Looks like that car is just full of unopened beers. >> Is there a reason that you're out here trying to make food and not at your house? >> Well, I mean [music] >> [music] [music] >> You fresh to death, man. You dripped out. >> Just got dispatched to a welfare check. This individual, he's a regular for us. He's got some mental health issues and he calls quite a bit. So, today we're going to go check on him. He's reporting that he's being burned by Oompa Loompas. So, I'm very interested to see what's actually going on here. A lot of debris in the road. We'll just park over here. >> Todd Witchaw, please. >> Todd, it's Witchaw police. >> Fumes pouring out of the bathroom, man. >> There's fumes pouring out of the bathroom. doing it. >> Okay. >> He's he's watching pork melt salt and putting it down the sewer. >> He's putting salt down the sewer. >> Porch melt salt that you put on the rop your sidewalk or something. >> Yeah. >> Do you say something about Oompa Loompas? >> He He's guardian. He's really like a kid. >> Okay. >> He He was a rotor child. >> Okay. >> You know, they they give him drugs at three or four years old and run people out of and put poison and stuff. They're putting poison and stuff. >> Yes. >> Okay. So, >> go over there and bang on the door and maybe they'll stop doing it. >> Okay. Is that all you need for me, Todd? >> Yes. >> Okay. All right. Have a good evening. >> Coming out of my bathroom. >> Is it? >> Yes. Gives me a splitting headache. >> Okay. I'll go talk to him. Thank you, Todd. So, that was Todd. Um, he's a nightly caller, sometimes several times a night. always reports that his neighbors are uh poisoning him in various ways. Uh typically, you know, you just go talk to him, listen to what he has to say that evening and uh normally he won't call back unless he's having a really bad night and then we'll have to go a different mental health avenue. But hopefully hopefully he'll be good for the rest of the evening. So, we were dispatched out here to investigate [music] a reported runaway. We had a young man, 17 years old, call 911 and say that he's been running from home, doesn't exactly want to be there right now. He's having disagreements [music] with parents. Um, but after being on the run for a few days, he's he's ready to go back. We're going to do a thorough background check into the child, the juvenile, and the parent to make sure everything is okay and there's not any information uh that would help us either assist the family u making [music] things work smoothly or seek other options for placement for the juvenile [music] if the situation requires it. This is something that we do frequently, especially in the summertime when kids just don't have much structure with school being out or if they don't have anything going on to occupy their time. They want to spend time with their friends. They want to wander. But unfortunately, there's certain limits to that when you're not 18. We got to make sure that he is somewhere safe and that his guardians and parents do know where he's at. So, we're going to stick around with him for a little bit and we'll probably give him right home and release him back to mom and see what we can do to help out their situation. >> Start working on that. your average on >> I don't know if her phone's service or disconnected or what's going on. Um but we obviously can't just leave you out [music] here by yourself. So, um real quick before I get there, they're going to ask you the same set of questions. This is not to get you in trouble, but I have to let them know. Um because if the answer is yes to any of these questions, I have to get you medical cleared first. Uh, in the past 24 hours, have you had any alcohol, drugs, illegal substances, or anything like that? Okay. Um, I'm talking even like a cigarette, nothing. Nothing like that consuming the [music] past 24 hours. Okay. They're going to ask you again when they get there if the answer is different from what I tell them. They're going to make me take you to the hospital, get you cleared, and that's just a whole another hour of getting you checked out when you're probably fine to make them feel better. Okay. >> Hello, ma'am. This is Officer Brown. I'm with Officer Graham. We were just talking to you on the phone about 5 minutes ago. >> I mean, right now, he hasn't done anything criminally. He's not telling us that he's wanted to hurt himself or anything like that. He's he didn't even really tell us. Uh over the last week, he said he's been outside and said that he was hanging out underneath the playground. >> Yeah. He because I asked him why he ran. He said because he had been selfish. So, so, so are are you willing to take him back or what do you want done? Cuz the issue is we could take him to the children's home, but they probably call you to come pick him up in like the next hour. Two separate officers asked him if he was wanting to hurt himself and he said no. So, what are what what are you what are you wanting us to do with him today? Cuz like I said, he he hasn't admitted anything crimally for us to take him to JAK. So, we he would literally go to the children's home for like an hour and then they call you come pick him up. So, um, mama's either unable or unwilling to come pick him up. >> And again, he's a juvenile, so we need to get him somewhere safe and not let him just wander the streets of Witchaw. So, we are going to take him to the children's home here in town, which is a secure facility that's built to accommodate kids like this, and they'll get him situated and either try to get a hold of the parent or guardian or find some sort of placement for them. Uh so we're heading to a suspicious character right now over at a church where a uh male is uh currently trying to start a fire in the parking lot. Um not causing any other issue uh besides that. So uh we'll kind of see what's going on when we get there. There's already another officer that's currently on scene uh dealing with the situation. So, uh, we'll see if he needs any help, uh, when we get out there. [snorts] >> What's going on? >> Hey guys. >> Hey, how are you? 199. >> We do I do have to check to make sure that you are who you say you have to find a photo. You have some sort of something I do with you. Okay. >> What's your name, pal? >> Anthony. >> What were you What were you doing? >> You're about to cook something? >> What's this dude doing? >> Huh? He's recording me. You ever seen the TV show like cops and all that? That's that's what he's doing. Okay. So, he's out here filming our job and what we do on a daily basis. Nothing different than me filming you on my camera right here. Right. Um, when's the last time you ate? >> I was getting ready to eat. >> When's the last time you did eat though? you have to be about 80 allig >> I don't know if you haven't ate in a while I might have been nice you know what I mean instead of I mean I don't know I don't know why you're getting >> I mean that's I was just trying to be nice to you pal >> we're not here to >> I understand man and I sure I'm sure I'm sure seeing us is probably an inconvenience you know I get that man but unfortunately They said, >> "We didn't call ourselves out here." You know what I mean? >> Well, the fire department had to take care of >> Well, I hear that. But they they called 911. They called police. So, >> fire department had to take care of >> Yeah. But but it was the church that called. >> No, the church is on my side. >> Oh, the church is on your side. >> The church allowed me to be here. >> The church did? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> So, I know the church didn't call. >> Do Do you know who allowed you to be here? >> Do you know the guy's name or a person's name? >> Okay. Okay. Well, either way, somebody called us out here and said that you were going to start a fire. So, that's why we came out. Okay. So, my partner, what he's going to do, he obviously told you he's just going to check and make sure that you are who you say you are. Um, make sure everything's okay here, and then we'll just kind of go from there. All right. You have a house. >> So, what are you doing out here then, man? >> Going to be 98303 98303. >> Just hanging out. Is there a reason that you're out here trying to make food and not at your house? >> Well, I mean, I just came out here to see a friend. >> You're You came out here to see what? >> See a friend. >> Okay. >> Been out here a couple days. >> Who lives at your house with you? >> Me. >> Just you. Not going to have any warrants or anything like that, are you? >> All right. Have you ever been arrested here in Witchaw? >> That's not I'm not meaning that to be rude. It's cuz you don't have a photo ID on you. >> Yeah. You have been once. How long ago was that? >> Not like 30 years ago. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> Take care, man. >> All right, man. We'll see you later, bro. It turns out our mail, he was trying to actively start a fire. Um, but it was to uh destroy some wood that the church had given him permission to uh pick up. So, the fire department uh came out and uh they put out the fire and uh it seems like he's going to go his own way um and uh go back home. So, we're on our way over to an alarm call. Um they're able to get in contact with the key holder. They said that there's a a vehicle and two males out here. Uh we're pulling up now. I see them. Looks like there are possibly people who are working on the building, but we're just going to go over here and verify. >> How's it going, guys? >> The alarm is going off. >> Okay. >> Oh, yeah. >> Are you guys here working on it? >> We're just checking it out for the first time since the cameras have been installed. >> Oh, so you guys work here? Yeah. Yeah. >> Who's the who who owns the property? Do you know? >> Uh Polaris Equity Group, who I work for. >> Okay. K94. Do you know who might be like on >> the alarm? >> Probably my name, which is next Saturday. >> Who's the alarm company have? I'm there for a contact. >> They were unable to provide it at the time of the call out at the assessment page. >> Okay. They didn't give it to us. Oh, it seems like you probably were. You have a key, I'm assuming, right? [laughter] Yeah, >> they said they were trying to call you. Do you have your phone with you? >> No, I they have >> We just got these installed, so I don't think they've connected with me yet. This is the first time we just came out to like >> Oh, you just got everything done. >> The the cameras because >> you guys know they came. >> Yeah, cuz they said they saw you on cameras. >> What? >> They said they saw you guys on camera. That's what And that's why we're here, >> right? >> So, at least they know they work. >> Well, for the first time. So, what happened is that all our units got stolen. So then we got these installed last week. >> Can I report turn into a LLC? >> But uh qu question on that. I'm sorry. >> That's the name of the LLC. >> East Betty LLC. >> Betty LLC. >> Okay. >> All right. >> Um question for the insurance. They're asking for a police report and our security they wouldn't issue them a police report and I called >> for somebody stealing stuff. >> Yeah. uh they stole our uh AC >> AC units and they didn't give him a report. They >> they said they would only they would only uh talk to uh the the owner >> and and so it was just we have a security company that's you know who came here. >> I couldn't get that name. I have some incident numbers that I could find. >> Yeah. >> But I called and left a message. >> That doesn't that that doesn't make sense. Like if you're a representative of the like whoever >> I called in June, I'll put his information in. That's who I'm out with. >> They didn't take your report. >> Well, they have an incident. They gave me the security guy said they wouldn't release cuz I need it for insurance. They're like, "Give me a police report." Like, I don't have one. They would only talk to the owner. So, then I called >> NY County. Well, >> we got a sergeant right here. We can talk to him about that cuz that that should not have happened at all. >> No big deal. >> I'm going to grab you a a statement form if you can write down your information and put like how much each one is worth. Yeah, sure. >> And then if you by chance, which would be super helpful, >> but if you don't have it, it's fine. Uh like the serial number on them or anything like that, or if you're able to get them later and email them to me >> from the from the guys who they bought it, the equipment. >> Yeah, if you're able to get those, that'd be that >> I could probably get those. >> You can always email. >> We heard from the security that it might have been recovered. >> That might add to the cuz he said I think they recovered some portion. They probably stripped out the copper. Oh, for sure. That's That's what What else would they use for the thing? >> Just dumped it. So, I think that's what happened. >> All right. Let me get you a statement form for you real quick. I'll just put it in my notes. >> Sorry. What is it? >> So, it's 25 NY. >> Okay. Wow. You remember that? >> Yeah. 25 N Y >> dash >> dash [snorts] >> 1258. >> Your memory is crazy, bro. >> I I remember these numbers all the time. I do that all the time. But yeah, those are the two that you can give to the insurance company. >> Perfect. Perfect. >> Yep. Not a problem. So much. >> Yeah. >> So if I if they cuz they're asking for a copy of the report, >> they would have to contact the records department. >> The records department. So, so I have I called and left them a message and never got a call back. That was where the hiccup was. I called and had those. So, I'll just try again. >> Yeah, cuz those [clears throat] are the case numbers. So, they could Yeah. So, you should be able to get it from that. >> All right. Thank you. I appreciate all your help. >> You have a good day. >> At least now we know. >> Yeah. You should probably call them and let them know it's all good. >> All right. >> So, it looks like uh the alarm was going off from the guy who actually owns the property. Um, apparently he had uh multiple AC units worth like 10 to $15,000 each stolen in the past month or two. So, he's installing some nice cameras and everything like that. So, he's out here checking them out, seeing if they're working. They're clearly working. So, we're going to head out from here. So, we got a report of a brush fire. Uh, looks like it started from fireworks. They're out there working on it right now. Um, according to the RP, the flames are 20 ft tall, so it might be good. Hopefully, it doesn't catch anybody's house is on fire. Um, but hey, we'll see what happens. We might get lucky. Hopefully, we're not. But it is a full moon, so we'll see what happens. On my way over to the fireworks call, there's another fireworks. Somebody left a burning box out in the desert. I'm going to go put it out real quick. >> Okay, good. >> Do I even have a fire extinguisher? Don't Okay, good enough. Let's go. So, we're out to this firework call up north on the way over. Uh somebody else was lighting off fireworks and apparently they saw our lights and sirens and took off. But uh the box that they were using to light off fireworks is on fire. So hopefully it's not one of those days when we're just running fire to fire. All right, we're pulling up on scene right now. We'll see how big of a fire it is. Looks like fire department beat us to it. Um, I don't even see where they're spraying to be honest. >> I am so sick of fireworks, man. >> Or it is this house right here. >> Okay. >> I've been looking out the window and then as soon as I looked over, they disappeared. Shut the lights off. Um, I was out here last year, too. Same thing. Guy up the street right here used the Bobcat. put it help put out the fire. They I think they said the same neighbor. >> Okay. Well, I can go talk to them, but unless I unless I see them actually lighting a fire or lighting it, I can't do anything. >> I know. >> Um we'll go talk to them. >> All right. I'll go talk to him. >> All right. >> Hello, Sheriff's Office. Sheriff's Office. >> Hello. >> Hey. >> Hi. How are you guys doing? >> I am good. >> So, we got a report of fireworks going on and across the street's burnt down. Yeah. >> Okay. Were you guys the ones lighting them off? >> No. So, there were some kids coming by and they shot some fireworks. >> Okay. >> And about like a week or two ago, also like I had heard they were going to come at the house and stuff like that, too. So, I don't know. >> Okay. Well, if that's the case, I would put up some cameras. If you guys are the ones lighting off fireworks, I just stop. Okay. I I if you guys are the ones doing it, um I'm not going to write you a citation because unless I can see unless I watch you physically light it or see somebody coming from this house lighting it, then I'd write a citation. In fact, that's not the case right now. I don't have that. Okay. U if you guys are lighting off the fireworks, obviously there has been a fire tonight. Let's not continue. Now, I'm not saying if you guys did do it. I'm just advising you if you guys are lighting off fireworks, knock it off, essentially. Okay. Correct. >> All right, you guys. >> Okay. Thank you. >> You have a great night. >> They 1,000% were shooting off fireworks. Um, so she said that there was people coming by to light off fireworks. I don't believe her. There's party cups in the yard. She wouldn't make eye contact with me. She's doing all the pointing. Oh, there's kids coming over here, going over there. Nine times out of 10, that tells me you're lying to me. And then when she doesn't want to correct me when I say, "Hey, if you guys are lighting off fireworks, you guys need to knock it off." Oh, okay. I'll knock it off. Yeah, you guys were lighting off fireworks. >> South, I had an emergency button. Push. You go for it. >> So, right now, we're on our way to another officer on a traffic stop. He called for another unit. He said it was not emergency. So, we're just going to make our way over there and see what he needs assistance with. It should just be right up the road here. 7:36 10:23. I was really running rear, right? And then I pulled it to the front and I I seen it. I was like 60. I was like, it's just slowly ticking up. I was like, "Oh god, he going fast." >> But hey, let me like I said, let me run you real quick and stuff like that. >> All right. He's going a little too fast. I got you here. If you want to step over the front of his car. Where you going to? >> You going home? Where you live? >> I got you. Where you coming from? >> Birmingham. >> What you doing over there? >> You said what? >> Does it hurt when when you do that? >> No. No. No. No. I feel good. >> Okay. >> You need to clean that thing with some oil on it, man. >> Yeah, I know it. You do. [laughter] What's your name? >> Cadaras. >> Cadarius. >> How old are you? >> I just >> I got you. You in school? >> Not I went to um CDL school. Well, trade school. >> Okay, there you go. What' you What trade you do? >> C I got my CDL. >> Oh, CDL. Okay. Sorry. Is that what is that what you do now? You still use it? Okay, there you go. Mini Draco. >> Hey, what I'm going to do is since we're all out here and stuff like that, I'm just going to set these in the back seat. >> All right. >> Okay. I'll set the the block in the back seat, too. Remember, you get out of here and stuff like that together. I do write you the citation. Okay. But I I'll put you at 64 and 50 instead of 45. Okay. At least it don't look as bad. Okay. Look, that's how much 64 50. All right. 4 days. August 5th, 125 13. All right. You got any questions before that day? Call. Hey, it's better than that 26 plus when you got already. >> Yeah, [laughter] >> I saw it on there, dude. I was like, God, >> dude, is it is that one going to come off? >> What? when I first moved that hill. I ain't I ain't even know. That was like what? >> 3 years ago. It should be coming out. >> I don't know when they come out or if they ever come. >> Speeding tickets. >> Yeah. >> I I think I I think there's like a certain amount of years. I think like three, four. >> It been three. It's been 3 years. They win money. I think now I got another one. >> You're probably one of the smartest people I've ever pulled over, though. >> Cuz most of the time when I pull them over and like they don't even tell me there's a gun sitting on the passenger seat and I see it. Yeah. >> And then I have him get out and then they'd be like, "Oh, I got one right here." I'm like, "Whoa, whoa." >> You as Yeah. >> Yeah. And you were smart about it, too, cuz like you got out and you were like, "Hey, man." Like I got one on my head. I ain't going to reach for it, but I got one. I was like, "All right, cool. I appreciate you." >> But all right, man. Hey, slow it down and get to the house. >> All right. >> I try to get to sleep, bro. >> Get to the house safe. Safe. That's the key word. >> How much rather you get there than not get there at all? Trust me, I work I worked through a fatality accident right up over here in Golden Springs. So, it was probably speeding. So, just know like this this place is dangerous. And it happened literally about this time. >> You were sitting right there. >> Happened about midnight. >> You was just sitting there. >> I ain't notice how y'all just sitting right there. >> Hey. [laughter] >> Hey. That's what happens. You got to change those spots cuz everybody knows where you sitting at. And know I only got to go slow this part. Drive however I want. >> I just knew I was going to get home soon. >> You was just like I'm I'm in the clear. I'm in the clear. >> I thought I I took off the freeway, too. Damn. >> I figured cuz most of the time when people are like coming fast, it's cuz they just get off the interstate. >> Yeah. I'm already I was tired, too, bro. >> Hey, I woke you up a little bit. >> Yeah, I ain't sleeping [laughter] no more. I might not go to sleep. >> All right, man. Be careful. >> I appreciate it. Yo. All right. So, we arrived on scene. Uh the other officer had already had the driver of the vehicle out and [clears throat] reason for the backup was uh driver had informed the officer that he had weapons in the vehicle. So, just for everyone's safety, the officer pulled him out of the vehicle. Um he caught him. The reason for the stop was initially he was speeding. Um, so we just got them out of there with a quick citation and after that everybody's back on their way. Want to stop this car in front of me for running a red light. The uh intersection back there, the lights changed with each other. So I was able to see that his side was going to be red because the intersection I was viewing the red light as well. So by the time he had made it to the intersection, it was already red and he proceeded on through. >> 736 1039 >> 78 in Stewart on a black Nissan Ultima 2811 Charlie05 X-ray 9. Hey. >> Oh, man. Screw that. >> I'm officer Matt with the Ash Police Department. Reason for the stop tonight is >> Yes, I know. >> I noticed you went through that red light that snowing 78. >> If I would have stopped, my brakes probably would have made me slide to be honest. >> I got you. But >> kid, I know. >> You got You got to got to be good. If you're going too fast, just stop. You gota slow down. You got your insurance on speed limit. But so the back brakes, they're like grinding. >> We need to fix. So she saw the light a little late >> and she thought I thought she thought, should I stomp it? I'm like, no. If you lock these brakes so we can hit that car. >> I'd rather take you pull me over than to stomp on them because they're grinding. >> I got you. I got you. >> This is on my phone. Give me just a second. >> No, you're good. You're good. >> I was like, oh god. I told her told the you know the police I'm sorry. >> She was looking back at him and >> I saw that there wasn't nobody pulling out immediately. So >> I was looking we realized the red light was a red light a little too late. >> I got you. I got you. >> You go. Where you at? >> Music. So just sit down and chill out. >> I I I don't plan on giving you guys a ticket for the red light. Just so Just so you know, you don't got to worry about that. >> I'm sorry. I knew about it. I know it's uh it's dangerous, man. >> It it is especially in weather like this. Like >> Oh, yeah. >> Nobody's going to be able to stop fast enough and >> that's why >> Hold on. I'm sorry. >> You're good. >> Here, >> do you know who it's through? >> It's I'm sorry. What? >> You know who it's through? >> It's through Hugo. I have the app, but I don't have the app no more. It's in my email, so it's throwing me off. But all right, here we are. >> Okay. Do you have like the ID card? >> I don't think I ever got them. No, I just Well, I used the app for the longest, but I deleted the app cuz I got >> You need to look at like expiration dates and all that. >> Yeah, I need to look expiration date, the vehicle, and stuff like that. >> Here it is. This is This should be This is the card, right? What you're talking about. >> Yeah, that'll be >> But also, I won't if I've had them in my email before. I've just always used them off my phone. >> Yeah. >> It it that's fine. You can you can screenshot your ID card and as long as it has all the up-to-ate information, that's fine. Here's the expiration date. >> 4282. >> Dude, it expires in 2 days. >> Seriously, >> you got you got 6 days. >> 428. That's right. >> Until 2026 in like March. >> Huh? >> One of them I must have been looking at the wrong date. One of them said March or April 2026. I don't know. >> A lot of them are only like six month policies. So you got this back in October. >> November or October. >> Yeah, you got this in October. So it expires in 5 days. Six days. So you're good right now. But I just Honestly, >> I got you. >> Let's just see. That's the >> Oh, her name. >> No, the vehicle. >> Vehicle right here. >> Nissan. >> All right. >> All right. I'll be right I'll be right back with you guys. All right. >> I wonder why she's got an expired driver's license on her if she's got a current license. Let's see. Her license's up to date. I don't know why she's not carrying her up to date license on her, but >> All right, Dan. >> All right. >> No way. >> Get your license back. I got a question, though. >> This is expired, >> but your but your license is up to date. >> Do you have your Okay. >> Oh, yeah. This is This is So, we got married. This is her old maiden name one. No, that the one they they punch it because it's not >> it's expired back in 2022. >> This is your maiden name. >> Yes. I didn't even realize. >> Normally that one's at home, but >> Jeez Louise. >> Is it the up to date one? >> Yes. I'm sorry. >> Man, your brain's a little scattered. >> We just spent two hours in Sam's. I'm like, >> I got you. Here, you can have this back. Thank you. I just want I just had a question about it cuz it came back that you were clear, but it was the expired license. But like I said, I'm not going to give y'all a ticket for it. Just >> try to be more aware. No more running. We're >> doing 50. I know that. That's legal speed. >> 45 is the speed limit there. And it being wet. Road conditions probably doing a little bit slower, but >> like I'm not going to give y'all a ticket. So y'all got the babies in the back. [laughter] >> Listen, y'all drive safe. All right. Be careful. >> When she saw you, she got nervous. She swerved >> like, "Dude, then you're going to swerve. You just ran a red light." >> No, I I got you. All right. Y'all free to go. >> Good night. >> You as well. >> So, there's a vehicle drive driving northbound in the southbound lanes on 21 heading north into Oxford. Um, Pitts is trying to get behind it right now. He's not keying back up on the radio, but I can see his lights up here. So, we're going to go step out with him. Make sure he's okay and doesn't need any help. >> Highway 78 stand 47. I'm 1023. >> 1047. Can you still in the wrong lane? It's stopped. It's parked in the median in the driver's side of the vehicle with 22. >> Yeah. >> Huh? >> Maretta. What? >> Maretta. What? >> Georgia. >> Georgia. Okay. You realize the interstate is not the way you came when you're driving in the opposite lanes of traffic. You realize that? >> No. Yeah. Okay. >> You're in the wrong lane. >> Sorry. >> And then when I try to stop you, you try to go around my vehicle and keep going. >> I never I never I never run away. >> I didn't say >> follow I'm just following uh I'm just following the >> You follow what the law? >> You just follow the law. >> You absolutely not following the law. >> Well, I'm just doing >> I think I think you were trying to follow the laws. Yeah. You're saying you're coming from Georgia? >> Mhm. Did >> you go the long way? >> No, I was just >> say he's coming from the interstate. >> You're going the wrong way. >> Yeah, but >> the interstate's that way. >> Mhm. >> You're coming from that way. >> Yeah. >> Would you get lost? 72 78. >> How much you had to drink? >> Like four or five grand. >> Do you got any open in the car? >> Huh? >> Are there any open ones in the car? >> You okay if we take a look in it? >> Yeah. >> It's fine with you? >> Yeah. >> So, he says that he's had a few drinks while he was driving coming from I 20. So, we're taking a look in the car. He's got a couple of open containers under the driver's seat. So, we're really just trying to make sure and see how much he's actually had to drink as an estimate. Looks like the car is just full of unopened beers. He's got one open one. And we're just trying to look for more [music] up containers. So, we're trying to refrain from getting into places that are too small for an alcohol container to actually be and try to stay within the scope of the traffic stop. Yeah, >> there's only one open one, but he he just told us that he had a four or five, I think is what he said. >> So that's the only open one I found, but there's beer throughout the whole car. >> So he say [snorts] he's coming from >> He comes from Georgia. >> He say he got off the interstate, but he's going this way towards the interstate >> in this one. >> Oh, yeah. Yeah. >> Return to Ronaldo. >> [screaming] >> So, with him coming from I20, but he's going the wrong direction on 21, driving in the incorrect lanes, already admitting to having consumed alcohol, finding open containers in the car. Officer Yates is going to do SFST. So, we try to cut all of our lights off cuz the the strobing lights can affect his eyes. Um, >> we just try to give them ample opportunity to be as honest and truthful. Um, and give them the best opportunity to be able to perform the test without any interference. Hey, do you see this line going right down through here? this yellow line. No, don't. Yeah, don't start walking yet. Don't start walking yet. Stay where you're at. Okay. What I want you to do, take your left foot, put it on that line. Take your left foot, put it on that line. Take your left, your left foot. Take your left foot, put it on the line. And then take your right foot, put it in front of your left foot. Heel to toe. Heel to toe. So, you see how my heel is touching my toe? So, like this right here, heel to toe. best you can. Okay, keep your hands down by your side. Remain like that for the remainder of my instructions. Okay, what have you do this line in front of you? I want you to take nine heel totoe steps down this line. >> Nine. >> Nine. Yes. One. 7 9 6 in parallel. 9. You can you keep going. Oh, yep. I'll tell you when to stop. 6. All right. Stop. Interlace your fingers like you're praying. Like you're praying. Interlace your fingers. There you go. Good. >> So, at this moment in time, you are being placed under arrest. We're driving. >> What's your first name? Is your first name Ronaldo? >> Yes. >> What's your last name? >> What's your middle name? And you got nothing else on your person that I missed or anything? Nothing else in your pocket? >> No. Nothing else. Spread your legs for me. Spread them a little further. A little further. You have anything hidden on you? If you bring anything into that jail, it's a $20,000 bond and a class B felony. If you let us know now, it's going to be better. No, I was just making sure you didn't have any. So, we got a call about a uh driver driving on the wrong side of Highway 21 uh coming into Oxford. Um once I come down, he was driving northbound in the southbound lanes. Um traveling at me. Um after I activated my emergency lights, he kind of veered off the road, tried to go around me. Um I got him stopped and obviously he's been drinking. He's got a bunch of open containers in the car. Um so after officer Yates conducted the standard standardized field sobriety, um he's obviously impaired. He going to jail. Heat up [music]
