citizens bizarre excuse for refusing to show ID a driver is pulled over for failing to display proper vehicle registration it starts as a straightforward request for identification but quickly you do you buddy I mean I haven't given any tickets out to so he's actually been really nice I'm not saying get you should base your decision on that I mean if you weren't playing on it then I would stick with that I always stick with my gut yeah even if things change it's rare that I change my decision to make to issue a citation on their demeanor yeah so usually I I already know in advance but yeah they uh well he's been he's been decent with you and you're interested in break time but so is the car registered at all to uh cop he got the like Michigan codes covering up the v in the front like 457 point something it's just like sweet talking you got there's a couple guys that do this that you want to watch out forness Ernest laner yeah you watch out for him he does the same thing there's a one uh the other guy I can't remember his name but they will they will fight you and call more people like I I I I stopped one and within the first 10 seconds I called for another unit and a sergeant to come cuz it was going to get ugly so yeah watch out I'm all here overall they're dangerous I'll hang out for a minute just I'm just going the officer then approaches the driver to deliver
