and seeing all what was in here and uh then I'll try to work with him on the insurance he says he he didn't pay it and I I feel like he couldn't afford it and he may not have wanted to say it in front of his girlfriend so we we'll figure that out when the time comes we're just going to finish searching the vehicle right now for anything so far we got this little baggy of marijuana not a lot what ticket for the insurance stuff so what you're going to do you're you're going to go one mile up the road and park that vehicle till you get some insurance on it okay and then one one mile up the road pocket don't Litter out here um stopped that vehicle walked up to the window smelled odor marijuana got him and the passenger out detained him uh spoke to him about the insurance ordeal he's going to get some insurance put on the vehicle if he lived further up the road I'd be giving him a citation he'd have to get some insurance for me to drop it but he literally just lives up the street so I'm not going to pile that on him it seems like he's got a good little bit going on um I could have took him to jail for that marijuana but I I try to be lenient with stuff like that just to help people out and uh had them Stomp but didn't write him a citation for the headlight um maybe maybe now he'll keep it out of his vehicle and understand that marijuana is legal in some places but as of right
