do he do all he did was walk up to the truck said hey see your pass I said it nicely he said that he's not going to take his pass out that I already seen he's not going to take I said okay I just want to see the expiration he told me that he's not going to show me the expiration date I had to take it up to the office let's walk down to the office I said I'm not walking down to the office you got no and then I told him if he if he has a problem with it take it up with char and then you know I told him you know keep walking you know I I'm not going to lie words words Chang M you know and then he we started walking close to each other you know like I was you see where that white dodges I was right there okay he was probably past I think that white Dodge that's down there then we started walking closer to each other and then I was like this you know my arms like this getting ready to swing just in case anything happened then he threw his stuff he touched me first and the security guard recounts the events emphasizing that he was just doing his job and felt threatened when the captain became aggressive so so what does that mean what do you mean what you guys got in a fight or yeah not like you know punching each other in the face we're kind of like just like you if I just show you no it's sry like we're just grabbing and pushing each other okay no punches were really thrown like you know like sitting there like you know punching each other but we were just like wrestling then he pushed me to the ground then he was going to punch but then I got up okay all right let me go over and find out what's going on over here this is security guard supposedly he was checking IDs making sure everything's up to date registered properly he asked this guy to show his ID I guess he didn't didn't pull it out to check expiration date and I guess they got into like a heated little conversation while they were walking that way and at some point over there they started like grabbing at each other so did he get punched in the face he said no one got punched in the face but he almost got punched in the face and the captain on the other hand downplays the incident claiming it was nothing serious and suggesting the guard is exaggerating what's going on I have no idea to be honest what he tell you so what happened what did he tell you no what did what happened I'm not going to go with that I need to know what we going to go with this then uh honestly there's no reason to keep talking about it because I literally told him as he's walking up to my car let's go to Charles's if you want to worry about offic Marina manager and this guy's over here he's calling cops guys the one called him he's the one saying that and as a guy that's running one the boats here that my boss is paying for to stay I'm like why don't we go to Charles the docm to settle this whole thing and then just went from there that's it and then what what does that mean what happened over here you guys the little pushes start throwing each other on the ground or it's more like just pushing pushing yeah but I heard he said that there was punches thrown no really okay so I guess that's far with this if you want to keep going with it you know what find my attorney okay what he's saying is you he what he's saying is you push him to the ground that's a battery that that means an arrestable AR you and I arguing about this I'm trying to get your side of the story about what happened okay list I think and you're not even to talk to me about what your name is your birthday I'm literally investigating a crime here what crime dude battery who battered anybody that that's what I'm trying to determine okay well then I guess we need to go on our I guess what we need to do is find an independent witness for a video right yes sure okay Jesus Christ what a I'm asking you a name and your dat of birth and you're saying whatever like it's I'm literally trying to tell you he's the one that started it I don't care who started it I'm trying to get some information from you he's trying to figure out what just happened yes I'm trying my best but you're like blowing me off or right now okay if you're a witness come here come here the officer is also speak to Witnesses who provide additional context supporting the guard's claims did you did you witness the incident I was here all I see if they start arguing that's it and I went and I stopped them I don't know what is the did someone get pushed to the ground or anything like that or yes he did you can check on the videos you can ask him for the video there's videos here on the you can see everything so why did he push him you know I have no idea sir he just went and um they start talking thank you oh sorry I didn't no they start talking he I guess he went my coworker went to ask him for the for the parking pass and after that all I hear was screaming and I just went and stop him I pulled him for his pan and he pull which one you pulled Mr away yes wa so he pushed the security guard on the ground and you pulled him back yes okay so we just got to figure out why I just calm the situation down and then that's it so you got two different sides so nobody can just take your word for it nobody can take his for it so we we have to write a report we have to document see if what he's telling me is the truth then you battered him or what he's you're telling me is the truth then you battered him I don't know but when we're asking the questions we just that's what we're trying to determine yeah so you have your Viewpoint and everything else but you're not sharing it they're asking for information cuz we need your information to determine who you are and everything else just like him I can't just put John Doe John Doe got an altercation we write all the reports of John right how does that go for and that's why we have a witness right here we still need to know who you are simply asking for your they will go separately to him and they will go separately to you okay that's it that's all and the reason he's asking for pass is because they Chang the rules and surveillance footage from nearby cameras captures portions of the incident showing the tense exchange and the moment the physical altercation begins I'm sir did you have this on video uh there's no I don't know where it occurred supposedly happened back over here is the closest camera is all so I have the video right here M he's walking towards the truck but I think it happens where you really can't see it um individual's walking right behind that car there oh that's the only camera you guys have yeah you see his head moving right there and that's the white truck and then you see the captain come out here and start pointing to my office and he came right up to me so what you're not going to see is any altercation by the car Captain comes out in a white shirt there he is right there he's they're behind this car so I don't know when it happened but that's him that's him there pointing to my office supposedly he takes his shirt off so let's see we just keep watching it so he already walking toward towards my office they're yelling at each other there comes the guard okay let's see what happens out here yeah toally impossible she comes from I guess it shirt got pulled off that's my maintenance guy I don't think he he was doing his trash [Music] rounds and then I guess he walked to my office yeah that's him walking down to my office video footage plays a key role in clarifying what happened although the cameras do not capture every detail they confirm the captain's aggressive behavior And the guard's account of being pushed rewind it so he can see it C the whole pretty much the whole thing so you see him like walk over to his vehicle I guess addressing to whatever which you can't really see but it ends up happening in the middle of the parking lot I don't know you know what obviously what said but I put it down and he attacks the security yeah I mean basically there he sees them you see the security walking towards him he I don't obviously don't know what words are said but he puts his stuff down and he no it doesn't look like any punches are thrown just a shov match contact so he's leaving coming to me apparently that was the story Security's over there continue with exchange of words and you know what he saying he says come on I'll kick security guards throws stuff down pushes them and then they go behind the car you don't see anything from there other than a shirt being pulled off he didn't take his shirt off so he's here on a boat he's captain of two boats boats and how often is he here like after the once he leaves sails off he doesn't S oh he says something about the 31st well they do trips after reviewing all the information the officers start to take action you want to put chares on this guy yeah okay cuz I mean it's like my dad said I'm getting paid enough for someone to put their hands on me yeah cuz is it on camera that he T that he ran at me yeah so you see you see like you walking towards towards him in the par lot cuz we were walking towards each other Yeah well yeah you're walking towards him and then he puts his stuff down and he pushes you first that Y and then you guys got into a little shoving match yep originally I was trying to get him on to the sidewalk Arena so but for when after he pushed you no like while we were shoving each other what I'm saying after he touched you first or yeah after he touched him first cuz when we were scuffling I like tried to like you know bear hug him and I was going to slam him onto the ground but I said I don't want to go to jail just some case you know cuz that stuff you know you see people all the time they yeah break their necks or yeah but I'm just okay sorry for my voice you're good this is your dad right yeah he's going we have to 15 him all right you got to go you're got to go just take a ride for battery bud what it's all on camera the whole thing what it's listen so just because if someone if someone's giving you an issue just call the police bro or just keep walking to the office but the fact is it's on camera the officers remind him that there are appropriate channels to resolve disputes and that physical aggression is unacceptable especially camera literally the whole in it is what it is so I just take I'm all right it the captain was ultimately charged with battery on specified personnel number four man taken into custody for harassing female worker half his age police officers respond to a distress call from a store employee Franchesca who feels unsafe due to the inappropriate actions of a persistent customer the customer an older man is accused of repeatedly approaching her both at her workplace and at a nearby bus stop here's what happens next over me and I'm like okay I didn't say nothing to nobody in the store I told my mom name and this we looked up the case I just want to make sure that we a picture and it was it was him the officers proceed with their investigation Gathering more details from Franchesca she describes his actions as stalking and harassment leaving her feeling emotionally distressed I just seen him as it's just it's causing emotional distress all right y do you want to press charges against him yes if I feel like I'm being harassed especially you come into the bus stop that is harassment but like stalking you you told them to stop correct yes I don't care what nobody say that's harassment you're asking me where I live do I need a ride okay and this is in regards to a trespass I will tell you as soon as Nigel okay so you're good to go you are officially trespassed from the property please do not come back here man I don't want to take you to jail man all right all right you're good to go Nigel harassing one of the employees I come in there and have made purchases that's on camera documented harassing an employee what employee is it I harass one of the there have you come in there asking her about where does he want to speak with us knowing his rights he said he wants to speak to us all right so Deputy Deputy Joe Torres did a report for a battery correct with the victim Franchesca about 7 days ago battery for who for one of the employees here name is Franchesca that you were listed as a suspect in in a case a battery yeah I was listed in a battery yeah name remember a battery and the battery took place where here here at the bus stop they never talk to you about it I walked up she was sitting at the bus stop and I walked up because she was all by herself after closing and I said are you okay she's I'm waiting for my mother and how many times has this happened since then one time that's the first day she started uhhuh I had went in there and I made a purchase in the liquor store uhhuh she was looking in the liquor store I saw her walk over to the bus stop and I went over there and I said hey how you doing why you waiting on the bus she says no I'm waiting on my mother my mother I said okay I just want to make sure she was in the dark this was after closing and she had just gotten into one of the employees while talking to the officers the man attempts to downplay his behavior however his explanations do not align with the evidence or Francesca's account okay she said I got into it he he told me had to moop the floors and I told him screw you and she said minutes and then all a sudden as I'm talking to her her mother pulls around it picks her up and I leave all but she was sitting at the bus stop in the dark all by herself did you go in today and talk to her today no I didn't no I did not she was working on the other they moved her they moved her from the liquor store to the other side because the other employee told me she was stealing out of the till and they were running the cameras to see who stole the money all right so they moved her to the other side all I did was walk in there and fill my water bottle up mhm and walked right out the store I didn't say a word to her I saw her be on the register but I didn't say a word to her I walk throw my water bottle up and F in the water toot and I walk right out have you asked employees about it or anything like that no the employees have told me about her that somebody was stalking her and they that that's why she's not working at liquor store anymore and now she's moved on to the other side and the other one employee told me well they're investigating it right now cuz Money's been stolen so there's two other guys that got fired and they're in were investigating her they were running the cameras to see because there was money missing all right on her ship did you ever asked any of the other employees about her if she never you know never as you told you stop never and she told you not to talk4 I'm 62 I understand come on man no I never batter read her I've never I've never asked her out nothing the I've only met her three times the two times she was in a liquor store that she sold me liquor okay wait a second and then the one time at the bus stop when feeling good I know you're you're up there in age man I'm feeling better now the officers act professionally ensuring they address the situation calmly and thoroughly something wrong with and you have to listen to it all day it happens it comes with the job unfortunately but uh did he just come up how how long has he been chilling with you how long has Billy been hanging out with you I was sleeping came over here sat down he come riding up this kid gave us a bag of chips just been sitting here a few minutes you know rolled up all right I I don't understand okay I got to get my back we'll take three angry couple takes dollar menu fight too far at Wendy's a fast food order turns dangerous when a customer becomes aggressive iive over a minor mistake at a Wendy's drive-thru frustrated by an incorrect order he escalates from yelling to waving a gun and making threats terrified employees call the police while trying to stay composed put your hands straight up check this is the car she got it you can back in my car right now on now all right thank you you trying to pull off she got the g 25 the females trying to leave per per don't put the car in park put the car in park put it in park who like we was cussing at him we was like you talking to like you could go somewhere else to order our GM our general manager even told him that like he came to the total like this is your total you where where do you think that you were your sister in there he came in a he was likeed he came up to the counter he was arguing everybody behind the counter ignoring him he's still going like so now pulled up whoever police car pulled up first when he seen y'all he stopped the car right there got out started walking inside she dropped she hopped in the driver's seat and then she tried to pull off that's why I told told y like no no no she the one that just had the gun in her hand yeah that's right okay so what do you want to see he they just she literally just told me she was going to shoot me
