What's that? It's New York. >> Hey, brother. >> Uh, lobby's closed. >> Sheriff's office. >> I'm going tell you right now, [music] do not touch me. Tell you right now, do not touch it. [music] >> [music] >> Okay. Uh, so we are heading to a person with a weapon. Report is that there's a 14-year-old who's repeatedly stabbing himself in the legs. Um, and they later changed it and said that he possibly has a bat instead. Uh he just ran into a house. Deputy is already on scene. So we're going to go back him up, figure out what's going on. >> South 29 RP. >> Sounds like he's got something going on. I don't know what it is. I can't understand it. stations. Are you dispatch? >> Oh, he's chasing him. >> AR. Uh, says he's running eastbound. >> So, he's we got a foot pursuit going on. He's down. >> Uh, we'll be over in the area momentarily. Probably 2 minutes. 12 2 minutes out. All right, >> people are [ __ ] >> So, they they got him in cuffs now. Um, still unclear exactly what happened. >> Stand up. >> So, we're going to reduce because uh sounds like they got him in the cuffs. South 29. Can we stand down? Medic, >> sorry. Okay, we're pulling up right now. Uh, see what's going on. What happened? >> Walk to his parents house. >> Where's his parents at? >> Uh, they're on the left. >> Okay. What did he try to ditch? >> Huh? >> He dropped the bat at the other property, I guess. >> Man, why are you running from the cops? >> I was not I was not trying to I was trying to walk home by myself. Well, I saw you and then I look up again and I >> Hey, bud. Hey, where's your mom and dad at? >> At home. >> Okay. How old are you? >> 14. >> All right. What school do you go to? >> Uh, the middle school. >> Tell me on my I'm on my weekend right now. >> You're on your weekend right now? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, why are you running from the cops, man? Talk to me. What? What's going on? >> I seen my dad uh do it many times. Your dad runs from the cops a lot, so you decided to. It's not the best idea, bro. [ __ ] >> South 22 status. >> We got to go. >> South 12, can you start heading to South 22? He's not answering status. >> Hey, firm. Heading that way. >> Copy. >> So, we're heading to uh check on car. Deputy car. He's not answering >> coming out from the [clears throat] ski back. >> He's not answering his status right now. So, we'll be there in a moment here. >> Copy. >> Okay. So, we're around the corner here. We're about maybe a mile out. >> Copy. A business alarm. >> Holy. I see it. I'm on my way. So, today's going to be one of those days where we're running across the valley back and forth uh rolling codes. So, yeah. We can run more. >> So, we're going to the tobacco and liquor express off the 372. It's a uh >> basically it's a liquor shop. >> So, we'll see what's up. >> Maybe it's something interesting. Sometimes these are all something a lot of times these are >> the original RP that called it in. They state that it was a knife that he had, not a baseball bat, and that he hit it in the house that he ran away from from us. Uh so we got there. Deputy Powell's flying. Uh the kid just apparently the kid came from a really crappy uh parents. Kid said that he's seen his dad run from the cops multiple times, so that's why he did it. Um really shows how crappy people out here have an upbringing. Um but yeah, Pal is fine. He the kid didn't even have the knife on him. He ditched the knife during when he was running. So yeah, adopt. So we went to go check on deputy car. He uh he just wasn't listening to his radio. Uh dispatch called him all over the phone, found out he was okay. So they cleared us from that and they put us on the uh alarm call where we're heading now. 13 arriving. 12 arriving. >> Copy. 29 >> the day that I've had so far. Okay, >> we [laughter] saw the camera. >> I just started an hour ago and I already burned through a quarter tank of gas. Like >> I have the correct name already. How are you guys doing today? >> Pretty comfortable in the store. You know >> what? They were just robbed. I looked pretty comfortable in there. >> Didn't [laughter] look like 121. >> Go ahead. >> You can release them. >> Copy. All right, you guys are good to go. >> Thank you. Somebody moved the register and accidentally hit the panic alarm. They said that everything's all right and there's no issues. >> So, I'm going to a missing person's call. Uh callers out of state said they haven't heard from their son since June 1st. It's now July. And last address that's known, I guess, is for the girlfriend of this individual we're looking for. So, it's more so a welfare check, but the reporting party does not know what the girlfriend's name is. Her son's phone goes straight to voicemail. Apparently, he's bipolar, schizophrenic, takes a bunch of medication, has no car. So, she's just trying to get in contact with her son. So, we're going to check this address. If he's not at the address, then we'll have the uh reporting party have to call them and tell her that she'll have to report him missing out of her own state since we can't do that over the phone. So, we're going to head over this house, see if this anyone at the house can shed some light on where this individual may be. 24 What is it supposed to be? 24 62. Oh yeah. Confucious for the only possibility is is this house here. What is this one? 24. Can't see nothing. 2464 2462. There's no 2462. Well, >> hello. >> Hello. This is Deputy Justice with the NY County Sheriff's Office in PR, Nevada. Calling for Peggy. >> Yes, speaking. This is Peggy wants to speak. >> Hello. Hello. So, I see you call in a welfare check on Calvin or uh essentially trying to see if he's missing or not. Um the address that we were given on Mount Charleston is not exist and we don't have really any other addresses in our system or anything like that where he may may be in town. >> Okay. So, >> thank you so much. >> No problem. If you do think he's missing though, I would definitely you can file that with whatever agency is your local agency out there and then if they have detectives that have a missing person's that that'll work the missing person's case, then um they can reach out to us if they need any further followup on their end if you do report him missing. >> What number do I call? >> I'm not sure since you're in Rich since you're in Virginia. It would be whatever local police department is yours. Police Department in Richmond. Okay. Thank you so much. >> No problem. >> Uh so we're in route to a trespassing and a residence. A uh real estate agent was doing a showing for a house, a vacant house, and observed a vehicle outside and what looked like remnants of uh someone living inside, bottle of alcohol, uh food on the counter, stuff like that. Um, so they gave us a call and left immediately. We're going to go meet up with the real estate agent, head over to the house, and see if we can uh locate anyone inside squatting or house breaking, whatever you want to call it. Is there an entrance on that side? There's a gate right there. >> I saw the gate on that side. >> Did he talk to anyone inside or he? >> No. So, he never went inside. that it was somebody like that he was working with a realtor company. They like realy and they came here and they called him. >> How are you? >> Good. How you doing? >> Another beautiful day. So, no one's been inside. >> Agents had entered saw the stuff on the counter um and then >> took off >> promptly actually. Yeah, she had clients with her. So, >> okay. [snorts] >> Yeah, you're good. >> Sheriff's office. That worked. That wasn't >> that good. >> Anyone's inside, make yourself known. >> Hey, come out. Sheriff's office. Where you at? >> You guys got IDs on you? >> Okay. >> I don't mind me. I'm being scared. >> Well, let's get let's grab some some IDs or a driver's license or something. the IC shoot out. I wrote so I also have my ID, but I have my full name and everything. >> Oh, I'm sorry. I don't do cameras. >> Well, I mean, it's not really your house or, you know, anything like that. What's your first name? >> I don't say personal information. >> They they they bleep it all out. >> Jade. J. >> What's date of birth? I haven't seen you in a minute. >> You look better. >> Better still living and everything >> cuz you were over you were over there living at uh off of Dandelion, right? >> Yeah. We're all clean and stuff, you know. We don't We don't We're not, you know, >> No, we just got kicked out the [ __ ] house a couple days ago after. >> And the insurance, you have to do it. How did you guys get in here? >> The window. >> The window. >> Okay. So, you just found an open window and crawled on in. >> Yeah. >> I just had like it was all outside when I got it was Fourth of July and I went to go see my kids. She I don't know. She went and just threw all stuff outside. >> Okay. >> I didn't know where else to put it. Literally. >> So, you've been in here since July 4th. >> July 5th. >> July 5th. >> July 4th. stuck outside. >> How did you guys get all this here? >> A number. >> Okay. Well, yeah. Start start packing. >> Thank you guys for being nice. So, here's your mom. >> I don't see any damage or anything. >> Yeah. Yeah. We're not worried about not charge. The owner just wants to make sure if there's a like not just to be trespass >> 100%. Yeah. Make sure that happens. >> Awesome. I'm getting from the uh for them. >> Awesome. Thank you. I appreciate that. Yep. Hey, >> just so both of you guys know, you're both going to be formerly trespassed from this address. It's Correct. Uh NRS 207.20. That's the criminal statute for trespassing. If you come back here, you're subject to arrest or citation for trespassing. Okay. >> But like I said, nothing criminal today. That's just a trespass. [snorts] got to go through. >> I would just like to apologize. >> I understand. It's all right. Thank you. >> I've never ever ever had enough and we didn't like break you in Yeah. [snorts] >> Uh, we just got done over here at this trespassing. The owner and the, uh, real estate, I guess, property manager, they both uh, talked it out. They didn't want to pursue any charges against our, uh, occupants over there. um and just uh actually gave him resources for uh getting, you know, housing assistance and other other uh assistance with what they're going through right now. So, he's a really nice guy, really nice of the owner and him, you know, to work that out. Uh they've been trespassed obviously, and they'll uh if they come back, they'll get in trouble for it. If not, then they're they're good to go. But a lot of the times, um, especially with vacant or uninhabited houses, people will find an open window or an open door and they'll go in and, uh, more often than not, they'll cause damage. But in this case, they were just using it as a place to stay. No damage to the home. Uh, wasn't really trash. They were cooperative. Picked all their stuff up, took it out, no issues. So, it's good to see. sucks that this is kind of what our world's coming to, but it's uh guys like that gentleman we dealt with that are making a you know a difference and and how they carry themselves and treat other people. So, it's good to see. >> We are backing up another officer on a traffic stop. Uh looks like for possibly an expired tag. I know she can't see nothing out of this window. I know she can't see nothing out them windows cuz that tint's falling off. And then she she got the clear wrap. >> Uh so that stop he stopped her for an expired tag. Um she just had a citation for it recently. It was expired April of 2024. Uh so he let her go with a warning. There's nothing more to it. just went inside. >> Hey, brother. >> Uh, lobby's closed. >> You're good, man. I just want you Okay. You need a ride? >> Not to touch. You want your ride to Tus? >> I can't give you a ride to Tuscaloosa. I can give you a ride somewhere else, though. >> I'm just waiting to just get a ride. >> Okay. All right. Well, >> they show up. I'll be >> I got you. Lobbyy's closed, man. They just don't want people in the lobby. >> That's fine. >> Appreciate you, man. >> Yes, no problem. See you, bro. >> Hey, where can I go and chill until uh they get here? Cuz I test this about 3 hours away. So, >> yeah. No doubt. Um >> I don't know where the hell I don't know where the hell I'm at. >> You're in, you know, you're an Oux. Okay. Um, honest to God, man, like really anywhere is fine. You just can't hang out in the lobby of here right now. Okay. That's They're closed. The lobby closes after certain time. I don't know what time it is, but >> it's not like Tuscill. >> Yeah, man. Well, we're just not as big of a city, you know. Yes, sir. >> Thank you, man. >> I appreciate you, brother. Have a good day, sir. >> Yeah, man. You, too. >> All righty. So, um, just driving around general patrol of Oxford at midnight. you know, you're going to see some random stuff, people doing things they not necessarily doing anything wrong, but they're just doing some out of the ordinary things. Uh, business owners and and places that stay up open throughout the night, they like us to check on them. So, just did a quick business check out, you know, the McDonald's here in Oxford. And one of the ladies who's an employee in there said that there was a guy, he's been in and out of the store making the staff uncomfortable and their lobby's closed after a certain time. So, um, we're pretty nice guy. He's just waiting on a ride to Tuscaloosa. So, we just told him to, you know, he just can't hang out inside of the restaurant. So, he left and there was no issue. So, everything's good. >> We're going to a firefighter in trouble. It sounds like there's a large crowd. They're requesting more officers. It's over on west side. >> Yeah. >> It may get shut down before we make it there, but we're going to get started that way. Right. >> You can shut it down. >> Okay. When they say shut it down, we're going to go back down to normal speeds and kill our lights and sirens. They'll start heading that way in case they need more help. Firefighters in trouble 17 shut down 4 west. It's going to be zero. >> All right. I've got 19 on the 1200 that way. >> What's going on? >> 23. >> They just started coming from every which way. I didn't know what was getting ready to happen. So, >> are they involved in the accident? >> No, they just all just showed up. >> So, the dude in the gray shirt here is the one that uh >> Yeah. I come inside the gas station. >> Was driving this. And so when we got here, this car wasn't here. >> Okay. >> And then this car come pulling up after we were here. >> This car. >> This car did. And it's it's got damage all on the side. >> He said that they're that they hit this is the car that hit him. >> He's now saying that this isn't the car that hit that hit him. And so now they're just going >> and where all these other people showed up. I have no idea. >> You have no idea where those people showed up. No, they all just started coming out of nowhere. >> Okay. If they're not >> I don't know who they Yeah, I don't know who they are. >> That's the only reason why I asked. >> So, this this carried >> to get stepped up cuz >> this car is possibly involved in the accident. >> He is involved. >> He is involved in the accident. >> He's saying he is. >> Yeah. There's all kinds of [ __ ] on the side of his car. >> Do you know who those people are? >> Huh? >> Do you know who those people are? >> Yeah. >> Who are they? >> We had a barbecue right now. We was going back to a barbecue. My guy, >> the light was green. The turning signal was green. to turn this way. It was an infinity sitting diagonal at the light from the middle lane. Okay? >> It was an infinity sitting diagonal trying to turn this way. Hear me? >> Listen to me. >> I'm I'm listening to you. >> It was an infinity trying to turn this way, but he was parked diagonal at the light. >> Okay? >> So, he wasn't fully in the turn lane. When the signal light turned green, he went >> I went behind him. That car, whatever car it was, came flying through the light and smacked me. >> Okay. >> I didn't do nothing wrong. >> Okay. So, >> that's all I'm saying. So, was that car involved? >> I don't know. >> Okay. Why are you yelling? >> Cuz I'm irritated. >> Okay, calm down your voice with me, bro. Give me your driver's license. >> We got here this dude. >> Are you guys involved? >> Me and my girlfriend. >> Are you guys involved in an accident? >> Me and my girlfriend. Yes. >> Okay. And with who? >> With the car that took off. I don't even know if that's the car that actually hit. >> Okay. >> Cuz when we hit, they took off. There was a white car in front of them. >> Okay. >> Okay. What What happened? Tell me exactly what happened. The light turned green. >> Where Where were you going? >> I was going this way. >> You're going south. >> The highway. Yeah. >> Okay. >> I'm going south. >> Okay. >> Light. Okay. I stop cuz the light was red. >> Light turns green. I start going. A white car, not even in the turn lane. >> Okay. >> Turns in front of me. And I'm like, "What the heck?" And then bam. >> What do you mean? >> Car comes. >> Where was the white car coming from? >> From that other side. Turning this way. >> They were turning this way. Okay. >> So, you had the green light. >> We had the whole light turn green. Even the car beside me stopped. >> And then where did how did where where did this car come from? >> He came from behind them all. >> He came from behind me. >> He was going fast. Yeah, he had to have been going fast. >> So, was he in that turn lane, too? >> No. >> No, him. >> There was not anybody in the turn lane over there. >> Okay. He just had He just had >> in and over. Yeah. >> Okay. Okay. And what kind of car was it? Do you remember? >> I don't The white car is what I saw. >> The white car that you hit? >> No, I hit it. He went in front of me and that's what I was wa I watched him go by like damn. >> Okay. The white car white car went in front of you, >> right? >> And then that this car hit me. >> This car hit you >> took off. >> This car hit you and took off. >> That's what I hit and then they took off. >> So he was this car right here also turning left. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Gotcha. I'm going to explain to you how to fill out this paperwork. >> Okay. Is your car drivable? Is it able to be driven? >> I mean I I pulled it over to here after I watched him drive off. >> Okay. So, I mean, >> okay. >> Hey, man. Why does this tag not come back to this vehicle? >> It should. >> It should come back to it. >> Yeah. >> Paper tag. >> Yeah. >> 619. Yeah, that's definitely this the one I got from the car dealer with this with this title. >> Okay, they're saying it comes back to a Honda Accord. >> All right, someone switched me out. 619. No, that should be mine. >> Okay. Okay. >> Is this my fault? >> We're still determining that right now, man. you get both of you are saying that there was some kind of white vehicle uh that had crossed in the intersection and had caused the accident. Okay. I've I've gotten his story, we got your story and the basically the thing is some stories always defer. Okay. And then I got to go off of what seems more likely to have happened in an accident, right? Because there's no video. There's no other witnesses that are saying anything else different. So, I'm still learning that. Once I have an answer, I'll let you know. Okay. Can you do me the biggest favor, please? >> Can you run him run us DL? And then I need you to look up his tag and make sure it comes back to a Nissan Max. She's running >> she's running all that dude stuff for me. Um and if so he'll be I think based on damages I think we have him we have him for failed yield right away of a left turn and then >> we have >> and then we have him for no proof of insurance and uh illegal tax >> well that's not that's not paint transfer that's scuffs like that's scratching that's the paint. See? Look, look, look. It's blue. That car is blue. >> That's what I was just saying. >> It's blue car. >> Well, no. See, look. Come here. You see You see where it's blue? >> Okay. I don't have another car. >> That's blue. >> It might be the front end from this. >> Yeah. Their their front end really messed up, bro. That's definitely the >> passenger side. >> No, the front. >> The whole front. >> Yeah. So, like Yeah. On the passenger side. that side on the passenger right up here >> is all is all kinds of messed up. >> So, I think that's definitely the car you hit. >> But I'm not saying that it wasn't because of the white car or or you know, especially what you're claiming if he ran a red light. >> I mean, I was on a green turning signal. The car in front of me first. I went after the car that was in front of me. >> So, here's here's kind of how what's going to happen, okay? >> Nobody's going to be cited for the accident. >> Thank you. because we can't determine because of your story and then his story. Okay? So, we're going to let insurance just figure that one out. Okay? Because the fact that we don't have any other witnesses to say otherwise, uh whether it was Green Arrow or >> Green Insurance might decide something else. Insurance will hire their own, you know, they do their own investigators and accident uh reconstruction people and they'll they'll figure out who's at fault ultimately. they'll they'll do their thing as far as that goes, but uh yeah. Um okay, so we got out on scene of the accident. Um it seems that both drivers were claiming that uh there was a vehicle at some point that turned in the intersection uh which ended up causing uh the accident. Um right now we can't come to a full conclusion on who is necessarily uh at fault. Um but uh both drivers will be being cited today uh for not having certain information correct, whether that's no driver's license or a uh uh no insurance. Um so we're going to get this handled. Uh we're going to issue our citations out to them and then uh we're going to finish cleaning up the accident. >> Right now we're headed to a welfare check. Caller reported that there's a man walking down the street yelling at himself. So, we'll get in the area, see if we can't locate this individual, and offer him some some assistance. >> What's going on? People are calling saying you're yelling at yourself or >> No, no, no, sir. >> No, >> no, sir. I was not yelling at myself. >> Okay. >> I was at my baby mama's house. Yes, I grabbed the rest of my property. I have not been drinking it. No, I have not. And I have I tried to grab my stuff. Okay. >> Do you need EMS? >> Yeah, I got beat on, sir. I was I was sitting there trying to talk to my daughter and I got my face beaten >> by who? >> That man at 3204. >> 3204. I sat there and tried to talk to my daughter, right? I don't care if I'm snitching. I don't care about anything at all. He sat there and he was drunk. He was drunk like no other. And I sat there and told him like, "Calm down. Please calm down." >> So what happened? I was trying to talk to my girlfriend and my baby mama and my baby girl >> and he sat there and being my face in if you can't see it. >> You need EMS? >> No, I'm okay. >> Are you sure you don't want him to come check you out? >> Not if they want to. It hurts really bad, but I'm okay. >> 48 started EMS 30 head injury. >> Sir, I have not touched that since I've left there. I just want my baby girl and that's all I want. >> Who was it that beat you up? >> Benjamin, whatever the name is. I don't care. >> He's a cho. He's a rapist. He's a He's got babies and my daughter's in there. Take this from me, you sir. I don't want to touch that. I don't want no alcohol. Stop that. I don't want it. I don't want it. >> So, what happens? >> My face hurts. >> Okay. My face hurts so bad. He's got a white truck. I I don't care if he calls me a snitch. I don't care. I'm trained for the Marines and I wanted to be a Marine, but these cats do stop me. >> I don't care. >> What What was Benjamin wearing? >> Uh, a white hat. >> A white hat. >> White shirt. American flag shirt and blue jeans. They They've got my daughter in that house, sir. And he's a registered sex offender. I want some water. so bad. Call me a >> I want my daughter. Thank you. I just want my daughter to be happy. That's all I want for her. And she's a little one. She's a little girl. She 3 weeks old. >> Less than 3 weeks. >> Less than three weeks. My face is Do I got blood on my face, sir? >> You got some blood on your ear? >> No. You ain't got to take this to court, man. I just want my baby girl. That's all I want. >> So, what made him >> I don't know. I told him I said, "Calm down. You're around kids, bro. You're around kids. You need to calm down." And he came back and he stopped his truck and them two, they want to sit there and jump me and I'm cool with that. >> So, two other people jumped you or just >> Yeah, I don't care, man. Don't bring it up. I don't care, man. Sorry. >> They jumped me. They jumped me. But it's cool. I'm sorry, sir. I'm just I'm just a big dummy is all I am, right? I want to see my baby girl and I'm the one who gets beat on and I'm probably going to jail. >> Why would you go to jail, Jonathan? >> I don't know, sir. >> Okay, Jonathan, just breathe. Well, then wait here for EMS. >> No, you're good, sir. I trust y'all more than everybody. >> Okay, I know you're upset. >> I'm giving up your sir. Just got to breathe while you're on it. >> I'm hurting. >> Try to drink some of that water. You haven't had any of that water. >> I just want to get away. >> Jonathan, I'm going to get away from everybody and everything and life itself. >> What year is it, Jonathan? >> 2025, sir. >> Who's the president? >> Donald Trump. >> Okay. If I gave if I gave you four quarters, how many dollars do you >> $20, sir? >> Okay. >> I'm just >> Make sure you're good in the head. I'm not so good in man. I got beat in the head. So, >> I want my probation officer. I want my dad. I want my grandma. I want something to do me right. I need some help. I want my dad. I want my baby girl. >> Bring my No, I'm coming up. Yes, I know who I am. EMS is pulling around my baby girl. I want my dad, sir. I want my dad. I want my dad. I want my dad. I don't like y'all around me with the cops in the hospital. Right here. >> And y'all are looking at me like he's assaulted. He got >> I'm not a joke. Jumped by two other people for this. >> I am not on drugs no more. I want my dad. >> He's pretty intoxicated. >> I want my dad, >> but he's he's with it. He can answer my questions. >> I need some water. We got you. Water here. >> Water's right behind you. Here. Give me your hand. Let's sit up. Come on. >> Come on. Let's try sit up for me, bud. >> Yes, sir. >> Can you sit up? >> You look like my old boss. >> I look like my old boss from McDonald's. Hey, >> he's my old boss. That's my [ __ ] man. >> You want some water? >> I want my daughter. I want my baby girl. You a sex offender over there. >> Jonathan, you told you told me. We'll then go over there in just a second. >> Please go over there. >> We need to make sure you're okay first. >> Okay. I want my daughter. Okay. I don't want her around a sex offender. >> His right eyes swell on her little bit. >> What's that? It's New York. It's New York. Here we go. >> I just want my baby girl. We're going. We're going. >> Okay. >> Y'all can't protect her. I want to hire him. >> They're going over there. >> We're going. My partners are going. >> My grandpa told me you're trained for the Marines. You can take a hit, hardhead. And that's what I was told. I tried to join the cop. I tried to join every day, but they won't take me because I have a drug addiction. I'm tattooed them. How about we get you over here to St. Francis? >> I'm okay. >> Look at me. Look at me. >> My mom died in the hospital. >> Let me talk. >> My mom >> Let me talk. >> I don't Let me talk. >> If you don't want to go to the hospital, Jonathan My PO is going to be mad. >> Jonathan. >> Oh man. >> You don't want to go to hospital? >> I want my PO.
