So, at this time, um, the truck is going to be released to the individuals from the tow company who the owner of the truck states are allowed to have the vehicle. It's to be stored with them while he's overseas for, you know, military things. Um, and that's what's going to happen from here. Uh, as of this time, there aren't any criminal charges being filed. Um, however, it was established that possession of this truck would be given back to the tow company to move it back to their yard. Um, Deputy Myers was explaining to the actual owner of the vehicle if he wishes to press charges against Rick. He has to file that in his local jurisdiction and then we can move forward with that. However, because these individuals are not the actual owners of this vehicle, they can't report the vehicle stolen. they can facilitate this process that we've established here today on behalf of their friend who's storing it with them. But as far as pressing charges, that has to be the actual lawful owner of the vehicle. So, we're going to go ahead and get out of here.
