I was in a route to a different call and I saw him run the stop sign so had to stop him he was on his way to work uh admitted the roll in the stop sign and uh like I said I wasn't route to another call so had to make the stop he rolled the stop sign and uh just cut him loose with the warning and now we're back in route to our original call the original call is a uh 911 cell disconnect at one of our rehab facilities that um houses our older people in town um gentleman called and the reason he called was because he was upset that the nursing staff at the rehab center wasn't giving him uh I guess in his opinion the correct treatment so he called 911 and it sounded like he was trying to get a hold of Medics uh the nurse got on the landline and assured us everything was fine but we're still going to respond um just to you know see him in person and make sure he's okay and good to go usually when we have these cell disconnects we send out a PL link which is a link that they click and they take pictures surrounding themselves and of themselves just to ensure this that everything's okay in this case his phone is saying that he can't take pictures so when they're unable to do the link that we send them we have to go and physically check on them in person and make sure they're okay so that's what we're doing right now so we checked on the individual that called us um unfortunately since it's a medical facility we're not allowed to film in there um but he is okay he did talk to us doesn't need police nothing like that sounds like they got him squared away and uh he's good and should get a good night's sleep so good to know he's [Music] good [Music] n
