father that's currently at the residence causing a scene um he's trying to pick up some sort of it looks like he's trying to pick up his kids and now they're arguing um kids are young seven and eight and he's currently outside of the house right now so we're we're going to go see what's going on what's going on man hey how's it going good how are you Happ days a we I come here days I come here pick up my kids gotcha I come here and pick up my kids and all she won't let me take them okay he says that the grandma and the the the the nephew can watch them I said no they can go with me okay we do this 5 days a week why all of a sudden does it change yeah 5 days a week those are my kids they have my last name and she won't let me take them she said they stay here with her grandma and their nephew well I don't want them with their nephew because their nephew Ru houses and he's got HIV oh okay he [ __ ] he comes in there and he just smacks my daughter on the head trying to instigate her a rough house with how old is the nephew 20 19 19 yep okay and I live here my address my ID on my address goes here nobody in there goes here except for me she's being a [ __ ] cuz she got caught last night night with another guy oh okay that's the whole thing if your other partners would have known that were they came out last night cuz she's just using the system they came out last night for for a similar situation or well okay so last night so the thing is is she had a barbecue yesterday cuz her friend was out from South Dakota she called me over here I cooked food for everybody here last night everybody carneia SAA everything I made everything last night okay she goes well I'm going to take my niece home call me if you're going to leave cuz I don't I'm not staying here at the moment but all my mail comes here all my [ __ ] tools are in that conx box that green Van's mine that truck's mine everything here I get mail here my address is on my license here which hers isn't she lives in her address is Washington but it doesn't make a difference because I'm not going to say she don't live here cuz she does but anyways so she says call me when you're getting ready to leave to so I can come back from my niece's house and watch the kids so I'm calling her cuz I I get locked out of the gate where I'm staying at 10 o'clock they go to bed early over there so I call her she doesn't answer she doesn't answer so I you know what I'm just going to drive over to an's house and see if she's over there she wasn't there so I call the Mom right there I said do you know where Don is at they said we don't know where she's at we don't know where she's at blah blah blah blah then the nephew says oh she's at a shanti's house well Shanti lives right down the road here on calat so I said all right I'll go to look down there she wasn't there so she worked at Taco Bell and she works late nights drive up there she stand there talking to her manager just her her manager her stand there talking a guy named Matt the same name is me they're saying they're talking well the guy drew a gun on me cocked it back cuz I had the cuz he walked I was standing there talking to Don and he walked around the truck went straight to his truck grabbed a gun and [ __ ] racked it back and I walked around my truck and said well you want to fight and he pointed at me supposedly they have cameras to talk about well the cops found anyways the count cop found that unreasonable said that he was in fear for his life whatever who gives a [ __ ] I'm the guy has 200 lb on me look how small I am so anyways so that all happened there at Taco Bell I came back here cuz my kids were here still with the the friend from South Dakota left at 5 o'clock this morning so now I'm here to get my kids again like I always do and she said no they could stay here with my mom and the the nephew I said no I don't want my kids around Nate are you guys U married or divor we've been together for 14 years we were together for 14 years two kids not never got married never got married okay is there is there a custody agreement in place there's no custody just kind of like a verbal deal yep but they're my kids and i' rather them be with me than sitting here with their nephew and their Grandma okay cuz they always go with me we go to Best Western and go swimming or we go to their cousin's house over here where I'm staying right now so is this the first time that this has become a problem where you can't pick right now it's the first time this has become problem I can't pick him normally I pick him up from Taco Bell but they 86 me from Taco Bell last night so I can't pick him up from Taco Bell anymore okay she's mad because she got caught that's the bottom line gotcha you know all I'm going to go talk to her see if we can cut some sort of resolution okay what's going on today so he doesn't live here he hasn't been here in weeks okay I was up at Taco Bell last night and he came up there FL off the handle all the craziness I'm sure you can look it up he was in here last night again throwing another [ __ ] t room sorry I'm trying to get ready for work it's okay and um we showed up here again today and I called my mom to come watch the kids cuz I'm not even I don't want to deal with him and he showed up here out of nowhere comes straight in the house starts in with my nephew starts in with my mom and I'm like dude just [ __ ] leave like I'm tired of this [ __ ] he hasn't lived here in weeks like he comes here like we we coexist with the kids sometimes I don't get off till late I let them come here and chill with the kids until I get off work and he leaves and goes back to where he stays okay cuz he doesn't really have anywhere for the kids to go Li so um when it comes to the kids there's no custody agreement nothing like that no okay they just they they're nervous cuz they don't want to go with him cuz he's yelling okay they just stay with you most of the time or do you guys switch he he sleeps on a hammock at my friend's house so he doesn't really have anywhere for them to stay okay and with school coming up they need to be in a house so we agreed that we know cuz I get off I work nights he could come here at night and stay with the kids until I get off work but if you're going to act like a crazy person I can't have this like I'm they don't want to go with him they're crying cuz they don't want to go with him cuz he's acting the way he's acting okay hey bud so just a couple questions how do you like staying here good you like it is there anything that you want to tell me about staying here um last night he came home because my mom didn't come home last night and he came home yelling okay and he had the gate wide open okay now what what about staying here are you are you happy to be here yeah does anybody in here do stuff to hurt you or anything like that no okay all right that's all I got for you buddy I appreciate it chicken get out front so just a couple quick questions how do you like staying here I like it you do do you get along with everybody in here nobody does nothing to hurt you or anything like that no it's just me and my cousin that just play around sometimes okay but he doesn't hurt you or nothing no he doesn't hurt me okay all right that's all I got for you thank you Hazel All right I'm going to let him know um basically there's no court order so the kid stays where they're at all right Matthew so uh there's no court order nothing like that in place right no unfortunately the kids got to stay where they're at I have nothing to enforce I have nothing to go off of she's going to work she say that she's going to have Mom watch them no they're my kids I would like to take them with me well that's completely a civil issue I have no say over days a week how how can you say that when they have my same last name as me cuz you have no you have no custody agreement I have nothing to enforce you understand that stay with their Grandma instead of going with their real dad that's what Mom wants we came here they were here already I can't force those kids to leave with you just as I as if they were at your house I couldn't force them to leave your house to go with her there's no court or all right so getting dispatched back to that same residence um RP's back on landline stating that the gentleman walked inside the house and is wanting the kids to go with them uh even though I advise him that the kids are staying where they're at so we're going to see if we can talk some sense into him to make him really understand that the kids are staying where they're at and they have to come to some sort of agreement that we can't enforce anything on thisy oh there you are hey what's up man we got a call we got a call that I know she's using you guys dude thought we were she's using you guys I went in there and just talked to my kids I didn't say a word to her nothing nothing I didn't say a word to her my daughter said she wanted to go swimming I said do you want to go with me or stay here and she said the cops already said they had to stay here okay my daughter said to her I didn't say a word to her when I walked in there she's like I'm calling the police can I can I just get him to leave so that when I leave I don't let me go in and talk to you real quick okay about my mom here with him hey Matt when's the last time you stayed here couple nights ago couple nights ago okay yeah cuz my her friend Destiny was here so oh okay cuz she said within the last week did you spend the night yeah okay yeah cuz she did say you were a a resident at one point you know she let you stay here so she let me stay here I've been here since we moved back from Washington well here's the thing is I can't just kick you out cuz you've already established residency here she told me you've established residency so if she wants to do that she has to go through the eviction process with the whole process right I can't just kick you out but at the same time we can't keep coming back here so we got to come with some sort of resolution I didn't do anything okay I talk to my kids are you guys tell me I can't talk to my kids now I didn't even go in there and say a word to her okay and she just picked up her phone and said she isn't that called misuse of 911 or something cuz I didn't touch her I didn't and I didn't go in there and threaten her in any way or possible or nothing my daughter said I want to go swimming with you okay well so we went back out to the address um the RP called back because the gentleman was in there and arguing with her um and wanting the kids to go with him after investigation it came out to the guy was in there and he was speaking with the kids and yes there may have been some arguing going on but he was just talking to his kids I ADV the RP that just because the gentleman is in there and he's talking to his kids is not a reason to call us um the gentleman is a resident of the property she has to go through the eviction process if she wants to kick him out she just can't kick him out so he is a resident of the property he is allowed to go inside of the property um and just because he's in there and some sort of mild argument breaks out about him talking to the kids there's really no reason to call us now yes if that argument escalates absolutely give us a call but but just because he's in there and he's talking to his kids and you don't agree with it that's not a reason to give us a call back um so I explained that to her and hopefully this will be the last time we are out here over this issue all right so we're getting dispatched to a welfare check at uh our local Renta Center RP stating that there's a male by the uh store that's wearing no shoes and is currently screaming um we're looking for a male with dark shirt brown pants he's uh right in the corner by a tree and it's unknown if he needs medical attention we're going to go and uh hopefully we can find him hopefully he's still in the area and uh we're going to go see if we can help him with anything doesn't sound like they want him trespass they just kind of want us want him assessed and see if he needs any of our services hey what's going on buddy how you doing today man I'm just trying to hold it together okay you got some stuff going on somebody called they were just a little concerned about you that's why they wanted to stop by check you out yeah well I I appreciate I thank you for the concern I mean it's just you know um this this this this study it's just you know whether it's part of this or that you know it has it forms his own information and then well does it thing I don't know but you know I'm just trying not to be stupid but okay um does like a cool dude didn't give me any issues so hopefully he can get his stuff figured out out and uh stays stays in the shade and stays hydrated and out of this heat we're getting dispatched to what came in as a 911 cell disconnect and now it's a female on the line that's yelling at our dispatch uh dispatch is stating she's very hard to understand talking about getting something on the line um and also stating to dispatch to take money something about taking money um dispatch can't tell who she's talking to SL yelling at uh the RP is not answering dispatch at all so now she's talking about something about killing him and um but dispatch can't hear who she's talking to it sounds like she's talking to herself uh they disconnected to call the RP back but the RP is not answered now so we're going to make sure that everybody's okay and get to the bottom of this the destination is on your left hi did you call okay hi hi my my name is Deputy Diaz okay I know who you are okay okay what's going on um my car was sck in a ditch there okay so I pulled it out here because I can't move it anywhere so I just bought it my sister okay so I bought it and I have no gas so I parked I parked it there but um I was going to park it up there once again because I don't want to be toned because of the fact I just got to get register so I bought it up my sister okay it's the last time I had it for 3 Days put it my second up there okay so I had to to out so now I got to go but I don't have any gas so gas but it's not mine to be so I had to park it so it be legally okay okay okay um so my mother she's being a [ __ ] she's really [ __ ] at everybody today and yesterday so was it just an argument today nothing physical nothing like that she wanted me off the property she want she's be a [ __ ] and she wanted me off and I did all the weeding H so I told her I would leave because it was stuck there see right there it was days they took Somebody went in my car andu and took my gas money and I didn't have no money I was going down I got my ID permit but it's coming in the mail but the thing was I got stuck there two days she was getting aggravated because Sandy can't walk or anything and she got um what do you call it m or M you know when Mera yeah Mera when the fluid r on your legs and things yeah so she was getting aggravated about that and the mess on the back porch okay so do you live here Marca no no you don't live here I wouldn't live here okay all right give here to help okay give me one second Marshall okay let me go talk to them see what's going on all right so nothing's going on here they going on my daughter outside her mother outside the gate okay uh they dug her car out she bogged it down Friday I think it was yeah and well she my one daughter sold her the car yeah and my her sister boyfriend came and dug it out okay nobody could take it out and she's mie she I don't know I think she's been on something okay all right she's outside the gate and she and I have another daughter this stand here that has COPD and my husband has demension and I'm about to go crazy okay with all this [ __ ] and she will not shut up she cracks herself in the head she does all kind of things okay and that's her daughter just went around that way okay and no I didn't call my okay I have Ador that might have but I was just oh I talked to her oh I talked to um Candace whoever was sitting right here cace yeah I talked her I talked to her she said she didn't call I talked to Mara out there she said she didn't call I I think Marsha might have called though I got to go confirm the number all right so we're still trying to figure out who called I believe it was probably Marsha we're going to go and confirm the phone number um also going to have to tell her to move on she already has been trespass pass from here it sounds like they just want her to move on and and really that's it hey Marsha what's your phone number okay I just got yesterday D what was that number that this call came in from could be My5 that's it it was an accident because all righty Mara so um yeah I got to park it but it just got the P so all right just make sure you you park it somewhere okay um so she just wants you to I guess you've been trespassed from here already so she just want you to move along she got AGG all these people they can't walk and move and he has yet okay she just yeah so she just wants you to move along for the night okay okay um and then when it comes to your car just park it wherever you can I got to go park I had my I went down to DMV like I said somebody went and took my gas everything okay all right all right Mara thank you okay all right Marsha what happened to your tire there a straw there's a lock on my tires I just bought my this car for my sister did you try to air it up with the straw yeah it works okay but I have I have a I have a pump in there okay oh got you all right the S off okay and I can't get the tower off because no I get you yeah all righty Marsha thank you okay have a good one figured out who called it was a little bit of a confusing call at first because Mara didn't remember that she called um and then I spoke with the uh residents over at the property and they they kind of gave me the low down um that it probably was Marsha that called um there was some sort of argument over a vehicle and um have his there was some sort of argument over a vehicle and and Mara not having any money to fuel the vehicle not having any tags um Marsha was previously trespassed from the residents um but the the owner of the residence just wanted her to move along so we basically basically I told her to move along um she's been trespassed and she said that she was going to just move her car out of the road out of the out of the driveway there and hopefully we don't have to return for the night um it seems like things settled down when we got there both parties or all parties were separated um so it does seem like things settle down from the initial time we Reed the call so hopefully things stay calm for the night and um hopefully Mara ends up getting getting her tire fixed and getting it registered and getting it good to go for the road [Music]
