it's a 3-day notice for them to leave and vacate the premises if they don't vacate the premises then they will be an unlawful detainer and be potentially sighted or arrested and stuff like that for trespass but um at this point right now we're going to serve them their eviction basically saying that they have 3 days to vacate the property and then in 3 days if say like for example they don't vacate the property then they give us a call and then we come out again and then we go from there but basically this says that the um person who were going to go EV VI uh was threatening to kill other people and threatening to kill the everyone in the residence or not on the residence but in the property um so I guess they want him evicted out of the residence so we're going to go uh serve him as paperwork and evict him seems like they get mail it's a motorgate so from what it looks like is um looks like there's some Amazon packages up there we necessarily can't just hop the gate and go deliver it so what we'll do is we'll put it in the mailbox and we'll put in the details basically that we served it and we place it inside of the mailbox for the address Unit B so that way they can can't say that they didn't get it served to them so it'll be in their mailbox so we have a 911 disconnect the people from the other line answered however they do not speak English um I speak a small amount of Spanish enough to probably get through this call make sure that everybody's okay um and just make sure that they don't need police fire or medical and we'll be on our [Music] way recording trespassing and then we have another elderly abuse call that's on the board which is related to this because that's the RP who's supposedly trespassing and she's saying there's elder abuse going on so Valley Electric which is our electricity provider that one of their poles is fully engulfed from the fire um so we like to get them uh involved as quickly as possible to so they can shut the power down to this pole and fire can start coming in and extinguishing it and uh then fire will do their investigation and and determine the uh determine the uh adved smaller Fire Starting due to the ash coming off the fire sounds like we got some smaller fires that are starting to kick up due to the ash that's uh coming from this fire well what do you think happened here sers you think so yeah I wanted to go over but I don't want to go under the the power poles yeah that's the same thing and then it snaps right when I'm trying to yeah that's getting intense it is they got little ones over you can see so I mean a fire out here it spreads insanely fast uh looks like they started spraying some overhead water on it creating all the smoke uh hopefully they can get this thing extinguished before it before it spreads any further but it looks like we already got a couple fire or a couple power lines engulfed if you see over there that one kicked right back up as well they just put that they just they just sprayed that tree and it was down kicked right back up again so uh looks like we got the fire contained it was not a structure fire it was fire of brush it was a brush fire um they got it contained they're down there right now on the foot they're checking out the area making sure everything's contained there uh Valley Electric did show up on scene and um did what they do concerning the electrical issues here uh there's definitely going to have to be some maintenance on these power lines but good thing is we got the fire [Music] contained oh
