How many quarters are in a dollar? >> All I hear is constant MRI and driving. >> Constant MRI. Do you need to go to the hospital? >> What the hell? >> What? >> Oh, why don't you bring the news crew up here? >> Do you need to go into the hospital? >> What the [ __ ] is up with that, >> Tisha? We're married. >> So, what's your married name? >> What's your married name? >> See, my mo. >> You don't have any present thoughts of suicide. You don't want to kill yourself. >> Cause harm to yourself or others. You don't want to do any of that. What was up with this big knife thing that you had? What were you What were you doing with that knife or that sword, whatever it is? >> Because uh I keep hearing him constantly in my house. >> Hearing who? >> Talking. Um it's bugging the [ __ ] out of me and I shouldn't be hearing the [ __ ] at all. >> And you don't take any medication? Nothing like that? >> I did take medication, but it just wasn't working. >> Wasn't working. >> So I said, "Screw it. What's the point? You're going to blame it on that anyway?" And so still take it. >> Okay. What would you take the medication for? >> H >> what did you take it for? >> Uh I took some Balta fibromyalgia and uh >> depression because I was hurting. >> Right. But nothing for the voices. >> Confirming last name is >> Oh, they gave me Ailifi too, but that was the one that wasn't that's the name she gave me. I want you know mixed the two together right. >> Okay, hang out. Is it okay if I grab it? Is it okay if I grab it? >> This right here? >> Yeah. Okay. It should be like as soon as you >> Kate Spade. That's fancy. That's fancy. Kate Spade. >> You're fancy. I tried to pretend my eat bon bombs all day long. Like I'm spoiled ass. >> He just doesn't feel comfortable with me. >> Who doesn't? And of course, I'm sarcastic because I am hurting. Sorry. >> South 14. I got an O. >> You filming me? >> Uh, did you get Michael? >> We sure did, Tisha. >> Huh? >> We did. >> What day is it? >> No, no, we got permission. You're okay. They're just making a documentary. That's all it is. >> Sorry. >> Negative. I was just letting you know I found her ID, but we're four. So, what's So, what I'm getting at here, Tish, is how are we going to resolve this? Because you're scaring your husband. You're swinging around this cane, knife, sword thing, and you're screaming, throwing things at him, talking to voices. How do we solve this right now? Do you need to go to the hospital? >> I shouldn't be hearing the douchebags at all. >> Right. Right. So, if we get you down to the hospital, >> if we get you down to the hospital, they might be able to help you with that. >> I'm sorry. They might be able to help you with the voices. >> They're not voices. They're specific individuals that I know hearing at all. >> So like so certain people >> voices and I don't it's not that. It's the MRI sound that I'm hearing is making me >> uh exhausted, >> right? >> It's pissing me off real bad. It's making me hurt more. >> Right. >> And Yeah. >> Do do you need medical attention right now, Tisha? You want the medics to come check you out? I got a CT scan not too long ago. >> Well, I'm asking right now. Do you want the medics to come and take a look at you and transport you to the hospital? >> I'm sorry. Hold on a second. Let me uh >> take your time. I get you. Take your time. >> Huh? >> I'm just trying I'm just trying to get her to go to the hospital. >> I'm scared. >> She She didn't want to go. >> [ __ ] Uh identity Steven. >> I had her throw it off the bed for me. It ain't a knife. It's a sword. It's like a sword. Goes into a king. Yeah. >> Did they give you medications last time? >> No, I haven't taken it in um >> they gave you they gave you medication. >> No, I I've been taking aspirin. So, >> okay. >> Well, see, I got a I'm not fancy enough to be [snorts] filmed right now. >> No, you're all right. Don't worry about it. >> Joke. I'm being [ __ ] about that. >> You have to excuse my sarcasm. It's the only way. >> I get it. >> Bye right now. >> I get it. >> Talk to Elsie before we get All right. So, uh, basically what we have is, like I said, psychiatric episode on a female. She was wheeled in a, uh, some sort of blade. Um, she doesn't want to harm herself or harm others. Uh, no present thoughts of suicide, doesn't take any medications, and she's declining medical transport. There's not much, uh, legally we can do to, like I said, put a legal hold on her because she doesn't meet our criteria. So, we'll go and relay all this to uh our lieutenant and and go from there. >> So, she's four for four questions, doesn't want medical attention, hears voices in the walls, just wants him to stop. >> Wants to beat him up, >> but uh doesn't want to go to a doctor and get medications. She doesn't take any medication for it, >> but she said she had a cat cat scan about a week ago. >> She's supposed to take medicine for it. >> She's supposed to she just don't take it. Yeah. So, I mean, >> she they they last time she was in a hospital in Vegas, they ran they ran everything on her, you know, and like like I told him, she knows exactly what to say to get out. >> They'll put they'll put her in, you know, in one of the facilities and she she get tired of it after a couple days and just go say the right [ __ ] to get out. >> Was she diagnosed anything while she was there? >> Yeah, me psychosis. >> Oh, okay. Yeah. >> They both take uh they both prescribe and take method. >> How long has it been? >> It's been 10 years since I've done method. Well, how long has it been since she's taken her medication? >> Her Oh, her medication? Oh, man. I bet she stopped a year or I mean a month and a half, two months ago. >> When was the last time you guys took your dose of methadone? >> I took mine this morning. >> What about her? >> I don't know. >> You got she she she has to go every day and she I know she didn't take it a day. She didn't go anywhere today. >> Is this her normal like off her meds? Is this how she is normally? >> No. She's like like the most strong mindedest person I ever met in my life. She's nothing like this at all. >> Right. is when she she starts getting like this and you this is the kind of people we used to pick on when we used to tweet, you know, we used to do that [ __ ] We used to pick on these kind of people. Now she does it, you know, just >> Yeah. >> She knows exactly what to say to get out of things. >> She does. >> Um but so she doesn't she doesn't meet any of our criteria for us to take her and on a hold. Um >> kind of like we were talking about earlier. >> Yeah. >> Just give us a call. >> Yeah. >> And I would I would really truly >> go start looking on the internet for power of attorney. Somebody can do most of them yourself. you guys leave. I'm on it. >> Like I said, she has to be 100% lucid to sign it. >> All right. Yeah, I'm going to do that as soon as you guys leave. We've been trying to find a way to do this. Just, you know, everything's falling off underneath us, >> right? >> The last resort is calling you. I hate having to call you guys. >> No, no, don't don't ever hate it. We do our job. Yeah. >> We're here. >> Yeah. But you guys got more important [ __ ] to do. >> This is important. >> Wife Wife holding a 2 and 1/2t long cane sword. >> That's definitely a go back. >> Room for concern. Yeah. So yeah, like like LT said, if there's any more problems or it persists, just give us a call. We'll come right back out. >> Thanks, guys. >> That don't if you're really serious about doing that power of attorney stuff, get it done because >> it'll be like this >> and then at sometime you'll be down, you know, she'll be down and you'll be like, I wish I would have done that, right? >> Oh, yeah. >> All right. All right, man. Thanks. >> Hey, we're good, Stone. >> Thank you. I appreciate it. You're welcome. No problem. >> Safe out there. Okay. >> Thank you. >> If you need us, don't like Deputy Chaplain said, don't hesitate to call us back. driving down. >> He's still in there. >> Yeah. I came in and she's she's not flinging it around anymore, but she's she's holding it. I'm like, "Uh, can you like put that down?" >> Go for it. >> So, right now we have an individual for an assault call. Apparently, there's a male that has weapons in the residence and he's known to threaten and shoot at law enforcement. So, we're coming in with uh lethal units and less lethal units to uh go possibly make contact with him. Um, this guy's anti-law enforcement and doesn't like the cops, so he'll probably resist and fight us. >> It's the one with the car on the side. This tan car. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Oh, okay. >> Should be 3930 or I mean 39. >> Should be 3930 is where we're going. >> Yeah, that's 39 cuz look at the map. It's the third house. I'm pretty sure there's I think it's a house in between here. If it's not, then it is that one. >> It is that one. I think so because that's that empty lot that we're looking at, >> right? >> Cool. >> So, apparently the male that we're going to go try to make contact with bit the uh reporting party and the information she gave us is he is anti-law enforcement. will shoot at cops and doesn't like cops. So, there are weapons in the house. Our lieutenant stated that the male apparently sicked a dog on us last time and bit one of our deputies. He has a big dog. So, going to get in position. Let's go. Keep your hands down LIKE >> Good to have good eyes on the garage. >> Can I get in some shade, please? >> No. Wait. >> Okay. There's nobody else in there. You open it up. I did see a storm grab it, but he didn't. Ouch. Hands behind your back, boy. Hands behind. Okay. Sorry, dog. >> What's your name? >> My name's Jacob. >> Palms together. Palm together. >> All right. I might [ __ ] my pants, so please don't push your harder. [panting] >> Okay. My dog's in there. Would you guys make sure he doesn't get hurt or anything? >> Relax your hands. Light your pants, though. Relax. The other gun. >> One in custody. >> Okay. Co can >> relax. Relax. >> Okay. I'm going to [ __ ] now, guys. I got really [ __ ] >> All right. Hang on. >> Oh, [ __ ] >> I'll see what was the name of the >> Can we go check take the dog or >> Yeah. Relax. the water first because I'm burning to die, dude. I've been overheating. >> My balls. I'm burning. >> Jacob. >> Jacob. >> Yes, I'm burning up, bud. >> Hey, let's get him off the [laughter] ground. >> I'm burning up, man. I just drank I drank oak. >> Roll together. >> I drank oak water. I'm allergic to the ground. >> Where's Where's your grandmother or whoever? >> I don't have a grandmother. >> Look, sit on your butt. >> Me and my mom. >> Stand up. >> Me and my mother. >> Sorry, guys. >> Get him secure. >> You can clean sleeping if you want. >> My mom's name. >> My dog's name is >> Your mom? Your mom? >> Oh, my mom's not in there. She's Anna. That door's locked. That door's locked. >> Anna, but she's not in there. >> Oh, she's not in there. That door's locked. You can try it, but pretty sure it's locked. >> She left. She's in She's in the car. She We had people buy hay and I don't know if she got paid or she tracked them down to get the money or whatever. So, >> you got anything on you, buddy? >> Over price of the hay or whatever. And there's two kids sitting out here waiting. And the lady was like, "Don't call my truck." >> All right, cool. You got Can I search your pockets? >> Go ahead. But I mean, no weapons. Yeah, might have a knife in there, but appreciate a cigarette if you got one. Her shoe would dip would be great cuz >> she should be in the Jaguar. >> Only blue Jag. Yeah. Has a cracked windshield cuz I don't know. It It opened the gate last week. It opened the gate after I locked the gate down. And >> her name's Ann. >> Ann M Johnson. That's one shotgun round I had. Yeah. >> Okay. >> Yeah. There is my mom. >> I'm put you in the car so your feet don't burn. >> All right. Cool. Is the dog going to be all right or >> Yeah, the dog. >> Come on. Come on. Come on. >> Okay. Sorry. >> Yeah. >> This car. >> We got the new episode. >> What's up? >> Oh, new episode. Huh? >> This one's a German cop. So, this one's going to be >> nah water. >> Have a seat, bud. >> Can I get water on me or just cool off? >> Yeah, we'll get you. Just have a seat. No. And on the seat. >> Okay. Sorry. Just pour it on my head or something. I just need >> If you would, please, cuz I'm I'm most of the grass known to man. >> All right, bud. Come on. Turn around. Thanks for letting me heat up. Bye. >> Lean back. Huh? >> Complaining. >> Yeah, I just really I'm hotter than [ __ ] >> dehydrated and thirsty. >> Push on my skin. If it turns white, I'm I'm dehydrated. >> All right. Well, the medics will check you out real quick. I'll leave the seat belt off then. So, this was in his pocket. >> I just had in my pocket. You know what I mean? Like after the hay sales thing and they that kid, he came up as the hay stack and they had the little son up there. So, I met him in the middle, but I just held him against the wall and everybody started screaming [ __ ] And no, I'm not going to have the bigger set me up for a fight or something like that because I don't fight. I'm not a I'm not an aggressive person. And when I when I run into some >> What do you do? You shoot shotguns? >> Well, I'm I'm a Native American. >> All right. >> You know, I didn't even get to hit duck season this year. Any year, as a matter of fact. But yeah. >> Can I get some water on me? Could you pour some water on me, please? >> I hope we don't have water with You got me. Can you turn on my hose and then I can lean up against it? >> I don't think it'll reach this far. >> Let me ask you this. How are you feeling? >> I feel like I'm overheating. I'm cold clammy. >> I'm going to get water inside of me cuz I mean >> when I get too hot and riled up, bucket arm, I get pushed into freaking 103, 102. >> No problem. >> Let me ask you a question. Do you want to go back? >> Do you want to go to the hospital? >> [ __ ] I'd love to, but I have my dog in there. >> He He got kicked. So, I put an ice bag on him and just make sure he's good because >> last night, you know, he went to sleep real quick and yeah, it was it was >> it was on a on a temple. He got hit on the temple with the foot. So, >> we're going to see if we have a bottle of water for you in one of the We're checking for you. Okay, cool. >> All right. >> Great. >> But other than >> my dog getting his sperm relieved or is he getting less aggressive and what's what's wrong with >> Where is he? >> He should still be in the house. >> Is that the German Shepherd in the house? >> Yeah, I know. He's probably in the house tonight. >> Yeah, we didn't go in the house. Other than being a little dehydrated, do you have any other medical issues? Do you have >> Well, I'm allergic to every grass known to man. >> Okay. >> I don't know if if my my elm tree [ __ ] me up when smoke >> properly lubed and I'm cutting a tree down. >> How do you feel right now though? >> I'm slowly getting better. The more and more we get here lined up, worse and worse I get. >> Let me see if we can get that water for you. Okay. >> There you go. Uh we're going to just >> I blew a snot rocket. >> You want it on your Do you want it on your head? You say >> snot rocket? No. I'd like get that [ __ ] in my truck. about here. >> All right. Yeah. No, hold on. >> Would you like >> I'm cramping up, dude. I can't. >> Would you like to drink the water? >> Just pour it on me. I just one sip and then pour most of it on my head and my my right behind my neck right there. You can see the lumps on my head. You see the on my head? Pour it on your head. >> Oh, that's hot [ __ ] man. >> It's warm. No, >> it's not cold weather. It's not hot, though. >> Do it then. I guess it's going to help me. Yeah, it's just not it's not >> in my mouth. >> Okay. Ready? >> Oh, that's quite interesting. >> What other medical problems do you have? >> I don't know, man. I'm just PTSD like a [ __ ] >> I was shot by a police officer [laughter] after a home invasion. He was mentally unstable, killing dogs, doing a lot of bad things. He had fired me in stability. He's hard back drives through juvenile probation. Do >> I go to hospital or not? Dude, >> do you want to go to hospital right now? Be >> arrested. Am I being detained for what? >> You have a warrant. You have a warrant for your arrest. >> Why? >> I don't know. Highway patrol. >> No, they do not. No, they do not. I called in every day, twice a week, actually. >> No, we confirmed it. You got a warrant. You're going to go to jail. Do you want to go to the hospital or not? >> I'd like to go to the hospital. >> You can figure that out with the court. >> Help. Yeah. Can I shut my garage door? Can I >> shut your garage? There was apparently a fight. >> I I called him to I'm almost done. I talked to Emily or >> How's that water feel? That water feel a little better? >> No, it'll make me feel better going. >> Oh, did it? Did it make you feel better? >> No, it will. >> Good. Okay. >> All right. >> All right. So, we're going to get you ready to go to the hospital. Is that what you want? >> No. I'd like to stay home and just be quiet in there cuz it was perfectly fine until I saw a red separation over here like whopper or what is this? >> So, you actually have no medical complaint right now is what you're saying. I mean, >> aside from the warrant, you want the rest of this. >> Okay. So, did something happen here? >> No, nothing happened here. Hey, >> let's just say you have a knife around. >> No, I do not. It's my watch. So, >> yeah. No, but I do remember that that young man from back in the day >> and that's why I wanted to apologize for him. But just from going in between instances, you know, I do remember him and a younger man coming out saying, "You better be packing. You better be packing." You came inches from that snot rocket. >> I know. I was like a fight with someone. >> No, I did not. I met him in the middle. I did it physically. Yeah, >> you did get >> Well, soon as I came down, I came off the top of the stack. After he started charging, I met him in the middle. >> I dropped the leg to the leg swung and beat him up against the wall. >> Hell no. He's like, "Boy, what was the bird?" And I put my face right by his crotch. Then he says, "Oh, what? You going to bite me?" I started hitting me in the back of the head. >> Did you bite? >> I said, "Well, then I put grabbed his jeans." >> You bit his jeans. I hail in your jeans. And then [ __ ] bite them up. Well, Jake, stop. Jake, stop. I'm not going to stop. Those man trying to be physical or quits hitting me in the head. >> Okay. >> As soon as he stopped you in the head, I held it there for a minute. I slowly lock myself up when he was gone. He's gone again. That was it. >> So, why did it get physical? >> I think it was hazery or you mean if there's a if there's a thing, what is it with um hazy? There's a square gun game used to play back in high school that got cancelled when I went back to school over summer for summer vacation. And I'd say something like that. >> This was a guy you got into a fight with or a girl? >> A man, male, big dude? >> Big dude. >> The bigger brother of the little ginger boy. >> Bigger. >> So I I know what way to look or what way to turn. >> Uh do you mind if I can go interview the other half? >> Can we go see if there's anybody in there? I don't I don't need anybody interviewing any other halves cuz >> my mom is probably getting raped. There's probably be out there dying. There's number seven. >> So is your mom in the house? >> No, she's not. I don't know where she's at and I just need to stay home and watch the house and protect my Dave Landry. I'm going to go try to find your mom. >> Would you please? And and yeah, because I can't I can't leave this place with that open or my dog in there. No. I mean, >> well, so can I just push the garage closed? >> I mean, it won't and it'll still be left open for anybody to go get it. But >> So, is that what you want or leave it as is? >> I'd like to sit here and wait until we can find my mom to show up. >> We're not I'd like to sit in the shade and cool off cuz I can't >> sit in the truck. >> I can't be I can't be >> Get in the truck. >> I can't let you take the other stuff out of pocket. No, my other miscellaneous items and everybody know. >> Hey, we need you to sit in the truck cuz we're going to go to the hospital then. [ __ ] it. >> The hospital is here. You had no medical ain't nothing fine. I don't need to sit in, buddy. >> Medical staff or you going to jail for your warrant? >> Going to Gerald >> for your warrant. >> Who's Gerald? >> Jail? >> Uhoh. >> For your warrant. >> You don't have a warrant. >> Yeah, you do. >> Let me read that, Paul. >> You think I'm making that up? >> We can call Mr. Ramos, John Ramos, and Jacob. You You think I'm making that up? Mr. Ramos, me and Michelle and all these all these this >> Let's get in the truck. No. >> Are we going to put you in the truck? Come on. >> I went to school with your daughter, brother. I don't know if he's your daughter, but I went to school with Michelle Ramos. >> You got two options. You can catch another charge for obstruction resisting or you >> go in for something fake. I >> sit in the truck. >> You're not going to drive me anywhere. Take me. >> It's not fake. It's not fake. >> You're going to take me as a fake warrant. >> Trust me, I'd rather be going to lunch. >> I'll be a fake one. Watch my toes. I'm going to go meet with the other half and see who we got what they got to say or what happened. >> Sorry. >> So, right now the male is going to jail today for his warrant. And right now, our other deputy deputy toll is going to the residents to try to see exactly what happened with this so-called fight or altercation that occurred. And uh he's going to get some information on that. And depending on them, the uh male will end up having more charges put on him. All right. So, we just got uh updated information that the mail that we were just out with um the other party does not want to press charges. So, ultimately the male is just going to go to jail for his uh extraditable warrant. So, we're just coming on shift now and we're immediately getting calls. A woman's called dispatch and advised that she is coming from Atlanta and is stranded, but that's not a police matter. And she has already requested a supervisor and said that she would only talk to a supervisor or a sergeant. And I believe that she thinks that this is Chicago and we're going to go introduce ourselves. >> 7:33. All units 1023. >> All these police didn't have to come. It ain't that serious. Really? Hi. How you doing today, sir? >> I'm doing well. Step over here for me. >> Okay. >> How you doing today, sir? >> I'm doing >> I'm here with my son. >> I'm doing well. How are you? >> I'm doing fine. >> Nice to meet you. >> Nice to meet you. >> Nice to meet you. >> They're here for me. >> Oh, they're here for you. >> Yes, ma'am. >> So, I'm on the news media. >> No, ma'am. This is a media documentary about us. Oh, >> okay. I didn't know that. I apologize. I I I never been on the media, so I'm very sorry. I've never been in this kind of a situation before. Uh, do you have a sergeant on hand? >> I do. >> God bless you, sir. How How's your day going today? >> Uh, is there any way I can speak to you, sir? >> They're here to handle your call at the point that I need to intervene. >> They're here to handle your call. I'm going to go inside and talk to people. >> Okay. So, my name is Jennifer Xandarski. Data birth. My social security number. Do you have an ID? >> No, I don't. Actually, I'm not here. I have a long long complicated situation of what's going on. I don't live here. I came from Chicago. I'm traveling with a mental ill son. >> His name is Shakar Strong, data birth. And Shakarl Strong suffered from very mental illnesses. I've been to 15 states with my son and not able to get help. I signed my rights over to him multiple of occasions. And uh >> you signed your rights over to your son? >> I signed my rights over to child. I don't know. Every state calls it child protective services. DHR same. >> Okay. Because he assaults me, attacks me, spits on the police, stabbed the police, sets mouse on. So very violent history to the point I can't deal with it. So I basically I left Chicago and I went to Atlanta, Georgia. Been in Atlanta for 30 days. He was taken to Houston 15 times. He was taken to all the surrounding hospitals and they basically don't help me. They take my lunch and they throw it out the door. Okay. I have lawsuits going on in state to state. I'm being blacklisted. So everywhere I'm going to basically get help for my son, the hospitals call law enforcement and say there's nothing we can really do other than basically put my luggage outside. >> Exactly. So what can I do for you now? >> Well, at this point, officer sir, is that I was dropped off by the insurance company. Me and my son at this moment would be homeless. I'm trying to get back to Chicago. I don't have money for a bus ticket. I don't know what shelter would take him here in your county cuz he's assaultive and aggressive. He has to go to the emergency room every other day for his outburst. He's been a little good. He had a little episode in Walmart, but he kind of retrieved from that. But I'm not here to make a problem for your county. I'm just desperately trying to get help for my son and I'm not able to get it, Mr. Reeves. Okay. I can't make the hospital help my son. Just like if my son becomes aggressive here in your county and you take him over to the hospital and they want to release him, that's what they're going to do. There's nothing you can do about it. >> So, the issue is that I'm in a very bad place right now. I'm with a son with mental illness and I'm desperately trying to get help and I'm currently stranded. Okay. >> But what do you want us to do? This is not a police matter. >> Okay. I don't know what you do if you got a child that's stranded. Just like say if I was going up the highway, right? Okay. I'm just saying. Just say if I was going up the highway. >> How old is he? >> He's 15. He's got severe mental illness. Sir, and all the You know, some people scam the police, but everything I'm telling you, I have the paperwork to prove for. >> So, are you wanting money to be brought? >> I'm not. >> Wait a minute. I'm asking cuz you haven't told us once yet. >> Okay. This is what I'm trying to say. I apologize if I was rude. >> I'm not worried about that. I just know what you're wanting from us cuz you still haven't said that. >> The issue is at this point, ma'am, that I have a place to go, >> which is where >> I can go to Chicago. >> I don't have money for real estate. So, the reason I came here, Mr. What was your name? >> Sergeant Stephins. >> Mr. Stephins. >> Sergeant Steph. said start is because I could have left >> but and stop bridge. Okay, let's just tell them my license is out of Michigan. >> I would like to police I used to be heard. So >> I didn't come here. >> We don't have a hospital. We don't have a bus station. you have the three of us and the way you've acted toward us, we're not terribly like if you're asking for us to pull out of our own pockets to help you, that's probably not going to happen because since you called my dispatch and talked to them on the phone, you have been extremely rude, extremely hateful and you're rude to these people. She said she would take your photocopy idea, but the fact that you have zero money or any way to pay for a room, why would they give you a room for free? I never said that because I was trying to work on the reservation cuz when you have points, sir, you get >> But you you would you would set up a reservation before you got here and you'd walk in say I have a reservation. >> I couldn't I didn't have a phone, sir, so I only have >> So you just walk in here and you expect them to give you a room. >> I never stated that this was trying. >> So in any case, you're not welcome to stay here. But I'm going to tell you that every single one of these hotels right here is owned by the exact same person. So you're not going to be welcome to stay at any of them. There is no shelters in this town. We have a hospital up there if you need medical attention. But if you don't, that's not going to work. If you already got thrown out of one bus station, then this one's not going to take you either. So, I don't know what help we could possibly provide you. >> We are willing to help, but we have asked since I originally got here, what can we help you with? Well, sir, as sad as I want to say this and as much as I don't want to do this cuz it's backing if I just know that I'm not going to get no help here and that's just kind of not an option. I don't want to do this but really it is what it is sometime and ain't nothing I can do about it or nothing you do about it. So, the only way I know to get out of here, well, I'm not going to say that on video footage. I'm just going to put at this time because I'm out of my diabetes medication, I want to be transported to the hospital. And from there, when I'm properly discharged, cuz I'm really out of my diabetic medication, uh the insurance is going to have to pay for me to get back to Georgia. It's a sad situation that I'm going backwards, but that's what's going on. This is how >> [ __ ] your white neck, [ __ ] Told you that's your son and you're letting him [ __ ] [ __ ] you. >> I want to LEAVE THIS [ __ ] COUNTRY IN THIS. >> What y'all do? >> I'm going to kill you. >> I don't give a [ __ ] >> So she needs [screaming] I'm not getting there. Everybody get the [ __ ] >> I KNOW [ __ ] ALL RIGHT, >> [ __ ] [ __ ] you, [ __ ] >> If law [ __ ] COMES TOLD ME I'M killing [ __ ] this. >> I want to leave this [ __ ] >> You better [snorts] search your [ __ ] ASS UP, [ __ ] GOD KILL THE POLICE, [ __ ] YOU BETTER SHUT THE [ __ ] UP, [ __ ] >> BRING IT ON. BRING IT. BRING IT. >> [ __ ] YOU, [ __ ] [ __ ] YOU, [ __ ] >> COME KILL ME. I'm right here. Kill me. >> I'm right here. I'm right here. >> Kill me. >> I understand. >> Please. >> I get it. >> Let's do it. But I'm ready for it. >> I know you didn't. I noticed you stopped. Look, I've already shitless. >> I've already talked to the medics. Quiet. >> No. Get back here. Come here. You ain't leaving. >> Yeah. So, we're going to have this conversation. [snorts] Come on. Come on. Sit down. Sit down. >> That's better. >> All right. Now, >> okay. >> You done? You >> ready to talk? >> Yes. >> Okay. [snorts] >> Yes. >> This is not Chicago. Okay. Okay. >> We have not done anything except try to help you. >> You're going to go to the medics and get medically evaluated. >> Okay. >> Do you understand? >> Yeah. >> Are you okay with that? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> For the time being, we are going to detain you physically because I don't trust >> that you're not going to run into traffic >> cuz you just prove that you >> don't bite anybody. >> Okay. >> So, [snorts] relax. I won't put them on very tight. >> Okay. But because of your behavior, I am not willing to let you just walk around free. You understand? >> Yes. >> So, we're gonna [snorts] bring you to your knees. Okay. >> All right. Okay. >> To your knees. Stand up. >> All right. Now, go walk all the way back. >> You got to give me the bag. I got you. >> Watch. Watch that. >> I don't have to talk that freedom of speech. So right now we're following medics to RMC. We have Officer McFarland in the ambulance due to the combative nature of the 15year-old. Everything was fine and then all of a sudden random outburst threatening law enforcement and other personnel. Medics are going to take him to get evaluated. Uh, it's kind of a no-win situation. [music] The woman's traveling from Chicago trying to get back to Chicago. We're in Alabama. She has $43 to her name, 53 because Sergeant Stephins gave her money to try to get a bus ticket. Bus tickets are $400. What she really wants is someone to pay all this money for her to get home, but I can't afford to pay somebody $400 for bus tickets. And I have my own family to worry about. So, we all feel like this is just a temporary solution. to a problem that we feel like it's going to reoccur.
