All righty then. [bell] >> Slow her down. >> Hello. >> All right. So, we are in route to an accident here in the north side of town. Looks like it's going to be a vehicle versus pedestrian. Unknown injuries. Uh unknown make color silver or unknown color. It's a SUV. So, the male injured is not moving, but he's breathing. His head hurts. So, uh looks like medics aren't too far behind us here. We're going to go ahead and make sure this guy's okay and then we'll get we'll assess the scene after. I just we just want to get him medical attention right away. Make sure he's okay. Where they at? Where they at? There they are. There's a vehicle involved. >> That car hit. >> Okay. Did you see what happened, sir? >> Yeah. We're bringing the black truck down and the flashes on now hit that guy >> and then we pulled to the right >> my wife the black truck down the flash on the right hand side >> and we pulled over and then called we called 911. >> Okay, perfect. So this vehicle is the one that hit this gentleman >> was and you said the other vehicle involved. What happened with that vehicle? >> There was no He was walking it. This guy's walking. >> Okay. >> He was on the side of the road >> and she hit him. >> Gotcha. >> Yeah. I think he was just walking and some of that. We was going that way. She was coming this way. She hit him coming this way. >> And this right here. Yes, sir. Please. >> She was going. >> Okay. >> She's right there. That lady right there. >> See, ma'am. So, can you come? Okay. Okay. I'm basing by um bas and back by flag. >> Yep. Basic. Yes, ma'am. >> Bas. Okay. Okay. Okay. Bye. >> Please code for that. >> Do you have a ID on you, ma'am? >> I have an ID. >> Okay. >> I'm going tell you right now, I don't have a driver's license. Okay. But I have an ID. >> Okay. Well, I just need something to identify you right now. Okay. >> I got the shape. >> Do you remember how fast you were going? I don't I know I wasn't going over the speed limit and I and I and I tried to break but he was in the road. >> Okay. >> Okay then. >> I have my hands in route. One to shut down eastbound at Lola and one to shut down westbound at >> you. You want the the car information? >> Um yeah, I'll get that in a second. If I provide you a statement, can you write down what happened? >> Yes. Yes, I can. >> Thank you, ma'am. All right, we're going to provide a statement to the driver of the vehicle. >> Driver of the vehicle is stating that uh gentleman was in the roadway. >> Uh we got another witness. I'm going to provide a statement to Oswell. Um first main concern here is making sure that the gentleman's okay. I'll show you one Nevada ID card. I copy. >> Everyone can review what's on the way. See right here? >> Oh, yeah. >> All right, Linda, if you could fill this out for me real quick. Okay, >> I also got an plate when you're ready. >> Nevada 247 George 93. It's going to be the vehicle that struck the pedestrian 21. Could be domestic. >> Hey, this is your sector. I can take it, bro. I'll take it. >> You sure? >> Yeah, that's my second. >> They got a domestic going on right now. >> What do we got? >> She has no driver's license. >> Just say make me primary. Make you primary. I'll go to domestic. They [laughter] heard that in the background. She said, "Cop." >> So, all right. >> All right. So, she was driving this vehicle. She hit that gentleman >> or sorry, eastbound. >> Yeah, she hit that gentleman >> in there. Uh, the guy in the blue shirt is one of your witnesses right there. So, make sure you grab him a statement. And she's filling a statement out right now. And the guy is getting transferred over. >> Do we have his info? >> No. Okay. >> Return to negative on active expiring 313 2024 1999. Subaru vehicle station one getting registered to a last row first of a crime. >> Copy. >> All righty, sir. So, this gentleman right here, the taller officer, he's going to be the one taking over the investigation. I let him know to grab you a statement, so he's going to go ahead and do that. >> Stay here. >> Yeah, if you could just pull out a statement real quick. I appreciate that, sir. Thank you. >> Hey, we got to roll a domestic Yep. So, we are currently um just getting off of this accident. We have another deputy that's going to cover us um and it's going to take over the investigation from here. There's a incoming domestic call where a grandfather is threatening grandmother with a knife. So, we got to head over to this one. Um, this is one of those situations where we're on a call and we got we got to get somebody over here. This call needs immediate attention. So, they got to pull one of us off of the accident um and to come over here and deal with us domestic. >> Right now, we're headed to Walmart. Um, sounds like we there is a private property accident. Um, so we're just going to go hopefully make contact with both drivers, assist them in swapping their information. Um, and other than that, that'll really be all we can do for private property accident is just assist them in swapping their information together. So, we're going to go up here, see if we can't find the owner of both vehicles. Yeah, I see the truck >> 762. I'll be code five on the online pickup side of Walmart with the truck and trailer. If you could advise employees at 22 with me over here. 747 status >> code for 1027. I believe everybody's I don't think >> from what I understand on the call note. >> I don't believe this guy driving this big truck probably I don't think he knows that he might have hit a vehicle. Um it was the Walmart employees that seen it and called it in. Um so we requested that they come over here and speak with us. Um other than that we'll just stand around and wait, I guess. How's it going? Is the Did y'all call? >> I called. >> Okay. >> Yeah, she's the one. >> Is the white car still here? >> Yeah, it's that one right. You can see it right there. >> Okay. >> So, the the couple that I'm 90% sure got out of it. >> Uhhuh. >> They're trying to hide from y'all. They went in the building. They came out and they started walking that way. Like, they're on the very far end of the building right now. >> I I've got their vehicle and you She's not going to leave, right? She's hanging around. >> Uh, she's got to go pay for the brush cuz she has a child. >> Okay. >> I'm going to write down their tag. Uh, just in case when I walk in, they come back out and leave or something. But you you're good to go. 762. Can I get a 1048 reference? Employee staff stating that the two subjects driving the pickup truck are inside the store trying to hide. So, what we're going to do, um, >> the employees are stating that >> they're sneaking off into the store trying to hide. So, we're going to leave our car over here by their truck. >> We're going to take down their tag >> plate. >> That way, we at least have that. Um, so that way somebody is going to be held accountable for, you know, striking somebody's vehicle. From what it sounds, the people up there, they're not going to go anywhere. They're hanging around. It's just the um the drivers of this vehicle here. He's bricks cor. You can tell they've been they're on a some sort of road trip. They look like they've got a bed set up here in the back of the truck. Um so we're just going to wait on another officer to get here. way somebody can try to speak with them and we'll go try to find these subjects. Hey, how's it going? >> Uh, so it's just going to be a minute. Um, so what we're going to do, >> we're going to go in and try to locate them. Um, because with it being a private property accident, nobody being involved inside the vehicles, um, we're going to try to get information swapped between the two. That way your guys' insurance can handle that. >> They walked around the outside of the building. They walked around the outside. >> That's what I was telling you. They're out. They're probably walking around back right now or somewhere. They're >> I thought you meant they're inside the building. Okay. Well, I'm going to go stand by their car. Make sure. Do you have a description? Male, female. >> I believe they're both Hispanic. >> Both Hispanic. Male and female. >> 762. I've got two females or two males cranking up their truck and getting in it now. Hey, come here. Talk to me. Uh, you hit that vehicle back there, right, with your truck. So, we've got to get that taken care of. We got to swap swap our our information. So, we can't leave till we swap information with them, right? >> I don't know, sir. >> You struck that vehicle over there. I don't know. Sorry. Give me one second. >> Driver's license. >> Yeah. Yeah. >> Proof of insurance. Give me one second. Yeah. Sir. Uh. Yeah. Sorry. My English. >> English is bad. translator. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> So, can you tell him that >> he hit a vehicle in the parking lot um with his trailer >> and we have now got to swap information between the two parties. >> Okay. Because when I because he tried to park it and he take something with a car. >> He hit another car in the parking lot with his trailer. with his trailer. >> Yep. >> Okay. >> Oh, sorry, sir. Mhm. This is the Give me one second. >> Do you need >> I need identification. I need proof of insurance on the vehicle. >> Okay. >> All right. Uh, proof of insurance. >> You should >> insurance? >> Yeah. >> Yep. >> All right. Hey, can you ask him a question for me? >> Yes, of course. Um can can you ask him did he know he hit another vehicle? >> He said he don't have idea he touch another vehicle. >> Okay. >> He don't have idea what what happened because he's in warmer. He explained to me right now and he say he don't have idea. >> I got you. >> So who who told you he turn to the vehicle? Somebody's call you. >> Yeah, somebody called us. >> No, I don't know. So, >> you didn't know? >> You see through here? You see that white car? >> There's a white car. White. >> White. >> Yeah. You hit it. You hit that white car. >> I don't know. So, >> still. >> Okay, that's fine. Well, so can you tell him what I'm going to do is I'm going to write down his information. >> I'm going to get their information. I'm going to give you her information. Your >> Okay. >> Your information is going to go to her >> and then you will both contact your insuranceances and there'll be some sort of insurance claim. Okay. >> Okay. >> So, no, no, nobody's getting in trouble tonight, but if >> Okay. Okay. If you knew you hit a car, you need to stop. Okay? Don't Don't leave. >> Yeah. You say you don't have idea. >> No. No. >> Hold on. That was already there. >> Yeah. It's already there. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Oh, this one. >> Yeah. That That's fresh paint coming off. >> Yeah. >> You see what I'm saying? So, you hit their car. >> Yeah. So, we're swapping their information. He didn't leave. He was unaware um that he hit the vehicle and which I believe him. Uh there's been some communication issues. Uh but it's just a small he hit it with the back very back of his load. So, he was unaware. Um >> so, it happens. We got We got it figured out. >> Hello. >> Hello. 9721. >> Where did he hit it at? He just wants to look at it >> right there. >> Right in here. Cool. >> You okay, baby? >> So, we ended up getting to Walmart, speaking with the employees. Um, they stated that they believed they were hiding from us. Um, I parked my car beside the truck with ambulances on it. Um, kind of in a position to where if they tried to leave without making contact, we would be in the way of them. And sure enough, that kind of seems to be what happened. They were walking to get in our in their vehicle. I believe they saw my vehicle beside theirs, realized they couldn't get out. Um, and then they decided to get out and speak with us. So, we got both of both of the parties information swapped and other than that, everything turned out just fine. So, we'll [music] be on to the next. Uh, so right now we're headed to a vehicle accident. One of the cars uh is shown to be overturned. The vehicle is overturned upside down. Uh, it's on Jimmy Hinton. It's uh one of our pretty big major roads. 728 >> 763 1023. We're going to be on Leon Smith at the 188. >> Oh, that's pretty bad. >> Yeah, as far as I can tell. >> Hey. >> Hey. >> He's uh these two are in this one. The car did roll twice. Okay. >> So, I got mad to come check him. He just got a cut on his leg. >> Okay. >> That one over there is the driver of that car. >> Bruins, I think. So, >> yeah. >> Being tossed around. >> Okay. How many people were in it? >> Just in this one in that one. >> This is this car not involved? >> I was just at the red light behind me. >> Did you witness it? >> Did you witness it? Okay. Yes. I'll get your statement. Okay. Are you okay? >> Yeah. I My wrist and my stomach got burned a bit from the >> from the airbags. [clears throat] Okay. Are you wanting to try to drive it? I don't think you should, but >> I'll find out if it drives a minute. But they're the ones that most likely need the >> Oh, they're definitely getting towed. I just I just need to know how many I need to call. >> I'm calling my dad right now. >> You're good. You got your license and insurance card on you in the meantime. >> And what happened? >> I thought I saw them turning on the interstate, but I guess they were going straight. I saw their blinker going into another lane and they said they didn't turn their blinker, but I would have I thought I saw it. >> So, were you going which way were you going? >> Interstate. >> From which way? >> From the light. >> So, you were coming from this light turning left. >> Not so good. I'm trying to find You said it rolled twice. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Is what the witness said. The lady who was in that car. >> I heard it. I was at wheel. >> You heard it. >> Yeah. >> You didn't see it though. Well, >> back guard. >> Yeah. That's going to be fun trying to get that off. >> Yeah, get state state highway department out here. >> Do y'all notify them or >> No, that'd be >> okay. >> I've honestly I've honestly in my four years, I've never worked the one where a guardrail has been involved. So, >> well, I can I can call I I call our dispatch and get them to go ahead and notify. >> Yeah, if you don't mind. I mean, I can do it, too. It don't matter. It's up to you. I don't know if I can get out. >> It was just you two in the car. >> It was. Yes. We just left Zach's. We were going to the candy store. >> What candy store? >> Five Below. >> Oh, they do have good candy there. >> They do. Well, we're supposed to pick a Walmart order up in a little bit. >> Do y'all have somebody to pick you up? >> Might just call my dad. He's on his way. >> Okay. She didn't want y'all to be stranded out here. >> I told her, I said, "We're fine. We're fine. We're fine." >> That was a heck of a wreck, though. >> I want to take a picture of my car, too. >> Absolutely. Do you mind just wait till I get your information real quick? >> Uh, probably 10 to 15. >> So, they said you rolled twice. >> Yes. >> Twice. >> Yes. >> Okay. So, do you know where she initially hit you at? Like the initial point of impact on your vehicle? I think it was in the back on my side. >> Back driver's side. >> Yes. >> Okay, that makes sense. >> We can go look at it. >> That makes sense. There. There's a lot of damage. >> Got three for you. >> Three. >> Jesus. >> Um, you can put your >> on the bottom down there. >> Uh, okay. So, this call we got sent out for a vehicle accident. Uh fire chief said he heard it. Um called it indirectly. Uh we get here, finds out uh this vehicle, the black vehicle did not yield properly to this vehicle. Uh caught hit them in the rear end causing them to flip two times. Luckily, the vehicle that rolled over had minor injuries for both people. Um and the other driver, the other vehicle is okay. They all declined medical attention. They're not being transported. Uh so that's best case scenario. Right now, we're just gonna wait on a tow truck to get these vehicles out of here. Yeah, we'll we'll shut we'll shut this whole thing down for a minute and let you do your thing. Traffic will just have to be backed up. Uh so, right now we're headed to a vehicle accident um to back up another officer. Uh the call came in as a iPhone crash alert. Um, a few minutes later, dispatch received a call after units were already dispatched. Um, one of the females in the vehicle stating that she can't see and that her eyes are blurry. Um, she is given different vehicle descriptions um, of what she's driving. She's she's unsure, I guess. Um, could be concussion, can be narcotic related. um unsure at this time. We're just going to go out here and try to make contact, try to find where the wreck is. Um because right now it's just based off of coordinates. So we'll remain 1084 um to this accident. >> 10815 the only one in the car. >> 740. All units are 23. >> Uh I might be able to come over the hood, but you're the only one in the car. >> I just got the >> Yeah. medical officer. She said that uh she don't know anything I can do other than like telling y'all like my medical like >> I guess like or whatever. And I told her I said yeah. I said but I don't I don't want y'all to feel like I'm like >> okay >> under stress or whatever you on this side so we can talk to you. >> I was told I don't know how to I don't know the best way to get out of this. >> Look, grab your phone and we'll help you um crawl over the hood to get over here to us. Okay. Grab your phone. It's right there on the top of the hood of your on the roof of your car. Grab that >> right >> to you. >> Okay. >> I'm just Here you go. I got it. >> Got it. >> 736. >> Yep. >> Sorry. >> 284 1046 Leon Smith Parkway exit 188 westbound. She advised me she has a flat tire. She's in a silver Honda Civic at the red light. >> We got you. >> We got you. Here you go. >> There you go. >> You able to stand? >> Yeah. >> There you go. >> Are you hurting anywhere? You okay? >> It told me that. Uh, okay. >> We're good. We'll just stand right here. If you're able to stand, >> we'll wait. Actually, uh, we we'll walk down here that way. The >> Yeah, you're good. You want to hold your hold on to your phone? >> I want to make sure I'm okay with y'all. >> Yeah. Um, we're going to have the medics going to check you out. Okay. Walk down here so we can uh You need to hold on to anybody or anything. Okay. >> I just want to make sure I'm okay with y'all. Like if like even if I like go with them and come back, make sure you >> Yeah. Right now we're not worried about anything else but you. Okay. We just We're just worried about making sure. >> Okay. That's all I'm worried about too right now. Do you remember anything about what happened or anything or >> I just know that it was at >> that you've been drinking? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> But I don't uh I don't want to drink anything. >> What What did you have to drink tonight? >> I just had breakfast corona. >> One Corona or a couple? >> No, just Corona. But I have PTSD from my uh past acid. >> Yeah. >> How old are you? >> I'm 22. >> You're 22. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Um so the driver stating she has had some beer to drink tonight. Um I believe there's some open containers stuff in the vehicle as well. So possibly going to be a DUI. Um, it'll be up to the other officer. [snorts] You didn't find any weed or anything? >> No, it's on. It's got to be on her. >> Yeah, cuz I could as soon as I >> It's super strong. I could smell it. Just check her pockets. >> That's what I was telling him. U >> Yeah, go ahead and check his pockets. She's got an open container on the floorboard on the driver's side. One alpha alpha one whiskey alpha Yeah, I mean I can smell it. >> Where's here? Just set up. >> If it's in your bra, just pull your bra, shake it, and just follow the ground. >> These are cigarellas. They're not weed. >> So, you don't have anything else on you? That's all I got. You want to show me? >> When was the last time you smoked? >> Like just tonight. You know that's what I'm saying? Like you want to me like they said that you had something on me and I said no you don't have anything on me and so they said >> you smoking at these. >> Yeah. That's what I said. Look, that's like way before that like >> you got we smell it really strong. >> That's all you need. >> So do you have insurance on the vehicle right now? >> It's a yes or no? like right now >> like as we're standing at this moment. >> No, no, >> because we supposed to get it tonight and my mom she's handcaped. So, we we didn't get to get her insurance on it. So, we have to wait till Monday to get >> where where are you coming from? Cuz I that's what we're trying to piece together. The way you hit that hill, the way your car is positioned where you where are you coming from and how did it happen? Do you remember? >> Coming from >> like right like right here. I you said you're going >> I'm coming from I'm coming from but I >> So where on this road is >> everybody all my friends are from my face. So I'm coming from right here and coming in. >> So all I need to know is how your car ended up where it is off the road. >> We're in Oxford right now. Do you know that we're in Oxford? >> You didn't know you were in Oxford? >> Honestly, I cannot see. So you just you have no recollection correct of where you are or how you got here. Correct. >> Oxford but I don't know how it how I don't know how my car ended up in Oxford because last time somebody else was was driving and they had like different people driving on the on exit. >> So listen the last time you remember were you the only were you driving your vehicle or was somebody else driving you? Oh, it's not I got my vehicle. It was off the exit. >> Yeah. So, >> and it was come it was come off the exit. It was the exit off of uh before came off of there. >> Mhm. >> Uh not even not I'm going to say when one exit off because >> it was already seen already happening off of there second hopping off right there. >> Yeah. That's when I was already like sitting off and like trying to wait for everybody to like pass by to like just make sure I'm straight, you know? So, >> okay. So, um >> after like after you see me I don't >> So, listen to this question. >> I'm going to be with you. I don't know. >> When you wrecked, were you the only person in that vehicle? Or were there possibly somebody in the vehicle with you that might have walked off, ran off or was it just you? It probably could have been just been me personally. Probably just you >> like just just me personally because how it happened and >> how late it was. >> Okay. >> And how my mental health is like >> how often do you smoke? >> I smoke every day. Like I'm talking about the mental like the way the way they are low. It's not it never been on that type of level. >> Okay. >> You know. >> So you smoked a little bit more tonight you think than you typically do? Drank a little bit more. Um I feel like I've been on I wouldn't say even that just how my mental health is realized like >> not like not them mental like it's not on them it's just how I feel on my own. It's not nobody's like personal you know. Oh Jesus [ __ ] up like no I feel like it's my own I ain't never got the right help for me you know. Yeah. >> So, just just a little bit of mental health problems going on. And so, tonight we just kind of drank, smoked a little bit. >> Yeah. I don't put I don't put them on me or nothing. Like, if I can get if I can go home with somebody else, I don't want to like put them. Oh, you >> Oh, I'm I'm put the blame on. >> Well, well, if if you were by yourself there, there is no blame for nobody else, right? But but if there is somebody else that was with you and they ran off, we're not supposed to do that. Um, right now we're just checking the woods, make sure she didn't have any other passengers or people in the vehicle with her because her story is not aligning and making sense. Um, so we just want to double check, make sure that nobody's going to be left out here in the woods overnight. Yeah. So, I'm not seeing anybody. Um, we just want to double check, make sure because the last thing we need is somebody, you know, involved in a vehicle accident like this to be out here laying down in the woods. Don't know they have a concussion and then, you know, they're stuck out here overnight by themsel, confused, disoriented. We just wanted to do our due diligence, double check and make sure gloves on me. >> You want gloves? >> Uh, if you don't mind. >> Just going to make sure nobody left like an ID or anything. >> Okay. >> All right. So, you don't have anything on. It's going to get some trouble on the job, correct? >> Okay. mainly because if you have it on you, we're going to search you at the jail and if we find it at the jail, it's called promoting person contraband, which is a felony, right? So, you don't have anything on you. >> I can't even talk to you guys cuz >> you you either can or you can't cuz if you do and we go into the jail and you get caught with it, it's going to be a felony charge. >> It's just me go ahead. >> I mean, I can't do it out either. But if you tell me about it when we get to the jail and there's a female that searches, >> I might have something on me. I don't >> What is it? I might just have just a little bit of wig on on my teeth on my tooth. But that's all I have. Like I don't have no I don't have nothing else other than that. Like I don't know. >> Okay. That's the only place you might possibly have. >> That's what I'm saying. Like that's that's all. That's it. >> Okay. Look. Hang on. Listen. Listen. Hang on. We're going to undo one of these cuffs, right? We're going to let you get it out. We're going to hold your hand. We're going to hold Listen. We're going to hold your cuff, right? You're going to get it out. You're going to hand it to one of us and then we're going to put the cuffs back on. Correct. >> This is good. This is that way. >> I'm sorry. >> Okay. You'll be able to call her whenever you get to the jail. >> [ __ ] >> All right. All right. I'm bringing up here. All right. >> Hey, before you walk up there, I'm going to explain these. Okay. All right. So, you're being issued two citations. Okay. One's for >> Am right now. >> One's for operating a vehicle without insurance. The other one's for driving while suspended. Okay. >> Court court date February. >> Listen to him. in 20 something. >> Court dates February 4th, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. at the Ashra National Courthouse. Okay. >> Club member. I'll let I'll let you call your feet. end up panel sitting there freaking so we got sent out to a vehicle accident out here and uh end up finding the car in the trees. And so we walk up and the driver's already outside of the car. So uh we get out here, medics check her out. um she said she didn't want to go to the hospital and so at that point we started talking to her. She couldn't tell us what happened. Um we end up observing an alcohol container, an empty alcohol container in the car. Um and when we did that uh we could smell weed uh on her uh unknown if she had any or anything like that. Um so she ended up getting arrested for public in talk due to her not being inside the car when we got here. Um and then she was issued two citations um after once we got done. Um so that's what happened out here. Um went to she was already taken to the jail and we're just waiting on the tow truck to finish picking up the car. At that point we're finished up out here. On to the next one. >> [music] [music]
