Hey folks, the Independence Day hoodie and tea at shoplyhary.com was such a great success, we decided to keep it in the store. Shop now and use the discount code cops 10 to receive 10% off. Shopbloodyhairy.com. I'll do whatever you need, man. It's for my daughter. I have to give you my name. Then you're going to go to jail. Don't be back. [Music] Sheriff's office. You want the taser? Is that what you want? Out of here. Taser. Get the [ __ ] on the ground. [ __ ] I told you. Drop the [ __ ] hands up now. Oh my god. [Music] 19. Traffic. I'll be Wilson in center. Unreadable plate black Chevrolet pickup. Recording. Hey, how's it going, man? I have my firearm on me. Oh, you're good. Just don't reach for it. Um, the reason I stopped you, your license plate lights are out. Oh, are they? Yeah. Okay. Um, do you have your license insurance? It's my dad's truck. Thanks, And then where's your license at? Perfect. You got like a rock rock island 1911 or something. Yeah, I have a BBR 3.1. Nice. Done work on it with the ramp. Cool. 45 standard. Yeah. Cool. I'd always I I thought about getting one in 10 mil. They're a [ __ ] hand cannon. I love my 45s. Yeah, I have a 45 and I have a 40. I'm thinking about getting the the Glock 30, which is like the subcompact 45, putting a compensator on it, just, you know. Yeah, I have a um I have one the trunk gun that was over here. Oh, yeah. Yep. That the Glock uh 17. Nice. It's got a threaded barrel on it. It's fluted and all that stuff, too. Cool. All right. Uh if everything comes back good, I'm just going to run it and uh let you go with the warning. All right. [Music] So, I ran this gentleman's license and it came back suspended out of Iowa. So, he's getting cited for that. Um, he does have a firearm on him, so it's one uh officer safety thing that you just got to be mindful of. And uh one of the reasons I like to approach mostly on the passenger side because most people are right-handed and you can tell when people are carrying firearms on their hips a lot easier. Gives you a better view into the vehicle. So, same thing. We're going to approach from the passenger side and just be mindful of it. Um it is Nevada. You have the right to carry a gun out here. So, there's no issue there. All right, bud. So, here's your information back. Um, you do have a suspended and ineligible license out of Iowa. Yeah. So, they they cancel your license for some reason. Great. Yeah. So, I don't know. Do you ever had a DUI or anything like that? No. Okay. So, did you get a bunch of tickets out there? Um, I got two tickets and I paid them. I was driving semi out there. Yeah. So, like I I was a bull hauler. I was hauling cattle and hogs. Okay. Um, contact Iowa and then contact our courts. There may be an issue in the system. They may have canceled your CDL and that's what's coming across. Okay. Um, but just get it sorted out with them. Um, I have to site you for it. Okay. Um, I'll call them. Yeah. Get it sorted out, you know, and if there's a mistake, the court will drop it. Okay. Um, but respond to the Prompt Justice Court, 1520 East Basin, uh, by September 19th, 2023, 8 a.m. U, like I said, I'll give you a warning for the license plate lights. Just get those fixed and uh, get the license handled. You live out here now? I'm actually moving back to Ohio. I was planning on pushing back like the 1st or the second. Okay. I was going to load my trailer up and put the race car in it and back to Ohio because I had I've had three heart attacks in the last five months. So, you got more family out there or something? Yeah. I'm actually originally from Ohio. Oh, okay. What part? Little town called Wakeman. Where is that at? It's about 45 minutes west of Cleveland. Okay. If you take 480 out of Cleveland Yeah. I used to I used to live in Michigan, so I' I'd know a little bit of Michigan. So I lived between like Brighton, Ann Arbor, Detroit. Um we'd go down to Sanduski of course for I street raced Detroit. Oh, okay. I did a lot of street racing in Detroit growing up. So all right, man. Just uh figure out your license. Um if you can get it cleared with them, uh they'll drop that. But uh yeah, it's coming back as uh suspended. So All right. Yep. Get home. Don't be driving. I'm I was going up to Jack Box to grab something to eat. Grab your food and get home until you can get it figured out. Right. All right. Appreciate it. Yep. Have a good night. All right. So, we're getting dispatched to a custodial interference at our local Walmart here. Uh RP is trying to get the daughter and the ex is refusing to release the daughter to the RP. Um RP is saying that they do have court documents. We're going to have to read over those court documents and first of all ensure the val validity of them and make sure they are court ordered documents and not just some docu documents that they made up and um you know came to an agreement on it has to be a court-ordered document. Uh it sounds like we're getting two different calls about this one, but they both are the same thing. We're getting one from the RP and one from the RP's wife or ex-wife. Well, ex-wife. So, we're getting one from the RP's ex-wife as well. They're calling on each other kind of reporting this incident. So, we're going to go down to Walmart here and we are going to finally get to the bottom of this and see what is exactly is going on and how we can come to some sort of resolution here with these kids and both parties. Park closer to Sonic. Uh, gold van I'll be out with that vehicle. Are you ready to copy in the bad plate 028 zebra Mary William recording. Hello deputy dudes Nikon Sheriff's Office. How are you guys? Excellent sir. How about yourself? Horrible. Oh, well, what's what's going on today? So, um I came up to get my daughter. Okay. Um so, I have sole custody um both sold legal and sold physical out of the state of uh Clark County. Uhhuh. So, I can show you that paperwork. So, the last month and a half she's been over at her father or her grandfather's in California. Okay. So, me and her mom have been going back and forth. Her mom uh told me that I would be able to contact her, all this other stuff. Haven't been really able to contact her in about a week and a half. So, um they said, "Oh, hey, well, her phone's off because she's been doing some inappropriate things." So, the whole thing that brought this up was my ex wanted her to go live out in California with her dad for like a year and a half. And I was like, "No, I'm I'm in Vegas. There's no reason for that. So, we had a confrontation at McDonald's with uh with that up in Vegas. And so, she was brought back tonight. I told my ex, I said, "Look, you have 48 hours to bring her back. Um, I have sole custody. So, you have 48 hours. That's what you got." And so, she was brought back tonight. I have a text message stating that if we were to go over to the house, there was no reason to call you guys and she would release her. When I got there, she was not at the house. She was at the neighbors or something. Started walking down the street. He said, "Hey, did you call the cops?" I said, "No, you didn't tell me to call the cops." She said, "Well, I'm not releasing her to you, so she's detaining her at this point." And that's why you guys are here. Okay. Gotcha. Um, so you have sole custody and was that a court ordered document? I can grab it for you. Yeah. And can you grab me your ID as well, sir? Thank you. Sure. There's the court documents for you. Um, like I said, I have no idea what her boyfriend and stuff are capable of. I know he works with firearms and stuff. So, I just told my wife, I said, "Instead of waiting here for the cops, let's just go over to Walmart returns with a nonextable warrant out of Henderson Clark County only or contempt of court and returns with a valid ID card only out of Nevada. You know, you got a warrant. out of Clark County contempt of court. Um, non-extraditable, so I can't take you in on that, but I just thought I'd let you know to get that figured out. Okay. Okay. Thank God that Yeah. Yeah. You should probably get definitely I would definitely call them. Oh my god. Yeah. Tomorrow's Monday. Yeah, I would definitely call them and just be like, "Hey, what's going on?" Yeah. Okay, let me read this. Just give me one second. Okay, Nick, let me read over this already. All right. Um she said she's not going to release the daughter unless uh an officer is there. So we're going to go and we're just going to make sure that this transfer is uh civil and there's no yelling, nothing like that in front of the kids. Hello, Deputy Diaz. I know you from somewhere. I pulled up. I was like, I know this guy. Yeah. I feel like I know you from No, like not a bad thing, but I feel like I think I know you. Where do you work? Arms. Where is that? Arms. You said, "Dude, I don't know. I swear I know you from somewhere else." Okay. So, um, does this look familiar to you? So, this was the court order. Yeah. I That's the one I have in my pocket. Okay. Yeah. So, I have the same thing. Yeah. Um, so, you know, it just agreed that you guys both agreed that he has so physical and lowal to be able to see my kids, I would have to take that. Yes. It would have to be a civil thing. You guys have to take know if they're claiming stuff and if Well, what are they claiming exactly? Well, my daughter's claiming that her dad's hit her. Okay. In the face. Okay. Um Okay. Where is your daughter at? Can I just let me go get her? Uh yeah. Yeah. Can I talk to her? Can you just make sure they stay over there? Oh, they're staying. They're fine. Yeah. Just hang tight for me, guys, real quick. Okay. Um and also the daughter, cuz I babysit. Also, the daughter has said that um the dad uh gives them a bunch of melatonin. Okay. What do what do we do about that? Well, we got to address I I got to talk to her and then um if she is claiming that these are valid, I have to make a phone call. Okay. Okay. Um this isn't just this is going to be over my head. If she claiming that these are valid, it's going to be because he's texted her and called her multiple times and said that he doesn't have Hi, are you Faith? Yeah. So, the story is now getting a little complicated because I spoke with the child and the child's now stating that the father has been physically abusing her when she's over at the house. So, we got to make some phone calls. Perfect. All right. Thank you, sir. Bye. So, I called one of our detectives, brief them the situation. He is gonna get in contact with the other detective and the other detective is going to contact me which is the on call detective. Okay. All right. Thanks. Bye. Contact with the mail on the disturbance. Based off of the allegations, the child will be staying with the mom until our investigation is closed. Uh I got to disclose the dad. At this point, he's a possible suspect in this case. Um, from what the child is saying, we're going to see if the mom will go ahead and consent for the child to get a forensic interview, which is done by a interviewer that specializes in interviewing children. Um, so we're going to go from that. We're going to have a detective review this case in the morning, but right now the child stays where she's at. All righty, Nicholas, if you just want to talk to me in front of your vehicle here. Okay. Okay. So, right now I had to get a hold of my sergeant. Okay. Which then I had to get a hold of a detective. Okay. Um cuz there's some allegations that she made, Faith made against you. Allegations being that of physical abuse. Physical abuse. I haven't seen my daughter in a year and a half. Correct. But she said that it was in the past. So, really, that's where we're at. Um, we're gonna set her up for a forensic interview, which is with a child's right interview that I mean that will determine if this is legit or if this is just what her what they're saying. And um I kind of want to get When's the last time you seen your daughter? Uh, it was cuz I want to get your side of the story to this as well. So, I have for my report. The last time that I saw her was when because they took her in June. She's been She's been out at her grandfather's I think it was I think his graduation. Yeah, that that was when it was so May. In May. Yeah. Okay. If I get you a statement form, can you fill one out for me real quick? Yeah, I'll do whatever you need, man. It's for my daughter. Yeah, I appreciate it. Yeah, I'll be right back with that. Okay. Yeah. Okay. So, that call started out as a routine uh custody interference. Um, you know, basically just that the RP wasn't being able to get his daughter back from the mother. RP showed me he had a valid court order. So, I called the mom up. I said, "Hey, you know, valid court order. I don't want you to be in violation of this catar felony. So, let's not get anybody in trouble and, you know, we'll pick up the child." And it is what it is, you know. Anyways, I get there, I speak with the mother. mother discloses that the reason she's hesitant to have the child leave with that gentleman was because the child has disclosed some concerning things to her before. Uh I speak with the child. Child discloses to me that she's been physically abused by the gentleman. Um, so based off of that information, I could not let the child go with him until this investigation is cleared by our detectives and the forensic interview is done. Um, of course, everybody is innocent into proven guilty. Right now, this is just an open investigation. Um, we're going to go ahead and we're going to dig deep on this and we're going to ensure the child's safety and ensure that the child is going to be where the child needs to be and the child is safe. Um, like I said, everybody's innocent till proven guilty. Our detectives will investigate this further and so will the forensic interview specialists. So, right now, I just take the initial uh report uh initial interviews with everybody and then we all look at this as a whole and then make the determination on this. So, uh, on situations like this, I'm a school resource officer, so I deal with these kind of situations a lot, these kind of child abuse situations. And, um, a lot of them do stem from parents that have been separated for a while and, um, you know, kind of disagree on where the child should be. The child should be with me, no, the child should be with with me. And sometimes it blows into situations like this where they start making accusations, you know, at one another on why the child shouldn't be over there and it gets us involved and we do end up getting to the bottom of these situations. We do end up uh putting the child where the child needs to be. We see if there's any validity to these accusations uh or whether these accusations are false. So um we see this a lot. I see this a lot especially in the schools as a school resource officer. It happens a lot and it's sad um because the children are involved and you know uh when the children are actually in danger it's even sadder. So um you know on valid cases we make sure that the child goes where the child needs to be, the child's got the proper um resources and that the perpetrator is in custody and stuff like that. So we do I mean these investigations are very long. These investigations are very thorough and we do a great job at investigating these kind of cases and we get to the bottom of it every time. So that call was uh a couple of hours doing the initial investigation. Those child abuse calls we got to make sure that we investigate them thorly and that's why it takes us so long. Um after the initial uh investigation with that call, we come and we do the report side, which is the paperwork side of things. And the paperwork side of things also does take a bit because we have to put everybody's side uh and everybody's story into this report. So we go ahead and do that. We go ahead and categorize our body cam footage to match our report. We go ahead and advise Division of Child and Family Services being that this is a juvenile. We advise them of the situation and um basically give them a brief rundown of what happened. We go ahead and scan in our statements and we attach them to our report as well. So, it's a bit of a process when it comes to the paperwork side. Also, with this report, uh, I did go ahead and I routed it to my sergeant, which in turn I let him know, hey, this needs to be routed over to the Division of Child and Family Services, the NY County Sheriff's Office records division, and also it needs to be routed over to detectives for follow-up. So, after I'm done with that report, there's still more routing to be done that uh my sergeant goes ahead and and reviews the report as well and make sure everything makes sense. and he's kind of gives it a a you know a final look over before it gets brought over to detectives and DCFS and all that. Give me the total hours. Total hours on this with investigation and finishing up my report was about a good 4 and 1/2 hours. So like I said, these are really lengthy investigations and we want to be sure that we investigate these thorly and don't miss any information on these. We're currently getting dispatched to a disturbance at one of our local gas stations. Uh the RP wants a female trespassed. Dispatch can hear her cussing and yelling at the RP. Uh RP asked her to leave the property because they 86 her. So I guess from what it sounds like, she's been previously trespassed from there. We'll have to confirm, of course. Um keeps yelling and she's actually getting in the RP's face. uh acting like she wants to fight. So, we're going to go ahead and expedite this response so this doesn't turn physical. So they're in going to they cross the street into comtock. So ATL got him three. I'll be out with both parties. Comtock wilderness. What's going on tonight, bud? I stopped having a drink and I don't know what's going on. Okay, can you step back for me? You don't have to get so close to me, brother. Sorry about that. It's just officer safety, brother. Talking wilderness. I just came out the store and I went for to get something to drink and I was going I just Okay. Can Can we grab her? We'll talk to her. I could understand him. Wilderness. Copy. Get over here. Get over here. You have no I ain't playing games with you whatsoever. I ain't playing games with you. Hurry up. Either. I'm [ __ ] not playing games with you either. Okay. Get over here. Reason you approached me. Leave me alone. Okay. I do have probable cause because you just assaulted somebody. You got in somebody's face. Get over here. No, I didn't do anything. Get over here. What? Dude, you guys need [ __ ] with me. Listen, I'm trying to get your side of the story. Okay. A stupid child. Okay. All right. But talk to me about it. A goddamn slurpee. Dude, okay. Well, then talk to me about it. I ain't going to arrest you over some stupid [ __ ] Talk to me on my goddamn birthday. Dude, it's your birthday today. No, but [ __ ] in October for being in the bathroom for seven minutes. She's saying I can't be on the property. I wasn't on the property as we had to go in and get a slurpee for me. Okay, that's it. Okay. And so, can you stop? Just Hey, it's it's all good. Just talk to me. I asked him to go in and get a for me. So, God, dude, you're going to [ __ ] kill me, dude. It's all right. Just relax. So, he goes in and gets a for me. She comes up. The tell her lady. Yeah. Telling me I need to [ __ ] leave. I wasn't even on the property. I was on the side trying to look for something that was in my bag that I [ __ ] think I left behind. Anyways, okay. Um, so she started saying she was calling the cops and wondering around. She's a [ __ ] bully, dude. Period. So, you never got in her face or anything like that? No. Okay. I came like from me to you to her and she's the one that came closer to me to try to come at me like she was going to hit me. I didn't do nothing wrong to her there. She's a [ __ ] bully, dude. Have you dealt with her before? No. Well, before that, but um I forget why. But she's a [ __ ] bully, dude. Okay. Have you been trespassed from there or No. Yes, but I wasn't on the property. I sent him in to go get something for me. You sent him? Yes. I was on the side of the freaking property. I wasn't even like in the parking lot or anything. I was on the side waiting for him. Okay. All right. All right, let's go talk to him real quick. She has nothing better to do with her [ __ ] time but to be a [ __ ] bully, dude. [ __ ] So, was she ever on the property? No, she was out to the side. I mean, it was really trying to get a [ __ ] It was more It was more She was in the truck parking. She wasn't No, she just Okay. Did you already? No. Do you have an ID on you, ma'am? No. Okay. You guys don't even know my name. I didn't even do anything wrong. Okay. Okay. Well, can you I don't want to give him my name. We're not going this route. Listen to I didn't do anything wrong. Listen, just listen. I didn't do anything wrong. I shouldn't be standing here talking to you guys for this [ __ ] I know. And I have I know my rights. I shouldn't be here even talking to you guys. I did nothing wrong. Okay. So, what if I go back there and she wants to press charges for assault and she's got video? Why would I press charges on her for assault? Okay. Well, I did nothing wrong. Do you understand? I ain't playing no [ __ ] games. Give him give him give him your information now. Giving us your information. I don't have to give you my name. Then you're going to go to jail. Don't have your hand behind back. Why would I have to give you name? That's harassing. You're obstructing Listening investigation. Stop. Drop your [ __ ] and put your hands wrong. I didn't do anything. You want to talk some sense to her before she goes to jail? Nothing wrong. I wasn't even on the [ __ ] property. I just wanted a [ __ ] slurpie. That's it. I wasn't even on the property. How are you? You still got that RP on the phone for being on the side of the property? I didn't do anything wrong. Okay. I didn't do anything wrong, dude. How are you going to arrest me for [ __ ] being on nothing wrong? Listen, we're getting reports that you got in her face. Okay, which is assault. I didn't came out. Listen, listen. Listen. But I'm telling you and you're not believing me. You listen to me, I'll listen to you. Okay. Can we make that deal? Right. But you're not listening to me. You're not listening to me either because this stupid freaking bully ass [ __ ] want to say one thing. I didn't do anything wrong. Listen. Right. She's saying that slurpy. Dude, I wasn't even on the [ __ ] property. Okay. No, it's [ __ ] dude. I'm sick of people treating me like that, dude. It's everybody, dude. It's not even her. I didn't do I think I'm going to call her PC. Hey, do you want to press charges? And if she does, Dude, she still needs to identify herself. She's going to be trespassed from the property. We need to have I was already trespassed. I wasn't on the property. That's what you're not understanding. I was never even on the property. So, you were already trespassed? Yes. I wasn't even on the goddamn property. So, watch this. So, we get to the side of the property. We get your ID. We confirm that and I don't have an ID and we call her and we say, "Hey, was she even on the property?" No. Okay. Well, hey, we can't do [ __ ] We need your identification. I wasn't on the I don't have an identity. Okay. Then we'll need your name and date of birth. That's just it. Name, date of birth. Easy. What though? Just just for what? So they can do why do you have to identify? We have reasonable suspicion that a crime has been crime committed or I wasn't on that property. Okay, that doesn't matter. Just to be trespassed. We need to ident we need to make sure you if you have been trespassed already. I wasn't on the property though. That doesn't Why does it it matter? Why don't I have rights? Because we have I have rights though. She's saying that you were on there. Okay. Standing next to property. So, do you understand though? She's saying that you were there. You're saying that you weren't there. All the way out of her store. Came all the way to you to get in your face. She was off work. She came to all the way out to get into your face. Yes. You need You need to [ __ ] leave. You need She had already came at me one time before that. She said, "You're not allowed to just hang out here." I said, "I don't want to hang out here." What's your name? Listen, I didn't commit a crime, dude. I don't feel like that's right. That doesn't matter if you committed a crime or not. It's reasonable suspicion. Do you not understand that? So look, reasonable suspic has been committed, will be committed, or is about to be committed, we have reasonable suspicion to identify the person we are talking to. That is where we're coming from right now. And if you do not provide that identification, you will be going to jail for Jesus Christ. Why is that so hard? No, cuz I'm innocent. That's [ __ ] Crime, dude. That's [ __ ] horseshit. Kaylin, why you so worked up about it then? Because you guys are [ __ ] harassing me, dude. I didn't do anything wrong. [ __ ] slurpie. People don't call the cops on people for no reason. You know what I'm saying? She's a [ __ ] bully. Why didn't you call the cops on her then? Because I don't have a phone. Okay. I just wanted a [ __ ] slurpee and that's it. That's all. That's all I wanted was a [ __ ] slurpee. Slurpie. And just she goes out of her way to [ __ ] blow. Did you get your slurpie though or not? I didn't even get to have a drink out of it. The other one went everywhere cuz you're a [ __ ] bully. Okay. Well, literally like I feel bullied. Do you understand why? Okay. I was in the bathroom for 7 minutes on my [ __ ] birthday and they want to trespass. How long ago was that? In October, [ __ ] two years ago. So, I can't go back there or anywhere near there for being in the bathroom for seven minutes. I feel bullied, dude. [ __ ] They want I didn't do anything wrong. They can trespass me for any reason they want. Doesn't matter. They It's a Since it's a private business, they could trespass me if they wanted to. It's just a private treat me like I'm not a [ __ ] human being, dude. It does matter. It doesn't matter. It does matter. She doesn't get to just treat people like [ __ ] for no goddamn reason. Just like you're sitting here screaming at me. Somebody could scream at you. She was trespassed from there back in 2020. All right, cool. Let's find out if she was actually on the property cuz if she was, she's going to get a citation. I was on the side of the property. Literally, I wasn't even in the parking lot. Okay. Okay. Thank you. Hey, what's this? I was on the side of the [ __ ] property. I wasn't in the parking lot. I was on that truck. You know they own that, right? Yes. Yes. Yes. No, I didn't know they own the truck. The trucker spot there. They own that spot, too. They own that dirt lot and the one behind that, too. So, here you are dead wrong. I didn't know that that was the property. Does getting pissed off? Okay, but still, I'm pissed off at her because she's disrespectful. That doesn't matter. It does matter. How would you feel if you went to the restroom somewhere and you got and you got kicked out? Kicked out for no reason. How would you feel if you just [ __ ] I'd never go back. Really? I'd be like, "You guys are [ __ ] Goodbye." You're getting your feelings involved right now for something that you Yeah, because it's not just there. She's treating me like I'm not even a [ __ ] person, dude. It does matter. So, Jessica, there's what's going to happen. You're going to be getting a citation today for trespassing because you have been trespassing there before. You went back on the property again. The next time you go back on there, you will be arrested. You understand that? Please don't go back. There you go. That's the attitude you need. Find that place. Don't go back. Yeah, that's how I would do it. I wouldn't give him my money. Screw that. Yeah, all right. So, I just need you to hang out. Let me get your citation. Okay. I mean, really harassment. This is Miller. So, you are receiving a trespass today. has to respond in Valley. I warn you that you do not go back there or else it'll be next time it'll be an arrest. It won't be a citation. Court date is on September 18th this year 8:00 a.m. Total bail amount 6:40. It's going to be on the prompt justice court. Court's contact information is on this ticket here. I give him a call in about a week or two. See what your options are. Okay. All right. Jessica, don't go back there. Okay. Hey, I don't want to see you get in trouble. All right. And uh you should probably call corporate, get that worked out. See if you can get that worked out. Okay. And then uh you have the info there if you decide to. It's already there. All right, Jessica. You guys have a good day. Okay. All righty. Well, that was a little bit of a challenge getting her to identify herself. Um, she kept pleading and pleading that she didn't do anything wrong, that she never trespassed. Come to find out that the RP actually had photos of her actively trespassing. Um, she was very upset at first, you know, and then after a little bit of talking, she finally started to dwindle down and kind of realize like, hey, maybe these guys are probably just doing their job, you know.
