> Okay, I got you. Did I ride you with you real quick? Where do you work at? >> Horizon. >> Oh, Horizon. Okay, gotcha. There was some disturbance across the street, I guess, earlier this morning. Family Dollar. Some guy yelling at people or something. So, that's where I was headed. So, everything valid though at the horizon though, right? >> Not at the horizon. Not today. So, >> normally it is. I think everything is my daughter's husband's car, so >> Okay. >> Should be one of these, right? >> I think it's the second one. >> 25 looks right. Cool. Let me just log everything in the system real quick. Be right back with you. Okay. All right. >> I love you. >> Sorry. My mom had 30 days. >> Oh, no. You're all good. Um, so I just gave you a warning for it. Do you live here in town? >> Yeah, I do. I just haven't got my license. I know. Okay. I was just wondering, just curious. Uh, so I just gave you a warning. I just put those two in. Just make sure you update your license and obviously just watch the speed as all. And then um the brake lead if >> what side is it on? >> I think it's that side when I was looking passenger side. But it's one of the two. So >> back normally. >> I got you. All righty. Well, I appreciate you. Drive safe. >> All righty. So we're in route to a abandoned vehicle. while an abandoned quad that Sergeant Cirten is out with. So, this quad was abandoned in the middle of the roadway, which is interesting. Um, nobody I don't think anybody was around it. He ran somebody and uh attached them to the call. I don't know if they're present or not, but we're going to go see what's going on and see if we're going to need to tow this quad out of the middle of the roadway. That way, nobody hits it or what we're going to do with it. coming. >> Oh yeah, there he is. >> Oh my goodness. Looks like he's trying to get it started. At least it's moved from the middle of the road. Oh yes. Nothing much. See run out of gas. >> Yeah, but he said he left it over there. >> Huh? Somebody took it on a little joy ride, huh? >> Like they were trying to get started. Oh, so speak of Sergeant Curtain, it sounds like this gentleman left his quad a little farther down the road and somebody must have drove it to the spot where it was abandoned. Now, I have no idea how he would have lost track of his quad or anything. Maybe that's just a story that he's he's saying trying to get out of getting in trouble for leaving it in the middle of the road. But, um, he does have a couple of non-extraditable warrants. What a non-extraditable warrant is, it's out of Clark County. Basically saying if, uh, this gentleman isn't caught in Clark County, then we're not going to extradite him. So, if you guys get him in prompt for this warrant, we're not going to take him. So, don't take him into custody over that warrant for traffic related offenses. So, uh, just a couple of them. Nothing too crazy, but he should probably get that taken care of. So, we're behind a white Dodge pickup on Highway 202. We're going to wait till we get up to 202 and 78 to the gas stations for him to pull off. Um, whenever we were on Bottom Boulevard, he touched the center yellow line three times. Since we've been behind him on 202, he's uh touched the white fog line twice. And at one point, we got behind him on Bottom Boulevard, and he actually slowed all the way down to 30 miles an hour whenever I got behind him. and failed to signal when turning on 202 and now he's just pulling over. So 726 1039 >> highway 202 cold water road be a white and color Dodge pickup Alabama 1028 111 Charlie zero whiskey uniform papa's going on sir Not too bad. How you doing? >> Doing good. I'm offic with a police department. Reason I stopped you when I was behind you on Bottom Boulevard. I just wanted to make sure you was okay. You touched the center yellow line three times and then I was behind you on this road. You touched the fog line and >> Yeah, I just bumped this one. I've been doing a lot of work on the front end. >> Okay. I I can tell you got everything popped off and everything. >> Yeah, it Well, it's on the front end. >> Okay. >> It drifts. Um >> you can look at everything under the front and tell it's all new. >> Dude, I don't I don't know anything about cars. I [laughter] I tell I I don't even change my own oil, man. >> No, I just seen that one behind me, so I was kind of like, why is this one following me? So, >> yeah, you went ahead and pulled over. >> Yeah, >> I got you. Well, I was I ain't going to lie. I was going to pull you over. I was going to wait till we got up there just cuz what I seen on Bottom Boulevard. I just wanted to make sure he's all right. Yeah. >> You got insurance on your vehicle? >> Yeah. >> All right. Sweet. Coming from the house. >> Yeah. >> Where you heading to? >> Oh, I am headed to my cabin to check on my chickens and my dogs. Oh, you got chickens and dogs. >> Yeah, >> I got you. Chickens pro or dogs protect the chickens. >> Yep. >> And I hear you. >> Uh title. Uh it might take me a minute to work up a insurance. >> All right. If you can Yeah, just look for that. I'm going head back here for a second. >> Okay. All right. [clears throat] Sweet. That back to you. How much we had to drink tonight? >> Probably about five. >> Just working on the truck. Had a few. >> I've had four beers since about 3:00. >> About 3:00. Okay. >> [clears throat] >> So talked to this individual uh after I went up there to look at his insurance. I can smell a odor of alcohol coming from him. Asked him uh how many he's had to drink tonight. He said he's been working on the front end of his truck. said to Gary M. >> 10:48 >> said he's had about four beers since 3:00. Um, sounds like he's being honest. If most people is going to say one or two, he said he's had four since 3.8 8 returns to Gary will out of East 2001 from Ram current negative >> 104. Do you copy? 1048. So he he's admitted to drinking alcohol. Really at this point we're uh going to wait for our 1048 unit, our backup unit to get here. We're going to have him step out of the vehicle. Um see if he'd be willing to cooperate and do some uh field sobriety testing just to ensure that he's okay to continue to where he's going. and he said he's going to his cabin to check on his chickens and dogs. Said he's got some dogs that protect his chickens and we just want to make sure he gets there safely, make sure he's okay to operate a motor vehicle. >> Hey, Mr. >> Yes, sir. >> Can I have you step to the front of your car for me? >> Sure. You step to the front, >> huh? Just step to your front. I'm just going to holler at you. >> All right, brother. So, from talking to you, uh, I guess obviously the reason I asked if you were drinking, I could smell alcohol coming from your breath. >> Really? At this point, you keep your hands out of your pockets. Oh, sorry. >> You have any weapons on you? No. >> Care if I just pat you down. If I patch you down, you can put your hands in your pockets all day. You put your hands on your car. >> You may find a screwdriver. >> No, you kidding, man. >> You got a screwdriver up here? >> No, I don't think so. >> You care if I just take your keys out? >> No. Go ahead. >> Just going to set them on the hood of your car for you, buddy. >> [snorts] >> So, uh, really at this point, we just want to make sure that you're okay to drive and continue on where you're going. Would you be willing to just participate in some field sobriety testing just to make sure? Okay. >> Yes. >> So, [snorts] step forward for me. >> Keep keep looking at my finger. >> Okay. >> I know it's way out there. Yeah, it's baiting. >> So, just look to the left as far as you can. You may not be able to see my finger. I man, we just going to cut it there. We didn't even go through the whole test. Okay. Okay. >> So, like I said, due to the odor alcohol, do the way you're driving. I understand you got a messed up front end. You got to see it from our our view. Uh >> I see the way you're driving. You hit the yellow line three times and then twice on this road. I get up to you, I smell alcohol. So, okay. You understand how that goes. But, uh yeah, man. I appreciate your cooperation. >> No problem. >> All right, man. You have a good night. >> I ain't gonna write you no tickets or anything like that. Okay. Yeah, for sure. Have a good one, brother. >> Have a good one. >> So, this guy due to his driving patterns, uh, he hit the yellow line three times, hit the white line twice, was fell into signal. Um, when I got behind him, immediately got over in the left lane. I swapped lanes with him and he just went ahead and immediately pulled over. Uh, guy was super cooperative. Uh, due to the odor of alcohol and his driving patterns, I suspected the possibility of him being DUI. Um he was cooperative, got out of the vehicle, participated in field sobriety testing. Um I didn't even go through all three tests. I did the nostagmus test. I didn't see any nastagmas in either of his eyes. Uh after seeing that and he had pretty steady balance standing there while taking the test, I made a determination to cut the test short and release him on his way. >> Yeah. Where's the other guy at? >> Uh, you talking about my cousin? >> Yeah. This other white car over there, too. >> Why you driving fast? >> Oh, no. It just like every time I fresh my stuff, it just >> Is this your car? >> Oh, no. They're my mom car. >> It's your mom's car. Okay. Are you just not used to driving it? >> Yeah. I'm not used to it cuz my my car in the shop. >> Okay. What happened to your car? Uh, it's like the tires like you know like she she didn't trust me driving it like in the rain so like it'll slide easy so it it's in the shop. >> Okay. So you're just getting like your tires replaced or something? >> Yeah. So I'm just waiting for it. >> Okay. I got you. Hey you see how packed Culver's is right now. Right. >> On me. Yes sir. >> Okay. So I didn't I didn't see you driving. So that there saw you driving like that though. >> Yes sir. >> All right. So >> do me a favor. All right. >> Yes sir. >> I know it's not your car. You're not used to driving it. Be more aware of that. Be a little bit gentler around the gas pedal. All right. You see a lot of people around here. There's a lot of people walking in and out. >> Yes, it is. >> We don't want no accidents happen. All right. >> Yes, sir. >> All right. Just hang tight for me. All right. >> Hey, y'all driving a little faster on the parking lot? >> Sorry. My I was just parking over there. My >> No, you good. You good. >> All right. >> Do me a favor. Slow down. All right. You see how packed it is, right? You guys play sports? >> Yes, sir. >> Okay. >> We was just come over. We're just meeting over here. >> I I got you. You y'all can meet over here. >> Yes, sir. >> But you see how busy it is right now. We don't need people speeding around the parking lot, getting in accidents, hitting people with their cars. >> I got you. >> All right. That's what we're trying to avoid. >> All right. Got you. >> All right. >> Be safe. Don't drive fast. Don't drive stupid. >> Okay. >> All right. >> All right. So, we're at Culver's right now in the parking lot. We just had one of our offduty uh he's he's our IT guy, >> 744. He called in that we had >> some reckless drivers around here in the park. A lot of Culver's. Culver's right now is very busy. So, it's obviously a safety risk having people driving around crazy in here. Uh we made contact with the drivers. They're just some kids being kids, but we spoke to them, told them to slow it down and, you know, to be more observant of what's happening around them so we can avoid accidents and anybody getting hurt. So, there's nothing much to it. Just making sure everybody knows to be safe and stop fooling around in crowded public areas. >> So, we're going to back up Officer Neil at Waffle House. There's a lady up there. The staff has called to have her trespassed. Um he just called for medical units to show up as well. Um so we're going to see what he needs help with. Uh not exactly sure what the situation is. Um but it doesn't seem like it's too urgent at the moment, but we'll see when we pull up. 747. I'm 1023. >> Oh, that was funny. >> Oh, it's not who I thought it was. This can be a driver. >> Big old box shorts. You know who that is? >> Yeah. She came in there and calls the scene cussing at them and all that. But then she came out here and she's got the employees got her on video pulling her pants down and just that's piss. >> She's intoxicated. >> You know her Kimberly Driver Kimberly Driver. She's been in jail. This is how she was. >> I don't get check out. [screaming] >> Let me go sick. LEAVE ME ALONE. LEAVE ME ALONE. [screaming] LEAVE ME ALONE. LEAVE ME ALONE. YOU GODDAMN. Leave me alone. Leave me alone. Leave me alone. >> Go get some gloves. >> Got you, man. I'm going to get some. Hey, give me something, too, man. >> Yeah, I got you. >> I ain't going to use mine. >> You as hard as God. Shit's got to say I'm so stupid. Get the away from me. Get the away from me. GET AWAY FROM ME. GODAMN IT, MAN. GET AWAY FROM ME, MAN. WE GOING TO GET medics to check you out first, okay? To make sure you okay. All right, >> cuz officer, you got something going on, ma'am. Okay, >> LEAVE ME THE ALONE. LEAVE ME ALONE, MA'AM. LEAVE ME ALONE. LEAVE ME ALONE. [screaming] LEAVE ME ALONE. LEAVE ME ALONE. >> LEAVE ME ALONE. LEAVE ME ALONE. GOD DAMN IT. LEAVE ME THE ALONE IS WHERE THE GOD BE. LEAVE ME ALONE. [screaming] LEAVE ME ALONE. LEAVE ME ALONE. LEAVE ME ALONE. LEAVE ME ALONE. Leave me alone. You godamn. Leave me the alone. God damn it. I hate your name. Leave me alone. Leave me alone. >> You need gloves. >> You need gloves. >> I hate you so [ __ ] bad, [ __ ] >> Yeah, she's been in jail time. >> All right. FIRST OF ALL, I JUST >> LEAVE ME ALONE. [screaming] LEAVE ME ALONE. I'M NOT GOING TO DO IT LIKE THIS. >> OH, GOD DAMN IT. LEAVE ME ALONE. LEAVE ME ALONE. >> All right. Get up. Get off. Get up. Stand by your back. >> My train. My train. >> You never get nothing. Godamn it, [ __ ] I swear to God. >> The [ __ ] out of me. Get the [ __ ] out. >> Get the [ __ ] off me, [ __ ] Get out of me, [ __ ] ME. [screaming] >> Right here. >> You got it. Get the OFF OF ME. GET OFF ME. You goddamn. >> Okay. So, um, we know her pretty well. She's >> been in and out of our jail a couple times in the past few months. >> The story that I got from Officer Nyola is that she's been up here causing a disturbance in general. Um, then they told her to leave. She stepped outside out here. Um there was apparently a bunch of customers in the parking lot, but she pulled her pants down, urinated on the sidewalk and in the parking lot. Um after she did that, Officer Nyola showed up and then she just caused a general disturbing. I mean, cussing, yelling, screaming. Uh we can't allow her to do that. Uh all we can afford her is for uh EMS to show up. She wants to refuse treatment. There's not a lot we can do. In my opinion, I think she's under the influence of something, whether it's alcohol control substances. Um, but she's going to end up going to jail tonight for public ludess. [music]
