you know and um well uh I was leaving cuz he was yelling and screaming at me tell me to hit him and I'm not going to hit him he's 74 so you know I I get in the truck and I go and then he shoots at us and I guess it went in there I think it came through and it my I don't think it hit my dog make sure he can't get out I'm pretty sure it didn't hit my dog but it went right by us and it rang my ear and I'm just um how many shots did he fire as far as I know just one and it went through I I believe so came through the cab dude I swear to God it felt like it hit me at first I can move my dog if I need to he's scared too where did it hit inside the cab coming yeah went in right there somewhere I don't know maybe I've never been that like that so so the person that shot at you you said was what now he's my fiance and he's uh it right down right here in 2017 coffee Drive okay and his name is Jesus brosa in charity way U so from beginning to end exactly what happened okay so um he came over worked on our car much the day and throughout the evening our fiance got some tequila and started drinking tequila when he drinks it it gets a little crazy and uh he starts drinking it but then uh he starts raising his voice and stuff and I'm like like listen calm down you know and usually I just go in lock the door in the bedroom and just stay to myself and let him just you know sleep it off or talk it off or whatever and he just kept running up at me and I was like just get back from me you know I'm not he said hit me first I'm not going to hit you you know I'm not I'm not going to do that I love him you know regardless I love him and so he shot at us whenever we were pulling out the driveway and we was coming down the street he shot into the TU game okay come over here with me okay you got your ID with you I don't I've got a copy of the paper ID and at the house I give you my information what is uh your fiance drive he drives sometimes he drives his truck uh black Corvette and uh that's it right now there the other cars work down and what's his gentleman's relation to you he's nothing this man yeah he's just my friend that came in and helped work on the car what's your license number I don't I don't have a license what's your social and I am on probation and probation officer knows everything what is your address okay I tried to see where it supposedly came through the cab at but I didn't see it I tried to reach him that dog was he staring at me I was like huh no the dog he was uh he was eyeballing me when I was looking in I was like you can get him out I don't know how to you sure you just shot one as far as I know I would shock after that there's nothing through the back end of this cab and it didn't come out I don't think it came out of the the tail your week and he gets done talking to the detective we're going to uh see if we need to wait on him or go over there if we do go over there just be careful yeah I'll try to park my car you can get behind it or something so right now what we got is a domestic violent situation turned into uh one of the other individuals shooting into the vehicle um we calling our on onall detective he's going to tell us if he needs to come out if he doesn't we're going to go try to make contact with the person that shot into the vehicle and uh if he does come to the door if we can make contact with him he's probably going to be arrested for shooting into an an occupied vehicle which is a felony 23 4 just about got two sh in the driveway t Police Department police department come to the door Police Department come coming from there it just said front door motion they weren't able to reach the uh key holder the person that owns the house so now we got to go out there and see what set the alarm off see if we can raining but the lights came right back on and then all of a sudden no rain and just complete power at okay so I just called him up and all right if you guys don't get it back on are you guys going to close for the night I don't know okay that just make I'm just making sure so then I can make more rounds to come out here and make sure no one's trying to get in or whatever yeah that's that if you want I can go get him so you can talk to him cuz he'll know more about what his plan is on all this yeah that's fine then yeah he's just documenting me so he's not do you mind if he comes inside would think but no because of typically obviously it's always lit up and you guys are cranking and moving no thank you for checking and I saw it was dark and then your car was running and you weren't in it and I was like oh this not a good thing yeah the only source of light for her I mean I can't buy she was by herself and I can't buy freaking out just to make sure she's fine and I called Alabama Power they said they have an a little problem down the street and they're fixing it you know and I get updates on the phone with from them that they are in the process of turning it back on okay did they say give you a time yet Hest when she came by called me here it is Alabama power out we see what they're going to say here in this message um weather has caused outage on your we have all available resources working on access to the damage the message will be updated specific uh this is our address of course okay yeah become available but I'm pretty sure there when it happens like that
