will come talk to you guys once you remove the mail off of the property and he stated multiple times the mother wants to press Char copy we're not locating a mail on this property Sheriff's Office got to check the welfare of everybody inside anyway here com to the door we're going to make entry so not kind of Sheriff's Office anybody's inside they can come to the door or otherwise you got to make entry check the welfare for everybody inside hello probably Mitchell when he left he likes to leave the store all the time um so we we saw someone that wasn't Mitchell in here a little bit ago we walk by the window and we hear somebody else that sounds like back there okay we got to check the welfare is M's not here no she's okay we got to verify that cuz he called us say she got assaulted and that she's here and she wants to press charges that one he called to his mom was here she got assaulted and then she wants to press charges and then somebody with the knif here [ __ ] so so we got we got to come in just check make sure she's not here make sure if she is here she's not okay so other than that we don't care about anything else is in here we got to check make sure that she's not here okay left Sheriff's Office you want to just come out this way I thought was yeah we're going to walk through is she is she here she's not here I keep telling about no one else is here right my my this isn't the first time we've been out here for something that was unfounded so we're going to go ahead and get out of here nobody's being hurt no one has a knife so none of the call details were accurate but we had to be here to verify so right now we're just going to the eviction notice basically saying we're just going to go post a 30-day eviction notice on this person's residence basically because they're getting evicted from their property Sheriff's Office Mark all right so from our their the neighbors over there they basically said that they haven't seen anyone here in a few days um we got the paperwork to have him evicted so if he does show up then he'll see the sign that we place on his uh front door showing that he has 30 days to evict the property if not then typically they'll give us a call and then we'll go from there but uh right now he has 30 days to be off of this property or he can try to contact the uh the person who's serving the eviction to him and he can contact them and see if there's a way he can try to work it out where he can stay on the property but that's pretty much it [Music] n [Music]
