we're just checking to see if it's stolen if he's got it [Applause] [Music] [Applause] now so we got a call of an abandoned vehicle parked in a parking lot right here and they want to make sure that it's not stolen because it has no tag on it so we're going to go check it out four five day okay I'm going to run the the VIN if it if it doesn't come back stolen cuz it's on private property you guys can call the a tow truck and have it towed for owner's expense I felt bad for I'm like having a bad day oh yeah for sure especially with the wheel falling off yeah nobody I haven't seen anybody come by I don't know yeah so what I'll do I'll run it if everything's all good I'll come on in and let you know just whatever toe company you want cuz typically he didn't really know what to do but it's been here all week yeah if um that's what I was going to say if the tow truck comes picks it up if no one claims it within 30 days they can file for the tile and do whatever they want with it which looks like it's probably needs to get trash yeah all right I'll come back in there yeah no problem I had a dog car when I sit I keep hitting the my button yeah and how you heard me over the radio I was like 729 1028 through Vin we're just checking to see if it's stolen if it's not stolen then because it's sitting on private property 104 um so I'm going to let the employee know that because it's on private property right in front of their business that they can have a company come and get it towed with that towards the um owner's expense and get it off their property so they don't have to worry about uh items look making their um employment look kind of trashy so we'll go talk with them I'm sorry I didn't know that it was locked um it's fine okay so yeah just whenever you have a chance yeah and everything that's in it doesn't seem like anyone's going to come back for it yeah so it's all kind of trashed but and in the inside everything's ripped out from the side walls and just kind of bare bones so yeah just call a toe company have them come pick it up and then it'll be out of your hair okay cool okay thank you y no problem we are going to go back up one of my partners that's working and pulled over two cars on our Interstate over here there's another officer that's backing them up but because there's two vehicles I'm not aware of how many individuals are in each vehicle so we're going to go help them out looks like he's all done he's got it AG what is it I'm not really sure where he stopped it he stopped it 718 1094 78 um so we had an officer get out with uh uh a stolen vehicle through our agency that we had hit the tag reader a little bit ago but uh we're unable to find it and he just located made a traffic stop on it so we I'll hop out with him anybody else in the be no sir how old are you 27 20 any weapons like any KN anything on so pH yes sir so right now you obviously you are contained because of the yeah because the vehicle is stolen okay yes sir you want to yeah all right Mr we're going to let you uh I'm going to take the phone out of your pocket and we're going to let you have a seat in the car until we get everything sorted out okay yes sir go ahead and step around here too TI No he said he's 20 and I ain't in my Prime no more I feel like chasing even in hand coach I thought he was fishing to run cuz I was driving by the cold water Chevron and I see it and I'm like I If that's it behind it turn I was trying to figure out where you were though come running out of the jail as soon as I pull up he starts driving off like I I thought he was running that's why that's honestly why I went ahead and lit him up cuz thought he' already seen me he did he act like he knew anything about it being hot he did I got up to a car I asked him to get out he he got out put his hands behind his back and uh he was like just for the car yeah so the report didn't have any suspect or I think we actually did the report it was on our shift and they didn't was it they or I was here when it happened but they had no idea who took it to stolen out of the driveway I we got somebody in it process okay I think they live just right off the road go search quick just see all you want me to help you go through it you have dispatch calling I guess huh are you going to have dispatch calling yeah Butler would you like me to help you yeah man any gloves yes morning so right now it is what 2222 still have a long shift to go and the last thing I want to do is end up getting a car chase and have a quarter tank of gas and we run it to Georgia and then I basically removed myself from that pursuit to assist any officers that could need my help so we're going to go check residence and in zone 4 the guy couple months back ran from one of our officers got into the house the mother obstructed uh wouldn't come out couldn't get him to come out so we left uh recently he slashed the tires of his girlfriend at Wendy's and she said that he was still living there so we're going to go to the residence to see if he's there and if he leaves I'll say that and now we got a [Music] disturbance so disturbances uh call advise Brian Elders 23 refusing to leave threatening to hurt the call7 601 doulas Street between Shelly Rollins and Brian Elder both very common people 7:33 I'm 104 I have a film crew with me is that good huh I have a film crew with me you good with that fil I want people filming me no they're filming us okay I'm just I just have I have to let you know that they're here but I don't know what he hit me with he hit me in the back with a ash tray or something and uh when I got up it was okay but then when I went to walking on my leg I couldn't hardly use my leg no more and I don't know if it like done something to that that's why I'm limping I can't use my leg hardly but he left on the bicycle I I didn't want him to be around me I didn't at the Dollar Tree and the house burnt and we had to get everything out and see I've had to get this out today but see I got it's not easy getting away from him when I get with him because he gets it's very aggressive and I try to just do whatever to satisfy him y y'all are both an issue I know I understand I do I'm not saying I'm not but when he gets aggressive it does scare me and I do whatever normally at the dollar why you keep do back I didn't I've been aw from him for like three days I've been here by myself doing this I done this by myself if he shows up why don't you call us I had to that's what I'm saying I had to no no no I'm saying calling him call call us when he gets here not after I gotg I got a dog right there what's wrong with your ankle it's not my ankle it's my leg my whole leg I'm saying oh God no right there on my back side I got a hey you got a k9 back there I didn't pass anybody on a bike he's probably Coe for so what do you what do you want to do I can take a report you can pursue charges against him if you don't want to do that then you'll just have to call us I do because I'm tired I want to do the thing where I call if you come if he comes because I don't want I don't want to cause him no more problems and I don't want to make him angry or none of that kind of stuff okay I do feel sometimes I'm not going to lie to you I walk around scissors if he's around most of the time because I ain't going to have nobody sneak up told me and up punch me from behind and he's done I'm assuming that that way back out we come from uh French over here probably about maybe 5 minutes we're going to go see if we can locate him we're going to get out of here if he shows back up then then call us we can't do anything unless you call us so we've made it all the way to in the county line even on a bike he wouldn't have made it this far uh other officers that were on scene they're on the opposite direction go to another possible location that ironically the house burned there as well with him and her both being there so we're going to go check that and then call us so they come in contact with him we're headed to a 1038 vehicle which is a suspicious vehicle um somebody's called in a vehicle parked on the railroad tracks um so we'll get over here see if they're broke down or if somebody just left it um and then go from there yeah you want to try to put you think it's good well he just run out of gas we just I just got him over cuz he wasn't m r I'm going to run out G take him to gas station get some gas all right then come on yeah you just want to run all right so uh he just run out of gas um officer Jordan's going to think
