end-all be-all they still require medical attention it just slows the process that the drugs if they're already in their system it slows the process that they're taking over their system and at the rate it's taking over their system most of us as deputies we carry it on us in events like these where it needs to be administered and we don't have Medics to do it for us but fortunately Medics were able to arrive on scene fairly quickly and and get it administered to both individuals so when we get there they'll probably uh clear us off because like I said Medics are already on scene there's nothing there for us to do let alone you know four or five of us to do if anyone needs to remain on scene it'll be the sector Deputy which is uh Deputy buendicho looks like the one of the deputies just pulled out some pills this might be a narcotics related overdose don't know if they're on something try and find out why they're passed out right but he was out my mom's like what's up with him going to a theft call it looks like it was at a business possibly a car shop so it looks like someone stole a battery a jack lift and attempted to steal a trailer but it wasn't successful successful at doing so looks like the guy that they suspect has been arrested already two days prior for possession of a stolen vehicle so it might lead to you know more stuff being added to that at that point hello okay when did everything occur what time uh the footage that I have is from like four it's like 4 30 4 15. when did you notice it to be missing like two this afternoon two in the afternoon okay yeah why didn't you call us to make the report then because at that time I was like it's just a battery and some straps and a high lift Jack yes yeah um but she was a little more worried about it and then I started getting all the phone calls from everybody hey I know exactly who that is that video or just a photo it's a video okay do you have any like serial number on the battery possibly no it's a group group battery yeah pictures of anything uh I mean I can show you the battery it's still I've got one in this truck here and the trailers over here so the battery looked just like this one it's a group 65. and this trailer was at the yeah the emptied box battery was in the Box all tie down straps were in there high lift Jack was right here and this is what it looked like when I found it this afternoon just on the ground got you like they tried to steal the trailer because it was in the lock position yeah so but apparently they couldn't figure out how to take it now everybody's a break yeah so if you could email me that video I'll give you my business card with the the case number and my email attached to it okay so I'll send it just as much as you send it out through Facebook and the News Channel of course I'll send it to the detectives and deputies so if we ever come across that individual again or someone knows where he might be at then we can go ahead and take the of course take it accordingly we have to prove everybody knows who it is he's very fun familiar with our agency as well so um we will definitely I'll go ahead and get the case number for you I'm gonna need a statement of everything that's taken and then any descriptors of course from them and then just a price estimate so we can determine what the total value is that will determine whether it's a misdemeanor gross mister and a felony okay I'll go ahead and get that documentation okay so what happened was he has video footage of a mail that a lot of people know in the community he's very uh familiar with everybody so the male stole a battery some straps and a jack lift from his trailer that's located right here this was at the trailer was at his shop earlier today and with the community's help they were able to identify them so now we're just getting the paperwork done and I will be sending an email out to all the other deputies and detectives and regarding it and so hopefully we can find out where this guy is and talk to him about it and see what we can find out so basically we just uh followed the report for the missing items from the previous call and uh he's gonna email me the video and then we're gonna get that guy's uh image out to everybody and see if we can locate him and ask him questions about regarding if he stole it and why did he steal it and go from there um right now we are going to a suspicious call and what's weird about it is that the guy came up to someone at the residence with shirtless and was couldn't the guy the RP couldn't understand him but he smelled of alcohol so he's believed to be intoxicated and the guy's name that was walking around shirtless is Marcelo which is also the name of the guy they identified to steal all the stuff from him so it might be connected could be two different marcellos it could be you know the same one hopefully we can find the same one and knock out two birds with one stone you know solve this one and solve that one at the same time so that's where we're headed now all right now we've been dealing with this guy for I mean forever but tonight recently he uh pulled the fire alarm at the casino and caused property damage if it is the guy that we're thinking about he is also on own recognizance release which means he has certain violations and rules that he has to abide by and if he doesn't abide by those then he gets put back in jail so now we're just attempting to locate him and he possibly is the same guy that's a suspect in the CR in the theft that I recovered earlier so he's been eventful tonight sounds like we just got another reporting person saying that he's over here now so now we're headed to ambush what's going on tonight huh you need a ride I know you've uh grand larceny of a motor vehicle so he was caught in possession of a stolen vehicle we thought he was on Noir he wasn't but I detained him as you can see because he was definitely getting rowdy and he is known to be aggressive and fight so I trespassed him from the casino they didn't want to press charges for him damaging the uh fire alarm or anything so they just want him trespassed did that and then the theft as well since it the total value of the theft is 950 it only fits for the petty larceny aspect of it which is a misdemeanor and in the state of Nevada we can arrest on misdemeanor unless it's committed in my presence or its continuous pattern of course so now I'm just going to long form the charges for him and send that to the district attorney and they'll do whatever they need to do with them so right now we are going to a attempted autoberg so someone tried to steal someone's car it looks like the owner of the vehicle saw a male with a shaved head hot wiring attempting to hotwire his car and take it and as soon as he came out of his residence the guy took off down the street so now we're in route trying to find that guy walking down the street and uh do a pet stop to see what he's doing and what was uh here trying to do in that sense so that's where we're heading now it was confirmed that the reporting person did identify the male who we dealt with earlier tonight to be the suspect and trying to steal this vehicle right here we're trying to steal a truck [Music] anymore okay all right you have that right you're lucky if you guys can you ride the Lakeside dude
